The objective: to specify clinical, psychopathological and pathopsychological manifestations of psychological maladaptation in the students. A total clinical-anamnestic, clinical-psychopathological and psychodiagnostic examination was carried out for 412 students of the KhNMU with an average age of 19.5 ± 2.5 years, 147 men and 265 women. Based on the data of the analysis of the levels of maladaptation, we allocated three groups of students: Group 1 - low level of maladaptation – 46.0 ± 2.1% of the surveyed people, group 2 - moderate level of maladaptation 37.6 ± 2.1%, group 3 - high level of maladaptation 16.4 ± 1.6%. In the course of the work, the phenomenology of the mental state of students was conducted. Maladaptive conditions were determined by a decrease in mental health, exhaustion of attention, decreased productivity intellectual activity, irritability, hyperesthesia, anxiety, painful decline in mood, asthenia, low self-esteem, self-doubt, high levels of severity asthenic state and neuro-psychic tension.

The purpose of this work is to identify and develop a system of measures for psychotherapeutic correction on the basis of identification and comprehensive evaluation of clinical and psychological manifestations and mechanisms of formation of maladaptive states in medical students.In order to achieve this aim, in compliance with the principles of bioethics and deontology, 412 students of the 2-5 academic years of the Kharkiv National Medical University, of both sexes, at the age of 17-22 years, were examined. All the surveyed people were divided into three groups: Group 1 included 215 students-inhabitants of the Eastern Ukraine; Group 2 consisted of 87 students-residents of Luhansk and Donetsk regions, who entered the study at the KhNMU before the ATO; Group 3 consisted of 110 students-migrants from the ATO zone. As the results of the study indicated, students- migrants have a higher level of adaptation disorders, compared with the students of the first and second groups. It was established that the structure of adaptation disorders is represented by depressive, neurasthenic, anxious and dissociative syndrome complexes. Prognostically significant elements in the formation of adaptation disorders are excitability and imbalance, proneness to conflicts in relationships, disturbing confidence, disorganization of behavior, failure to self-regulation, inability to successfully overcome stressful situations, act in conditions of uncertainty, rigidity, and focusing on traumatic and negative feelings. In order to correct the disorders of adaptation in medical students, we developed a system of medical and psychological support, which included individualized use of psychotherapeutic and psycho-educational influences. As a feedback of the psychotherapeutic correction, a positive dynamic of the psychological state was noted: rapid reduction of anxiety and depressive symptoms, reduction of the level of neuro-psychic tension, increase of students' psychophysical activity, positive change of coping strategy.

142 students of Kharkov National Medical University (KNMU), both genders, aged 18.0 ± 2.0 years old were examined. 52.2% of the persons under examination were inhabitants of the Eastern Ukraine, 21.1% - those from Luhansk and Donetsk regions entering KNMU before the anti-terror operation began and 26.7 % - forcibly displaced persons from ATO zone. We have developed and tested the system of psychotherapeutic correction of states of maladaptation in the students of the medical university, which consists of four consecutive stages: I - the stage of forming a compliance, the primary adaptation to the psychotherapeutic process. II - the psycho-educational stage aimed at leveling the students’ knowledge deficit about the mechanisms of formation and the peculiarities of the course of adaptation disorders. III - the correctional stage aimed at stabilizing the emotional state, forming an adaptive form of behavior. IV - consolidate and support the results by potentiating positive emotions, prevention of relapse of maladaptive states. As the results of dynamic observation on the background of the proposed system of psychotherapeutic correction of maladaptation showed, the level of adaptation of students was significantly increased, anxiety depressive symptoms were reduced, the level of neuro-psychic stress was declined.

Commonly accepted point is that functional organization structure is a poor environment for project management. The scenario repository approach is designed especially to support project management in environment with great amount of operational activity taking into account, that in such cases, project tasks have their reflection in the tasks of business-processes. Creation of a special project and operation task management tools set allows to create a new approach in change management in enterprises with functional organization structure, optimize the processes, involved in project management activities, compile the knowledge base of project and operational task management using the project task - operational task mapping to reveal the bottle necks of both.
