One of the leading issues being in the area of interest by researchers representing the discipline of management sciences within the humanictic field are methods and technics leading to improvement of managers' efficacy who as far worked on the satisfying level. However sometimes researchers deal with managers whose efficacy decreases below expected level. These managers whose job results, based on both subjective and objective measures, significantly differ from the role they fulfil may be included to one of two separated categories: unadjusted managers and obsoleted managers. Unadjusted managers are these who never worked on the satisfying level, obsoleted managers on the other hand are these who previously operated well but at the present time gradually or suddenly lost their former effectiveness. Because managerial obsolescence is a phenomenon that in the middle and higher level of management hierarchy occurs more frequently, the content of this paper will be devoted to the first issue.
