Energy aspects are fundamental to the design of electric drive systems. This article describes energy performance for asynchronous electric drives based on various control methods. These electric drives comparison shows that vector control methods have a significant advantage over scalar control methods. The asynchronous electric drive mathematical description is based on vector control theory and main component method. Equations, obtained by mathematical description, allow calculating of the currents, voltages and electric power at the output when the electromagnetic torque and speed machine are set. Energy characteristics of the asynchronous drive were obtained with the use of the MATLAB-SIMULINK simulation program.

The decisive source of air pollution emissions in ports is the berthed ships. This is primarily caused by the work of ship’s autonomous generator sets. One way of reducing the air pollution emissions in ports is the supply of ships from electricity inland system. The main problem connected with the power connection of ships to the inland network is caused by different values of levels and frequencies of voltages in these networks (in various countries) in relation to different values of levels and frequencies of voltages present in the ship’s network. It is also important that the source power can range from a few hundred kW up to several MW. In order to realize a universal „Shore to Ship” system that allows the connection of ships to the electricity inland network, the international standardization is necessary. This article presents the current recommendations, standards and regulations for the design of „Shore to Ship” systems.

It shows topologies with LNG - Generator sets, environmental benefits of such a solution, advantages and disadvantages.

Наведено інформацію про таксономічну структуру созофлори Державного дендрологічного парку «Олександрія», яка сформована автохтонними та інтродукованими видами судинних рослин і нараховує 390 видів, що мають офіційний статус відповідних рангів охорони (міжнародного, державного і регіонального). Раритетна компонента фітобіоти становить майже 20 % від загальної кількості видів колекції дендропарку і належить до 4 відділів, 6 класів, 67 порядків, 87 родин, 199 родів. Найчисельнішим за кількістю родин (59) є клас Magnoliopsida, а найвищою созологічною ємністю характеризуються родини: Pinaceae, Сupressaceae, Rosaceae, Fagaceae, Ranunculaceae, Poaceae, Iridaceae, Lamiaceae, Betulaceae, Asteraceae, Cyperaceae. Одним видом представлено 38 родин (46,7 %) і 37 родів.

Introduction. Cardiovascular diseases have become the leading mortality cause, requiring a novel technologies and techniques for the treatment. Cardiovascular biomaterials play a vital role as the potentially eligible alternative modality for an operation, covering the gap between facilities and patients in need of medical devices and procedures.Purpose. The aim of this essay is to explore and analyze the currently used biomaterials for cardiac surgery as tools to repair or replace the damaged tissues. This study seeks to obtain data which will help to address research gaps and to stimuli the manufacturing process.Description of the state of knowledge. We conduct the systematic literature review, based on the information found in PubMed, Research Gate and Google Scholar databases using the eligible parameters. Obtained data in form of descriptive information were analyzed.Summary. This study has identified a wide area of cardiovascular biomaterials use in the modern clinical and scientific practice. The most obvious finding to emerge from this study is that decellularization of xenogenous heart valves is a crucial feature to obtain the optimal matrix for a tissue-engineered valve substitute. This information can be used to develop targetted interventions aimed at cardiac surgery.

Наведено результати вивчення структури і динаміки відпаду основних паркотвірних видів деревних рослин дендропарку "Олександрія". Встановлено, що всихання Carpinus betulus L., Pyrus communis Mill., Populus L., Robinia pseudoacacia L. незначне і помірне впродовж останніх 10 років. Найбільша кількість дерев випала у Acer platanoides L., Pinus sylvestris L., Betula pendula Roth., Piceа abies (L.) Karst., Tilia cordata Mill. Відпад T. сordata йшов з невеликими підйомами і спадами, в інших видів він наростав, досягав піку і йшов на спад або продовжував наростати. Виявлено, що піки відпаду у різних видів розділені в часі. Осередки відпаду виділялися у Fraxinus excelsior L. і P. abies. Причину масової загибелі дерев встановлено лише у P. abies. Виявлено, що морфологічні ознаки всихання ясенів характерні для небезпечної хвороби Chalara fraxinea, яку спричиняє інвазійний вид Hymenoscyphus fraxineus. На деревах клена виявлено некрозно-ракові хвороби, гнилі, плодові тіла дереворуйнівних грибів, липи – гнилі, пухлини, ракові виразки, берези – ознаки, характерні для бактеріальної водянки. Проте більшість дерев клена і берези всихали без видимих ознак уражень. Причиною всихання більшості вікових сосон є відмирання провідної системи, середньовікових – ценотичне пригнічення.
