Enterprise risk management as a key element of the internal control system has become important over the years. The changes in the conditions of companies, especially banks, have increased the scope and complexity of their risk, and this has led to an increase in the demand for using enterprise risk management as an enterprise risk management framework. As the most important financial institution in the money market, the bank faces various risks. The implementation of this system in the bank makes the process of identifying, evaluating and monitoring risks with a comprehensive approach. The purpose of this study is to develop a comprehensive risk management implementation framework in the banking industry. Despite the growing importance of enterprise risk management, its implementation in Iran has received little attention and is facing challenges, and no study has been conducted to investigate its implementation conditions, effective factors, necessary foundations, and existing obstacles. Therefore, the current research has developed a framework for implementing enterprise risk management in the banking industry by using qualitative approach and systematic review and multiple case study methods by examining two banks. The statistical population of this research includes the board of directors, senior managers, members of specialized committees and experienced experts. The results of the research show that the extracted framework of enterprise risk management is not fully implemented in Iranian banks, and the challenges of its implementation include the lack of information technology infrastructure, the lack of sufficient knowledge and government restrictions. The current research can be considered as a suitable model for the banking industry.

Due to the increase in urban life (especially Tehran) and environmental problems, there is a great need to implement urban sewerage projects. One of the most important things about these kinds of projects is risk management. In this study, at first we reviewed similar projects and interviewed experts to identify project risk. Then we analyzed them in two methods, Analytical Network Process and FUZZY VIKOR. Prioritized risks were very similar in both methods. In ANP method, each risk was ranked but in FUZZY VIKOR method, some of the risks that were slightly different were ranked in the same category. Risks such as delays in paying bills, delays in issuing municipal permits, and other high-ranking risks need to be planned and managed. The risk of delay in payment of status statements with the ideal value of 1 in the ANP method and also with the minimum values of S, R, Q 0.011,0.011,-0.032 respectively, in the FUZZY VIKOR method, ranked first in both methods. It should be noted that the risks were identified and rated at the time of writing this paper. There are some suggestions and advice at the end.

Recently, banks and financial institutions have paid more and more attention to operational risk management. As Basel and other risk management frameworks have acknowledged, risk identification is considered as the first step of risk management process. Although estimating the risk of coverage capital is considered the ultimate goal of risk measurement and risk assessment, there is no doubt that risk management and control requires identification of the risks and factors causing them, as well as their causal mechanisms. In the present paper, a methodology was developed to map operational risks, risk factors, risk consequences and their causal links. Process based approach was used for risk mapping, and fuzzy cognitive map was introduced as risk mapping tool which is an expert based structuring technique and does not rely on operational risk data bases. Then, risk partitions were determined and finally a set of risk control policies were examined as three different scenarios.

One of the most important issues in many project-oriented organizations is the risk management of the ongoing projects of that organization. In this regard, in the first step, the potential risks of projects should be identified under a systematic and comprehensive scheme, and then, using appropriate and desirable methods, they should be evaluated in terms of their probability and their impact on project goals. In this study, considering Bakhtar Petrochemical Company, a holding company, as one of the largest companies that construct and operate petrochemical projects in Iran as a case study, the current and potential uncertainties and risks of petrochemical projects in Iran have been identified and evaluated. Two methods, namely documentation review and interview, have been used to identify risks. This procedure has led to the identification and classification of 104 potential risks in petrochemical projects in two categories and eight sub-categories. Also, since the risk assessment is an evidential, intuitive, and empirical decision-making process, the Evidential Reasoning approach has been used for this stage. Evidential Reasoning, based on the Multi-Attribute Decision-Making approach and Dempster-Shafer's Theory of Evidence, is a useful and effective method to deal with overly intuitive and inaccurate judgments made in this uncertain environment. Using this method, in addition to assessing and ranking the identified risks, has also produced a measurement of the level of recognition of the identified risks.

Light Steel Frame System that is briefly called LSF is a building system which is used for implying of short-rise and mid-rise buildings (up to five floors). This system gets significant benefits, although in our country it is not much used. So in this article, are tryed to study LSF structures from the design and implementation stage to the operation one and identify its risks exactly and evaluate them with combination technique which used failure modes and effects analysis technique‌ (FMEA) and fuzzy method.Then express new idea for implementation of LSF structures that optimizes time, cost and quality and can be respond of many Identified risks.This idea named Metalfom Walls that included in systems verificated BHRC. In this article are explained this system first, then combination of Metalfom and LSF system are discussioned. The result of this combonation in aspect of cost, time ,weight of structure and conditions of implementation are explained. Comparison of results in aspect of cost, time and weight of structure by Analytic hierarchy process technique (AHP) are evaluated. Results of this evaluation show that combination of Metalfom system and Light Steel Frame System (LSF) earns 54 score and LSF system that implementated in common way earns 46 score.

Light Steel Frame System that is briefly called "LSF" is a building system which is used for implying of short-rise and mid-rise buildings (up to five floors). It is a desirable building system for civil engineers (in terms of gravity and lateral load) in developing countries. This system gets significant benefits, although in Iran it is not much used due to the reasons such as: opposite with people’s culture, higher price in, lack of specialists, executive problems and etc. So in this article, we are tried to study LSF structures from the design and implementation stage to the operation and identify its risks exactly and finally offer a solution for each risk. Risk detections process is executed with interview technique in the Mashhad city and countryside. Totally, 56 projects are examined in this research. The study projects have been classified here. This classification includes residential buildings, villas, added-storey, schools, administrative, commercial, fastfood, industrial structures and LSF non-load-bearing walls. All the mentioned projects have been implemented in holy city of Mashhad or will be implemented in the future. Designers, administrators and employers are interviewed in person in all the above projects. Because of novelty of this system and its unknown risks, this research can be useful for managers decision making and for executing engineers in the field of choosing the best system for project and adoption of appropriate method for preventing these risks.

Planning and decision making are the basic duties of a project manager which without them it is almost impossible to reach the project goals. In planning and decision making process, firstly, risk factors should be identified and after that their impacts and probabilities should be measured. Therefore, risk management is a critical part of the project management and, ignorance of risk factors is one of the primary causes for the project to be failed. The purpose of this paper is to measure risk factors of IT projects .In this research, 13 main factors are identified, then, based on literature and experts opinion these factors are categorized in 3 groups (project factors, software factors, and internal and external organizational factors). Finally, using Monte Carlo simulation, risk associated with each factor is quantified. As the results of this research show “recourse” is the main factor for IT project. To be effective, managers need to consider suitable strategies in order to decrease the dangers related to the possible risks in the resources.

One of the most important problems in project management is the undesirable time and cost variances of projects which are not considered before the project implementation. This problem is the result of the risks, occurring in the length of the project implementation. In this case, Risk Management based on PMBOK standard can be proposed as a methodology that is so vital because of uncertain nature of projects and necessity of best resources usage. Also, one of the best methods to prioritize the risks quickly and accurately is Risk Failure Mode & Effect Analysis. In this article, risk assessment is presented by an integrated model based on Risk Management process of PMBOK standard and RFMEA technique in North Azadegan Oil Field Project. Therefore, in order to achieve the purpose of this article, the risks of a project are identified, firstly. Then, they are prioritized by RFMEA technique. The third step focuses on simulating the project by Pert master software. Finally, the response strategies for each high-priority risk are determined.

Firms of Information Technology industry operate in a special environment. This environment is characterized by a set of general, global attributes, including dynamicity and instability in relatively short periods of time. The firms' inability to realize and manage the internal and environmental risks has resulted to many unfortunates, such as forced change of ownership, size, and bankruptcy of many. Meanwhile, risk management can be a very effective heal. Risk management helps organizations to achieve their vision with much less strategic faults, and create a systemic view of how risks and risk management hedging affect the organizations' performance. In strategic level, risk management will be in the form of Enterprise risk management. This paper concentrates on risk identification among different phases of risk management. The developed model measures the effect of enterprise risk categories on organization's financial performance via its intangible capital. Correlation and Structural Equation Modeling suggest that risk identification positively enhance the intangible assets of the organization. Besides, it confirms the positive effect of information capital on financial performance. According to the findings, some priorities are suggested for intangible capital effect on performance as well.

Large and complex infrastructure projects involve various risk factors and successful implementation of such project depends on effective management of the key risk factors. This paper reviews the literature to identify essential risk variables associated with infrastructure projects. Base of these risk variables and case studies of same projects, a survey is conducted to isolate and assess the critical risk factors for a Gas Turbine power plant project in Iran.49 items are extracted as critical risk factors and are classified to gain better understanding of their impact on the project.
