- Abstract
This study aims to diagnose and prioritize the desirability of military educational - training programs to modify them according to the threats and operational needs of the Ground force (Nezaja) units. To this end, one main question and five subquestions were designed. In this applied research the method is descriptive-survey and cross-sectional. 78 experts of educational and training field were selected through theoretical saturation from among all experts of Nazaja; then, a valid and reliable researcher-made questionnaire was conducted among them. Structural equations method was used for modeling with PLS software and SPSS software was used for data analysis. The ranking of evaluation parameters was done based on Friedman's test. The results show that the specialized evaluation measures in three fields have the highest modify priority: "Nezaja's current educational-training programs in the field of improving individual skills (for example: power of expression, power of speech and ability in military writing)"; "Nezaja's current educational-training programs in the field of technical skills improvement" For example: Familiarity with light and semi-heavy weapons and other technical skills required in operational environments); and "Nezaja's current educational- training programs in the field of promoting positive organizational traits (for example: the spirit of contentment in the organization and the preference of organizational affairs over personal interests)". Although these fields currently have a "relatively favorable" status at the Nezaja units; to adjust the educational-training programs to the threats and operational needs of the operational units, they need to modify.
