Dear Editor, With the global spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, symptoms such as fever, cough, myalgia, and fatigue, along with laboratory findings of leukocyte count abnormalities and chest radiographic evidence, have been reported as nonspecific symptoms in various variants. Fever was the most common symptom in all variants of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, although evidence suggest that children with the beta variant experienced less fever. Other manifestations, such as diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and dizziness, have been less common, but may sometimes be the only symptom. In a systematic review on the characteristics of infants with SARS-CoV-2 infection in England, it was reported that the main symptoms at presentation were heatstroke, poor feeding, vomiting, respiratory symptoms, crysis, and lethargy. The clinical symptoms of COVID-19 in children vary depending on the virus variant and correspond to the World Health Organization peak variants of concern. Therefore, clinical guidelines are recommended to perform protected deliveries and reduce the possibility of contracting Covid-19 during delivery and after delivery in infected pregnant women. Standardized testing protocol, avoiding mother-to-child transmission, and providing the best treatment for symptomatic infants are central issues in the management of infections in infants and children with suspected or suspected COVID-19. It is better to use breast milk in the form of expressed milk or powdered milk. PCR-positive neonates should be admitted to a negative pressure isolation room and provided with intubation or airway management services.

Background: Toxocariasis is one of the most common diseases among humans and animals. According to the various studies, the rate of soil contamination with the worm's eggs in the world has been reported on average at 13.2% and in Iran at between 3.5 and 63.5%. Due to a lack of information about the status of infection with this worm in animals and humans in Yasuj city and also the importance of toxocariasis, this study was conducted to investigate the soil contamination of the Yasuj public parks with the eggs of Toxocara spp. Methods: This descriptive study was performed on 150 soil samples from 6 parks in Yasuj in 2021. Samples were collected from five points based on geographical directions at a distance of 2–5 cm above the soil surface and transferred to the parasitology laboratory. To see the eggs of Toxocara species, a flotation method with saturated sugar water, and a light microscope with a 40X were used. Results: Out of 150 soil samples from six parks, 11 samples (7.33%) were found to be infected with Toxocara species eggs and 139 samples (92.67%) were not contaminated. In total, out of the six investigated parks, pollution was not observed in two parks (33.33%), but pollution was observed in four parks with a contamination rate of 8% in three parks and 16% in one park. Conclusion: According to the results of similar studies in Iran, it is concluded that Toxocara infections in the soil of Yasuj parks are similar to the national average and require more care, in terms of fencing the parks and preventing the free entry of dogs and cats.

In the Islamic Republic of Iran, due to the nature of the Islamic revolution, which is mainly cultural, cultural policies have been formed within the framework of Islamic laws, Shari'a and the constitution. Cultural policymaking is a manifestation of the government's political power, which, if institutionalized, can be considered an important indicator in political development.Since the beginning of history, the family has been the main social institution, the foundation of societies and the origin of cultures, civilizations and the history of human. The family has a high position in the system of the Islamic Republic and the official policies of the country. The Islamic Republic of Iran looks at the family as a means of honoring and respecting the human position. Paying attention to the many functions of the family has caused the family to be recognized as one of the most basic social pillars, and this issue has also caused the constitution to pay attention to this important issue in its tenth principle and stipulates: "Since the single family It is the foundation of Islamic society, all related laws and regulations and planning should be aimed at facilitating the formation of a family, protecting its sanctity and establishing family relationships based on Islamic law and ethics.The main question of the current research is as below:what effect did parallel institutions in the field of culture have on the realization of cultural policies in the field of family in the Islamic Republic of Iran? The hypothesis of this research is based on the fact which parallel work of cultural institutions in the field of family has led to the ineffectiveness of the actions of these institutions and caused the cultural policies of the Islamic Republic to be not very successful in this field and the problems related to the issue of the family in the last three decades are currently is an increase.The method of collecting the necessary data to conduct such a research has been the "documentary method", in the framework of which a collection of experiences related to the forty-year "controversies" over the "process of exercising power" in the Islamic Republic of Iran, focusing on the cultural policies of the family area, is recognized and collected. has been These experiences are presented directly or indirectly in the form of a series of books, articles, reports, notes and interviews. This research was conducted in the "interpretative" paradigm and in the "qualitative method". The method of data analysis in this research is done using correlation. This type of research seeks to know the existence of a relationship between variables. It is not necessarily a cause and effect relationship. In this research, the positive and negative correlation between the two variables of cultural institutions and the exercise of power in the political development of the Islamic Republic of Iran is studied.This article does not have a theoretical framework and instead a conceptual framework has been used. This research has tried to use the method of solidarity and institutionalism approach to the concept of political development and with regard to the correlation between parallel cultural institutions and the cultural policies of the family in the Islamic Republic of Iran, the degree of success in exercising government power and its impact on political development in this system. The studies conducted on the success rate of cultural policies announced in the field of the family during the last two decades clearly show that the implementation of these policies is facing serious challenges and The result of the evaluation of process of family evolution is far from the desired path in these policies. Examining the indicators extracted from the aforementioned policies and evaluating them in Iranian society can draw a better perspective of the degree of realization of the goals of this cultural policy.The conflict between the roles of different cultural institutions in the government and outside it is one of the most important disputes that have been discussed since the first days of the victory of the Islamic Revolution until today. The performance of institutions outside the executive branch has led to the weakness and fragmentation of the country's executive branch due to the overlap of their duties with other institutions of the country, and sometimes it has been accompanied by direct and indirect protests from political and executive authorities. The connection of these institutions with the ideals of the Islamic Revolution has sometimes led them to functions outside of the legal and executive procedures of the country and has become the basis for the dissatisfaction of the executive bodies with the performance of these institutions. At the same time, the executive power of some of these institutions is sometimes wider than the power of the government and outside the supervision of the monitoring devices and elected institutions such as the Islamic Council, which is in conflict with the democratic exercise of political power as an important indicator of political development. In addition to role conflicts, the emergence of "parallel roles" among cultural institutions is one of the main executive problems of the country. The functioning of parallel institutions, the multiplicity of cultural institutions and the overlapping of their duties have often led to conflicts and differences between these institutions, and this has increased the cost of running the country and reduced the accountability of various institutions regarding their functioning, which can be summarized in a final summary. He acknowledged that the result of such a process, in the terms of conceptual framework as well as analytical models of the current article, is considered to reduce and weakness of political development. Many cultural institutions have been established in the country during the years after the revolution, and in some cases parallel work can be seen in the duties of these institutions. This parallelism is due to the lack of attention to the country's general policies and vision, the imprecise explanation of the duties of cultural institutions, the frequent replacement of officials, and the creation of institutions based on fleeting needs.Examining the state of implementation of cultural policies in the field of the family, which has been considered in this research as a special indicator for measuring the success rate of cultural institutions in the Islamic Republic, shows well that according to the cultural state of the country during the last three decades in the field of family such as the decline of the sanctity of the family institution, facilitating divorce and reducing the desire for marriage, the spread of new patterns of choosing a spouse, reducing the generality of marriage and increasing the age of marriage, increasing sexual relations outside of marriage and reducing the desire to have children and making family; It has shown the low efficiency of cultural institutions in this area.

"Other" is the basis of knowing "Self" and the introduction of self-knowledge. The way to self-knowledge is communication with others. The deforming tendencies of the French theorist Antoine Berman are based on respect for the "other" and avoidance of domestication in translation. He believes that the source text should be accepted and transferred as it is, and one should not seek to simulate it with one's own culture. The focus of Berman's cognitive translation point of view is respect for the foreign text, acceptance of the other, and recognition of his culture. Berman's theory, in which he believes that the structure of the source text should not be changed and equivalents should not be found according to structural and grammatical aspects, is the result of the extreme formation of the target-oriented movement in translation in his era. In order to criticize the issue of accepting Other based on the tendency of rationalization, we have examined Majedeh Al-Anani’s translation of the story Nūn wa al-Qalam by Jalāl Āl-e-Ahmad, and during the discussion and examination of the examples, we came to the conclusion that the translator in the translation of cultural terms tried to show her faithfulness to the original text, but in some cases, she was not successful and she was only able to replace the word without paying attention to its semantic load and rhetoric.Keywords: Nūn wa al-Qalam, Jalāl Āl-e-Ahmad, Antoine Berman, Majedeh Al-Anani, acceptance of Other.IntroductionSince the issue of "acceptance of Other" necessarily requires the translator to go beyond the body of the cultural and literary system of his society and pay more attention to the source than the target, and his priority should be the writer and not the reader, we found it appropriate to base our investigations and critiques on a theory whose foundation is respect for the author and the original language of the work. Therefore, we found Antoine Berman's Deforming Theory appropriate. Among the most important works of the Persian language, which is considered to be a view of the culture, political, cultural, scientific, and religious approach of Iranian society, is the book "Nūn wa al-Qalam" written by Jalāl Āl-e-Ahmad. This story has been translated into various languages, including Arabic. In the present article, we intend to investigate Majedeh Al-Anani's Arabic translation of Āl-e-Ahmad's "Nūn wa al-Qalam" based on the theory of Antoine Berman and see how the translator translated this work in the face of examples of the component of rationalization - out of the total of 13 components of Berman's theory? And to what extent has he accepted the original text and culture of the source language as "Other"?Literature ReviewBy searching various sources, we found that there are many articles and researches on the application of Antoine Berman's theory in various texts, but in connection with the story of Nūn wa al-Qalam and Berman's theory, there are several sources that we consider:- Reflection of Majedeh Al-Anani's Translation in the Characters of Jalāl Āl-e-Ahmad's Story Nūn wa al-Qalam (based on the elements of Berman's impoverishment) (2022) by Ahmad Lamei Giv. In this article, it has been shown that Al-Anani often intends to preserve the syntactic structure of the source language in the translation of character traits, but this has caused the quality of the translation to drop and has undermined the high meaning of the source text.- Equivalence of Iranian Folklore Categories; Case Study: Arabic Translation of Jalāl Āl-e-Ahmad’s Nūn wa al-Qalam (2018) Marzieh Rabiei and colleagues. This article examines Al-Anani's method of finding equivalents in translation and concludes that the translator has used the cultural equivalent or descriptive equivalent method above all else in finding equivalents that have a cultural connotation. In finding equivalents of material categories, Al-Anani also used various methods of transfer, transformation, etc., and performed weakly and inadequately in translating some terms.- Examination of Majedeh Al-Anani's Translation of Jalāl Āl-e-Ahmad's Nun wa Al-Qalam based on Baker's Idiomatic Equivalence Theory (2018) by Zohreh Ghorbani. This research has examined and analyzed the translation of the terms in the story of Nun wa Al-Qalam, and it is believed that Al-Anani, among the various methods that Mona Baker expresses in her Idiomatic Equivalence Theory, mostly used the method of translating terms into the form of similarity of meaning and change of form. Ghorbani believes that although Al-Anani is an Arabic speaker, she has a relatively correct understanding of Persian terms and proverbs, and this is the reason why she translated some Persian terms correctly.- The relationship between linguistic functions and personality types in the story of Nun wa Al-Qalam (2012) by Seyed Ahmed Parsa and Sa’di Haji, was conducted to examine the compatibility between the linguistic functions of the characters in the story and their personality types, which are important principles of story writing. The result is that in the story of Nun wa Al-Qalam, there is not much compatibility between the linguistic functions of people and their personality types.MethodologyIn the search conducted on the researches on this topic, we did not find an example that examined the rationalization component of Antoine Berman's theory in Majedeh Al-Anani's translation of Nun wa Al-Qalam based on the acceptance of "Other".In order to investigate the deforming tendency of Berman's rationalization in Majedeh Al-Anani's translation of Jalāl Āl-e-Ahmad’s story Nun wa Al-Qalam, the researcher first collected some theoretical foundations around keywords and then selected some samples from the original text and their translation and analyzed the samples with a descriptive-analytical method. After examining the samples, the researcher reached the following results:ConclusionIt can be said that Berman's theory should be applied in texts such as holy texts, literary texts, and scientific texts in which form and structure are important. However, in texts in which the message and effect are more important than the form, one cannot insist on accepting the Other and criticize the rationalization tendency, but the expressive possibilities of the target language should be taken into account so that it can leave the same message and impact on the target audience.In general, by examining the selected samples from the book, it can be concluded that according to Antoine Berman's theory, the foundation of which is the acceptance of the Other, respect for the original text, accompanying the author and his culture, and ignoring himself, the translator did not have acceptable performance and in most cases, intentionally or unintentionally, transferred the same words, phrases, and expressions, and considered the words, phrases, and expressions more than the meaning of the text.Al-Anani has forgotten the "Other" by transferring the same words, terms, combinations, and expressions and not paying attention to how to transfer the meaning and concept of the original text. This means that the audience as "Other" cannot accept the translated text, which has no semantic load in the target language, and refuses to accept it due to the feeling of alienation from the translation.

Introduction: In recent years, driver’s drowsiness has been one of the leading causes of road accidents, which can lead to physical injuries, death, and significant economic losses. Statistics show that an efficient system is needed to detect the driver’s drowsiness, that gives the necessary warning before an unfortunate event occurs. Therefore, this review study was conducted to investigate the studies on driver’s drowsiness sensors and to present a combination of diagnostic methods and an efficient model design. Material and Methods: This narrative review study was conducted through a systematic search using “driver” and “drowsiness detection” as search keywords in indexing databases including Scopus, PubMed, and Web of Sciences. The search encompassed the latest related research conducted in this field from 2010 to September 2020. The reference lists were also reviewed to find further studies. Results: In general, researchers evaluate driver’s drowsiness using three methods including vehicle-based measurement, behavioural measurement, and physiological measurement. The details and how these measurements are made make a big difference to the existing systems. In this study, which is a narrative review, the three mentioned measurements were examined using sensors and also the advantages and limitations of each were discussed. Real and simulated driving conditions were also compared. In addition, different ways to detect drowsiness in the laboratory were examined. Finally, after an analytical comparison of the methods of diagnosing drowsiness, a diagram was presented based on which an efficient and combined model was developed. Conclusion: Taking into account the limitations of each of the methods, we need a combination of behavioural, performance, and other measures to have an efficient drowsiness diagnosing model. Such model must be tested using simulations and in real world situations.

Nowadays, due to the increase in crises and destructive events at all levels of organizations and companies, creating flexibility has become the first priority of many organizations. Therefore, considering that the petrochemical industry is one of the industries that is very sensitive to disturbances and is associated with rapid technological changes and uncertainty, this research aims to investigate the mediating role of organizational agility in the relationship between social capital and knowledge management on organizational resilience was carried out in Asalouyeh Petrochemical Company. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the research was the employees of Asalouyeh Petrochemical Company, whose number was 430. For this purpose, 203 people were selected as a statistical sample using a simple random sampling method and using Cochran's formula. The research data collection tools include three questionnaires by Nonaka and Takeuchi (1998) to evaluate knowledge management, Al-Omoush et al. (2020) questionnaire to evaluate social capital and organizational agility, and Prayak et al. (2018) questionnaire to evaluate organizational resilience. The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through the comments of 10 academic experts. Also, construct validity (convergent and divergent validity) was checked and confirmed based on the extracted average variance criterion and composite reliability. To calculate the reliability of the questionnaires, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used (knowledge management: 0.802, social capital: 0.807, organizational resilience: 0.796, organizational agility: 0.821) and all coefficients were higher at 0.7, which indicates the used measurement tool has acceptable reliability. SPSS software was used to analyze demographic variables and descriptive statistics, and AMOS software was used to analyze inferential statistics and structural equation methods. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables of social capital and knowledge management with the variables of organizational agility and organizational resilience. So the value of t-statistic is higher than 1.96 on all routes, which indicates significance at the 95% level. Also, the mediating role of organizational agility with a total effect of 0.643 on the path between knowledge management and organizational resilience is greater than the path between social capital and organizational resilience with a total effect of 0.120. In other words, the influence of organizational agility on the relationship between knowledge management and organizational resilience is greater than the relationship between social capital and organizational resilience. Based on the obtained results, it can be said that one of the best ways to deal with environmental changes and achieve a resilient organization is to lead the organization towards being agile. Organizational agility also requires the ability and knowledge management as one of the most important competitive advantages and the development of social capital to achieve organizational goals.

Introduction: The most effective strategy to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 is social distancing. Close contact between professor and student is inevitable in traditional methods of dental education. Therefore, newer methods should be used to avoid unnecessary contacts while continuing the training. The present study aimed to evaluate the educational method using online classes and videos on preclinical endodontics from the perspective of professors and undergraduate students. Materials and Methods: The Practical Principles of Endodontics course was taught to 67 undergraduate students on two levels P1 and P2 (31 students in P1 and 36 students in P2). In each session, students watched a professionally produced demo video with a verbal explanation. The main points were stated by the instructor during and after watching the videos. Then the students' questions were answered before the practice. The students of P2 had passed their P1 course in the traditional method in the previous semester; therefore, comparing traditional and new teaching methods was possible. Results: A total of 67 students and 12 professors completed the questionnaire. From an institutionalist point of view, political development is essentially defined as the process of institutionalization of political power within the state institution, an important criterion of which is the institutionalization of political power acquisition. This paper studies the evolution of political development in the Islamic Republic of Iran with respect to the institutionalization process of political power acquisition, aiming to identify the difficulties inherent in this dimension of political development in Iran. The content analysis of the data collected through a documentary method shows that there are two major difficulties in the institutionalization process of political power acquisition in the Islamic Republic of Iran. One of the difficulties is linked to the continuing dispute over the ‘identity’ of those who lay claim to power, which involves debates over the identity of natural and legal persons, including political and quasi-political groups. The second difficulty is related to the dispute over the ‘process’ of political power acquisition, including analyzing eligibility, monitoring, and voting. Despite many obstacles to access various and valid documents containing valuable data about these difficulties, the findings of the study can provide powerful impetus for collecting more data and conducting thorough research in future. They can also offer different perspectives for finding more effective ways to cope with the difficulties and face the obstacles inherent in the institutionalization of the process of political power acquisition.

Introduction[1] Arabi sheep population includes almost 55% of the local sheep population in Khuzestan province. Lamb mortality is a universal problem in sheep breeding that may be reached to 20-40% of total lambs born and could impact the genetic improvement, animal welfare and economic viability of sheep breeding, adversely. Research on improving survival of lambs is likely to have a higher pay-off than research on improving the number of lambs conceived. Lamb survival is a compound trait affected by many various factors related to climate, management, lamb and ewe behavior and genetic effects. Lamb survivability is controlled by genetics of the animal, contributed by direct genetic and maternal effects and also by environmental effects. There are disagreements among researchers about using a suitable model to analyze the survival traits, and each researcher has suggested the use of specific models. In general, the use of linear and threshold models has been suggested for survival trait analysis. Although survival has great economic importance, in the studies conducted on Iranian livestock, less attention has been paid to it. The aim of this study was to analyze the genetic parameters for the survival of Arabi lambs from birth to one year of age using linear and Weibull models.Materials and Methods in this study, 5452 lamb survival records collected by the Jahad Agricultural Organization of Ahvaz from 1993 to 2005 were used. Traits included were cumulative survival from birth to the end of one year and on a monthly basis. In order to estimate genetic parameters using linear models, the Restricted Maximum Likelihood (REML) method was used in Wombat software based on a univariate analysis. The Weibull model and Matvec software were also used for estimating variance component and genetic parameters of Survival rate.Results and Discussion Different models compared using the likelihood ratio test. For survival traits until 1, 4, 5, and 10 months, the model 4 was suitable, which include the direct additive genetic effect, maternal additive genetic effect and their covariance. In the case of until 2 months, the best model was the model 3, which include the direct and maternal additive genetic effects. For until 3, 8, 9, and 12 months, model 1 including direct additive genetic effect was selected. And for other traits Model 5 (direct additive genetic, maternal additive genetic, and maternal permanent environmental effects) was chosen as the best model. The direct heritability of survival rate estimated from different linear models was in the range of 0.025 to 0.061. In general, despite the high economic importance of survival in the breeds until one year of age, due to low estimates of the inheritance of these traits using linear models, it cannot be expected that genetic selection alone can make significant genetic progress. The genetic variance component among sires, heritability on the logarithmic scale, heritability on the original scale, and effective heritability obtained from Weibull sire model were increased to a peak point at 4 months. After that, a decline occurred until 5 months, and then a fluctuation was observed until 9 months. A limited increase was found in the 11 and 12 months. The heritability of sire model, in the logarithmic scale, had a low to medium range (0.13-0.25), and in the original scale had a medium to high range (0.39-0.75). The effective heritability was estimated in the medium range. Estimated values of the survival heritability using the Weibull model was greater than the value obtained from the linear animal model. Although heritability estimations for survival and mortality is low, it is possible that genetic progress may be enhanced by selecting lambs with higher breeding value for survival.Conclusion Estimation of the genetic parameters for survival lambs from birth to one year of age using linear and Weibull models were low vs medium to high, respectively. Therefore, based on the results of linear models, response to direct selection to improve the survival of lambs in this breed will be very slow, and more attention should be paid to improving non-genetic factors and indirect selection and outbreeding, but based on The results of Weibull models, it seems that the rate of response to genetic selection to improve survival trait is faster using these models compared to the linear models, suggest that lamb survival could be improved through direct selection and could be included in the Arabi sheep selection index.

Background: CNS infection can be focal or generalized. Meningitis, besides other etiologies, can occur after a viral infection or viral vaccine. Although meningitis can occur in at any age but it is more common in children less than five years old. Aseptic meningitis and meningoencephalitis are two of the most common complications of mumps (wild type or vaccine). As a result of their serious complication, we decided to obtain more information about clinical manifestations and laboratory findings after the injection of the Hoshino MMR vaccine in a group of children in an Iranian referral hospital. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, performed from March 2013 to February 2015 on 73 children with meningochemical symptoms of meningitis, children who have been diagnosed with aseptic meningitis followed by an MMR vaccine in an infectious ward or emergency department of the Children’s Medical Center were enrolled in the study and their information was recorded from their files. A questionnaire was provided for children with diagnostic criteria of aseptic meningitis and their data were collected. Results: The gender ratio of patients was 46 males to 27 females. After collecting the symptoms of meningitis, the frequency of symptoms in these patients was as below: fever 66%, headache 49.3%, nausea and vomiting 74%, parotid swelling 0%, seizure 21.9% and meningeal symptoms 37%. Their laboratory data showed that 8.2% of patients had normal WBC and 76.7% had Abnormal results in their CSF (Cerebrospinal fluid) analysis. Mumps PCR (Polymerase chain reaction) was positive in 85% of samples. Conclusion: our study revealed that nausea and vomiting were the most frequent symptom after MMR vaccination in children and fever was in second grade in aseptic meningitis. There was no relation between clinical symptoms together, therefore we should take care of children after MMR vaccination to avoid complications when they become symptomatic.

An efficient and green approach was developed for the synthesis of various derivatives of tetrahydrobenzo[b]pyran and 3,4-dihydropyrano[c]chromene in the presence of Dendrimer-PWAn as nanocatalyst at ambient temperature through a one-pot three-component reaction between aromatic aldehydes, malononitrile, and dimedone or 4-hydroxycoumarin in an aqueous media under ultrasound irradiation. In order to prepare this catalyst, H3PW12O40 (PWAn) nanoparticles provided by a solvo-thermal method were encapsulated into dendritic polymer-supported on nanosilica. The catalyst is mesoporous and has a particle size of 40 nm. The mean pore diameter, BET surface area and pore volume are 6.1 nm, 479 m2/g and 0.6 cm3, respectively. The amounts of PWAn immobilized on the nanocatalyst was found to be 39.7 wt% (0.14 mmol/g). The developed method is not only suitable for aromatic aldehydes but also successfully used for acid sensitive heteroaromatic aldehydes, and the corresponding products were synthesized with high purity in high yield, and short reaction times. This new method has significant advantages such as operational simplicity, high efficiency, short reaction time and lack of elaborate workup or tedious purification procedures. In addition, excellent yields in a mild environment, thermal stability, and simple catalyst separation make it a suitable alternative to other heterogeneous catalysts. Also, this catalyst can be easily recycled through simple filtration or centrifugation and used for six consecutive periods without significant reduction in activity.

The studied volcanic rocks are located in 35 km North West of Tabriz and consists of dacite, andesite, basalt and basaltic andesite. Based on structural geology evidences, this area is part of west Alborz – Azerbaijan zone. Plio - Quaternary volcanism is started with explosive eruptions of acidic and intermediate materials and in last and young stage basaltic lava erupted from faults and fractures that are visible with layered structure. Prismatic basaltic lavas covered pyroclastic rocks and andesitic lavas. The main constituent minerals in these rocks are olivine, plagioclase, amphibole and pyroxene. In the diagram to determine the magmatic series, samples belong to two magmatic series calc-alkaline and alkaline and show characteristics of bimodal magmatism. Studied volcanic sequence show a reverse volcanic series that it is results of characteristics of bimodal volcanism. In spider diagrams which normalized with chonderite and primitive mantle amounts, these rocks show enrichment of HREE and HFSE elements and depletion of LREE and LILE like Ti, Nb and Ta (TNT). According to the trace elements diagrams La to La / Sm and La / Yb to Yb ratio, magma genesis can be formed from a low rate of partial melting of garnet lherzolite mantle and with ascending and emplacement of magma in the upper level of the crust partial melting of crustal rocks produced acidic and intermediate volcanic materials. Tectonomagmatic diagrams show that these rocks formed in post collision volcanic arcs.

The young basalts in East Azerbaijan are placed in West Alborz – Azerbaijan zone. Volcanic activities have extended from the Pliocene to the Quaternary by eruption from fracture systems and faults. Rocks under study are olivine-basalt and trachybasalts. The main minerals are olivine, pyroxene, plagioclase set in glassy or microcrystalline matrix and olivine are present as phenocryst. The textures in the studied rocks are mainly hyaloporphyric, hyalomicrolitic and porphyritic. Trace elements and rare earth elements on spider diagrams have high LREE/HREE ratio. Rare earth elements on diagram display negative slope indicating alkaline nature for the basalts under study. As it may be observed, on tectonic diagrams, the Marand basalts are placed on Island Arc basalt (IAB) field, whereas the Ahar, Heris, Kalaibar and Miyaneh basalts are classified as Ocean Island Basalts (OIB) and finally the basalts of Sohrol area are plotted on continental rift Basalt (CRB) field. The Marand and Sohrol basalts were likely originated from lithospheric - astenospheric mantle with 2 to 5 % partial melting whereas, the Ahar, Heris and Kalaibar basalts having same source experienced 1-2% partial melting rate and the Miyaneh basalts possibly produced from lithospheric mantle with 10-20% partial melting rate pointing to shallow depth of mantle and the higher rate of melting. Based on tectonic setting diagrams, all the rocks studied are plotted in post collisional environments.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between customer’s satisfaction, loyalty and intention to switch family restaurant’s brand by considering the modifying impact of customer’s variety seeking and purchase decision involvement. With this regard, statistical population consisted of family restaurants customers in Isfahan, municipality 3, from which 380 people were considered using simple random sampling. This was an applicable research in terms of its purpose, and a descriptive-survey research in terms of its methodology. Data were collected through questionnaires as well as library resources. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed through content validity and Cronbach alpha coefficient (0.876), respectively. Having used some statistical tests like structural equation and Z-test through SPSS and Lisrel software, hypotheses were examined. The result indicated a significant effect of customer’s satisfaction on his/her loyalty and intention to switch family restaurant’s brand. Furthermore, customer’s variety seeking orientation had a significant effect on the relationship between his/her loyalty and intention to switch brand. Besides this, customer’s involvement in purchase intention had a significant effect on the relationship between his/her satisfaction and loyalty in family restaurants. On the other hand, the results indicated that customer’s variety seeking did not have any significant effect not only on the relationship between his/her satisfaction and loyalty, but also on the relationship between his/her satisfaction and intention to switch family restaurant’s brand. Ultimately, customer’s involvement in purchase intention did not have any significant effect not only on the relationship between his/her loyalty and intention to switch family restaurant’s brand, but also on the relationship between his/her satisfaction and intention to switch family restaurant’s brand.

Background: Trichomonas vaginalis is a flagellate parasite causing vaginosis, a common sexual transmitted disease. Metronidazole is the drug of choice for this disease but due to its side effects, it is necessary to search for an alternative drug. In this study, the effect of Menthe piperita and Salvia officinalis on Trichomonas vaginalis was investigated. Methods: Hydro-alcoholic extracts of the two herbs were prepared. The extracts were dried using vacuum rotary evaporator. Different concentrations of the extracts in comparison with methronidazole were added in test tubes containing culture medium and the parasite. All test tubes were kept in 37ºC for 24 hours. The tubes were then expected for the parasite growth. Findings: In concentrations of 2, 2.5, 4, 5, 8, and 10 mg/ml of Salvia officinalis and in concentrations of 4, 5, 8, and 10 mg/ml of Menthe piperita the parasite did not grow. The effect of the extracts on Trichomonas vaginalis was similar to the effect of metronidazole on the parasite. Conclusion: Salvia officinalis and Menthe piperita had efficient effect against Trichomonas vaginalis growth in culture medium and s,o these two herbs can be considered as alternatives drugs. However, more investigation is recommended.

The extract was dried using vacuum rotary evaporator. Different doses of the extract were added to 8 tubes containing culture medium of Trichomonas vaginalis; metronidazole was added to 1 tube. Finally, 104 Trichomonas vaginalis was added to each tube. Every 24 hours for 3 days, the tubes were seen for count and motion of the parasite under the microscope. Findings: In concentrations of 4, 5, 8 and 10 mg/ml of Tanacetum parthenium, the parasite did not grow. The effect of the extract on Trichomonas vaginalis was similar to the effect of metronidazole. Conclusion: Tanacetum parthenium has efficient effect against Trichomonas vaginalis growth in culture medium; so, this herb can be considered as alternative drug for methronidazole.

From the cultural point of view, one of the important criteria for assessing a community is the amount of attention that is paid to women and their presence in social domains. At different periods of human life, the importance of the role of women alongside men has been neglected. according to archaeological evidence, except Neolithic and chalcolithic periods that subsistence were based on husbandry and agriculture, and women had equal life by the side of men ,this process has been changed with dominance of men at other historical periods. By arrival of Islam to Iran, equality didn’t occur in different groups of community. The process continued in earlier Islamic centuries, when in medieval centuries with Mongol arrival former circumstances somewhat changed and women alongside men could contribute to different activities of community. In fact, the Mongol era is the only period that equality between women and men could be observed clearly; reasons of this phenomenon have been investigated at specific social conditions in that time. This topic concerns the necessity of studying the status of women in that time. So the aim of this research is surveying the reasons of widespread role of women in the mentioned period in terms of historical and archaeological evidence. In order to properly design and seismic rehabilitation of old and valuable buildings, the seismic hazard zoning map is required. Since construction of the Neyshabour City have over 50 years old, and some of the historical and religious buildings ​​have their importance, and due to the presence of large earthquakes in the background seismicity of the city, the necessity of the study is obvious. The purpose of this study is the risk analysis and preparation of hazard zoning map in Neyshabour. In this study, using different sources, seismic data catalog during 1900 to 2012 in radius of 150 km of Neyshabour had been collected, and then respect to active faults, the seismic parameters were calculated in the study area. If the the north Neyshabour fault activity be at the distance of 8/82 km from the Neyshabour, Maximum horizontal acceleration resulted from that for the Neyshabour city, by 07/057Richter seismic power ,0/433g acceleration of gravity was calculated. Finally, according to the estimated PGA, the seismic hazard zoning map using Geostatistical Analyst tool in ArcGis software was plotted.

The main aim of this article is to introduce the recognition of the function and the structure, as well as the core elements, of narration in narrative texts as a key factor in comprehending their main theme(s). The analysis of the levels of narration and Pirang design can shed light on the main theme of the text and the tricks that a storyteller uses in order to express the theme to the reader. To achieve this, we have analyzed and explained the level of narration and plot of "Man and Stone" and "Insects That Become Human" by two well-known and active Afghan writers, that is, Azam Rahnavard Zaryab and Spozhmi Zaryab, respectively. Rahnavard Zaryab is one of Afghanistan's most famous writers. Her productivity has made her one of the most active Afghan writers in the genre of fiction. Spozhmi Zaryab is another famous Afghan storyteller, whose knowledge about the French language has positively affected the structural quality of his stories. A comparative analysis of the narrative structure of these two stories can well illustrate their main theme, because particular attention to their narrative structures can enable readers to easily understand the main content of these stories. Imam Abu Amr al-Basri is counted among the ten consecutive recitations and he is the only one who has the consensus of the scholars to be a pure Arabic. He was a just, trustworthy and an ascetic man who was devoted to spend his wealth for good deeds. He was well versed in sciences such as recitation, dictionary, history, genealogy and poetry. His recitation is easy, heartwarming and beyond difficulty. He was the most knowledgeable of the Qur'an and Arabic lexicon among his contemporary scholars and famous readers. However, in some verses there is a difference between his recitation and the recitation of other reciters. While providing a brief introduction of Imam Abu Amr, this article interprets the literal and terminological meaning of reciting the Qur'an. Keeping in mind the famous recitation of seven reciters and especially the recitation of Imam Abu Amr, it then discusses three verses of the Holy Qur'an. Two of these verses are related to Qur'anic verbs (افعال) and the third verse is related to Qur'anic plural noun (.(اسم جمع These verses are generally disputed by the commentators. In order to easily understand the interpretive effects of the difference of recitation in the selected verses, four different steps have been taken in the light of the sayings of reliable commentators: 1. After translating the related verse, the difference of the ten reciters is mentioned. 2. The meanings and concepts of recitations is explained in different Qur'anic words. 3. The interpretive effects caused by the differences of recitations is resolved. 4. At the end of each verse, a brief but comprehensive analysis is presented so that the scholars, those who have a taste for the knowledge of recitations, and especially the readers can understand the interpretive effects of the desired verses at any stage. "Civil disobedience" as a form of protest in socio-political activities is the act of deliberately violating a valid law for moral protest against the government. The justification of this socio-political idea has seen ups and downs in parallel with the emergence of widespread protest movements against governments in the Western world. One of the concerns of accepting this idea in religious government is philosophical justification based on the existence of a moral and political obligation to "obey the law" in law-abiding religious governments. Borrowing from the posed subjects in the legal and political literature of the West about the two mentioned doctrines, this article deals with the feasibility of combining civil disobedience and the rule of law in religious governments. The result is to prove the possibility of establishing a relative interaction between these two doctrines and accepting the degree of civil disobedience and the rule of law in religious government by separating the formal and substantive analyses of the rule of law. The research method of this writing is descriptive-analytical.

Background: Due to the relatively high complications of hypospadias surgery, this survey aimed to resolve the incidence and risk factors for hypospadias surgery complications in children undergoing surgery at Aliasghar hospital in Tehran in 2017. Materials and Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was performed on 90 children over six months who underwent surgical treatment of hypospadias. Information on risk factors was collected by a researcher-made questionnaire at the time of admission and at the time of discharge. Also, surgical complications were evaluated two weeks after surgery and up to one year after that and entered in a questionnaire. Findings were analyzed using t-test and chi-square test or Fisher Exact test. Results: The only surgical complication was urethrocutaneous fistula, which was seen in 18.9% of patients. Risk factors associated with complications of hypospadias surgery include low birth weight, preoperative testosterone injection, presence of penoscrotal or scrotal hypospadias, Ducket`s surgical technique and Prolonged retention of the urinary catheter, but the age of the child at the time of surgery, gestational age, and family history of hypospadias were not associated with surgical complications. Conclusion: It is recommended to be more careful in terms of surgical technique, especially in children with low birth weight and penoscrotal or scrotal hypospadias, and if possible, avoid testosterone before surgery and Ducket`s technique for surgery.

Introduction. Social development as an important part of the transformation process has many positive and negative impacts on children's mental health. The study, by emphasis on the mediating role of social competence, was done to identify the impacts of empathy on social development of preschool children.Method. The present study design was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population included Tehran’s preschool children in 2019 which 370 children were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. Vineland (1953) Social Growth Scale, Bryant Empathy Questionnaire (1982) and Bellini Social Satisfaction Questionnaire (2007) with acceptable validity and reliability were used to collect data. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze data.Findings. The empathy had a direct impact on social development and social competence (β=0.24; p < 0.001) and an indirect impact on social development of children with a mediating role of social competence (β=0.12; p < 0.02). Also, social competence had a direct impact on their social growth (β=0.43; p < 0.001) and the fit indices showed that the model had a good fit.Result. The variables of empathy and social competence are effective in the social development and can be used in basic form of skills in formal education and parenting skills to prevent and treat interpersonal problems.

Background: This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of mindfulness-based therapy (MBT) and short-term solution-focused therapy (STSFT) on resilience and happiness in MS patients. Materials and Methods: This study used a randomized clinical trial with pre-test, post-test, follow up, and the control group. The population under study consisted of all women with MS in Tabriz who were members of MS Society in Tabriz in 2019. In total, 30 women were selected by purposive sampling as the participants and randomly divided into three groups. The members of both experimental groups received their own treatment respectively in 8 and 7 sessions each lasting 1.5 hours. Results: The mean and standard deviation of resilience and happiness MBT group in pretest (44.70±3.44 & 35.30±3.19), STSFT group (45.50±2.87 & 36.00±3.45), and the control group was (45.40±2.75 & 37.20±2.57). The results showed that the MBT (52.00±3.12 & 43.80±2.54) and STSFT (54.00±2.90 & 42.50±5.01) compared to the control group (44.60±2.27 & 36.90±3.24) increased the resilience and happiness in MS patients on the posttest (P=0.001). Besides, the effect of MBT (52.00±3.16 & 44.00±2.58) and STSFT (53.70±2.66 & 42.60±4.94) on the resilience and happiness (44.60±2.27 & 36.70±4.83) persisted in the follow-up phase (P0.05). Conclusion: It was found that the MBT and STSFT can reduce the patients' stress and thus enabling them to better cope with their illness, this in turn can increase the resilience and happiness in patients with MS.

Background: Diabetes is a chronic disease which involves a high risk of disability and death, especially when the lifestyle of the patient doesn’t fit the patient’s illness, following up to medical treatment is low or irregular and the person does not adhere to self-care behaviors. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of group acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) on self-care and HbA1C in type II diabetes. Materials and Methods: This experimental research used an available sampling with pre-test post-test design with control group. 60 clients of diabetes who were referred to the oil industry hospital were randomly assigned to intervention and control groups. The intervention group, in addition to its routine medical treatment, received ACT treatment in 8 sessions of 120-minute in weekly sessions. While the control group only continued their routine medical treatment. The execution time of self-care questionnaire was weekly and blood test in both groups was before and after the implementation of the study. In a qualitative and descriptive-analytical manner, this paper seeks to achieve Islam’s view about the priority of the encouragement or punishment approaches in education, and to provide Quranic methods for applying the Quran’s view and its application in the official and public education of the country, in order to facilitate the educational process and to increase the effectiveness of the educational and developmental teachings. The analytical corpus includes the text of the Quran, and the analytical sample includes all the verses that have both words of annunciation and admonition together. Data analysis was carried out simultaneously and continuously along with the process of data collection, categorization, classification, encoding, explanation, and interpretation. The findings indicate that the Holy Quran has prioritized encouragement by prioritizing annunciation. To explain and analyze how this aim is achieved, this paper deals with the expression of the mind-tospeech connection, purposefulness of speech, the application of prioritization and postponement in the accurate interpretations of the Quran verses, Imams’ use of Quranic prioritization and postponement for the precise determination of the Islamic priorities as the authoritative basis of Quranic prioritization and postponement, and the prioritization of annunciation over admonition in the Holy Quran. Similarly, the (verbal, material, emotional, and value-based) encouragement methods extracted from the Quranic text are: admiration, expressing satisfaction, praying, persuasion, expressing good deeds, saluting, and promising as verbal methods; affection and dignity as emotional methods; and taking into account the individual’s special status, and expressing satisfaction as the value-based methods.

Background & Objective: This study was designed to investigate the causes and factors related to natural childbirth among pregnant women who attended prenatal care of Arak. Materials & Methods: This cross-sectional study was carried out among 595 women who attended to prenatal care of Arak. Five hospitals were selected randomly. Only the pregnant women who wish to complete the questionnaire were enrolled in the study. The data were analyzed using chi-square test, t-test, the Mann-Whitney -u test, x², Friedman Test through SPSS16 software. Results: The average sample age was 26 ±5.3 years. The mean score for nulliparous women on the Fear of Childbirth Questionnaire (26.2 ± 7.8) was significantly higher than that of multiparous women (23.9 ± 7.9), p<0.0 01. There was a significant difference between the scores of childbirth, women who chose the caesarian 27.5 ±5.1 and the women who chose natural childbirth 24.1±3.2 p= (0.02). The results indicated that the most common cause of fear was of the possible harm to the baby 77.9% (459). Conclusion: As far as the women's fear regarding child birth were mostly higher among nulliparous and cesarean women, it is recommended to make them aware about the causes of fear and provide consulting services in order to reduce the demand of caesarean as a way of childbirth. Background: Conservative treatment needs to be tried prior to surgical treatment of knee osteoarthritis. This study was designed to evaluate the short-term effects of dextrose prolotherapy on pain relief and functional improvement in knee osteoarthritis in comparison with intra-articular hyaluronic acid injections. Methods: In this double blind clinical trial, 100 patients, aged 40-70 years, with complaints of knee pain lasting >3 months were recruited in Akhtar hospital during the years 2010 to 2011. The patients met the criteria proposed by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) for knee osteoarthritis. 50 patients in hyaluronic acid group received five 2 ml injections of hyaluronic acid (Synocrom Forte® 1%) weekly and 50 patients in dextrose prolotherapy group received three 2 ml bimonthly injections of 25% dextrose. The patients were evaluated before and after treatment in terms of pain and functionality using the Knee injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS) self-questionnaire. The patients were followed up for 12 weeks and were examined 12 weeks after the injections by an observer unaware of group assignments. The data were recorded for statistical analysis. Results: The mean age of the patients was 60.68.2 years. No significant differences were found between the two groups with respect to pre- and post-treatment KOOS scores. Coenzyme Q10 acts as an antioxidant and is able to reduce resulting oxidative damage. This study was done to determine the effect of Coenzyme Q10 on neuropathic pain in CCI (Chronic Crash Injury) rat model. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study 30 male rats (200-250g) randomizely allocated into 3 groups each 10 rat including CCI, CCI + CoQ10 and CCI + vehicle. Neuropathic pain, was induced by Chronic Crash Injury (CCI) model for sciatic nerve. IP injection of CoQ10 (200 mg/kg) or vehicle was done daily for 10 days. Background and Objectives: The destructive effect of centralized management can be found throughout each organization, which is a barrier for delegation of authority and productivity leading to administrative violence increase and compression and frigidity of affairs. With attention to the importance of delegation of authority this research aimed at determining the correlation between the manager's delegation of authority with the manner of employee direction in Qom hospitals, designed for contributing to improvement of managers’ performance in hospitals.Methods: This correlational and cross-sectional research, was carried out on all the employees under the control of managers and chiefs of Qom province hospitals (N=2167). Sampling was done by cluster sampling method through the use of Cokran sampling based on Morgan and kerjsi chart. 998 samples with the confidence level of %95 and permitted errors of 0.05 were randomly selected. Data were collected via questionnaires which were answered by self-report method. The data were then analyzed by the Pearson correlation coefficient, variance's test F analyses, multiple variant regression and T-test.Results: The mean score of the manager's non-delegation of authority was (32.4). Among the indicators of the direction, there was a significant relationship between the motivation (mean= 61.44) and organizational communication (49.39), also there was a significant relationship between the managers’ delegation of authority and the manner of their employees direction (non-delegation of authority R=-0.13). Conclusion: Due to the meaningful and direct relationship between most of direction variables with the managers’ delegation of authority, increasing the delegation of authority and deconcentration can lead to an increase in employee motivation and (vertical and formal) communication and improved performance of affairs.

"nBackground and Aims: The aim of this in vitro study was to compare shear bond strength of metal brackets bonded to dental porcelain on the basis of presence or absence of silane, type of acid [hydrofluoric acid (HF) or phosphoric acid (H3PO4)] and roughness of porcelain surface (glazed or deglazed) within mouth-like environment."nMaterials and Methods: Eighty glazed ceramic disks were randomly divided into 8 groups of 10 disks: group 1 [HF+silane], group 2 [deglazed+HF+silane], group 3 [HF], group 4 [deglazed+HF], group 5 [H3PO4+silane], group 6 [deglazed+H3PO4+silane], group 7 [H3PO4], group 8 [deglazed+H3PO4]. Then the brackets were bonded and thermocycled. After that, shear bond strength test was done using the Zwick device and the type of bond failure was determined under stereomicroscope at 4X magnification. 3-way ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis were used for statistical analyses."nResults: The shear bond strength for the test groups were as follows: group (1):13.05±7.7 MPa , group (2):25.16±10.66 MPa, group (3):6.7±5.86 MPa, group (4):15.39±8.97 MPa, group (5):12.76±7.91 MPa, group (6):13.57±7.85 MPa, group (7):0.54±0.67 MPa, group (8): 9.34±6.52 MPa. The type of bond failure in all groups was adhesive failure except for group 2. No significant difference in the interaction between (glazed or deglazed), (presence or absence of silane), and type of acid was found (P>0.05)."nConclusion: Under the conditions of this study, the best clinical method was the use of 37% phosphoric acid and silane that resulted in the optimal clinical strength and adhesive bond failure.
