The purpose of the research was to the effectiveness of painting therapy based on mindfulness on cognitive avoidance in students with test anxiety disorders. The present study was quasi-experimental and the statistical population was all female students in the mid-school in district 9 of Tehran during the academic year 2021-2022. A sample of 30 girls with test anxiety, identified by using the test anxiety questionnaire, were selected using the convenience sampling method and random assignment in two groups (15 girls in each the control group and the experimental group). The experimental group was trained in painting therapy based on mindfulness (10 sessions of 60 minutes) and the control group was not trained. The test anxiety questionnaire was used to identify the target sample and the cognitive avoidance questionnaire and the painting therapy protocol based on mindfulness were used. Descriptive statistics, univariate and multivariate covariance analysis, and eta squared results showed that drawing therapy based on mindfulness reduced cognitive avoidance in students. Therefore, painting therapy based on mindfulness is recommended as a psychological intervention to improve the cognitive avoidance of students with test anxiety and increase mental health.

سابقه و هدف: فعالیت‌های مذهبی منبعی مهم در مقابله با بیماری‌ها محسوب می‌شود. تحقیقات نشان داده است که مذهب و باورهای دینی از عوامل تأثیر‌گذار در سازگاری با سختی­ها است که موجب می­شود بیمار سلامتی خود را زودتر به دست آورد. اضطراب ناشی از جداشدن فرد از فرمان‌های مذهبی سبب تأثیر منفی بر سیر بهبود بیماری و طولانی‌تر شدن مدت زمان بستری در بیمارستان و ایجاد عوارض روانی نامطلوب در افراد می­شود. ازاین‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نیازهای مراقبت مذهبی بیماران بستری در بیمارستان علامه بهلول گنابادی طراحی شده است. روش کار: این مطالعۀ توصیفی-مقطعی با شرکت 622 نفر از بیماران بستری در بیمارستان علامه بهلول گنابادی در سال 1397 انجام شده است. داده­ها از طریق پرسش‌نامۀ اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی و پرسش‌نامۀ مراقبت مذهبی در بخش­های عمومی بیمارستان جمع­آوری شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام گرفت. در این پژوهش همۀ موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان تضاد منافعی گزارش نکرده‌اند. یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، میانگین و انحراف ‌معیار سنی و مدت زمان بستری افراد شرکت­کننده در این مطالعه به‌ترتیب 21/21±50/46 و 64/2±76/2 بود. 5/60% از شرکت‌کنندگان زن، 5/78% متأهل و 4/48% خانه‌دار بودند و 60% این افراد نیز سواد خواندن و نوشتن داشتند. علاوه‌براین، آزمون­ خی‌دو در تمامیِ ابعاد نیازهای مذهبی ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری نشان داد (001/0P

Students with specific learning disorder have adaptation problems due to lack of favorable social relationships and numerous academic problems. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of predicting social adjustment based on metacognitive beliefs, alexithymia and empathy in students with special learning disabilities. In this descriptive and correlational study, 116 student were selected as a purposeful sample from all male and female students aged 10 to 14 years with specific learning disorder in Tabriz in 2019- 2020. Bell Social Adjustment Questionnaire, Wells Metacognitive Beliefs Questionnaire, Toronto Alexithymia Scale and Jolliffe & Farrington Empathy Scale were used to collect data. Data were analyzed by Pearson test and regression analysis. The results showed that social adjustment of students with specific learning disabilities had a positive and significant relationship and empathy and with metacognitive beliefs and alexithymia had a negative and significant relationship (p> 0.01). The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of fine motor skills on stereotyped movements of children with autism aged 7 to 15 years in Khomein in 1399. In this quasi-experimental study, 20 children with autism were selected by available sampling method from Khomein Sustained Autism Rehabilitation Center. Then the subjects were randomly divided into two control groups (n = 10) with mean age (10 ± 16/3) and mean height (118 ± 42/23) and mean weight (42 ± 16/7) and experimental group (n = 10) With mean age (12 ± 79/2) and mean height (116 ± 67/34) and mean weight (38 ± 34/8). The experimental group received 15 sessions of 40 minutes (three sessions per week) of fine motor skills training, and the control group performed their daily activities during this period.
