Background and Aims: management of change is one of the requirements of quality standards in dynamic industries. Make changes without evaluation can be a challenge, if not managed properly, can be irreparable damage. Failure to management of change can cause an organization in the HSE area to face many problems, including accidents and work-related illnesses or unwanted environmental pollution. Determining the criteria for assessing the consequences of change may help the organization determine whether this change is in the organization or not. On the other hand, change in the organization is compulsory in many cases. Assessing and determining the causes of the impact of a change can help the organization to improve its readiness to deal with possible emergencies through the implementation of a change. Any change in the manpower, equipment, processes and procedures of the organization will be likely to create new health, safety and environmental hazards. The management of change process helps to ensure that the organization (production or service) operations are carried out safely and reliably. It should be noted that many policies, safety instructions and safety processes have been created in the organization based on traditional thinking and are less reviewed and changed, which does not interfere with the changes that have occurred in the technology. The aim study aims to provide a change management model with the HSE approach. Material and methods: In this study, firstly, the contributing of change management process were defined based on the HSE approach according to available resources. In the first stage, 15 criteria and 40 sub-criteria were determined. Then, using the expertschr('39') opinion, the most important ones were selected, in which 5 criteria and 12 sub-criteria were defined. In this research, expert someone who has at least a Bachelorchr('39')s degree in the field of HSE, industrial engineering or industrial management. Also have at least 10 years experience in the copper industry. At this point, 10 experts were selected. A pairwise questionnaire (prepared by researchers) was used to collect expert opinion. Experts were used to determine the validity of the questionnaire. Matrix correlation coefficient as well as Cronbachchr('39')s alpha coefficient were used to change its reliability. At this stage, we used the FAHP method to determine the weight of effectiveness and prioritization of the criteria. To provide a conceptual model of the study, it was necessary to determine the relationship between the criteria to determine which criteria were defined as being setting Effect measures in the change management process and which criteria were defined as a receiver Effect measure of the management of change process. In this section, research and determination of the criteria of the criteria was used with the main change management process from DEMATEL. DEMATELchr('39')s results were categorized into two setting Effect and receiver Effect groups. Based on the results, it was proposed to present a decision model for assessing and ranking the changes, as well as providing a decision model for assessing the implementation of the change. At last, Based on the results, a linear model was proposed for evaluating and ranking the changes, as well as providing a decision model for evaluating the implementation of the change. Results: In the first stage, the results of FAH in determining the weight and ranking of main criteria showed that among the main criteria, the main criterion is the consequences of the change and then the ability to execute the change. The lowest priority is the change type, which has a lower rating. In the case of sub-criteria, the results showed that among the sub-criterion that influences the management of chang process, the following is the highest priority under the criterion of the level of effectiveness and type and outcome probability, and the budget and facilities needed. Changes in equipment and organization and manpower are of the lowest priority. The results of the DEMATEL section to determine the internal relations of the criteria with the change management process for the conceptual modeling of the research showed that the highest criterion of setting Effect among the sub criteria is the type of change with the sub-criterion of organizational changes and the ability to execute with the sub-criterion of the required facilities and HSE management With a safety degree. Also, the most receiver Effect measure in managing change is the change outcome with the sub-criterion of the type of outcome and the standard of HSE management with the sub criteria of environmental pollution. According to the results obtained from normalizing the data, the decision model of priority and choosing the changes defined is as follows. Where in; S is degree of Safety, H is degree of Health, B is Budget required, F is facility required, O is organization, Hu is Human, Ma is Management, Eq is equipment. It should be noted that all defined parameters have 0 or 1 state (they are realized 1 and they are not reached 0). It is clear that as much as the number of ASSESS is higher, the defined change has a higher priority in execution. According to the results obtained from the normalization of data, the decision model is the priority of implementing the defined changes as follows. Where in; I is conseqence of change (if consequence is acceptable I is 1. If consequence is unacceptable I is 0), Ip is probablity of conseqence (if probeblity is high then Ip is 1. If probability is low, then Ip is 0) , P is performance (if performance is acceptable P is 1. If performance is un acceptable P is 0), E is environmental pollution (if changes cause enviromental pollution, E is 1. If changes don’t cause environmental pollution, E is 0). It should be noted that all defined parameters have 0 or 1 state (they are realized 1 and they are not reached 0). Conclusion: Using change management models can make changes without putting a lot of challenge. In the copper industry, due to changes in environmental conditions and the dangers of this industry, the cosequence of change is prioritized. In other industries with their own structures, creating a change management structure may vary. The results show that the most important issue in the change management process is the assessment of executive capacity and the assessment of the consequences of the change. Also, in evaluating the feasibility of making changes, there is a need for comprehensive studies to be made so that we can properly and accurately plan the resources needed to implement the change. Using decision models, especially the use of models that represent the internal relations between decision-making criteria, can act in the formation of new conceptual models with a new approach.

Background: Sexual problems during pregnancy are the source of many interpersonal and marital conflicts. The pattern of changes in sexual activity during pregnancy can have an impact on sexual function and thus on sexual satisfaction in pregnant women. Counseling can reduce pregnant women's sexual problems during this time greatly. This study was conducted to determine the effect of counseling based on the PLISSIT model (Permission, Limited Information, Specific Suggestions, Intensive Therapy) on sexual function in pregnant women. Methods: This randomized clinical trial study was conducted on 80 pregnant women with gestational age of 24-26 weeks, having at least one sexual problem confirmed by psychiatrists. They were divided randomly in basis of block permutation into two groups of intervention and control. The intervention group received counseling based on PLISSIT by a trained midwife and control group received regular prenatal care by a midwifery clinic. Demographic and midwifery, and Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) questionnaire were used and completed for data collection before intervention, and 2 and 4 weeks after that. P-value of less than 0.05 was considered significant. Findings: After adjusting for pre-intervention score, there were significant differences between the mean score of sexual function, and all its domains, among experimental and control groups at the fourth week after the intervention (P < 0.05). Conclusion: As sexual counseling based on PLISSIT model improved sexual function in women during pregnancy in this research, using this model in primigravida is advised. Evaluation of this method in sexual satisfaction is recommended for future studies.

Background: The role of noncontractile and wide elements of thoracolumbar fascia is miserable. Studies that examine the thoracolumbar fascia in living beings have often been used ultrasound techniques. Because of the variety of positions, we tried to identify base position to carry out these studies. Methods: Fifty three voluntaries entered the study. Then we did sonography in prone, sitting, and quadruped positions, after inspiration and respiration and at both sides at L3 level. Findings: Sonography findings showed that thoracolumbar fascia thickness at the end of inspiration was significantly more than thickness at the end of respiration at prone and sitting positions despite quadruped position at both sides. Therefore, breathing and position factors affected the fascia thickness. Lordosis angle in any of the studied states did not show significant and strong correlation with fascia thickness. Conclusion: The findings show that thoracolumbar fascia behavior is different in various positions; in addition, breathing determines different fascia behaviors. So, ultrasound studies should have particular attention to these two factors. Besides, we suggest that thoracolumbar fascia may have changes by breathing exercises and posture correction at long time. This study introduces the end of exhalation, sitting position, and right side as base position in thoracolumbar fascia ultrasonic evaluation.

Background: Seladin-1 protein protects the neural cells against amyloid beta toxicity and its expression decreased in vulnerable regions of Alzheimer's disease (AD) brains. On the other hand, changes in serum levels of S100 have been considered as a marker of brain damage in neurodegenerative diseases. Furthermore, this study was carried out to determine the relation between the change profile of serum S100β protein levels and hippocampal Seladin-1 gene expression in a rat model of sporadic AD. Methods: In this experimental study that established in Department of Neuroscience, School of Advanced Technologies in Medicine, Tehran University of Medical Science, from March 2011 to April 2013, 72 animals were randomly divided into control, 4, 7, 14, and 21days ICV-STZ/Saline administrated rats. Alzheimer's model was induced by intracerebroventricular (ICV) injections of streptozotocin (STZ) [3 mg/kg] on days 1 and 3. Serum levels of S100β and hippocampal Seladin-1 gene expression were evalu-ated in experimental groups. The initial and step-through latencies (STL) were deter-mined using passive avoidance test. Results: Serum levels of S100β were significantly different between the STZ-7 day and STZ-14 day groups in comparison with the control, saline and STZ-4 day groups. As well as, there was a significant difference between the STZ-7 day group in comparison with the STZ-14 day and STZ-21 day groups (P=0.0001). Hippocampal Seladin-1 gene expression in STZ-14 day and STZ-21 day groups significantly decreased as compared to the control, saline and STZ-4 day groups (P=0.0001). However, significant correla-tion was detected between serum S100β protein decrement and Seladin-1 down regula-tion (P=0.001). Also, the STL was significantly decreased in 21 days ICV-STZ adminis-trated rats as compared to the control or saline groups (P=0.001). Conclusion: Monitoring the changes of serum S100β protein levels by relationship with changes in hippocampal Seladin-1 gene expression can be a useful indicator of neu-ronal damage in patients with Alzheimer's disease.

Background: Cardiovascular diseases are the main cause of dead in the world. More than 17 million persons die because of heart abnormalities annually. Using noninvasive or low-risk methods instead of invasive and high-risks is necessary. As heart motion is affected by vascular occlusion, in this study heart dense motion field was extracted using a deformable model and multislice computerized tomography (MCT) images to distinguish between heart motion abnormal and normal regions. Methods: MATLAB software was used for simulations and the applied deformable model was active mesh model. The MCT images were turned to short axis images and then segmented. Lastly, the dense motion field of heart was extracted and shown in the standard Bull’s eye form. Findings: The accuracy and sensitivity of extracted dense motion field results, shown in the Bull’s eye form, in comparison with cardiac calcium score results were 70, 71 percent, respectively. Conclusion: Results show that the heart dense motion field extracted using active mesh model is a consistence and promising feature to help diagnosing of heart diseases.

Microalgae are very important organisms in aquaculture as major live food in all growth stages of bivalve, some larval stages of crustaceans, some fishes and zooplankton. In this project with the knowledge that local algae can provide better nutritional balance for local animals. Microalgae were isolated, identified and evaluated for their nutritional value for the first time. Another aim of this research was to create phytoplankton culture collection (Bank) in the south of Iran. Water was sampled from Sistan and Baluchesta coasts, then isolation and purification process were carried out in the lab. Species identification was based on morphology and molecular analyses. rDNA was extracted from each strain after PCR, partial LSU-rDNA region were sequenced and compared with similar sequence from GenBank. In order to evaluate their nutritional properties, relative growth, fatty acids composition, total lipid, carbohydrate, protein, and some vitamins of each purified strain were determined. Totally 25 species were isolated and purified, of which 12 strains were recorded in GenBank and their nutritional potential were assessed. Dunaliella cf. bardawill, Isochrysis sp. Cheatoceros sp. Clorella cf. volgaris, Ochromonas sp. and Synechococcus sp. were the most important species research. Iranian strains were varied in their amount of protein (27-40%), carbohydrate (221%) and lipid (8-13%). Proportions of SFA (21-48%), MUFA (33-53%) and PUFA (11-28.5%) were varied among strains. The highest amount of PUFA and B3 vitamin were found in Clorella cf. vulgaris. The highest content of protein (40.12% dry wt) and total fatty acid concentration (30% dry wt) were found in Dunaliella cf. bardawil and Ochromonas strain(CHPO2) respectively. The maximum content of total fatty acid was observed in Ochromonas sp. (CHPO2). Cheatoceros sp. had higher relative growth rate in comparison with other species.

This was a retrospective review of a consecutive series of patients with spinal disease in year 2000, who underwent posterior fusion and instrumentation with Harrington distraction and Cotrel-Dobousset system to evaluate causes of hardware failure. Many cases of clinical failure has been observed in spinal instrumentation used in spinal disorder like spondylolisthesis, fractures, deformities, … . Thirty six cases that were operated because of spinal disorders like spondylolisthesis, fractures, deformities, …, were included in this study. Seventeen of this cases had breakage of device. Factors like age at surgery, type of instrumentation, angles before and after surgery and …, were compared in two groups of patients. The most common instrument breakage was pedicle screw breakage. Nutrient and chemical composition, TVN, bacteria, yeast, mold and carcass performance, of aquatic feeds which make in this province were determined. In order to above investigation three commercial aquatic steam pelleted feeds samples for stage of growth and fattening were taken randomly from farm and aquatic factory product. In first trail feed sampled were analyzed for dry matter, crud protein, ether extract, ash, phosphorous, TVN, bacteria, yeast and mold computation. In second trial the experiment was carried out in complete random in design with four treatments and three replicate in each for effect of samples diets on feed consumption (FC), average daily gain (ADG) and feed conversion ratio (FCR), which were examined in Juveniles rainbow trout. This experiment were conducted on 3600 Juveniles rainbow trout with initial average weight of 80 gr, for 130 days after antiseptic processes in a pool of one fish producer in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. The feed were given 3 times a day on biomass basis of pounds. During the experiment, once every two weeks, after anaesthetize, weights of 30 fishes in each pound were measuring. Killifish (Aphanius sophiae) of the Cheshme-Ali of Damghan and Shour River of Eshteherd were studied and compared from morphological point of view. For morphometric studies, 34 Truss morphometric measurements and 10 traditional measurements were made for each individual. Nine meristic traits were counted. Multi-variate analysis of variance (MANOVA) revealed a significant different between variables (P=O.OOO). Sexes and populations were using multi-variate analysis techniques such as Principle Component Analysis and Discriminate Function Analysis based on morphometric variables. These variables seem to be under the influence of environmental factors such as temperature, salinity and feed condition. However, no separation was achieved based on meristic traits.

Macro benthic invertebrate distribution and abundance in northern creeks of Boushehr province were analyzed by seasonal sampling from autumn 2000 till summer 2001. Sampling was carried out of sediments from bottom of nine stations which located in creeks and one control station in the sea by using of Van Veen Grab sampler. In additional, eight groups of macro benthos were identified which the most abundant populations among them were Gastropoda (51%), Bivalvia and Polychaeta (17.4%) and Amphipoda (5.3%) respectively. The maximum density of macro benthos was 2378 ind/m2 in spring and the minimum was 1174 ind/m^2 in autumn and also maximum and minimum biomass was 79.06g/ m^2 in summer and 17.72g/ m^2 in winter. The average wet weight of macro fauna biomass was 49.95 (± 33.6) g/ m^2.

Morphological features of Golden mullet (Liza aurata) population in the southern coasts of the Caspian Sea were studied. A total of 228 fish specimens were collected from Bandar Anzali, Kiashahr, Babolsar and Bandar Turkman in Iranian waters. A combination of Truss network, traditional system and few meristic counts were simultaneously applied to the sample set. Statistically high significant morphometric differences were observed between the four L. aurata stocks. Univariate analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed significant differences between the means of samples for 10 out of 25 standardized morphometric measurements of truss system, 3 out of 7 measurements of traditional morphometric system and also the number of second dorsal fin spines, soft rays of second dorsal fin, total number of pectoral fin rays, soft rays of anal fin, number of squmosum scales and pyloric caeca among meristic counts. Discriminant analysis correctly classified 76% and 70.3% of individuals into their original samples for morphometric features and meristic counts, respectively. Plotting discriminant functions revealed differentiation of the four stocks based on morphometric measurements. The Bandar Anzali stock was isolated from the others, and the Baholsar stock was found to be located between Kiashahr and Bandar Turkman stocks. The pattern of morphological discreetness suggests a direct relationship between the extent of morphological divergence and geographical separation.

We present some results of the design and implementation of a research and study course for the Mathematics teacher trainees. The research is based on the Anthropological Theory of the Didactic. We analyze which gestures of the paradigm of the questioning and the research are identified in teacher trainees that study the question: how to teach mathematical knowledge. O caminho para formar professores de Matemática para a inclusão faz parte de uma pesquisa de doutorado defendida na Universidade Federal do Acre, em 2015, com o objetivo de identificar e utilizar espaços físicos, tempos, conceitos e práxis pedagógica mediada pelos processos cognitivos da reflexão, no contexto da Formação Inicial de Docentes de Matemática, com a possibilidade da construção de saberes para incluir cinco estudantes cegos em escolas de Ensino Médio, ao invés de sua simples integração escolar. Trata-se de uma pesquisa-ação colaborativa, com ciclos de planejamento, ação e avaliação/reflexão se sucedendo em três fases: diagnóstico, intervenção e avaliação. Como resultados, destacam-se: o desenvolvimento profissional da formadora por meio da pesquisa; a construção de saberes e identidade profissional de docentes em formação inicial; a mudança de paradigma passando de uma adaptação/integração de deficientes visuais para a efetiva inclusão em aulas de Matemática; a avaliação participativa de processos e produtos; no âmbito das escolas, tornou-se possível o diálogo sobre a inclusão e, das disciplinas de Práticas de Ensino de Matemática (UFAC), uma prática inserida na realidade escolar. A pesquisa aponta que há a necessidade de criar uma política universitária que implique mudanças no currículo da formação para que as disciplinas de inclusão constem como ofertas a partir do primeiro ano de curso e a formação de formadores para a educação na diversidade.
