Background: The aim of this systematic review was to evaluate and identify the latest evidence on the feasibility and accessibility of telerehabilitation services in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and control of patients with COVID-19. Methods: The studies were retrieved from the authoritative scientific databases Embase, Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed on November 25, 2021. Then, the gray literature was scrutinized using the Google search engine to identify the latest possible evidence. Randomized controlled trial studies and protocols that used the telerehabilitation approach as an intervention to improve the condition of distant COVID-19 patients were part of the inclusion criteria. In order to assess the quality of the studies entering this study, the Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Checklist for Randomized Controlled Trials was used. The same checklist was used for data extraction. Findings: A total of 7 eligible articles were obtained in this review. The quality assessment results showed that there was no significant bias in the studies and all studies were eligible to be included in our study. In two studies (3.7, 43%), telerehabilitation was used to support COVID-19 patient, both of which reported significant improvement in endurance, functional and physical condition of patients with telerehabilitation. However, no significant improvement was found in patients' pulmonary function parameters. In contrast, another study showed a significant improvement in shortness of breath and aerobic capacity of patients in the intervention group compared to the control. Conclusion: The results of the systematic review showed that a small number of small-scale studies on telerehabilitation have been performed for patients with COVID-19. However, it seems telerehabilitation has great potential to improve the functional, respiratory, physical condition and ultimately improve the quality of life of patients with COVID-19.

Surgeons played a vital role in the Iraq-Iran War by healing injured soldiers and reducing the rate of death. The purpose of this study was to describe their lived experiences and social impact during the war. This qualitative study was conducted from May 2018-June 2019 and surgeons who participated in the Iraq-Iran War were invited. Semi-structured in-depth interviews were used to collect the data from 28 participants. Four main themes emerged from the data: 1- Military role was important in providing essential facilities and safe zones for personnel and soldiers at the warfront. 2- It was critical to reinforce the infrastructure for immediate medical assistance. 3- Disaster training for medical personnel was vital for triage, treatment, education and research planning. 4- Spiritual and religious beliefs. Disaster planning and training for physicians by drills is essential to meet the challenges of unexpected events and operative readiness requires drill training on a quarterly or semi-annual basis.

Background and Objectives: The awareness of the health knowledge level of a population and the weaknesses in peoplechr('39')s health literacy is essential for educational planning. This community assessment study, which was conducted to develop an appropriate infrastructure for educational planning, examined the level of health literacy in Hormuz Island’s residents. Methods: This analytical cross-sectional study was done on a sample of people over 18 years in Hormuz Island. Data were collected by two questionnaires which included basic information such as age, sex, marital status, age at marriage, and also indirect questions regarding the economic status of the individuals. Also, the Short Test of Functional Health Literacy in Adult (S-TOFLHA) was used to measure the patientchr('39')s ability to read and understand health-related concepts. The linear regression analysis was performed. Results: The data provided by 486 individuals were analyzed in this study. The mean age was 39 years (18-79) and 48% were female. The mean household size was 4.5 people. The mean score of the subjects was 58.06. Thirty-five percent had less-than-sufficient health literacy, 18.21% had sufficient health literacy, 12.29% had insufficient, and 7.14% had higher health literacy. Education level (P

Today, in many countries, particularly the developing countries, economic reform, such as privatization, is considered a strategic approach. The more governments grow, the tighter the competitions become in the market, so, it appears that some fields should be privatized in order to create competition. By moving towardsprivatization and the changes in competition methods and the presentation of the World Trade, the importance of management accounting is more pronounced. This research is based on the Contingency Theory of Anderson and Lenan (1999) and it investigates the relation of the level of privatization on the performance of privatized companies with emphasis on the use of management accounting tools as anintermediary variable. The data, related to management accounting tools and used by the companies during 6 years, was collected through questionnaires and the data related to privatization and financial performance was collected using the information registered in the statements of 48 accepted companies on Tehran’sStock Market whose dates of acceptance are before 1387 and were continuously active until 1392. This data was analyzed by PLS 2014. The results indicate a positive relation between financial performance and privatization, and management accounting, as an intermediary variable, enhances this relation. Furthermore, the use of management accounting tools has a positive relation with the financial performance and the privatization of companies.

Narcotic Anonymous’ is a global organization with millions of members that has helped countless addicts in avoiding drugs through a spiritual recovery program. The present research aims to study the role of spirituality dimensions (meaning in life, the effect of relationship with God, spiritual development and activity, transcendent mystical experiences, spiritual negative experience, social-religious activities) in predicting the coping styles (task-oriented, avoidance-oriented, emotional-oriented) among the members of the Narcotic Anonymous. In this correlational study, 96 male members of the NA in the city of Shahrood (20-40 years old with at least 6 mounts of withdrawal) were selected as the research sample. The spirituality experience and coping style questionnaires were carried out. The data were analyzed using simultaneous regression analysis. The results showed that spirituality dimensions significantly predicted the task-oriented and avoidance- oriented coping styles. From among spirituality subscales, the effect of relationship with God and transcendent spiritual experiences accounted for 33% of the variance of task-oriented and 20% of the variance of avoidance-oriented coping styles. It seems that spirituality enhancement among the members of the Narcotic Anonymous may develop the coping styles by which individuals could avoid using opiates.

جهانی شدن نظام سرمایه‌داری منجر به گسترش، نهادینه شدن و باز تولید به ارزش‌های فرهنگی - اجتماعی این نظام در عرصه جهانی شده، که یکی از نتایج آن رسوخ و هنجار شدن مولفه های «زندگی روزمره» و «سبک زندگی» براساس اصول و جامعه مطلوب نظام سرمایه‌داری است. به عبارت دیگر، نظام مذکور، صرفاً در یک مکانیسم تولید و شیوه مدیریت اقتصاد جامعه، تعریف و خلاصه نمی‌شود، بلکه به مثابه یک نظام فراگیر، شامل هستی‌شناسی، معرفت‌شناسی، انسان‌شناسی، اقتصاد، سیاست، امنیت و نیز فرهنگ خاص و مطلوب خود است، که در نتیجه حاکمیت آن، طبیعتاً نه الزاماً، سبک زندگی خاصی را توصیه، تبلیغ، نهادینه و باز تولید می‌کند. به‌عبارت‌دیگر، نظام سرمایه‌داری، انسان‌سازی و جامعه سازی می‌کند. هر چند به تعبیر «اسپیواک »، در تلاش برای انکار و اختفای تار و پود بافته خود و عدم افشای ابعاد فرهنگی - اجتماعی خویش است. دغدغه کنونی کشور در لزوم طراحی و تدوین سبک زندگی بومی و اسلامی، ابتدا ضرورت شناخت مولفه های سبک زندگی هژمون (سرمایه‌داری) را نشان می‌دهد. لذا مقاله حاضر، در نظر دارد با طرح این پرسش اصلی که مولفه های سبک زندگی مطلوب نظام سرمایه‌داری کدامند و چه ارتباط معنادار و مفصل بندی باهم دارند؟ به دنبال فهم و کالبدشکافی این مؤلفه‌ها کنکاش کند. در پاسخ و فرضیه نیز نگارندگان بر این عقیده‌اند که، لزوم بیشینه سازی و اصالت سود و رفاه و انباشت سرمایه در این نظام، مؤلفه‌هایی را در حوزه فرهنگ عمومی، جامعه سازی، شهرسازی، معماری و نهایتاً سبک زندگی در جامعه سرمایه‌داری ایجاد و باز تولید می‌کند که ازجمله آنها می‌توان به: «سرعت»، «مصرف زدگی»، «کالایی شدن»، «ماتریس زیبایی‌شناختی سرمایه‌داری»، «نظام نشانه شناسی معنایی سرمایه‌داری»، «آرایش تکنولوژیکی»، «اصالت سود» و … اشاره نمود. برای فهم و ارزیابی این مؤلفه‌ها، نگارندگان از چارچوب تئوریک ترکیبی شامل: مکتب فرانکفورت، مکتب گرامشی و نظریات مطالعات فرهنگی بهره جسته‌اند.
