Introduction: The destructive effects of anticancer drugs such as cisplatin are well known. In recent years, it has been found that medicinal plants have a fundamental role in protecting the damage caused by drug. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of vaccinium arctostaphylus plant one of the prevalent materials in traditional medicine in improving the disorders caused by cisplatin in testicular tissue. Methods: In this research, forty rats were divided into 5 groups (G) (n=8) based on administration cisplatin and extract of vaccinium arctostaphylus. In G1 physiological serum was injected and in G2 only cisplatin was administrated. In G3, G4, and G5 Arctostaphylus vaccinium extract with a concentration of 100, 200, and 300 mg/kg along with a single dose of cisplatin were administrated. After 24 hours, the rats were sacrificed, and then testis was isolated and subjected to histopathological evaluation with t-test and one-way ANOVA test on Prism-GraphPad 9. Results: Our results showed that in the G2 group, the number of spermatogonial cells was reduced compare with G1 (P=0.01); As well as the thickness of the germinal epithelium and the diameter of the seminiferous tubules were reduced partially. In G3 and G4 groups in comparison with G2, the germinal epithelium was improved (P=0.02). The preservation of spermatogonial cells in G3 significantly increased compare with G2 (P=0.01). Conclusion: According to the results, Arctostaphyllus vaccine as a native plant in defined dosages has a significant effect on improving cisplatin-induced disorders in the germinal epithelium and the number of spermatogonial cells preservation.

Mammalian Target Of Rapamycine (mTOR) is a conserved serine/threonine kinase in the PI3K/Akt/ mTOR signaling pathway. This pathway is regulated by changes in cells such as change in energy level, growth factors, and stressful conditions as well as increased level of cytokines which cause cancer development. The increase in the function of this pathway has been observed in various types of human cancers, especially in cancer stem-like cells. The association of this pathway with the most common Central Nervous System (CNS) cancers such as glioblastoma, medulloblastomas and tuberous sclerosis complex is under investigation. Recent studies have examined the relationship of different cellular signaling pathways and genetic mutations in the CNS cancers with the mTOR pathway. Based on previous studies, different treatments such as surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy are not effective and have some complications. Therefore, the researchers are trying to find new effective treatment methods for cancers. One approach is to have knowledge of all molecular pathways, proteins and genetic mutations related to cancers. This study aims to investigate the effect of mTOR signaling pathway on the CNS cancers. In this regard, after searching in Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct, and Scopus databases, 78 articles were selected for review.

Human resource management in future organizations requires the use of a set of human resources management functions appropriate to the organization's specific goals. In this regard, after identifying the most important future command capabilities and identifying the most effective human recourses processes on the development of these capabilities through the Delphi method, the impact of effective human resource processes, including continuous development processes, organizational learning, targeted human resource development, predictive performance management and knowledge management on the growth and enhancement of future command capabilities, including the ability to network, the ability to create high-quality information, agility,flexibility, and the integration of processes, was investigated through the use of CCA (Canonical Correlation Analysis).The results of the research, confirming the existence of a significant relationship and growth dependence and enhancing future command capabilities to human resource planning, determined the degree of dependence of future command capabilities to each human resource process; thus, a basis for using human resources processes to grow and enhance future command capabilities was created.

Introduction: Coronary heart disease is the most common cause of myocardial ischemia. The present study was aimed to evaluate the effect of resveratrol and aerobic exercise together and singularly on some cardiovascular risk factors in rat model of acute heart failure due to isoproterenol application. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, 46 male Wistar rats were divided into five groups randomly as follows: the healthy control (CON), isoproterenol induced myocardial infarction without implementation (ISO), resveratrol treated rats (ISO+RES), exercise treated rats (ISO+EXE) and combination of resveratrol and exercise groups (ISO+RES+EXE). Rats in the resveratrol groups received daily dose of 25 mg/kg/bw of resveratrol and exercise groups ran 1 h/d and 8 weeks on treadmill. Subsequently, all animals received subcutaneous isoproterenol on two consecutive days at the end of experiment. Then, animals anesthetized and blood samples were collected for analysis. Results: The results showed that pretreatment with a combination of resveratrol and aerobic exercise led to a significant reduction in troponin-I in the animals. Also, exercise training, resveratrol and combinations of them were prevented the increasing CRP indices, but there was not significant effect in these groups (P> 0.05). Pretreatment with exercise training as well as combination of resveratrol and exercise training caused a significant decrease serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels were compared to the isoproterenol group (P≤ 0.001). Pretreatment with resveratrol, exercise training and a combination of both significantly increased in HDL-C and pretreatment only in mixed group led to significant decrease in LDL-C compared to the isoproterenol group (P= 0.001). Conclusion: Regular exercise and resveratrol supplementation is likely to be effective on cardiovascular risk factors and the combination of the two variables in the prevention of inflammation and will have a significant role in heart damage caused by myocardial infarction

Nowadays, strategic planning was very important for every company, many companies realize the importance of strategic planning. Holding companies have considered this issue. Strategic planning in holding Multibusinessess Company differs from other single companies based on complexities. Holding companies are faced with two important strategic decisions: 1) what areas and how investments should be done? 2) How management and control the subsidiary businesses. Holding companies in light of strategic decisions, faced with risks that are necessary to consider. This paper uses Multigrounded theory that is combination of grounded theory and Methasynthesis, to identify those risks. We select 50 articles among 400 articles for Methasynthesis and conducted 14 structured interviews for grounded theory. Finally concepts and categories are derived which include managerial, structural, financial, operational, and behavioral risks.

In recent years, regarding to the general policies of 44 principle of fundamental law and government policies for highlighting role of private sector in economic activities, many companies of different and new fields have entered in stock exchange market. This entering has lead to increase in number of industries in this market. These industries can have critical role in increasing non-oil exports and situation of social welfare. Decision-making, on which industries, by regarding country's situation to increase in non-oil exports may have relative advantage, is important for policy makers in Iran. Therefore, this research has been considered for performance appraisal and ranking different industries in Tehran exchange market based on historical financial and competitiveness indices. In this paper, at first step, Herfindal index and some other filters for measuring degree of monopolies of industries has been used to decrease the number of industries in order selection the best and verified ones. At the second step, we ranked the industries by use of multi criteria decision-making technique-TOSIS. Finally, the results of this ranking are described and the usefulness of this model for ranking is been counted.

In new organizational world, managenemt is the most effective factor; and its proper form is in collaboration with leadership. One of the leadership's theories-which is the most effective-is charismatic leadership theory, though hasn't gain proper attention. Generally, charismatic leadership means creating a relationship which involves affecting and being affected without involvement of force or money. This problem is attributed to the systematic thinking framework. This article tries to survey components of charismatic leadership by presentation a practical model which says how charismatic leader emerge. This survey will be conducted from strategic planning pocess point of view. So, we developed a questionnaire to position persons in the process, to measure his or her success to aquire charismatic leadership components, and his/her acceptance as a charismatic leader among employees; which was tested in Bahman Motor Industrial Corporation.

Introduction: In the last decade, small and medium enterprises have been considered as the main source of job creation and income in countries. These companies are more important because they play an important role in creating employment, increasing growth and economic development in the country. Also, Businesses with creativity and innovation do not shy away from change and use environmental conditions as an opportunity to create a competitive advantage. As a result, it increases flexibility. Therefore, achieving strategic flexibility in an environment where some organizations have not yet found their place in today's complex environment and need an immediate and fundamental change in the organization is important. Managers with strategic thinking can adapt to environmental changes. When managers are in a changing and unpredictable environment, they increase their efforts to adapt to environmental change and find new solutions. Managers of organizations, institutions and companies that want to grow and develop; they need to learn and apply at least some strategic thinking skills. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of managers 'strategic thinking on the flexibility of SMEs' strategy considering the mediating role of entrepreneurial orientation. Methodology: The purpose of this study is practical and in terms of data collection, it is a descriptive survey that has been done by cross-sectional method. The statistical population of this study is all managers and executives of small and medium enterprises in Semnan province. Since the number of units deployed in this province is more than 1609 units, thus considering the limited statistical population of the statistical sample size of 310 people using Morgan table was considered. On the other hand, the sampling method used in the present study is stratified random sampling. In addition, three standard questionnaires Liedtka (1989) for measuring strategic thinking, Hughes and Morgan (2007) questionnaire for measuring entrepreneurial orientation and for strategic flexibility questionnaire of De Toni & Tonchia (2005) were used. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was also used to measure reliability. Data analysis in this study was done by structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach using SPSS and Smart Pls. Results and Discussion: The findings of the study showed that strategic thinking of managers has a positive and significant effect on strategic flexibility and entrepreneurial orientation. Entrepreneurial orientation also has a significant impact on strategic flexibility. Finally, entrepreneurial orientation mediates the relationship between strategic thinking and strategic flexibility. Conclusion: Entrepreneurial orientation is an active strategic orientation that tends to take an aggressive approach to product innovation. Entrepreneurial orientation responds better to turbulent economies that usually do not follow the rules of competitive markets. Therefore, in order to increase the entrepreneurial tendency of managers and officials, it is suggested to pay attention to improving their capabilities and employees, transferring up-to-date knowledge to employees, encouraging employees to do creative and innovative work and supporting them, increasing the spirit of criticism among them and promoting this Culture in the organization, holding training programs to change attitudes and instill the belief among managers and officials that there are better ways to do things. Managers and executives can increase the company's flexibility by increasing innovation and creativity in the organization, increasing the ability to estimate the immediate needs of customers, responding quickly to market changes. Given that the entrepreneurial orientation means factors such as a bold and independent position to maximize profitability, the desire to carry out new projects and risky programs, courageous and extensive actions to achieve goals, provide new services, introduce new technologies Frequent changes in new services, etc., it can be concluded that the entrepreneurial orientation of CEOs affects the strategic flexibility of companies. In general, it can be concluded that management with an entrepreneurial orientation can improve the performance of the company. Therefore, it is recommended to design and implement general training courses related to entrepreneurship using the opinions of entrepreneurs and professors in the field of entrepreneurship, because these programs and training courses should be based on comprehensive characteristics and learning principles and regardless of time constraints.

Objective: The aim of the current research is to design smart human resources with a digital transformation approach. Considering the expansion of the function of transformative technologies in businesses and the growth of knowledge measures, designing a structural model of digital transformation in the human resource management systems of knowledge-based companies plays a great role in their excellence and sophistication. In terms of purpose, this study is an applied-developmental research and it was carried out with a cross-sectional survey approach. Methods: In order to identify the underlying issues of smart human resources architecture based on digital transformation, we have used the theme analysis method and MaxQDA software, and to provide a structural approach, we have used the structural-interpretive method and MicMac software. Results: By analyzing the content of the expert panel interview, which includes seventeen academic elites, human resource managers and digital transformation managers in knowledge-based companies, 245 codes were identified in the open coding stage. Finally, through axial coding, three comprehensive categories, eight organizing categories and sixty-two basic themes were identified, which in comprehensive categories, was categorized in the form of managerial factors, process factors and human resources factors. Conclusion: Based on the analysis, it can be stated that the strategies of organizational architecture, human resource management, core technology, employee participation, and human resource architecture have the greatest power of influence on structural model design and they have great influence on knowledge management and organizational learning. Making the human resources smart can be achieved by paying attention to these two factors.

In psychology and management, psychological ownership is known as an important psychological antecedent for motivation, attitudes, and behaviors of managers at work. The present research aimed to understand the phenomenon of psychological ownership towards management positions among public managers conducted by the phenomenological approach. It was an applied and developmental study in terms of goal, which used semi-structured in-depth interviews for data collection. The statistical population was composed of the managers of public organizations in Ilam province, Iran. The sample was taken by purposive technique and continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. Finally, 20 public organization managers were interviewed. The collected data were analyzed by the thematic method using the content analysis approach. The results revealed one theme, eight categories, and 21 sub-categories. The constituents of the concept of psychological ownership include attachment, continuity, fidelity, accountability, domineering, Identification, autonomy, and self-efficacy belief. Public agencies should take constructive actions to manage this phenomenon.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of Psychological Entitlement on cyberloafing by considering the mediation of perceived justice and the moderating role of power distance. The method of the present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the study is the employees of government organizations in West Azerbaijan province. Based on simple random sampling, 368 correct questionnaires were returned and the research data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software. Standard questionnaires were used to measure research variables. Psychological Entitlement has a direct and significant effect on employee cyberloafing and also indirectly has a significant effect on employee cyberloofing through the mediation of perceived justice and moderation of power distance. The results of research in the field of Psychological Entitlement and cyberloofing have brought innovations and help managers of organizations to understand the impact of Psychological Entitlement on cyberloofing through the mediation of perceived justice and the moderating role of power distance to reduce cyberloofing.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of environmental sensitivity on , Employee Pro-Environmental Behaviour, considering the role of mediating effect of Social comparison nudge and Green nudge. The purpose of this study is descriptive and survey method. The statistical sample in this study was 189 employees of the environmental organization of Semnan province who were selected randomly. In order to analyze the data, partial least squares method was used. The findings indicate that the instrument of measuring is well-suited and its reliability coefficient is more than 0.7 for all research structures. The results indicate that environmental sensitivity has a positive and significant effect on Employee Pro-Environmental Behaviour. Also the environmental sensitivity has a positive and significant effect on Social comparison nudge and Green nudge. On the other hand, the Social comparison nudge has a negative and significant effect on the Employee Pro-Environmental Behaviour, but the Green nudge has a positive and significant effect on these behaviors. In addition, the Social comparison nudge and Green nudge does not play the role of mediation between environmental sensitivity and Employee Pro-Environmental Behaviour. With notice of ignoring the role and importance of organizational nudges, it can be said that this research has a novel and fresh look at this category, which can lead to the emergence of more nudges to improve and strengthen behaviors in the organizational arena.

Objective: Policy conflict is defined as the non-compliance of the policy with the principles and standards of policy or the lack of coordination between two or more policies with each other or with upstream documents, which causes the performance to deviate from the policy goal and unpleasant consequences. The purpose of this study is to provide a framework for explaining policy conflict in the Iranian health policy system. Methods: To answer the main research question, which is the elements affecting the policy conflict in the policy-making process of the Iranian health system? A mixed approach was used. To perform the Delphi method, the opinions of 13 experts were received in the form of three rounds of questionnaires. Then, the effect or variability of the variables was determined through a fuzzy Dematel questionnaire and in the next step, the structural equation modeling method was used. Results: Conflict variables of health system policies including settings of internal elements of policy, typology of actors, ideological characteristics, performance contexts, environmental characteristics, conflict resolution tools, conflict identification channels, conflict resolution strategies and finally conflict resolution consequences were identified. Using quantitative methods, the relationships and directions between the variables and the intensity of their effect were determined in the context of line conflict. Conclusion: The conclusion is that health policymakers while teaching scientific standards of policy management, should identify the factors influencing each decision situation and use appropriate strategies to manage policy conflict to create policies with the least non-functional conflict and the most coherence and synergy

The large set of development projects of Pars Energy Region of Iran is the first integrated national experience to create upstream and downstream infrastructure focused on the oil industry, which faces a huge amount of delay. Historical analysis of the development path of this set of projects with the aim of explaining the occurrence of failure, discovering its causes and extracting lessons learned can lead to a new vision for success in other oil industry development projects. In this regard, the present study with a qualitative approach based on narrative strategy and data collection through semi-structive interviews with managers and professionals active in these projects consisting of clients, contractors and engineering consulting firms identified four periods in the process of developing industrial projects in the Pars Energy Region, Assaloyeh, between 1998 and 2021. The results show an outward look at the development process in the first period. Failure to use the capacity of competent managers due to frequent changes in the political arrangement of the main decision-makers of the Ministry of Oil during the second period; Attention to the issue of increasing oil sales in the face of development-oriented Industry during the third period and the escalation of sanctions, along with the massive migration of skilled manpower abroad in the forth period, are studied as the most important delay causes in the development process of projects. The historical course of development of the oil industry indicates the need to create a fundamental change at all macro and micro levels with the aim of efficient planning, increasing technological capability, localization of technical knowledge, self-sufficiency in equipment construction and project implementation by Iranian contractors.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of environmentally transformational leadership, spiritual leadership and Environmental passion of employees on creating environmental behavior in the organization. This study was applied in a descriptive and it was done with surveyed manner. The statistical sample in this study was 212 employees of Shiraz municipality who were selected through available sampling method. Partial least squares method and Smart PLS2 software were used for data analysis. Convergent validity was used to assess the validity and Cronbach's alpha was used to fit the reliability and its coefficient was greater than 0.7 for all research constructs. The results show environmentally transformational leadership and spiritual leadership with a path coefficient (0.384) and (0.579) has a positive and significant effect on Environmental passion. The results confirmed the positive and significant effect of Environmental passion and proenvironmental behavior of employees with a path coefficient (0.613) and a significant coefficient (7.033). It also mediates Environmental passion in the organization of the relationship between environmentally transformational leadership and environmental behavior of employees, but does not mediate the relationship between spiritual leadership and proenvironmental behavior of employees. Based on the findings, it is suggested that municipality managers use transformational and spiritual leadership styles to control the behavior of their employees and thus create more Environmental enthusiasm for the presentation of environmental behaviors.

I In recent years, there has been a serious need to understand the effects of emerging information technologies with a focus on artificial intelligence and the Internet in organizations. Therefore, the aim of this research is to identify and rank the various components of these emerging information technologies in the defense-military field. The research method is qualitative and based on Delphi. Initially, with the exploratory study of the new literature of the world's information technology in the military field, 23 emerging information technologies were provided to 9 members of the Delphi panel of AJA experts as the primary questionnaire. At this stage, 4 new technologies were introduced and one technology was eliminated. In the second phase of Delphi and Consensus of Experts, 26 effective emerging information technologies in the defense sector were identified and ranked through the Kendall test. In the third stage, experts were asked to determine the future ownership of these technologies by the Iranian defense sector in three periods: imitation of technology, adaptation to technology, and mastery of technology. According to the research findings, it takes 4, 7, and 13 years to imitate, adapt, and master technology, respectively. In the final stage, according to experts, these technologies were classified in terms of application in three categories: technical, tactical and strategic. Theoretical assistance of the article is the identification and classification of 26 emerging information technologies in two dimensions of technology acquisition and the type of application of technology in the defense sector.

The present study seeks to investigate the impact of store atmosphere and service convenience on re-purchase behavior by the mediation of consumer satisfaction. Field data were collected using a questionnaire of 44 items in 2017. The statistical population of this study consisted of all the citizens of Tehran who had done shopping at least once at SHAHRVAND, ETKA and KOROOSH retail chain hypermarkets. The size of the sample, selected by the random cluster sampling method, was 400 customers. The results of the research showed that the store atmosphere and service convenience indirectly affect the re-purchase behavior through the mediating role of consumer satisfaction. Also, the impact of service convenience was considerably more than that of store atmosphere. The impact of the conflict moderator variable was rejected in the relationship between consumer satisfaction and re-purchase behavior.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional deprivation, social companionship and loneliness in organization with wellbeing in work while examining the effect of job control moderator. This study was applied in a descriptive and surveyed manner. The statistical population of this study was 212 employees of public organizations of Semnan who were selected through Accessible sampling. Structural equations’ modeling was used to analyze research data with Smart-PLS software. To assess the validity of convergent validity, the software was used and the cronbach alpha was used to fit the reliability, and its coefficient for all research structures was more than 0.7. The results show that emotional deprivation has a positive and significant effect on loneliness in organization, but social Companionship has a negative and significant effect on the level of employee loneliness. The results of the research confirmed the positive and significant effect of loneliness and wellbeing in work. Also, loneliness in the organization mediates the relationship between emotional deprivation and wellbeing, but does not mediate the relationship between social companionship and wellbeing. Nevertheless, job control modifies the relationship between loneliness in organization and sense of wellbeing.

With the dramatic changes in communications in the current century, tourism has witnessed a great deal of transformation. On the other hand, today's busy world has provided little opportunity for pleasure and entertainment, and consumers services are eager to get the travel information they need as quickly and easily as possible. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of tourism brand in social media in order to develop the travel motivation to Tehran, considering the mediator role of attitude toward the destination. A questionnaire consisting of 35 items and 313 samples was collected. Factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used for data analysis. The results indicated that tourism brand (t valu: 11.38) and attitude toward destination (t valu: 3.96) have positive and significant effect on travel motivation. Also, in the impact of the tourism brand on travel motivating, the attitude toward destination plays as a mediator.

Evidence-based policy making is a new approach in the public policy making cycle which has been continuously used across several countries. National Statistics is one of the most important factors in this approach. If generated precisely and disseminated accurately, statistical evidence can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of public policies. The purpose of this study is to explore the evidence-based policy making with respect to statistical evidence. By using Partial Least Square (PLS) technique, a research model is developed and relationships among key determinants of the model were identified. Results from analysis of data collected from 140 policy makers and higher education professionals revealed that the evidence-based technique positively influences the efficiency and effectiveness of higher education public policies. Moreover, results showed that the lack of up-to-dated information and statistical evidence, difficulties in accessing, interpreting, and incomparability of such evidence, and finally the late distribution of statistical evidence are amongst the most important barriers of adopting this approach in higher education sector in Iran.
