This study aims to find out how much influence the Principal's Leadership and Teacher's Motivation have on the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMA Nageri 1 Kotamobagu. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method using a correlative approach with the aim of testing hypotheses regarding the magnitude of the influence and whether or not there is a relationship between the independent variable (X1 and X2) and the bound variable (Y). The sample in this study according to the Slovin formula is 73 people. The research instrument used was to distribute questionnaires with alternative answers according to the form of the statement provided. Before analyzing the data, a test of analysis requirements was carried out first, namely the normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. Hypothesis testing uses multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of the research that has been carried out are that the Principal's Leadership has a significant influence on the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Kotamobagu with a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05. Teachers' motivation has a significant influence on the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Kotamobagu with a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 < 0.05. The principal's leadership and teachers' motivation influenced the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Kotamobagu with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.
