In facing intense competition, companies require quality human resources, effective leadership, and supporting factors such as compensation and a comfortable work environment. Leadership plays a crucial role as a role model in enhancing employee performance. This study aims to analyze the role of Employee Engagement in shaping organizational culture and improving the performance of PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia, as well as the factors that can support the company's performance. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, which describes and analyzes phenomena and social activities. The results indicate that Employee Engagement contributes to forming an organizational culture that supports performance improvement. The process of planning employee needs at PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia has been conducted based on Job Analysis and Workload Analysis; however, the acceleration of the results from this planning has not been optimal, resulting in suboptimal fulfillment of employee needs. Additionally, the fulfillment of positions is still awaiting company policies regarding annual employee quotas. The recruitment of employees at PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia is carried out transparently and competitively, both from prospective employees and internal company recruitment.
