The liver is the biggest internal organ, which maintains the normal organism functions. Every process of the body is related to liver. As most functions of the body system is supported by the liver, the liver itself is participating in pathological processes. Parenchymal liver diseases are divided to regenerative processes, storage disorders, hepatocytes and Kupffer cells disorders, necrosis, inflammation of the liver, liver connective tissue disorder. Pathomorphological and histological liver evaluation is made to determine different various liver pathologies: hyperaemia, degeneration, fibrosis, cirrhosis, haemosiderosis, hepatitis, tumors, necrosis. The researches has been made during the period of 2010 - 2012. 40 dogs with liver disfunctions have been examined. Pathomorphological and histological liver evaluation has been processed.
