This study is a system development for voice information protection equipment in major meetings and places requiring security. Security performance and stability were secured with information leakage prevention technology through generation of false noise and ultrasonic waves. The cutoff frequency band for blocking the leakage of voice information, which has strong straightness due to the nature of the radio wave to the recording prevention module, blocks the wideband frequency of 20~20,000Hz, and the deception jamming technology is applied to block the leakage of voice information, greatly improving the security. To solve this problem, we developed a system that blocks the recording of a portable smartphone using a battery, and made the installation of a separate device smaller and lighter so that customers do not recognize it. In addition, it is necessary to continuously study measures and countermeasures for efficiently using the output of the anti-recording speaker for long-distance recording prevention. K-water have been operating as an International accredited calibration organization for ISO 17025 regarding float, ultrasonic and radar type since 2008. Due to the absence of on-site calibration system, water level meter could only be calibrated from a laboratory. Therefore K-water institute developed an mobile calibration system for water-level meter in 2015 to calibrate the water-level meter on site. The mobile calibration system was certificated by KOLAS(Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme) in 2016. In this paper a mobile calibration system, which is a method to calibrate float type water level meter on site, is established. A mathematical equation was derived by reviewing characteristics of standard equipment and measurement. Stable operation of the dam and the river is directly related to the life and property of citizens, and hydrological observation data reliability is essential to the safety against disaster. Even though real-time data acquisition with high accuracy is needed for scientific and reliable water resources management, currently operating water gauges installed on the upper and down stream of dams or rivers are not easy to be calibrated or corrected on site to ensure higher reliability. K-water Institute has been operating an international accredited calibration laboratory for flows meters, rainfall and water gauges. Rainfall gauges are calibrated in the fixed standard room or on-site. However, due to the absence of on-site calibration procedure and system, on-site calibration for the water gauges are performed by an external agency. Therefore, a development of standard calibration procedure and system for on-site calibration of water gauges is needed to improve the reliability of observed hydrological data. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
