Recently, load balancing for an offloading in mobile edge computing is emerging as an important issue. In this paper, we propose a distributed offloading scheme that can distribute tasks to edge servers and a cloud server. The proposed scheme designs a system model based on the task processing time, the energy consumption of mobile devices and an offloading processing time, and can distribute the load hierarchically by comparing the local processing cost and the offloading processing cost. In addition, the proposed scheme includes an algorithm that adaptively can make an offloading decision by using the logistic regression for the cost. As a result of the experiment, the proposed scheme was superior to a comparison scheme in the blocking ratio of offloading tasks. In 2019, COVID-19 changed many people's lives. Among them, metaverse supports non-face-to-face services through various methods, replacing daily tasks. This phenomenon was created and formed like a culture due to the prolonged COVID-19. In this paper, the fun elements used in the existing game were organized to find out the fun factors of the metaverse, and the items and contents were reclassified according to the metaverse with five experts. Today, as patients' participation in decision-making is becoming more important in the medical field, the concept of "sharing decision-making" is drawing attention. This is based on the "'principle of respect for autonomy," one of the "'Principle of Biomedical Ethics" advocated by Tbm L. Beauchamp and James F. Childress. However, compared to emphasizing patient autonomy in shared decision-making, discussion on the relationship between shared decision-making and the concept of autonomy is insufficient. It is necessary to explain the discussion that can integrate each concept being done individually. Shared decision-making is an approach that helps doctor and patient share the best possible evidence when faced with medical decision-making challenges, and allows patients to consider options to achieve informed preferences. Despite the increasing awareness of patients' rights today, there are still difficulties in realizing shared decision-making in reality. Among them, this paper focuses on the intervention of families that are practically guaranteed and working in the medical decision-making process in Korea. Family intervention and leading decisions in the process of 'sharing decision-making' fundamentally act as a factor that violates patient autonomy. In the decision-making process for patients at the end of their lives, the concept of "autonomy" should not be derived from the existing abstract and absolute self and used to speak of macroscopic life values, but should be evaluated as autonomous by going through the process of moral reflection. Based on this concept of autonomy, it will be the basis for preparing a more sophisticated 'sharing decision-making' model along with concerns about problems derived from various relationships that actually appear in the sharing decision-making process. This paper aimed to reveal the needs and intentions of the people with developmental disabilities through AAC for supporting their independent living in the community and furthermore to contribute to realizing an inclusive community. From August 7 to September 11, 2020, trained researchers conducted 1to1 interviews(AAC) with 74 people recommended by specialized institutions. Data were analyzed by frequency-analysis, Chi-square-analysis and T-test using SPSS 25.0. As a result, the creation of community-level conditions(ex. housing and employment) and job aptitudes and preferences are important for the independent living and expectations and desires for social participation were high. It is different from the previous survey results through agents. It means the policy for the developmentally disabled should be based on their needs and aim for 'living in the community as a community member'. This study inspected the relationship between the empowerment and the organizational immersion of professionals in community rehabilitation facilities for the disabled. And this also analyzed the mediating effect of job satisfaction. A survey of 348 professionals working in the 14 facilities of D Metropolitan City and C Province was conducted. The analysis results of this paper are as follows : the professionals’ empowerment influenced the organizational immersion positively and the job satisfaction mediated between the two variables. According to the analysis results, several countermeasures were proposed to increase the professionals’ organizational immersion. We need to provide decision making rights, various training opportunities, and appropriate supervision to advance their empowerment. The management and installation methods of pressure gauges in water supply pipeline are not efficiently regulated and their installations are different in each site. In this paper, various domestic and overseas documents are examined about the pressure gauge. In order to improve the efficiency of operation management such as pipeline network and pump operation, water pressure needs to be measured as accurate as possible, by which decision making for optimal pipe network can be achieved. To get the goal, the installation of pressure gauge should be reviewed about where and how to install. In this study, an optimal horizontal distance test is conducted, in which pressure value variation is monitored and analyzed according to up and down stream distances and valve flow control, and a optimal vertical position test is also analyzed by installing the pressure gauges vertically from the up(180°) to the bottom (0°) of the pipeline. Periprosthetic femoral fractures remain as one of the most challenging complications following total hip arthroplasty. A thorough clinical and radiographic evaluation, precise classification, and understanding of modern management principles are essential to obtain optimal results for these fractures. The Vancouver classification system is a simple, effective, and reproducible method for the planning treatments of these injuries. The fractures associated with a stable femoral stem can be treated effectively with osteosynthesis, but periprosthetic femoral fractures associated with a loose stem require revision arthroplasty. The purpose of this study is to confirm the moderating effect of the ‘IRrelevance Processing’(IRP) on the relationship between decision maker 's openness and business problem solving creativity (BPSC). In order to confirm the psychological mechanism of BPSC and openness, we developed the irrelevance processing. In particular, the creativity in this study is different from the general creativity studied in psychology. BPSC is a study with practical value applied in the management environment. The results showed that openness of the decision maker was correlated with the BPSC, and that the irrelevance processing was a psychological mechanism to moderating effects relationship between openness of decision makers and BPSC. This paper proved the correlation between the propensity of decision makers and BPSC, and contributed to the study of corporate creativity by identifying the psychological mechanisms. In this paper, a multiple transmission communication system employing ranging based transmission timing adjustment capability is proposed. In addition, a decision feedback equalizer with the use of combinations of soft decision and hard decision adequate to the proposed multiple transmission communication system is also proposed. The proposed ranging based transmission timing adjustment capability makes the received signals from the multiple transmission points centered on the different symbol timing boundaries. The decision making method for the inputs to the proposed decision feedback equalizer is adaptively selected between soft decision and hard decision as per channel conditions like SNR. The performance of the proposed method had been analyzed through the simulation under the fading channel environments and compared with the previous methods. Time series data analysis is crucial in various fields, but as data complexity increases, traditional analysis methods struggle to clarify temporal patterns. While AI models offer high accuracy, their black-box nature limits trust in critical decision-making. Explainable AI (XAI) helps by visually illustrating which variables influence predictions, improving transparency. However, existing XAI models, designed for image analysis, are inadequate for Point-level analysis in multivariate time series data. To address this, we propose Cross-GradCAM that provides Point-level explanations using a deep neural network with a specialized 1D convolution. This model precisely identifies Point-Level features at the intersection of time and variables. Experimental results highlight the efficacy of Cross-GradCAM, with the model achieving an accuracy of 99.2%, recall of 87.6%, and F1-score of 83.8%, significantly outperforming existing methods. Recently, accelerators are attracting attention as a new startup incubator. This study empirically analyzed the relative importance and priority of decision-making factors when a startup selects an accelerator using the AHP technique. As a result, startup founders recognized the importance of decision-making factors in the order of funding factors, program factors, and accelerator characteristic factors. there was a difference in the relative importance of detailed factors between startup founders and accelerator workers, depending on the location of the business site and the presence or absence of sales performance. This suggests that accelerators need to strengthen the financial support capabilities and improve customized services to meet the needs of startups. Osteochondral lesion of the talus (OLT) is a broad term used to describe an injury or abnormality of the talar articular cartilage and adjacent bone. Various terms are used to describe this clinical entity, including osteochondritis dissecans, osteochondral fractures, and osteochondral defects. Several treatment options are available; the choice of treatment is based on the type and size of the defect and the treating clinician's preference. Arthroscopic microfracture (a bone marrow stimulation technique) is a common and effective surgical strategy in patients with small lesions or in those in whom non-operative treatment has failed. This study had the following aims: 1) to review the historical background, etiology, and classification systems of OLT; 2) to describe a systematic approach to arthroscopic bone marrow stimulation for OLT; and 3) to determine the characteristics that are useful for assessing osteochondral lesions, including age, size, type (chondral, subchondral, cystic), stability, displacement, location, and containment of the lesion. Purpose : This integrative review aimed to synthesize studies on intensive care unit (ICU) nurses' attitude, perceptions, and experiences toward end-of-life care decision-making. Methods : Using Whittermore and Knafl (2005)'s methods, we identified and synthesized research articles published in domestic journals between the years 2003 and 2019 and evaluated the quality of selected articles using the Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool. Results : In the 13 studies reviewed, 12 were published prior to enactment of the "The Act for Hospice and Palliative Care and Decision-Making about Life-Sustaining Treatment (2018)." All nine quantitative studies identified were based on cross-sectional descriptive survey. In four qualitative studies, content analysis (n=2) and phenomenology (n=2) were used. Overall, ICU nurses were well-aware of the necessity of communicating and limiting life-sustaining treatments. Many ICU nurses had positive attitude towards limiting life-sustaining treatments to promote patients' comfort and dignity. Although nurses were willing to take active roles, they also reported having experienced high stress in the process of decision-making and implementation. Conclusions : It is important to prepare ICU nurses with proper knowledge and attitude regarding the topic area. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the rate of human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccinations among 12-year-old daughters and to analyze factors influencing the mothers' decisions to vaccinate their daughters. Methods: A cross sectional descriptive study was conducted using a convenience sample of 139 mothers. Data was analyzed using SPSS WIN 23.0. Descriptive statistics and a logistic regression analysis were conducted. Results: The vaccination rate of HPV among children was 43.9%. Mothers showed a higher knowledge of the HPV vaccination than of cervical cancer and of human papilloma virus. In self-efficacy scores, the subscores of self-regulation efficacy were higher than self-confidence and task difficulty preference. The factors influencing the vaccination of daughters included the age of the daughters at the time of the vaccination, the provision of information on the HPV vaccine, knowledge of the HPV vaccination, and self-confidence. Conclusion: In order to increase the HPV vaccination rate, it is necessary to provide accurate scientific knowledge to mothers. A variety of intervention strategies should be developed to enhance the confidence of mothers so that mothers who want to provide the HPV vaccination to their daughters are able to follow through and provide the vaccination. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify whether career decision-making self-efficacy and social support provide a moderating effect between career barriers and job-seeking stress for 4th year nursing students preparing for employment. Methods: A self report questionnaire survey was completed by 300 4th year nursing students at 6 universities located in 4 cities in Korea. Data were gathered during July, 2017 and analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 program. Results: There was significant positive correlation between career barriers and job-seeking stress, and negative correlation between career decision-making self-efficacy, social support and job-seeking stress. Career decision-making self-efficacy and social support had significant moderating effects in the relationship between career barriers and job-seeking stress among nursing students preparing for employment. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that career decision-making self-efficacy and social support are important factors in reducing job-seeking stress among nursing students preparing for employment. Therefore, to understand various job-seeking stress factors among nursing students preparing for employment, consideration must be given to the development of educational programs and support systems to improve career decision-making self-efficacy and social support. End-stage liver disease (ESLD) is a terminal condition of cirrhosis which cannot be treated without liver transplantation. Thus, it is natural for patients to consider hospice/palliative care (HPC). Since the recent legislation of the Act on Decisions on Life-Sustaining Treatment for Patients in Hospice and Palliative Care or at the End of Life (Act No. 14013) in Korea, the practicality of this law has become an issue. The criteria for HPC should be defined with consideration to how the severity of each ESLD complication may vary by individual patients. Generally, patients qualify if they have an intractable condition despite aggressive treatment such as the hepatorenal syndrome, hepatic encephalopathy or variceal hemorrhage. However, the option of liver transplantation should be sufficiently discussed with patients and their families before making a decision on HPC. The evaluation of which ESLD patients should receive HPC should be based on a long-term doctor-patient relationship and sufficient objective data. Therefore, a multidisciplinary approach and mutual consultation among cirrhosis specialists and doctors with other expertise are essential to offer optimal and balanced treatments between liver-specific treatment and HPC. Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine whether job-seeking stress, career decision-making self-efficacy, self-esteem, and academic achievement had an influence on nursing students' happiness. Methods: The participants were 147 nursing students in D city. Data were collected with a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 19.0 using ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Factors that had an influence on happiness included major satisfaction(highly unsatisfied β=-.251, p =.001), average monthly family income(between four and six million won β=.222, p=.002), career decision-making self-efficacy(β=.198, p=.010), major satisfaction(satisfied β=.196, p=.006), and subjective health(unhealthy β =-.167, p=.020). These factors explained 33.5% of the variance in student happiness. Conclusion: The results of this study reveal that career decision-making self-efficacy, self-esteem, major satisfaction, and job-seeking stress were important intrinsic factors in the happiness of nursing students. Thus, it is necessary to help these students attain more self-efficacy, self-esteem, and major satisfaction rather than focusing on academic achievement in order to increase their happiness.
