ストレスとは、外部から刺激を受けた時に生じる緊張状態のことであり、同じような状況に対しても、ストレスに対する捉え方は人それぞれである。そのひとつにストレス対処能力（SOC）がある。SOCは人生でおこる様々な出来事を、一貫して捉え、つじつまを合わせ、きちんと行動ができるという感覚の事であり、SOCが高い人ほど、ストレスを上手く対処できるとされ、これまでの経験や生活によって変わるとされている。一方で、大学生の生活習慣は乱れやすいことが指摘されている。そこで本研究は、大学生のSOCと生活習慣および健康意識の関連を明らかにすることを目的とし、看護学生66名に質問紙調査を行った。その結果、以下の事が明らかにあった。①大学生のSOC平均値は52.92±4.44であった。②SOC高値群では「適正体重から外れないようにしている」、「近い距離や階段はできるだけ歩く」、生活習慣総得点、SF12「活力」、精神的側面サマリースコアが有意に高く、CES-Dが有意に低かった。③SOCは生活習慣項目「手軽な運動で体を動かす」「近い距離や階段はできるだけ歩く」および運動生活習慣、生活習慣総合計、SF12「活力」と正の相関が確認された。④SOC「把握可能感」はSF12「活力」と負の相関が確認された。⑤SOC「処理可能感」は生活習慣「疲れを感じたら休養をとる」と正の相関が確認された。⑥SOC「有意味感」は生活習慣「朝食を毎日食べる」「規則的に自分なりの運動で汗をかく」、「手軽な運動で体を動かす」「近い距離や階段はできるだけ歩く」および運動合計、生活習慣総合計、SF12「身体機能」、SF12「活力」「社会生活機能」精神的側面と正の相関が、CES-Dと負の相関が確認され、重回帰分析の結果、SF12「活力」、「近い距離や階段はできるだけ歩く」、CES-Dが抽出された（R2=0.39）。

本研究は，現代社会の深刻な問題となっている大学生のメンタルヘルスにおいて，大学生の自己肯定感や自尊感情を高め，SOC（Sense of Coherence＝首尾一貫感覚）やレジリエンスを向上させるための「きっかけ」や「仕組み」を，先行研究や既存調査などの考察から探索的に検討する。その結果，ボランティア活動は，学校や家庭以外において，大学生が共同して社会的課題に取り組むという社会貢献を通して，社会的な役割を獲得することにより自己有用感や自己肯定感，自尊感情が向上し，人とのつながりを構築できる社会活動であることがわかった。したがって，ボランティア活動は，大学生のSOCやレジリエンスを高め，問題解決能力やストレス対処能力を向上させ，若者のメンタルヘルスに寄与する可能性があると思われる。

著者らは「簡易版大学生メンタルヘルス尺度」の作成を目指し検討を重ねてきた。今回は本尺度の信頼性・妥当性を検討しつつ、あわせてメンタルヘルス支援における具体的な介入視点となる「ストレス対処能力(SOC)」および「やり抜く力(Grit)」との関連から検討を加えた。 本尺度は高い内的整合性とうつ病・不安障害のスクーリング調査票(K6)との高い相関が得られ、信頼性、基準関連妥当性ともに確認された。本尺度とSOCとの関連から、メンタルヘルス不良群はストレス対処能力が低いことが示され、メンタルヘルス改善の支援にはストレス対処能力を身につけるストレスマネジメント教育や健康教育の実施が重要であると考えられた。また、Grit との関連から、メンタルヘルス不良群はとくに根気が低いことが示され、根気を醸成するための関わりが重要であると考えられた。

看護職の主な離職理由として結婚，出産，育児などが報告されているが，これらのライフイベントを経験した妻または母親役割を持つ女性看護師の精神健康度やその関連要因は十分に検討されていない．本研究では，妻または母親役割を持つ看護師の精神健康度と関連要因について，結婚，出産，育児による離職経験の有無別に検討することを目的とした．福岡県内の200床以上の総合病院に勤務する女性看護師763人に質問紙調査を実施し，分析対象の108人について，結婚，出産，育児による離職経験なし群と結婚，出産，育児による離職経験あり群の2群に分けて分析した．質問紙は，属性，日本版The General Health Questionnaire（GHQ）28，Sense of Coherence（SOC）スケール（13項目版）職業性ストレス簡易調査票，看護師の職務満足度の尺度で構成した．結果は，分析対象者全体は一般女性より精神健康度が低く，離職経験がない人は離職経験がある人よりも精神健康度が高い人が多く，SOCの「把握可能感」が高かった．さらにGHQ総得点を目的変数とした重回帰分析の結果，離職なし群は「把握可能感」のみが関連していたのに対し，離職あり群はサポート，仕事や生活の満足度および仕事の「ストレス要因」が関連していた．以上より，妻または母親役割を持つ看護師の精神健康度の維持・向上には，サポートや満足感の向上やストレス要因の低減に加えて，SOCの「把握可能感」の維持・向上が影響することが示された．, Many female nurses leave their jobs because of major life events. However, the mental health status and related factors among nurses who assume the roles of wives and/or mothers have been insufficiently examined. Therefore we examined the mental health levels and related factors among such nurse. We conducted a questionnaire survey on 763 female nurses working at general hospitals with over 200 beds in Fukuoka Prefecture. Of 402 responses, 108 were divided into two groups: nurses who had left because of marriage, childbirth, or childrearing (leaving group), and those who had not (non-leaving group). The following were assessed: work satisfaction level, the Brief Job Stress Questionnaire, The General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) 28, and the Sense of Coherence (SOC) scale. Results showed that nurses who had assumed the roles of wives and/or mothers had lower mental health status than general women, and nurses who retained their jobs had higher mental health status and sense of comprehensibility on the SOC scale than those who left. Multiple regression analyses using the total GHQ score as an objective variable showed that only the sense of comprehensibility on the SOC scale correlated with mental health status in the non-leaving group. For the leaving group, having support, high work and life satisfaction levels, and several work stressors were correlated. These findings strongly suggest that to maintain and improve the mental health of nurses who assume the role of wives and/or mothers, greater support, higher satisfaction, reduced stressors, and maintenance and improvement of the sense of comprehensibility are required.

職業性ストレスが高ストレス者と非高ストレス者の間でQOL やSOC，生活習慣に違いがあるかを検討することを目的に中小企業6 社の労働者375 名を対象にアンケート調査を実施した。調査内容はBJSQ，WHOQOL26， Sense of Coherence （SOC），生活習慣で構成される。328 名から回答を得た（回収率87.5%）。分析にはサンプル数の少ない女性と欠損値を除いた男性労働者281 名の結果を用いた。高ストレス者はWHOQOL26 のスコアが有意に低く，QOL との間に関係が認められた。また，高ストレス者はSOC のスコアが有意に低く，ストレス対処能力としてのSOC が低いことが示された。高ストレス者は，職業性ストレスとQOL が関連していることやSOC を高めることで職業性ストレスに対する対処能力が向上することを労働者自身も理解し，ストレスに対するセルフケア能力を高めていく必要があると考える。

内観心理療法は、不安神経症や強迫神経症、アルコール依存症や摂食障害等に適用され、その有効性が検討されてきた。いくつかの先行研究では、内観療法によって近親者に対する否定的な認知が肯定的に変化し、自己中心的な生き方が変容して、他人や社会のためにお返しをしようという意識が生まれ、その結果として、種々の症状や問題行動が改善されるとされる。そこで、本研究では、1 週間の「集中内観」を体験した46 名の研修者を対象に、SOC健康尺度を用いて、内観前後の生きがい感の変化を調べた。その結果、内観後は内観前と比べSOC の下位尺度である「処理可能感」と「有意味感」が上昇していた。このことから、内観療法が困難を乗り越えて生きていこうとする感覚の向上に有効であることが示唆された。, Naikan is a transformative psychotherapy in which clients re-evaluate their relations with their families and important people in their lives. Clients typically develop less egocentered perspectives, a sense of being loved and sustained by others, and determination to contribute to society as a way of repaying what they have received. Naikan therapy has proven effective in treating patients with conditions including neuroses, alcohol dependency, eating disorders, and depressive disorders, but its subjectively recognized ability to transform worldviews and attitudes has not been statistically documented. Antonovsky's Sense of Coherence (SOC) Scale has been widely used to measure consistency of worldview, especially in terms of stress coping and sense of meaning. Studies have indicated that strong SOC buffers against burnout and disease, so if a therapy can raise SOC, it is likely to improve mental and even physical health. It is reported that counseling may raise SOC, but the effect of Naikan therapy on SOC had yet to be tested. The aim of this research is to evaluate the ability of Naikan therapy to improve clients' Sense of Coherence. 46 clients who completed the SOC scale before and after a week-long course of intensive Naikan therapy showed significantly increased post-treatment scores in "manageability" and "meaningfulness, " along with increased total SOC scores. This suggests that Naikan therapy improved participants' sense of meaning, and may have implications for its role in health maintenance.

本研究の目的は，月経の状況や症状，女性性受容度，自己効力感，ストレス対処能力などの要因が，女子大学生の精神的健康にどのような影響を与えているのかを明らかにすることである．九州地方の大学に通う女子学生397名を対象とし，属性，月経に関する項目，月経随伴症状，女性性受容度，ソーシャルサポートの有無，自己効力感，ストレス対処能力SOC，精神的健康等の項目を含む配票調査を行った．重回帰分析の結果，精神的健康は，SOC，月経随伴症状，自己効力感，女性性受容度，月経期間の異常の有無の順で強く規定されていた．この結果から，女子学生の精神的健康度は，月経に伴う精神的身体的現象よりも，月経のとらえ方によって左右されるところが大きいことが考えられた．, Many women suffer from physical and mental strain caused by menstruation. This study aims to clarify the factors that affect mental health with regards to the menstruation of Japanese university students. A questionnaire including; basic demographics of the respondents, physical condition and symptoms of menstruation, social support, degree of gender acceptance, degree of self-efficacy, and abbreviated SOC (Sense of Coherence) scale was used. The CES-D (Center for Epidemiologic Studies - Depression) score was used as a marker of the degree of mental health.The respondents in this study were 397 female Japanese university students. The average age was 20.23 (SD1.56). Seventy-eight percent had their menstrual period in normal time frame (between 25 to 38 days). Nighty-four percent had normal menstruation duration (between 3 to 7 days). Fifty-seven percent answered that they had difficulty in daily life due to the menstruation ‘very much’ or ‘much’. 全国的に地域枠入学者による医学部定員増加が行われている.それに伴い医学部では,より良い地域医療教育の導入が求められている.そこで本研究は,地域医療を目指す学生の特性を知るとともに地域医療教育の効果を学生の自己評価点とSOC (Sense of Coherence) 得点の地域教育導入前後比較により検討することを目的とした.調査対象は,獨協医科大学医学部第1学年おける地域包括医療実習受講生の16名( 男子9名,女子7名:平均年齢18.9±1.0歳) と非受講生の1年生98名( 男子66名,女子32名:平均年齢19.9±1.7歳) である.平成22 年7 月15 日に対象者全員に対して研究の説明を行い,文書による研究参加への同意を得た後,行動規範26項目の自己評価 (7 点満点) とSense of Coherence (SOC) 29 項目及び生活習慣に関する質問12 項目に回答する自記式アンケート調査を行った.さらに,平成22 年12 月11 日に,受講生のみを対象に7 月15 日に施行したものと同一のアンケート調査を行った.地域包括医療実習I 受講生は,非受講生に比較して,家族と同居しているもの,現在運動をしていないものが多かった.また,学習態度の自己評価点とSOC 処理可能感の得点が有意に高かった.地域包括医療実習I の実習前後の変化を検討したところ,生活態度の自己評価が終了時には有意に上昇していた.しかしSOC 把握可能感の得点が有意に低下していた.地域医療教育導入前後でほとんどの項目で大きな変化はなかったが,生活態度の行動変容に良い効果が得られた.また,把握可能感が低下していたため,面接などで適切な支援が必要である., The quotas of students who wish to be involved in communitymedicine have increased in medical schools in Japan.Accordingly, programs focused on community medicineare required in medical education. In this study weaimed to identify the characteristics of medical studentswho pursue community medicine. We also aimed to evaluatethe effects of the local community medical educationcourse for medical students by examining changes in thescores of self-evaluation of standards of conduct and in thescores of sense of coherence (SOC) before and after thecourse.Participants were 16 first-year students (9 men, 7 women;mean age, 18.9±1.0 years) at Dokkyo Medical Universitywho took the comprehensive community medicinepractice course( community medicine course students) and98 students (66 men, 32 women;mean age, 19.9±1.7years) who did not take the course( non-community medicinecourse students).Information on the study was provided on July 15, 2010,and written informed consent was obtained from all participants.A self-evaluation questionnaire comprising 26 itemsregarding standards of conduct, each to be rated on a seven-point scale, and a questionnaire comprising 29 items ofSOC and 12 items of lifestyle were used. Both questionnaireswere completed by all participants on July 15, 2010and by the community medicine course students on DecemberThe percentage of students who lived with their familiesand the percentage of students who did not regularly exerciseat the time of the questionnaire survey were higher inthe community medicine course students than in the noncommunitymedicine course students. In addition, the selfevaluationscore for attitude toward leaning and the SOCscore for sense of manageability were significantly higher inthe community medicine course students than in the noncommunitymedicine course students. In the communitymedicine course students, the self-evaluation score for attitudetoward life was significantly increased, while the SOCscore for sense of comprehensibility significantly decreasedby the end of the course.The comprehensive community medicine practice coursehad a positive effect on student attitude toward life, andpreferable behavioral modifications were observed, althoughscores for most items remained unchanged by the end ofthe course. Our findings revealed a decrease in sense ofcomprehensibility, indicating that appropriate student support,such as consultation, is necessary.

完全母乳育児には、母親の母乳育児負担感を減らし、母乳育児自己効力感を高める母親への内面的なケアが必要とされている。本研究では、ストレッサーの緩衝効果があるSense of Coherence（ SOC）と母乳育児自己効力感および母乳育児負担感の関係を明らかにすることを目的とした。産後4 ～ 5日に少しでも母乳を与えていた209名の母親に無記名自記式質問紙調査を実施し、195名から有効回答を得た。SOCと母乳育児自己効力感は有意に正の相関があった。またSOCと母乳育児自己効力感は、ともに母乳育児負担感と有意に負の相関があった。母乳育児継続に必要な母乳育児自己効力感を高め、母乳育児負担感を減らすためには、産褥早期からSOCを高める母親への内面的ケアの重要性が示唆された．, Successful exclusive breastfeeding needs psychological support for decreasing burden of breastfeeding and increasing breastfeeding self-efficacy. This study examined the relationships between Sense of Coherence（ SOC） which buffers the effect of some stressors, burden of breastfeeding and breastfeeding self-efficacy. We conducted this study with anonymous self-reported questionnaires among 209 mothers 4-5days after childbirth. Of them, 195 completed the questionnaire. The SOC were positively associated with breastfeeding self-efficacy. SOC and breastfeeding self-efficacy were negatively associated with burden of breastfeeding. This study suggests that mothers with early confinement periods should have psychological support to increase SOC in order to increase breastfeeding self-efficacy and decrease burden of breastfeeding.

韓国の半導体産業は1990年代以降，世界半導体市場で熾烈に競争し，現在半導体のメモリー部門では世界１位を記録し，三星電子は世界半導体企業の売上高ランキングにおいてもインテルに次ぐ世界２位になっている。しかしながら，韓国半導体産業のシステムLSI部門は世界半導体市場で未だ確立されていない状況である。今日，半導体産業を取り巻く環境は急激に変化しており，半導体需要はこれまでの個別半導体，メモリー，ASIC（特定用途向けIC）からシステムLSI部門へとシフトしている。韓国半導体産業は，90年代末からシステムLSI事業に本格的に参入したばかりである。現在世界システムLSI部門でグローバル展開を行っているのはコアロジック，エムテックビジョンなどのファブレス企業数社に過ぎない。韓国のシステムLSI部門は緒についた段階である。システムLSIの成長のためにはSoCの設計人材の確保，SoCの技術的特性によるIPの調整，利用しやすさの確立，事業モデルに従う企業間の連携がもっとも必要である。

イスラエルの社会学者Aaron Antonovskyが提唱したSOCを社会的レベルで捉えた17本の研究を整理し、日本の保健師活動においてSOC理論を活用する可能性と意義について考察した。結果は「公衆衛生活動におけるSOCの意義」という理論的研究、「対象集団のSOCレベルとその関連要素」「SOCを導入した健康教育の効果」という実践的研究の3つに分類できた。結果からSOCが保健師活動の理念、ヘルスプロモーションの見解と一致することがわかった。そして実際の保健師活動において、SOCは地域住民の健康意識をはかる一指標として、さらに健康教育の一理論として活用できる可能性があると考えられた。保健師の地区活動においてSOCの実践的研究を積み重ねることは、SOCの理論を深めること、そして最終的には保健師活動の効果や質を向上させると考えられた。, The aim of this study was to review on the possibilities and the meanings of sense of coherence (SOC) in public health nursing. In the present study, we reviewed 17 studies in the literature. The results can be classified into three points : meanings of SOC in public health nursing, relationship between SOC and public health, and effects of health education with SOC. We found out that the concept of SOC is consistent with the idea of health promotion. Furthermore, SOC can be a scale of well-being in the community, and it can be used as a one of theory in health education. In the future, We would like to improve public health nurse's activity through many practical studies on SOC in public health.

近年、職場においてストレスからくる心理的な負担を原因として精神障害を発症する労働者数が増えている。本研究では働きやすい職場づくりに向けての基礎資料とするために、A社全社員の職場におけるストレス評価をおこない、生活および仕事上の要因と、ストレスによる心身反応との関連を明らかにすることを目的とした。一方、ストレス対処能力を高める要因についても検討した。その結果、ストレスによる心身反応をおこさないために、生活上の要因として「睡眠の質」に着目することが重要であり、仕事上では「労働時間の適正化」「人的コミュニケーション」「働きがい」が重要であった。またストレス対処能力向上には、「睡眠の質」「仕事の適正度」「仕事のコントロール」「働きがい」「人的コミュニケーション」が関連していた。

本研究は,コラージュを見る際に自己のさまざまな側面がどのようにコラージュの形式に反映しているかについて検討するための基礎的な研究である。大学生を対象に,コラージュとSense of Coherence(SOC),抑うつ,特性不安の尺度との関係,およびコラージュの形式(空白の多さ,自分の有無),コラージュの評価(現実性)との問の関係を検討した。結果より次のことが示された。(1)SOCの低さ,抑うつ,特性不安のいずれもコラージュによる自己表現の不全感と相関があった。(2)コラージュにおける現実性は「抑うつ」の高さと負の相関がある。(3)特性不安が高いほど,空白が少ない(重ね貼り,多量の写真)。(4)コラージュの中に「自分がいる」ことはSOCの適度な高さと関係がある。これらの結果より,コラージュにおける「現実性」,「空白のなさ」「自分の有無」は対象者を理解する上で重要な手がかりになると思われる。, The purpose of this study was to examine how various aspects of self were reflected in the style of collage. Subjects were University students. Correlation between the scores of Sense of Coherence (SOC) inventory, Beck Depression Inventory, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory and the style of Collage were examined. The results were; (1) Discontent with collage was negatively correlate with the Score of SOC and positively correlated with both scores of depression and anxiety significantly. (2) There was significant positive correlation between the evaluation score of reality of collage and score of depression. (3) There was significant correlation between the area of blank and anxiety. (4) Those who showed appropriately high score of SOC tend to paste the figure of themselves in their collage. These results show that "reality", "area of blank" and "existence of figure of self" of collage were important clue to understand the subjects.

本稿では、QUBE プロジェクトで実施した、システムLSI 設計教育についての海外の 先端事例調査結果を報告する。調査の目的は、QUBE の活動方針、カリキュラム策定、 教材開発手法などを広い視野で方向付けていくことである。調査対象は、フランス、ドイ ツ、ベルギーの欧州3 カ国と台湾、韓国の東アジア2 カ国の大学・研究機関、および米国 の組込みシステム教育関連の国際会議とした。本調査では、国の戦略的支援でシステム LSI 設計教育が有効に働いているという海外の状況を、現場で確認することができた。さ らに、国の支援の有効活用と日本国内の教育者間の連携、そして海外との継続的な交流の 重要性を体感できたことは、極めて有意義な成果であっった。

新しい情報化社会および産業の基盤を形成する基盤情 報技術として，ネットワーク技術，システムLSI 技術，ソフト ウェア技術が重要になっている．電子商取引などの経済 活動，電子政府や交通・通信・エネルギー産業などの社 会基盤，商工業や農業への応用など各種産業基盤に対 するシステムLSI の応用と基本的な設計技術の確立が求 められている．本稿では，情報の獲得（センサ技術），情 報の処理と蓄積（計算とメモリ技術），情報の伝達と通信 （表示と通信技術）を融合して半導体集積回路上に情報 システムを構築する技術としてシステムLSI を捉え，その 技術的，経済的特徴について考える．さらに，今後の基 盤情報技術として重要になると思われる財産，人命，プライバシなどにかかわる情報を取り扱う応用に対する設計技術の動向について議論する．
