A県内の看護教育機関に在学する1年生114名を対象に予防接種対象となっている小児期感染症に関する調査を行い以下の結果がえられた。1.小児期感染症の罹患歴が「わからない」とする学生は風疹が24%、麻疹が19%、ムンプス14%、水痘9%であった。また、予防接種歴が「わからない」とする学生は水痘43%、風疹が41%、ムンプス38%、麻疹28%であった。2.罹患歴、予防接種歴の情報源は家族から聞いたとする人が多く、母子手帳で知ったとする人は少なかった。3.小児期感染症の抗体価の検査は、「受けたことがある」19.3%、「受けたことがない」23.7%、「わからない」57.0%であった。4.予防接種で成人期の小児期感染症の発症を防ぐことについて、「できると思う」50.9%、「できないと思う」22.8%、「わからない」26.3%であった。小児期感染症の罹患歴や予防接種歴が「わからない」とする人や抗体価の検査を受けたことがある人が少なかったことから、感染予防や予防接種に関する指導の必要性が示唆された。, I conducted a survey on the attitude related to pediatric infectious disease requiring vaccination among 114 freshmen students who are studying at educational institutions of nursing science within A Prefecture, and obtained the following results. 1. Among the students who do not know their own history of pediatric infectious disease, rubella accounted for 24%, measles 19%, mumps 14%, and chickenpox 9% in respect to the vaccinations they received. Students who do not know their own history of vaccination had 43% of chickenpox, 41% of rubella, 38% of mumps and 28% of measles in terms of vaccinations they received. 2. Most of the students obtained the information of their diseases and vaccination history from family, and a few students knew it from their mothers maternity passbook records. 3. Students who had the Serum Antibody Titer Test of pediatric infectious disease occupied 19.3%, those who did not take the test accounted for 23.7% and those who do not know if they took the test or not accounted for 57%. 4. Students believing to be able to prevent the development of pediatric infectious disease in adulthood by way of vaccination occupied 50.9%, those believing it is not possible to prevent it accounted for 22.8%, and those who are not sure if it is possible or not accounted for 26.3%. A県内看護教育機関7校を対象に、小児期感染症(麻疹、風疹、水痘、流行性耳下腺炎)の感染予防対策の現状を把握した結果、以下のことが明らかになった。1)抗体価検査は4種全てを「実施している」機関は3校あった。それらは1年次生に入学後に実施しており、経費負担は様々であった。2)既往歴の聴取は4種を4校が、予防接種歴の聴取は5校が実施していた。3)抗体価検査・既往歴の聴取・予防接種歴の聴取を行っていない機関が1校あった。4)学生への啓発活動は「入学時オリエンテーションでの説明」3校、「学内掲示板への掲示」2校あり、その他実習オリエンテーションや関連する講義で行っていた。今後、1年次早期に感染予防教育の一環として感染予防の意義や副反応対策までの具体的な説明の必要性が示唆された。, I conducted a survey to understand the status quo for preventive measures of infection of pediatric infectious diseases (measles, rubella, chickenpox and mumps) among 7 educational institutions of nursing science within Prefecture, and found the following results. 1) 3 institutions performed all 4 types of the Serum Antibody Titer Tests. They were implemented soon after the entrance of freshmen, students with the ratio of cost shared by the institutions and the students different from each other. 2) 4 institutions learned their the anamnestic history of 4 types, and 5 institutions conducted the taking of vaccination history. 3) 1 institution did not conduct any taking of the Serum Antibody Titer Tests, anamnestic history or vaccination history. 4) As educational activities for students, 3 institutions conducted the educational activities during the explanation for the new students' orientation, 2 institutions posted the educational activities on bulletin boards within the facilities, and other institutions conducted the educational actitivities during the intern's orientation and related lectures. 本稿は、小児期感染症に対するアンケート調査(以下アンケート調査とする)と抗体価検査の実態について、本学の過去3年間の取り組みを分析したものである。その結果以下のことが明らかになった。1.アンケート調査結果から、1)罹患歴について不明な学生は少なかった、2)麻疹の予防接種有は77.4%であり、定期接種にもかかわらず予防接種を受けていない学生がいた、3)風疹の予防接種有は36.5%と少なかった。2.風疹の抗体価は抗体価が高い学生が多く、予防接種対象者は少なかった。3.アンケート調査と抗体価検査結果は一致しない傾向が見られた。4.アンケート調査を行うことは、小児期感染症に対する自己管理対策の指標となる。しかし、より確実な安全対策としては抗体価検査が必要である。そのための経費および予防接種対象者への指導の方法は検討を要する。, Here we analyze students' awareness of pediatric infectious diseases assessed by a questionnaire and compare this data with the results of their actual serum antibody titers. The data was collected from previous research which was conducted over the past three years. This study has revealed the following findings : According to the questionnaire, most students seem to have a certain awareness of morbidity rate. It showed that as many as 77.4% of the students have an immunization record against measles while some of them have never been given a vaccination. Only 36.5 % of the students answered that they had been inoculated against rubella. Even though a great number of students had a high rate of serum antibody titers against rubella, very few had received a vaccination. It was found that there is no consistency between the results of the serum antibody titer analysis and the questionnaire. The results suggest the necessity of serum antibody titer testing. A questionnaire can be an indicator for self management steps against pediatric infectious diseases.
