This paper, by separating responsibility for accountability and inspection financial statements with false or misrepresentation or defective, it is possible to clarify the responsibilities of the financial statements of entities. Furthermore, it is possible to rationally distribute their liability to be borne.

In this study，1 expose a focus to the inspection responsibility in the duties execution of the certified public accountant in a new capital market in China. About the inspection responsibility of the cerified public accountant，I examine in particular the changes from no object of the responsibility pursuit of the responsibility.
