目的：ホルモン補充療法（Hormone Replacement Therapy；以下HRT）を受けている更年期女性の体験を明らかにし、HRT普及に向けた看護支援の示唆を得る。対象と方法：研究デザインは質的記述的研究である。HRTを受けている女性7名に半構造化面接を実施した。逐語録からコードを抽出して、抽象度を上げてサブカテゴリー、カテゴリーを生成した。結果：HRTを開始した女性の体験は婦人科受診に至った体験、HRT開始に伴う体験、HRT開始後の体験に分類された。更年期症状経験者から対処方法の情報を得た女性とかかりつけ医をもつ女性は症状が軽い段階で受診していた。更年期女性は医師の診断と勧めでHRTを開始し、その効果を実感していた。しかし、HRTの長期継続や中止後の身体の変化に不安をもっていた。HRT普及には婦人科受診につなげる支援が重要であるが、自身の症状が治療の対象か判断ができないことが、症状が強くなるまで受診に至らない理由であった。考察：婦人科受診に至るには症状や治療法だけでなく、具体的な対処行動に関する情報提供が必要である。ほとんどの女性が医師の勧めによりHRTを開始していたが、女性がHRTを安心して継続できるような情報提供が必要である。更年期症状のとらえ方は身近な女性からの影響を受けるため、HRTにより身体の不調を改善できた女性が自身のQOLを維持向上できた体験について次世代の女性に伝えていくこともHRT普及につながると考えられる。

目的：母性看護学実習の一環である地域母子支援実習が看護学生自らの親性準備性にもたらす変化と属性との関係を明らかにする。対象と方法：看護系大学3年次2017年度60名、2018年度65名を対象に地域母子支援実習前後の親性準備性の縦断調査を行った。地域母子支援実習前後の親性準備性尺度の22項目の合計得点と下位尺度である「乳幼児への好意感情」、「育児への積極性」得点を属性ごとに実習前後で比較した。結果：地域母子支援実習前の親性準備性得点は、実習後は有意に高く変化した。属性では男子学生、実習開始前より高い親性準備性得点である学生は実習後に高くなったが、有意な変化はなかった。下位尺度では、「乳幼児への好意感情」得点は全属性で有意に高く変化したが、「育児への積極性」得点は女子学生以外は有意に変化しなかった。結論：地域母子支援実習は看護学生の親性準備性の乳幼児の好意感情は高くするが、育児への積極性を高くするには至らないことが示唆された。属性では学生の性差、子どもや母性看護への興味の有無に着眼した関わりが必要である。, Purpose: To identify the related between changes and attributes in students’readiness for parenthood after training in maternity and childcare in the community in maternal nursing practice.Method: A longitudinal survey was conducted to investigate readiness for parenthood among 60 in 2017 and 65 in 2018 third-year undergraduate nursing students before and after training. We compared the total score of 22 items The Readiness of Parenthood Scale and the subscales “the affection towards babies”, “the child-rearing drive” before and after training for each attribute.Results: The readiness of parenthood score before training in maternity and childcare in the community was significantly higher after the training. The male student's the readiness of parenthood score increased after the training, but there was no significant change. On the subscales, the scores for “affection towards babies”changed significantly for all attributes, but the scores for“the child-rearing drive”; did not changes significantly except for female students.Discussion: It was suggested that training in maternity and childcare in the community develops the readiness of parenthood of nursing students. In attributes, It is necessary to provide guidance that focuses on gender, interest in children and maternal nursing in students.

現在欧米で一般的に実践されている現代ヨガは、アーサナと呼ばれる身体的ポーズに力点をおいたもので、それに体の姿勢、呼吸法、そして瞑想を組み合わせた健康やフィットネスを目的とするエクササイズであり、また補完代替医療（Complementary and Alternative Medicine：CAM）の一療法とも位置づけされるのが一般的になっている。その医学的有効性についての期待も高まっていることから、本研究では、現代ヨガと補完医療における位置付けについて、心疾患・肥満・乳がんの医学的有効性について、エビデンスをレビューしたので紹介する。結果として、ヨガによって生活習慣を改善すると心疾患のリスク因子を低減できる可能性が高いこと、過体重者ではヨガの定期的な実施と体重増加の緩和が関連していること、乳がんサバイバーにおいて不安・うつ・QOLにおいて効果があることなどが示唆された。しかし、それらの効果が運動そのものによる効果なのかヨガに特異的な効果なのかについては明らかにされていないため、今後のさらなる検証を期待したい。, Yoga commonly practiced in the United States and Europe is a form of exercise for health purposes and physical fitness. It combines physical postures, breathing and medication, focusing on physical poses called asanas. Yoga is now generally considered to be one of the Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) therapies in the United States and Europe. Considering rising expectations for medical effectiveness of yoga, this study aimed to clarify what modern yoga is and how it is categorized as one of the CAM therapies. It also examined the efficacy of yoga on cardiac disease, obesity, and breast cancer by consolidating evidence from studies. The findings from this study are that there is a possibility of reducing the risk factors for cardiac disease by lifestyle improvements through yoga practice, regular practice of yoga and weight gain control are associated for the overweight, and that yoga is effective for reducing anxiety and depression and improving the quality of life for breast cancer survivors. However, there has not been enough evidence to prove whether these effects were attributed to the specificity of yoga or exercise itself. Further studies are needed in order to prove the efficacy of yoga itself for cardiac disease, obesity and breast cancer.

我々は，オフィスにおける天井照明を個別に調光することで，各執務者に個別の照度環境を実現する知的照明システムの研究を行っている．知的照明システムにおいて，執務者の目標照度を満たすうえで必要がない天井照明に関しては，省エネルギーの観点から消灯する．しかし，その場合，執務者の周辺の空間が暗くなり，部屋の明るさ感が低下するため快適性が損なわれる．これを改善する方法として，消灯した照明を一定の低い光度で点灯する手法（以後，低光度点灯手法）が考えられる．低光度点灯手法を用いることで，部屋の明るさ感が向上するが，消費電力の増大に繋がる．部屋の明るさ感を向上させる別の方法として壁面照明がある．そこで本研究では，知的照明システムにおいて，不要な照明を消灯した場合に壁面照明を用いて部屋の明るさ感を保つ手法（以後，壁面照明手法）と低光度点灯手法を比較する．快適性を損なわず消費電力を抑える手法が，壁面照明手法と低光度点灯手法のいずれであるか検討する．, We are working on an Intelligent Lighting System that individually controls the ceiling lights in an office to create a specific illumination environment for each office worker. The Intelligent Lightning System choose the best pattern to save energy by turning off some ceiling lights if it's possible. However, in that case, the worker is uncomfortable because the space around the office worker gets darker and the room's brightness is reduced. To solve this problem, we consider a method that turns on unnecessary lights at constant low level of luminosity (named low luminosity lighting method). Using the low luminosity lighting method improves the brightness of the room, but the power consumption increases. Another way to improve the brightness of the room is wall lighting. In this research, we compare the method of maintaining the brightness of the room using the wall lighting in the Intelligent Lighting System when unnecessary lighting is turned off (named wall lighting method) and the low luminosity lighting method.

著者らはオフィスにおける執務者の快適性向上と消費電力の削減を両立する知的照明システムの研究・開発を行なっている．実際のオフィスに導入した結果，各執務者に個別照度環境を提供することによって，執務快適性の向上と大幅な消費電力の削減を実現した．実証実験結果今後，大規模なオフィスに導入されることを想定している．現在の知的照明システムは 1 エリアに 1 つの制御PCを設置しているため，大規模なオフィスに導入する際，保守・管理におけるコストが課題として挙げられる．そこで 1 台の制御コンピュータで複数のエリアを制御するクラウド型知的照明システムを検討している．そこで，本研究では，クラウド型知的照明システムにおける制御エリア数の増加が制御PCに与える影響を検証する．検証結果をもとに，大規模環境におけるクラウド型知的照明システムの制御PCの負荷削減手法の提案を行う．, We research and develop an intelligent lighting system to improve office workers comfort and to reduce the power consumption. We have introduced the intelligent lighting system to realize individual lighting environments into real office environments. The effectiveness of the results of field trials was found in the future, intelligent lighting system is assumed to be introduced in a large office. When introducing large-scale, cost of and the maintenance and management introduced remains current configuration mentioned as a problem. Cloud intelligent lighting system control computer to cloud there has been studied. In this study, to verify the effect of the increase in the number of control area in the cloud-based intelligent lighting system has on the control PC. In addition, based on the verification results, we propose a method of controlling the cloud-based intelligent lighting system in a large-scale environment.

著者らはオフィスにおける執務者の快適性と照明における消費電力の削減を両立する知的照明システムの研究・開発を行っている．知的照明システムを実際のオフィスに導入した結果，各執務者に個別照度環境を提供することによって，執務快適性の向上と照明点灯による消費電力の削減を実現した．しかし，現在の知的照明システムでは，隣接する執務者の要求する照度に大きな差がある場合，要求される照度を物理的に実現できない場合がある．そこで本稿では，知的照明システムに，鉛直方向に移動可能な照明を用いることで，可動しない照明を用いた知的照明システムでは実現が容易でない要求照度を実現可能か検証する., We study on an Intelligent Lighting System to realize individual illuminance for each person in the office. Currently, the Intelligent Lighting System is field-tested in real offices in Tokyo. However, the conventional Intelligent Lighting System may not be able to achieve individual illuminance under the situation that the difference of the target illuminances required by adjacent workers is large. Therefore, in this paper, by using height-adjustable luminaire, we investigate whether it is possible to achieve the target illuminances under such physical constraints.

京都大学では 2011 年 12 月より Microsoft のクラウドサービスを採用し学生向けメールサービスを運用している．本発表では，(1) これまでの 3 年余の運用と Microsoft の行ってきた 「カイゼン」 を総括する (2) 同社に限らず，クラウド系サービスが必ずしも大学という組織に合っていないことを指摘し，あらためて大学で求められるサービスの要件とその品質について議論する (3) Microsoft のデータセンター/システム運用について実際のユーザになってはじめて分かったことを列挙し，今後クラウドサービスを採用する大学の検討材料を提供する., We use Microsoft cloud service as students email service since December, 2011. In this talk, first, we summarize our usage ang operation over 3 and a half years and the improvement (Kaizen) of the service. Second, we discuss about the requirement and the quality of cloud service specific for university because of the mismatch between cloud based service and the use of the organization such as university. 教育用端末系は大学の教育研究を支える基幹設備である. 京都大学の新しい教育用端末系では, ネットブートの採用に加え, ローカルHDDをキャッシュとして用いることにより, 管理コストの削減とパフォーマンスを追求した. 旧システムでは, 端末の更新のため数日を要していたのが, 新システムでは15分で完了するなど, 劇的な管理コストの削減を果たした. 加えて, サーバホスト型デスクトップ仮想化技術を採用した, 様々な端末から教育用端末と同様の環境を利用できるサービスを導入した. 本稿では, 平成24年3月に更新した教育用端末系の構築について, その背景, 設計および導入効果について報告する., Educational computer system serve as key components for university activity such as lecture, education and research. We pursue management cost reduction and PC client performance with network boot architecture, utilizing local HDD as cache in new educational computer system of Kyoto University. As a result of the replacement of the educational computer system, we have achieved a large reduction of management cost that take only fifteen minutes, although previously a few days to complete the update procedure of the PC boot image. Additionally, new system introduces remote desktop service which permits off-campus PCs and tablet terminals to use the thin client environment of the computer classrooms. 口腔内に急性化膿性炎症症状を呈していた小児患者48例に持続性セファレキシン(L-CEX)を投与し,その臨床成績を検討するとともに,彼らの母親に対しても「お薬についてのアンケート調査」を実施した.結果を要約すると下記のようであった.1.L-CEXの有効率は,採点法では3日連用で70.8%,5日連川で91.7%,主治医の主観的評価では93.7%と優れた効果があることが認められた.2.消炎酵素剤の併用により,著効例が増加する傾向が認められた.3.副作用については,軽度の下痢4例,鼻出血,嘔吐,腹部不快感各1例で,特に重篤なものはなく,投与を中止するにはいたらなかった.4.各種の口腔内化膿性疾患に対して,短期間に高い有効率を示した.安全性も比較的高いことから,この領域での第一選択剤として位置づけてよいと考えられた.5.在来の抗生物質では6時間毎に投与するため,夜間睡眠中や昼の通園・通学中の服用もれが生じやすいが,本剤は1日2回,朝夕食後の投与で十分な血中濃度を維持でき,家庭内で親の手から直接に投与できることは,「服ませ忘れ」を防ぐ上でも大きな利点になると考えられた.また,大多数の小児患者がそれほど嫌がらずに,むしろ喜んで服用し,拒否した者は皆無であったことから,本剤は幼児にも服みやすい薬であると考えられた.

ターボファンエンジンの高性能化を達成する上で,低圧タービンの高負荷化と高効率化を図る事が極めて重要である。このためには,従来多く設計に用いられてきたフリーボルテックス型のフローパターンとは異なる新しいフローパターンの開発が必要である。本装置は,実機寸法の供試タービンを用いて,フローパターンの改良による高負荷化と高効率化達成のための研究を行うことを目的に設計製作したもので,本報告には装置の概要を述べる。なお,本研究は,通商産業省工業技術院の大型工業技術研究開発制度に基づく「航空機用ジェットエンジンの研究開発」の一環として行なったものである。, 資料番号: NALTM0491000, レポート番号: NAL TM-491
