長崎国際大学では、強化指定部12団体・運動部8団体、体育系サークル11団体と多様かつ多数の学生が所属している。本研究では、大学部活動の競技力向上のための基礎調査として、学生のニーズについて調査を行い、スポーツ系学生が大学に求めるトレーニングや講習などのサポートについて検討した。活動状況について、強化指定部は活動日数や休日の活動時間が他に比べ多く、特に強化指定部においては平日のうち週4日以上部活動を行っている者が9割以上であることが示された。また、ニーズ調査の結果、レベルアップのために身体的トレーニング（16.3％）やコンディショニング（12.4％）に取り組みたいこと、身体的トレーニング（12.4％）や心理的トレーニング（10.4％）、コンディションニングなどの講習や情報を求める回答が多かった。大学に望むこととして、活動頻度の低い体育系サークルに比べ、非常に多くの時間を部活動に費やしている強化指定部や運動部から多くの意見が得られ、学生のニーズに対する具体的支援を検討する必要性が示された。

The Author has been supervising a “parent-child sports club” at Showa Women’s University every Sunday since 2006. In addition, he established after-school childcare in 2016 and the Children Future College in 2018 with the mission to provide a space for children to care for in the community after school or during the holidays. In this paper, the author will report the results of the Setagaya Uki-Uki club activities and the results of research on creating “a place for children” in the local community. The research revealed that: (1) In spite of difficulties that may arise, with collaboration from local governments, private organizations, and NPOs, local communities will be able to maintain space for after-school child-care. (2) Through the activities, programs, and events held by the Uki-Uki club, a strong bond has been created between the members of the Uki-Uki club, universities, local shopping streets, and the local community. The Uki-Uki club has created and activated a new local community. (3) It is necessary to involve more people from the local community in order to solve social issues. To achieve that, we should provide chances for local people to increase their awareness of those social issues.

本研究では，部活動に対する部員の動機づけを高める要因にはどのようなものがあるのかを明らかにするために，A高校バドミントン部という高等学校の運動部活動を対象として，約2か月間（総観察回数22回，総観察時間約108時間），参与観察を行い，修正版グラウンデッドセオリー法による分析を行った。その結果，部活動に対する部員の動機づけを高めている要因として，＜保護者＞や＜OB＞，＜外部の指導者＞といった≪人的環境≫と，＜思いが込められたもの＞や＜成長や結果が認められる機会＞，＜練習場所＞といった≪物的環境≫などがあることが明らかとなった。このように，部員の動機づけを高めている要因が多数あることは，直接的または間接的に部員の動機づけを高める上で影響を与えており，そのことから部員は様々な場面で動機づけを高めて練習に取り組めることができるということが本研究から示唆された。

近年，グローバル化や情報化の急速な進展により，我が国の教育システムや教育課題は大きく変化している．また教育関係法規の改正などを契機として様々な改革が求められている．とりわけ高等学校は，少子化の影響を受け厳しい学校間競争に晒されている．そのため，多くの高等学校は特色づくりを目的とした学校改革に取り組んでいる． その方法は大きく分けて２つある．１つ目は正規の教育課程を改革する方法である．２つ目は教育課程以外を改革する方法である．そのどちらの方法についても，教師の資質・能力の向上が最も大きな要因である．しかしながら，そのための教員研修制度は，現場教員のニーズに合っているとは言い難い現状がある．そこで，本論では筆者自らが取り組んできた高等学校における「教師塾」を事例として，教師力向上に関する校内研修システムについて提案する．

近年、我が国の学校教育には法律改正などを契機として様々な改革が求められている。とりわけ高等学校は、少子化の影響を受け厳しい学校間競争に晒されている。そのため、多くの高等学校は特色づくりを目的とした学校改革に取り組んでいる。その方法は大きく分けて２つある。１つ目は正規の教育課程を改革する方法である。２つ目は教育課程以外を改革する方法である。その中でも、教育課程にはふくまれていないものの運動部活動は、多くの生徒が加入していることから学校文化として定着している。しかし、いずれの改革方法についても教師力の向上が重要な要素となる。そこで、本研究では、文献調査と聞き取り調査によって、教師や運動部活動の現状を明らかにした。そして、その結果をもとにして、高等学校の運動部活動を活用した教師力向上政策について、「教師教育」の視点から検討するとともに具体的な政策提言を行った。, 原著(Original investigation)

The Ministry of Education hammer out a new policy of sports promotion in 1995. In this year， the six districts were granted a bounty to enhance sports activity and to support formation of sports club in the community by the educational authorities. The bounty program is an undertaking extending over three years，the six districts that had been granted a bounty since 1995 finished the bounty program in 1997. The six districts are faced with some problems that are to raise funds for operating club and to enhance members adherence. The fund-raising is a serious problem particularly in each sports club of the community. The purpose of this study were to examine the organizational behavior which is focused on the relationship between adaptive behavior and organizational commitment in the club commitee and to discuss the issues and the strategies encouraging sports clubs and sports systems in the community settings. The study consists of two sets of data. First, qualitative data were acquired through interviews with administrative officials in six district that were granted a bounty. Second， quantitative data were collected from a questionnaire survey of sports club members in the district of the six. The questionnaires were conducted by perposive selection and 151 effective samples were acquired. The major findings are summarized as follows: (1) The most serious problem is to gather funds to operate the club in the six districts. In a few districts which are established the autonomous organization for operating the club by its members， sports programs are being carried on the community. (2) The improvements for the club operation that were acquired from questionnaire survey of the sports club members were to keep places and facilities for sports activities and to train leaders and instructors of sports progrems. (3) The intentions of cooperating the club management of the members were low generally. The club members who are low organizational commitment relatively have a tendency to do so. These results indicated that club management in community has to establish autonomous organization based on positive participation and commitment of the club members.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationships among the student value-orientation toward sport, their wish to join the sports club in college and their experience of the physical education class in the past. In order to determine these assigments, questionnaire was administered to five hundred and fourteen male and female college students.\nThe main results were follows:\n1. The participation of the sports club tends to decrease as they grow older in a schools.\n2. Those who wish to join the sports club in college value sport higher more than who do not.\n3. Those who wish to join the sports club in college are more interested in taking part in the sports event and more positive in the secondary involvement in sport than who do not.\n4. The experience of the physical education class provides a significant oppourtunity to prompt their participation in the sport club in college.
