We developed a phase dynamics model of human circadian rhythms that allows non-photic entrainment. Characteristically, our model can simulate the interaction between the melatonin and the sleep-wake rhythms, which owes mainly to the discontinuity in couplings between oscillators in the model. On the other hand, we studied the bifurcation structure of the two process model based on a constructed circle map of the model. This circle map was characterized by its discontinuity. Here, the same circle map was constructed for our model, which was shown to have similar discontinuity to the two process model. Considering the discontinuity shared by the different models, this property may be an essential property in the human circadian rhythms., この論文は国立情報学研究所の電子図書館事業により電子化されました。, 研究会報告
