, In the case of portable radiography in the bedroom, correspondence to reduce physical pain with cassette insertion is rarely conducted. Therefore, for 31 healthy adult volunteers aged between 20 and 50, we aimed for body pressure dispersion / pain reduction using various high X-ray transmissivity urethane materials and evaluated body pressure distribution and the effect of pain reduction lying in bed. We put urethane material on cassette and performed measurement of body pressure distribution with body pressure measurement equipment. The effect of pain reduction lying in bed measured touch of nine items such as 'painful', 'comfortable', 'hard', 'cold', with Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) method after having lain in bed on urethane material for 30 seconds. We performed these measurements for chest and abdominal radiography cassette positions with no material and five kinds of material, and measured 12 times of plans per one person. As for appearance, sponge-shaped material was effective in body pressure dispersion, and a good result was got from the touch to 'cold' and 'pain'., 報告, Reports
