本研究は,韓国の多文化家族の外国人妻を対象に,日常生活に関連した「苛々感」と精神的健康の関連性を明らかにすることを目的とした. 調査対象は,韓国C道に在住する多文化家族の外国人妻2,000人とした.日常生活に関連したストレス認知を独立変数,GHQ-12で測定された精神的健康を従属変数,また「夫と妻の年齢差」「学歴差」「結婚形態」「夫の収入」「妻の韓国語習得状況」を統制変数として、構造方程式モデリングで解析した. 結果は,多文化家族の外国人妻の苛々感は精神的健康に密接に関係しており,特に「家族・近隣の人々に対する否定的感情」と「経済的逼迫感」が強く精神的健康に関係していた.以上のことから,韓国の多文化家族における外国人妻が日常生活の中で直面しているストレス問題を,社会福祉学的な観点から積極的に介入することの必要性が示唆された., This research aimed at clarifying the relevance of the "irritated feeling" which is relevant to everyday life and mental health of a multicultural family's foreign wife in Korea. This investigation was targeted 2,000 foreign wives of the multicultural family who lives in the C province in Korea. Stress cognition relevant to everyday life was analyzed as an independent variable, the mental health measured by a GHQ-12 was analyzed as a dependent variable, "age difference between husband and a wife", "difference of education background", "marriage form", "a husband's income" and "a wife's Korean acquisition situation" was analyzed as a control variable by structural equation modeling. The result is that irritated feeling of multicultural family's foreign wife is closely related to the mental health and especially, "negative feelings towards people of family and neighbor" and "economical general tightness" was strongly related to the mental health. From the above, this research was suggested the necessity of intervening the stress problem which multicultural family's foreign wife in Korea currently faced in everyday life positively from a social welfare's point of view., 論文(Article)

本研究は、就学前の児の父親の家事参加が自身の心理的Well-beingに与える影響を明らかにすることを目的とした。したがって、父親の家事参加と自身の心理的Well-beingの関係において、父親の家事参加は、自身の家族・家庭への貢献感の認知を通して夫婦関係満足感と精神的健康に影響を与え、また夫婦関係満足感は直接的または精神的健康を通して間接的に健康関連QOLに影響すると仮定した。 その結果、父親の家事参加は、1)家族・家庭への貢献感から健康関連QOLに直接的に影響すること、また加えて2)夫婦関係満足感ならびに精神的健康を通して健康関連QOLに間接的に影響することを明らかにした。, The purpose of the study was to clarify the effects of participation of household on the psychological well-being of fathers. We designed the causal model to examine the relationship between father`s household and health-related QOL. Specifically, father`s participation of household impact to marital satisfaction and mental health through recognition of sense of usefulness to family, and marital satisfaction impact a direct effect or through mental health indirectly on health-related QOL. 本研究は、就学前の子どもの父親の家事参加と本人のQOL(Quality of Life)の関連性を明らかにすることであった。調査対象は韓国S市、C市、Y市内の保育所15箇所を利用している1,250世帯とした。調査項目は父親の年齢、月収入、就業形態、家事参加、家族・家庭に対する貢献感の認知、夫婦関係満足感、精神的健康、健康関連QOL、母親の年齢、子どもの数、末子の年齢、就業形態で構成した。本研究では、父親の家事参加は自身の家族・家庭への貢献感の認知を通して夫婦関係満足感と精神的健康に影響を与え、また夫婦関係満足感は直接的または精神的健康を通して間接的に健康関連QOLに影響するといった因果関係モデルを構築した。前記因果関係モデルのデータへの適合性と変数間の関連性は、回収された739世帯のうち、524世帯のデータを用いて、構造方程式モデリングで解析した。その結果、父親の家事参加は、1)家族・家庭への貢献感を通して健康関連QOLに直接的に影響すること、また2)夫婦関係満足感ならびに精神的健康を通して健康関連QOLに間接的に影響することを明らかにした。以上の結果は、父親の家事参加の促進を企図した政策展開の必要性を示唆している。, The purpose of the study was to clarify the relationship between housework participation and the psychological well-being of fathers with preschool children in Korea. In this study, 1,250 households using 15 nursery centers in S city, C city, and Y city were surveyed. The questionnaire consisted of fathers' ages, income, work conditions, housework participation, recognition of sense of usefulness to family, marital satisfaction, mental health, health-related quality of life (QOL), mothers' ages, number of children, age of youngest child, and work conditions. We designed a casual model to examine the relationship between fathers housework participation and health-related QOL, specifically, housework participation's impact on marital satisfaction and mental health through the recognition of a sense of usefulness to family, as well as its impact on marital satisfaction via a direct effect, or indirectly, through mental health, on health-related QOL. The above model was examined using structural equation modeling and the data from 524 household with no missing values or variables. The results were as follows: 1) Fathers' participation in housework contributed to helth-related QOL through the recognition of feeling of usefulness to their families. 2) Fathers' participation in house work contributed to marital satisfaction, directly and indirectly through health-related QOL and inproved mental health. These results suggest that the need for policy development was intended to promote the housework participation of fathers.
