本稿は、企業グループの行動を理論的、実証的に分析する。まずグループ内で収入のシェアと移転を決定する行動をインセンティブ契約によって記述する。理論モデルにより、最適収入シェアと最適移転が導出される。さらに企業グループにおいて収入シェアと移転を決定する要因を発見するために、親企業の単独決算と連結決算両方の財務諸表で報告されている項目を用いて推定を行う。実証分析の結果、給与や勤続年数、退職給付額引当金、従業員数などの労務に関する項目が有意に影響することが示される。, This paper analyzes theoretically and empirically the behavior of conglomerates. First we illustrate the incentive contract in which the share of revenue and transfer are determined within the conglomerate and derive the optimal share and transfer.
