ソーシャルワークは、クライエントの「存在を基盤にしたよりよい状態の増進」を図ることを目標とする。その環境と相互に影響し合う接点に介入し、環境と「適合」することを目指す。ただしその環境はこれまで、おもに生態学にもとづいて捉えられてきた。しかしクライエントは「実存」として、さらには「世界≂内≂存在」として存在する。本稿では、クライエントがそのように実存することをもとに、両者が適合することの意味を明らかにする。, Social work aims at enhancing the well-being of their clients. It intervenes at the points where clients interact with their environments. Furthermore, it promotes the adaptation of the former ones with the latter ones. But, clients'environments have been mainly understood based on ecology as natural science. However, the clients exist as "existence", and also as "being-in-the-world." How clients as "being-in-the-world" exist is supposedly fundamentally different from how organisms (such as animals and plants) exist. 本研究では,音楽や造形の熟達者と非熟達者の幼少期の環境の違いを検討した。調査1(N =307)では音楽専攻の大学生と,調査2(N =216)では造形専攻の大学生と他の学問を専攻する大学生を比較した。その結果,音楽や造形に熟達している大学生は,そうでない大学生に比べ,幼少期の音楽や造形に関する物理的な環境や人的な環境が整っていたことが示された。さらに,物理的な環境より人的な環境が音楽や造形の熟達には影響している可能性が示された。, This study examined differences between environments in young childhood of artistic expert and novice. Ex 1. (N=307) compared expert students in music with novice students, and Ex 2. (N=216) compared expert students in design art with novice students. These results showed that expert students had rich physical and human environments in young childhood more than novice students. In addition, human environments influenced expertise of music and design art more than physical environments.

大栗川は多摩ニュータウン開発によって改変され、自然の流れや野生生物、植生、そして子ども達の遊び場としての機能を破壊した。この論文は自然が失われた大栗川の現況と水質などの変動および自然再生の可能性と方法について述べている。大栗川|再生の参考となる日本のたどった河川や親水事業の歴史ならび欧米の再自然化やエコロジカルネットワークの事例などを紹介している。また、東京の水辺とエコロジカルネットワークを支える東京湾と緑地についても若干言及している。, This paper describes the present conditions, and the variations of water qualities of the Ooguri River, and the possibility and the methods for the renaturalization of the river. The river was constructed for the protection of floods estimated by the urbanization(Tama New Town) of the Tama Kyuryo(Hills) since 1960s. The methods of the construction of the river destroyed the natural streams, the habitat of various wild animals, the vegetation and the function of play area for children in the river. This paper includes the history of the methods of the construction of rivers and watersides by the Japanese national and local governments. The renaturalization of rivers, wetlands, and forests, and ECOLOGICAL NETWORK of the West are also introduced. There are also brief discussions about Tokyo Bay area as waterside and the green area of the wards(Ku-bu) and Tama.
