The forms of distance education involve the earliest correspondence courses, radio courses and telecourses as well as online courses. In Japan, the scale of online learning in higher education has not expanded so much. However, in China, there are more than 8 million students attending formal education programs online nowadays. This paper discusses the online education provided by Chinese higher education institutions since the end of the 1990s, to consider the causes of the expansion by analyzing the history of policies for promotion and current situation of online education in China. Since China claims to be a socialist country, it offers diverse educational opportunities to adults and workers actively. Especially adult higher education which involves correspondence education and broadcast education has been institutionalized and greatly developed since the 1980s. In the context of these circumstances, online programs in higher education were introduced at the end of the 1990s. Although the number of universities carrying out the programs is less than 70, the number of students continues to increase, and now the programs have become the largest scale of part-time higher education. The reasons of the expansion of online programs in higher education in China include the policies for promotion of the construction of lifelong education system and the education informatization. Besides, it is believed that the programs can bring benefits for both higher education institutions and learners, which also promotes the development of online programs in higher education in China.

本研究では何度も同じ所を訪れるリピータや住人，特殊な対象に興味を持つ観光客を対象として，有名観光スポットではない潜在的観光スポットを発掘し提示する観光支援アプリケーションを提案する．潜在的観光スポットを発掘するために，我々はやや複雑かつ曖昧な主観的印象を表現する「は行」の頭文字で始まる5つの感動詞に着目する．本アプリの利用者は，興味をもった訪問先で，そこでの直感的印象に基づきいずれかの感動詞を入力する．入力された感動詞は，その訪問先の位置情報と共にサーバ上に集積され，地図上にマッピングされる．この地図を参照することにより，一般的には観光対象と認識されていない潜在的観光対象を発見できるようなることが期待できる．実装したアプリの試用実験を行い，初期的な有用性の検証を行った．: In this study, we developed a location-based mobile application that excavates potential tourist spots to support tourists who frequently visit the same places or who are interested in unusual tourist spots. To excavate potential tourist spots, we focus on five Japanese interjections whose initial letter is “は(Ha)”, which express various ambiguous, complicated and subjective impressions. Users of this application are required only to input one of the interjections at interesting spots based on intuitive impressions. Input interjections are collected with location data on a server and are arranged onto a map. By consulting this map,it is expected that people can find potential tourist spots, so-called “B-class tourist spots.” We conducted a pilot study to investigate usefulness of this application.

The first yomihon novels Tyusinsuikoden and Takaosenjimon , by the late Japanese yomihon novel representive writers, Kyoden Santo and Bakin kyokutei , all are reference to the Chinese long vernacular novels all men are brothers in Ming Dynasty. This text proceeds from character shape, scene description, plot these three points of view. The purpose of this study is to compare how these two novels take reference from all men are brothers separately then analyze their respective features of modification and translation.

リベラルアーツを源流に発展してきた教養教育は現代社会で絶えずその重要性を訴えられている．中国と日本 の大学は両方とも専門主義の風土にアメリカの一般教育の影響を受け，また，中央集権制度が緩和し，大学の自 由化，活性化を期しているという共通点を持っている．本研究は，総合大学であり，教育目標も育成する人材像 が類似した中国の清華大学と日本の九州大学の教養教育の現状を実証的な調査をし，分析した．両大学とも独自 の個性を発揮し，教養教育を重視している姿勢を示している．清華大学は｢高水準，高素質，多様化，創造性｣ という教育目標の下で，幅広い科目提供やコア･カリキュラムの強化で教養教育を行っている．一方，九州大学 は自律的に学び続けるアクティブ・ラーナーを育成するため，授業内容や方式まで考慮し，また実施組織の明確 化をはかり，責任の明確化や教員の意識向上に力を入れている．

With the increasing numbers of non-native Japanese speaking language teachers, it seems likely that it is important to investigate the effectiveness of non-native speaking teachers versus native speaking teachers, their self-perceptions, or the attitudes of students towards these teachers. Most of these studies have been conducted in English teaching context. The related studies in Japanese teaching were limited. This study investigates the attitudes of Chinese students in different levels which were taught by both NSs and NNSs of Japanese. The students were queried through a questionnaire and interviews. Findings indicated that the students recognized that NSs and NNSs both have strengths and weakness in knowledge, teaching ability and to communication. The students do not consider the NNS teachers to be globally inferior to NSs teachers. The results also provide that the students prefer NS to be oral models and teaching Japanese culture and they prefer the NNS to teaching grammar and to put their own successful language learning experience to good account in teaching. The advanced students appeared to have a more favorable attitude to these teachers, especially to the NS teachers.
