社会学 : 論文, 地域にある資源や地域住民を中心とした地域活性化が求められている中で、U・I ターン者による地域活性化に期待が寄せられている。U・I ターン者による地域活性化について扱った先行研究では、彼／彼女らの異質性に注目し、U・Iターン者の異質性が地域活性化へ貢献しているということが明らかにされている。しかしながら、先行研究には特定地域の事例研究が多く、U・I ターン者の異質性が全国規模で一般的なものなのかがわからない。また、すでに活躍しているU・I ターン者に注目していることが多く、現時点では活躍していないU・I ターン者を含めた上でもU・I ターン者が異質な存在なのかがわからない。本稿の目的はこの2点を検証することである。本稿では、全国の人口10万人以下の市町村に居住する人々を対象としたアンケート調査を使用し、U・I ターン者の異質性について意識の側面から分析した。分析の結果、非移動者と比較して、①U・I ターン者は幅広い視野を持っている②Uターン者は地域のためを想っている③ I ターン者は地域への愛着が弱く、伝統に囚われない意識を持っていることを明らかにした。ただし、この結果は主に都道府県境界を越えたU・Iターン者においてあてはまることがわかった。これは、より遠距離の移動を行ったU・I ターン者が異質性を活かした地域活性化に寄与しうることを示唆している。, In situations where community activation by residents and resources in communities is required, it is expected that U・I-turn people contribute to community activation. Previous studies about community activation by U・I-turn people pay attention to the heterogeneity of U・I-turn people and reveal that heterogeneity of U・I-turn contributes to community activation. However, many previous studies are case studies that focus on specific communities. Thus, they do not reveal whether heterogeneity of U・I-turn people is common throughout Japan. Also, many previous studies pay attention to U・I-turn people who are active in a community. Therefore, they do not reveal whether the U・ I-turn people who are not active in a community are also heterogeneous. This paper elucidates these two points. This paper used the survey targeting people who live in Japanese municipalities of less than 100,000 people and analyzed the heterogeneity of U・I-turn people in terms of their attitudes. The analysis produced the following results. Compared with no-movers, 1. U・I-turn people have broader views, 2. U-turn people have the interests of the community at heart, 3. I-turn people have weaker attachments to the community and more unconventional. However, these results apply mainly to U・I-turn people who crossed prefectural boundaries. This conclusion suggests that U・I-turn people who moved a longer distance can contribute community activation about acquired locality.

There are still many regions where have not been benefited from the investments of building advanced ICTinfrastructures. It is crucial to understand the factors for formulating effective and sustainable countermeasures totransform regional economics along with resolving social problems by implementing ICT infrastructures.This paper addresses about the methodology to apply statistical techniques developed to reveal distinct elementsof these factors and improve the administrative policies for investing in ICT infrastructures. Those techniques aremainly based on PCA（ Principal Component Analysis） and MRA（ Multiple Regression Analysis）．To verify the validityof the method addressed in this paper, the latest data published from Statistics Bureau of Japan as well as theauthor's field studies were injected to interpret the deliverables.These data suggests that ICT infrastructure does not link to the promotion of regional economic performance immediately under the economic policy. To maximize the investments on the promotion of regional economic performance,local authorities should play a new key role to govern regional independence information policies under free economy.

In recent years, Nippon Professional Baseball has been innovating using information technology. Since professional baseball is an entertainment industry as well as a sport, it is essential to make a profit. For a further increase in profits, it is necessary to solve new problems and improve the existing systems. In this paper, we focus on "game schedule" and "the number of spectators" as major factors related to the profits of Nippon Professional Baseball. For the game schedule, aiming to reduce unfairness between teams caused by differences in the number of games postponed due to bad weather, we formulated and solved the problem of scheduling league games as an integer programming problem. As for the number of spectators, we developed predictive models based on multiple regression analysis and random forest technique.

We have developed a minimum air temperature forecasting system using local meteorological observation data in order to prevent or mitigate the frost damage. In this paper, the correlation between the meteorological factors and the decrease in air temperature during the night was shown. Then minimum air temperature was predicted by the multiple regression equation that uses air temperature and humidity at 18:00 as explanatory variables. As the result, the root mean square error (RMSE) was 2.8°C. When the difference of air temperature between 17:00 and 18:00 was used for the prediction instead of humidity, the RMSE was 3.5°C. Next, the prediction was carried out only in clear nights, then the equation that use air temperature and humidity at 18:00 showed that the RMSE was 1.3°C. Although the predictive accuracy of the equations for clear nights is low on cloudy or rainy nights, we can forecast safely on frosty nights by using those equations in combination with the equations for all nights.

本稿の目的は地域における文化活動の担い手を探ることである。かつての行政主導であった地域文化の時代は住民主導の新たな地域文化の時代へと変貌を遂げた。この新たな地域文化の時代において、地域文化活動は地域活性化の切り札として期待されている。地域文化活動の担い手を把握することはひいてはその活性化につながると考えられる。これまでの研究から、I ターンやU ターンと呼ばれる地域移動を行った人々やパーソナルネットワークサイズの大きい人が地域文化活動の担い手であるという仮説を立て、分析を行った。その結果、I ターン者が興味を持って活動に参加し、また参加頻度が高く、活動での役割も重要であるという傾向がみられた。U ターン者が活動に参加しているという結果はあまりみられなかったが、U ターン者かつ居住年数の長い人が活動を立ち上げるというI ターン者とは違った傾向がみられた。パーソナルネットワークについては多くの結果がみられ、パーソナルネットワークサイズの大きい人ほど積極的に地域文化活動の担い手となっていることがわかった。, The aim of this paper is to explore who do cultural activities in a community. The times of culture in a community which was led by administration changes that which is led by a resident. In this new era, cultural activities in a community are expected as an important factor of community activation. I think that grasping who do cultural activities leads to community activation or community revitalization. Referring previous work, I built up the hypothesis. It is that people who move to other community, which called I-turn or U-turn, and who have the large size of personal network do cultural activities in a community. I analyzes based on this hypothesis. As a result, I found that I-turn people participate in activity with interest, that participating frequency is high, and that the role in activity is important. About U-turn people, although not much many results did not come out, it turned out that people who perform U-turn movement and besides live in a community long years start activities. About the personal network, many results come out. it turned out that people who have the large size of personal network do cultural activities in a community positively.

本稿では、山口県立大学で行われた2008年度における前期と後期の学期末授業評価の分析結果について報告し、まず、質問項目ごとの評価値の統計的性質を平均情報量、尖度、歪度などにより明らかにし、次に授業の満足度に関連する質問項目とそれ以外の質問項目との関係を相関係数と相互情報量により調べる。さらに、授業の満足度を高めるために必要である幾つかの重要な質問項目を回帰分析、数量化Ⅰ類、主成分分析を用いて示す。, This paper describes the results of the analysis of class evaluations by students, which were conducted at the end of the fi rst and second semester for the academic year 2008 in Yamaguchi Prefectural University. We fi rst clarify the statistical characteristics of the evaluation values of each question item by information entropy, skewness and kurtosis, and then investigate the relations between the question item concerning the class satisfaction and the other question items by correlation coefficient and mutual information. Furthermore, some important question items necessary to increase the class satisfaction are indicated by using multiple regression analysis, quantifi cation theory type I and principle component analysis.

本研究の目的は,中学生の部活動についてのイメージや見方,考え方を測定し,吹奏楽部と他の部活動の生徒との比較によって部活動「満足感」「有用感」に影響する要因を探り,学校吹奏楽の指導改善のための示唆を得ることである.A県内中央部4中学校の吹奏楽部,運動部,文化部に所属する1,2年生488名(1年男子126名,同女子118名,2年男子138名,同女子106名)に質問紙調査を実施した結果,「部活動のイメージ測定尺度」では「満足感」「活動性」「負担感」の3因子が,部活動の有用感測定尺度では「有用感」「充実感」「向上心」「集中力」の4因子がそれぞれ見出された.下位尺度の考察から,(1)中学生の部活動「満足感」に関連する要因は共通であり,「活動性」の高まりが「満足感」に影響を与えること,(2)中学生の部活動「有用感」は,「充実感」「向上心」「集中力」のバランスのとれた指導によって高まること,(3)吹奏楽部所属の生徒は「有用感」「充実感」「向上心」「集中力」のいずれについても総じて高く感じていること,(4)吹奏楽部所属の生徒の「有用感」は「充実感」が大きく影響していること,などが明らかとなった., The purpose of this paper is to investigate by means of a questionnaire the image and feelings that junior high school brass band club students have about their club activities. By comparing the results gained from students belonging to brass band clubs, athletic clubs and other culture clubs, it was expected to find that the results would help improve our instructions for them in school settings. A questionnaires was sent to a total of 488 students, including 264 male and 224 female students in the first year and the second year in junior high schools in Akita City who belong to brass band clubs, athletic clubs and other culture clubs. A factor analysis was administered on the responses to each of the two sets of questionnaire items. For the first group of items(their image about club activities), three factors were extracted: namely, 'Contentment', 'Activeness', and 'Burden'. For the second group of items(their feelings about club activities), four factors were extracted:'Effectiveness', 'Satisfaction', 'Progress' and 'Concentration'. The results of the analysis based on these factors revealed that the factors affecting the feelings of satisfaction with extracurricular activities among junior high students are the same: 1)The effectiveness of extra-curricular activities among junior high students increase by a well-balanced teaching aimed for satisfaction and progress and concentration; and 2)as for the students in brass band clubs, a sense of satisfaction has a big effect on their effectiveness.

これまでの多数の進路選択セルフ・エフィカシー(以下、CDMSE)研究では、それを高めることによって、大学生の職業未決定を抑制できるということが示されてきた。しかしながら、その因果関係に関する研究量と比較するとき、CDMSEを向上させる手法に関する研究は非常に乏しい。そこで本稿では、わが国の大学生のCDMSEを向上させるための手法を探求する。本研究では、CDMSEを高める方法のキーワードとして、社会的スキル(以下、SS)が導かれる。SSとCDMSEの関係を調べるために、立命館大学の学生を対象にした質問紙調査を行った(SSの測定にはKiSS-18スケールを使用)。重回帰分析の結果、SSの向上がCDMSEの向上につながるということが示唆された。, According to numerous reports, enhancing career decision-making self-efficacy (CDMSE) is important in reducing the problem of career indecision of undergraduates. However, compared to the amount of research on the relationship between career indecision and CDMSE, few studies have been conducted investigating how to enhance CDMSE. This article addresses this research gap. In this paper, social skills (SS) were found to be the important factor in enhancing CDMSE. A pilot survey conducted upon undergraduates of Ritsumeikan University was used to investigate the relationship between SS (using the KiSS-18 scale) and CDMSE. To verify the relationship, multiple regression analysis was conducted. The results indicated that social skills were the important factor in enhancing CDMSE.

The author had received the request of the cooperative research from some corporation which produced industrial or public use of pair of glove or tabi. The request contents were process analysis and quantitative management with aim of fraction defective reduction and manufacturing efficiency up of the glove manufacturing A process made of the latex. The author visited some corporation. Then, the circumstance was asked from the staff in some corporation, and by coming field, the A process was generally investigated. In this paper, the author gives the results of obtaining the glove manufacturing A process made of the latex of some corporation from the viewpoint of production management. Next, the results are shown: 1） By process analysis technique of production management, the author also divide the glove manufacturing A process made of the latex into part process of the 7 pieces（24 small part processes） on the staff in some corporation in addition to the negotiation, and the research result of them is described. 2） By statistical analysis, especially multiple regression analysis technique, multiple regression and statistical testing are carried out for 6 variables of 7 part processes which, to begin with, the staff in some corporation hopes eagerly. But, in multiple regression analysis of 6 variables, sufficient statistical result for the A process is not obtained. Then, by residual sum of square, F value, modified contribution ratio and tolerance which are the statistical index, squeezing of the explanatory variable is carried out. Multiple regression analysis and statistical testing etc. are carried out for this object. For obtained statistical result, the matters which examined and agreed between the author and the staff in some corporation are described., 著者は産業用あるいは民生用の手袋あるいは足袋を生産している某社から共同研究依頼を受けた。依頼内容は，ラテックス（天然ゴム）による手袋製造Ａ工程の工程分析と不良率低減，生産効率アップを目指した製品の重量的管理であった。著者は某社を訪問し，某社の担当技術者に状況を尋ね，そしてＡ工程について一般的な調査を行った。この論文において，著者は生産管理の観点より某社のラテックスによる手袋製造Ａ工程に関して得られた結果を与える。次に結果について示す：1 生産管理における工程分析の手法を用い，著者はラテックスによる手袋製造Ａ工程を某社の担当技術者との協議の結果７個の部分工程（24個の部分小工程）に分け，それら結果を紹介している。2 統計的分析手法，特に多重回帰分析手法により，某社の担当技術者の強い希望であった７個の部分工程に対する６個の説明変数による多重回帰分析及び統計的検定を，まず行った。しかし，６個の説明変数による多重回帰分析では，Ａ工程に対する十分な統計分析は得られなかった。従って，統計的指標である残差平方和，Ｆ値，修正寄与率そしてトレランスにより，説明変数の絞り込みを行った。絞り込まれた説明変数による多重回帰分析及び統計的検定がなされ，その結果と著者と某社の担当技術者との両方で合意できた事項とが紹介されている。

Since high economic growth was achieved, air pollution in Japan has deteriorated due to smoke from factories caused by industrial development, exhaust gases from the increasing number of automobiles and new pollutants such as dioxins in modern life. Therefore, because the factor is due to economic conditions, achange in life style is necessary. Sagamihara City is a satellite town of Tokyo and Yokohama and has made a lot of progress with city development and administration accompanying economic growth. It is the purpose of this study to determine the trend in nitrogen dioxide emissions to confinually measure them at observation stations to estimate the degree of atmospheric environmental pollution throughout Sagamihara City and to construct a nitrogen dioxide prediction model including traffic density at Futinobe and Kamimizo. And in addition to the results of the previous paper, continuous observation and measurement stations were established at Fuchinobe and Kamimizo to esfimate environmental pollution, and when the prediction model was constructed, traffic density was added to explanatory variables, the examination was done, and the following conclusions were obtained:1. There was a trend toward a lower nitrogen dioxide density in summer and a peak in winter, thereafter, there was a fall again at all observation points. It also showed a trend toward a lower nitrogen dioxide density at the city hall than at other points from April to July, but in winter the atmosphere was stabilized, and the difference has been reduced. 2. Traffic density: Saturday was less crowde, and Sunday more crowded. There was also less crowding from late December to March, and especially a greater difference between weekdays and holidays. As a result of correlation analysis, it was cleared that an up had a close relation to a down. Also, a result of T-test of nitrogen dioxide density, all combination was significant. 3. Wind velocity was lower up to August, and thereafter fluctuation greater for two months, and then stabilized in winter. The temperature range was 0℃ to 30℃ for the year. The humidity was high till October, and then tended to drop. As for traffic density, the results of T-tests of nitrogen dioxide density, in all combinations were significant. 4. As a result, at two observation points, the following nitrogen dioxide density prediction models were constructed: Prediction model for nitrogen dioxide from 1988 to 2000. Prediction model for nitrogen dioxide including traffic density from 1992 to 1995.

This paper is a study on the valuation and mathematical formulation of human touch sensation. First, the feelings of touch are collected on five natural and chemical fabrics through the SD (Semantic Differential) method questionnaires sent to twenty three examinees. The feelings are valued on each fabric by using the weigthed mean on graded factor feelings. The multiple regression analysis is then introduced to represent the overall evaluation of touch on every fabric by a linear function of the valuations on feelings of touch. Next, a soft tactile sensor made of a PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) film patch and rubber layers is assembled and slid over the same sample fabrics to collect the surface tactile information on the fabrics. The features on the collected data are then extracted by calculating the temporal average of absolute out signal and using the intensity of power spectral density on the medium frequency range. Comparison of the results show that the PVDF sensor well describes the tactile perception of forefingers.

NASDAでは、微小重力環境下においてライフサイエンス系の実験に当たり、液体中に混入、あるいは発生した気泡を除去する技術の開発を進めている。溶液からの気泡除去には膜分離技術を、気泡移動には新しいエネルギー源として超音波駆動法を取り上げた。ここでは、超音波駆動法による気泡移動実験(航空機使用)の結果について報告する。実験結果の概要は次の通りである。(1)溶液中の気泡は超音波の伝播する方向に安定して低出力で移動できることを確認した。(2)超音波密度、気泡移動速度および溶液粘性の相関に関する知見を得た。, National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA) is carrying out the technology development to remove bubbles from the mixture, where bubbles are mixed with liquids or generated in liquids of the life science experiments under the microgravity condition. The membrane separation technique was selected for removing bubbles from liquids and ultrasonic wave driving method with one of novel energy sources for moving bubbles in liquids. In this paper, the results of the bubble moving experiments (using aircraft) by the ultrasonic wave driving method were reported.
