Objectives The aim of the research was to find out whether there is a relationship between the occurrence of dysfunctions in organisations and their wellbeing. Material and methods 121 participants took part in the study. The respondents were students from the Faculty of Management and Command, who are studying and have been employed for at least one year, and individuals who are not affiliated with the University but meet the condition of having been employed for at least one year. A proprietary survey questionnaire was used to collect empirical data. Results The research indicated that respondents perceived a correlation between the lack of wellbeing and the occurrence of dysfunction in the organisation. Respondents indicated in their answers, specific pathologies that they associate with the absence of wellbeing - this was job burnout. The research did not show a relationship with the seniority of the respondents. Conclusions While the research undertaken showed a relationship between the occurrence of organisational pathology indicated by the respondents such as job burnout, the empirical data obtained did not indicate a strong relationship in terms of the perception of organisational pathology in relation to seniority. In contrast, respondents perceive a link between the presence or absence of organisational pathology and wellbeing.
