The theme of the synodality of the Church and, within it, the concept of synod includes a rather vast picture of the period of the Middle Ages and of the Modern Age. Consequently, a more detailed historicaltheological treatment would be necessary to link the synodality of the ancient Church to the ecclesiology of communion of the Second Vatican Ecumenical Council.2 Today, in the twenty-fi rst century, perhaps too often we hear different opinions, even from some ecclesiastical authorities, about how the Church should be, the role of the single Bishop in the local Church or the competence of the Roman Pontiff over the whole Church, perhaps forgetting that the Church is of Christ and that it is He who determines how it should be and what the role and competence of each one of them is. It is therefore necessary to try to better understand the meaning of some terms such as: Church, communion, „collegiality", synod, synodality, college and collegiality in the light of the Holy Scriptures, Tradition and the Magisterium, in our case referring to the post-conciliar period. A good understanding would help us to live better the reality given by Christ and that is Him and the faith in the One and Triune God who unites us in a single Body that is the Church. The number 60 of Lumen gentium summarizes a fireplace carefully prepared by six Popes, (from Pp. Leo XIII up to John XXIII), in which we can identify the desire of the Church to better understand the relationship between man and divine grace and the eventual possibility of man to participate actively. We propose to outline and ask ourselves about the ability or otherwise of man to participate in the unique mediation of Christ as well as the role of the Mother of God, as a perfect image of participated mediation in Christ. L'VIII Capitolo della Lumen gentium, con il suo spirito ecumenicopastorale, viene definito da Paolo VI un «[…] inno incomparabile di lode in onore di Maria»1 che esprime il fulcro della fede cattolica attraverso un ritorno alla tradizione e alle origini, non in un freddo uno stile normativo, ma dialogico2. Ci proponiamo di tratteggiare, per quanto possibile, alcune linee riguardanti la preparazione del numero 60 della Lg durante i pontificati di alcuni pontefici precedenti e successivi il Concilio Vaticano II. Di seguito cercheremo di individuare la svolta del fattore mariologico nella teologia postconciliare, i diversi inciampamenti riscontrati sul camino teologico-pastorale, il ruolo dello Spirito Santo nella mediazione come anche alcuni interventi ecumenici più pertinenti. Il presente articolo vuole rispondere a due domande: perché i cristiani di tutte le confessioni e i fedeli delle diverse religioni sono «affascinati» dal volto del Poverello di Assisi? Qual è il suo segreto? L'interrogativo, sia cristiano che non cristiano, sulla sua persona e sul significato della sua opera, si accompagna a una reale simpatia e interesse per lui, conosciuto e apprezzato principalmente per la sua esemplarità umana. Ma Francesco è ciò che è grazie alla sua santità. Essere santo non è altro dall'essere uomo. La santità è pienezza di umanità e via al dialogo. La «teologia del santo» fa parte del discorso ecclesiologico e soteriologico, perciò si prendono in esame i rapporti con la chiesa Ortodossa alla luce del concetto della «santità». Francesco d'Assisi è onorato come uomo e come santo anche dopo le dispute e le divergenze ecclesiastiche tra Oriente e Occidente. Costituisce un caso particolare nella storia. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Every day we face the effects of pollution on our daily existence. We are exposed to advertising promoting the green behavior of retailers, but we have no certainty as to the veracity of this information. Thus, the question that was the basis of this research refers to how we can identify businesses or companies that carry out sustainable activity. In support of consumers, there is the legislative framework, which, through the taxonomy directives at the level of the European Union, mentions the objectives that a company must fulfill to be considered as having a sustainable character. In carrying out this scientific approach, we undertook a documentary research on the sustainable behavior of retailers in the field of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). We identified the most important companies on the market (the top three) and followed how the sustainability reports they make available to the public include the legislative provisions and the reporting required by them. The results obtained highlighted the fact that, by the legislation, the aspects related to the first objectives of the taxonomy are mentioned, but no additional information is provided regarding the expenses resulting from the sustainable activities that the companies carry out. Among the objectives of this scientific approach is the identification of how the companies complied with the legislative provisions and the analysis of how they materialized. Following the research undertaken, it could be observed that the most common, in sustainability reports, are the measures undertaken by companies to adapt to environmental changes and the actions undertaken to protect them.

E-commerce has nowadays become a type of business that the younger generation prefer rather than industrial business due to the little costs of developing. The efficiency and fast turnaround time of a little investment in an e-commerce business makes people oriented towards. The reason for choosing the beauty industry for our analysis is that the industry gained numerous new white label products launched by various brands lately therefore e-commences embrace them and promote them properly. The beauty industry has now a greater number of consumers due to the various benefits such as skin care routine and careful face hygiene. Korea is one of the countries that produce and develop a strong industry having advanced technology for producing high quality beauty products. Romania is an import country of beauty products with an enormous interest in Korean skin care products and cosmetics. The two countries developed the idea of cosmetics business using online methods and e-commerce platforms. The purpose of this analysis is to find the differences of promoting an e-commerce of beauty products on different platforms such as Naver and Google while outlining the tendency of customers behaviors in two totally different societies but also the way businesses can develop online while optimizing using specific platform engines so they can improve their performances. Therefore, we analyze a literature review on the beauty industry development, how this proceeds online during and after pandemic and how important are those for the Romania and Korea population. The research will ensure a better view of both platforms Naver and Google and how those are helping the e-commerce business in the beauty industry. We will see a proper comparison between the society’s approach for e-commerce in both countries and an applied example on how this works for each culture.

Pollution is a problem that humanity faces more and more frequently. Every day we generate increasing amounts of waste and consume more and more exhaustible resources. In this sense, recycling can be considered the response of consumers to the appearance of pollution, being a mediatized concept in the public space. Both through these sources and through the lens of companies, the concept of "recycling" is brought to the attention of consumers. Starting from these considerations, this research aims to identify the best ways to motivate people, as well as analyze recycling behaviour in case of offering a reward. Thus, the research questions are "Do rewards motivate consumers to recycle?" "Do consumers only recycle in the presence of incentives for recycling?" To provide answers to these questions, we started a research together with the retailer Profi Romania. Thus, as part of a pilot project, SGR machines were installed that allow the recycling of plastic packaging and aluminum cans, with customers receiving a reward in the form of a voucher for the recycled packaging. The data provided by the retailer include information on the number of recycled packaging, its type, and weight, as well as the number of vouchers issued and their value. In this case, it was possible to observe the recycling behaviour of consumers under the conditions of offering vouchers, respectively how this behaviour evolves in the absence of incentives for recycling. Most of the studies carried out and presented in the literature analyze aspects related to the importance of recycling, the pillars on which it is based, respectively the types of materials that we should recycle, and under what conditions. The element of novelty that this research brings to the specialized literature is represented by the consideration of motivations (intrinsic, but also extrinsic), considering the recycling behaviour of consumers as a consequence of the motivations that the customer experiences. The results obtained can be generalized for the Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) field, the information showing interest for the entire retail field.

Introduced by P. Libermann, and studied by several authors, the almost hyperbolic Hermitian (parahermitian) manifolds were classified in [1] with respect to the covariant derivative of the second fundamental form. We give here some specific examples to show the existence and to distinguish between certain classes. Among them we construct in the hyperbolic case the correspondent of the Hopf and Calabi-Eckmann manifolds.

We connect here various harmonic geometric objects (including a generalization of minimal distributions that we define here), we relate them with the theory of foliations and we construct some examples.
