This research aims to determine the significant factors of organizational culture that influence employee performance productivity using a path analysis model by looking at the total direct and indirect influence of sub-variables. Path analysis can describe the magnitude of the influence and significant variables using direct and indirect influences. By adapting to this case, direct and indirect modeling is needed to see the magnitude of the influence of these sub-indicators. Research related to organizational culture has been carried out to see how much influence organizational culture and motivation have on employee performance. The result is that the greater the organizational culture and achievement motivation, the higher the influence on employee performance. This type of research uses a qualitative and quantitative approach. This research uses a questionnaire to collect data, which has been tested for validity and reliability. This research was conducted at the Gorontalo District Health Service in 2022. Respondents used in this research were 57 Gorontalo District Health Service employees. Data analysis using software R. Results of the research show that organizational culture variables and sub-variables, namely artifacts (X1), values ​​(X2), and basic assumptions (X3), significantly influence employee performance productivity (Y). The total effect is calculated using the path coefficient calculation of the significant variables. The total influence of organizational culture in the form of artifacts (X1) on employee work productivity (Y) is 72%, and the total influence of organizational culture in the form of values ​​(X2) on employee work productivity (Y) is 65%. The total influence of organizational culture is in the form of basic assumptions (X3 ) on employee work productivity (Y) of 78%. This shows that the organizational culture variable influences the most significant influence, namely basic assumptions (X3). The Gorontalo district health office can consider the results of this analysis to make further policies regarding which organizational culture priorities will be implemented to increase employee productivity to the maximum.

The purpose of this study is to find ways and strategies to improve service quality by analyzing the influence of other variables on service quality. Other variables are Servant Leadership, Empowerment, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction. Furthermore, it was found that ways and strategies to improve the quality of lecturer services found were used as recommendations to related parties, namely the Head of BPSDM of the Ministry of Transportation. This research method uses the path analysis method to see the direct and indirect effects between variables and the SITOREM method to determine the order of priorities and recommendations for improvements that need to be made. The research population was 327 Higher Education Lecturers of the Ministry of Transportation. The research sample was 181 respondents determined by the Taro Yamane formula. Sampling is done by Proportional Random Sampling. The results of the path analysis (1) there is a direct positive influence of servant leadership on service quality of = 0.265, (2) there is a direct positive influence of empowerment on service quality of = 0.143, (3) there is a direct positive effect of work motivation on service quality of = 0.192 , (4) there is a direct positive influence of job satisfaction on service quality of = 0.151, (5) there is a direct positive influence of servant leadership on work motivation of = 0.245, (6) there is a direct positive influence of empowerment on work motivation of = 0.228, (7) there is a direct positive influence of servant leadership on job satisfaction of = 0.268, (8) there is a direct positive influence of empowerment on job satisfaction of = 0.245, (9) there is an indirect positive influence of servant leadership on service quality through work motivation of = 0.339, (10) there is an indirect positive influence of empowerment on service quality through work motivation of = 0.0242, (11) there is an indirect positive influence of servant leadership on service quality through work motivation of = 0.345, (12) there is an indirect positive influence of empowerment on service quality through work motivation of = 0.246. The results of SITOREM analysis show that there are indicators of service quality variables, servant leadership, empowerment, work motivation and job satisfaction that are prioritized for improvement, including indicators (1) Accountability, (2) Listening, (3) Organizational Procedure), (3) Achievement, (4) Progress, (5) Working Condition, (6) Responsibility, (7) Status, (8) Confession, (9) Compensation, (10) promotion, (11) Salary, (12) work colleague, (13) Supervision, (14) Job condition, (15) Jobs, (16) involves, (17) Communication, (18) reward, (19) responsiveness, (20) tangible.

The purpose of this research is to describe the innovative work behavior of vocational high school teachers in terms of servant leadership which is intervened by knowledge sharing. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sampling technique was simple random sampling which came from vocational high school teachers from the provinces of East Java, Central Java, West Java, DKI Jakarta, Banten, Riau Islands, and South Sumatra with a total of 165 teachers. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and path analysis. Results: The dimension of the teacher's innovative work behavior, namely with the intent of benefit to the organization has the highest score and the idea promotion dimension has the lowest score. Servant leadership has a positive and significant influence on knowledge sharing with a contribution of 42.3%. knowledge sharing has a positive and significant influence on innovative work behavior with a contribution of 58.4%. Knowledge sharing cannot be an intervening variable of servant leadership on innovative work behavior because the path analysis results show that servant leadership does not directly affect innovative work behavior through knowledge sharing. The implication is that city or district education offices must further enhance the idea promotion exploration of teachers through training or workshops and maintain that with the intent of benefit to the organization of teachers through servant leadership style and knowledge sharing of teachers and school principals.

This research aims to obtain the main component score of the latent variable ability to pay, determine the strongest indicators forming the ability to pay on a mixed scale based on predetermined indicators, and model the ability to pay on time as mediated by fear of paying using path analysis. The data used is secondary data obtained through distributing questionnaires with a mixed data scale. The sampling technique used in the research was purposive sampling. The number of samples used in the research was 100 customers. The method used is nonlinear principal component analysis with path analysis modeling. The results of this research show that of the five indicators formed by the Principal Component, 74.8% of diversity or information is able to be stored, while 25.20% of diversity or other information is not stored (wasted). Credit term is the strongest indicator that forms the ability to pay variable. The variable ability to pay mortgage has a significant effect on payments by mediating the fear of being late in paying with a coefficient of determination of 73.63%.

This study examines the effect of disclosure of intellectual capital in mediating the financial structure and performance of companies using path analysis method. This study also compares the effect of disclosing intellectual capital on companies listed on the Indonesian and Singapore stock exchanges from 2018 to 2020. A two-stage least squares statistical model is used to test the research hypothesis. The findings show that the financial structure in Indonesia and Singapore has a significant negative effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, financial structure has a significant negative effect on market performance only in Singapore, while Indonesia has no effect. Disclosure of intellectual capital which is used as a mediating variable on financial structure and performance has a significant positive effect in Singapore. Meanwhile, there is no significant effect on the relationship between financial structure and market performance after being mediated by disclosure of intellectual capital. This study can be used by managers as a starting point for designing more effective methods of using intellectual capital to gain competitive advantage through leverage. JEL: M41, O34.

The cotton plant is a fiber plant that is commonly used as a raw material for textiles, beauty, and health products. To increase cotton production, the development of superior varieties using plant breeding methods in cross-analysis is necessary. The cross-analysis method is used to determine the agronomic traits that affect cotton production, by selecting yield through several other characteristics related to yield. The aim of this study was to identify which agronomic characters can be used as selection criteria to increase cotton production using cross-analysis. The research was conducted at Politeknik Negeri Jember, and included 12 independent variables and one response variable, namely cotton production. The method used in this study was to perform correlation analysis, cross-analysis, calculate direct and residual contributions, and select agronomic characters that can be used as selection criteria. The results showed that the number of fruit characters had the highest correlation with cotton production (RX9Y = 0.835). Cross-analysis was carried out, and the highest direct effect was found between the number of fruit characters and cotton production (PX9Y = 0.971). The highest direct contribution was found in the character of the number of fruit, which had a total contribution of 98.321% and residue of 1.679%. Therefore, the agronomic character that can be used as a direct selection criterion is the number of fruits.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the publication of carbon emissions, COVID-19, and green innovation on financial overall performance and their impact on firm value. The population utilized here are Indonesian companies registered at the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2021 acquired from forty-eight organizations as a sample using purposive sampling. Path analysis is used as the analysis method. This study found that the publication of carbon emissions had no enormous impact on financial performance, while COVID-19 had a full-size negative impact on financial overall performance and green inno­vation had a substantial-higher-quality impact on financial performance. Meanwhile, COVID-19 has an extensive negative impact on firm value, financial performance has a substantial effect on firm value, and disclosure of carbon emissions and green innovation has no massive effect on firm value. Similarly, financial performance cannot seriously mediate the effect of carbon emission disclosure on firm value. However, financial performance was capable of noticeably mediating the bad effect of COVID-19 on firm value and the big high effect of green innovation on firm value.

Plant breeders performed multi-trait selection using a suitable method, one of which is selection index. A multivariate analysis may be used for developing a selection index model. The objective of this experiment was to select doubled haploid rice lines with high yield potential and good agronomic characters based on the selection index. The experiment was carried out using a single factor completely randomized design with three replications, from August 2018 to December 2019. The study included 89 doubled haploid (DH) lines derived from anther culture as well as four check varieties (Ciherang, Inpari 30 Ciherang Sub1, Inpari 41, and Inpari 35 Agritan). Development of selection index model considered the results of analysis of variance, correlation analysis, path analysis, principal component analysis, and aimed plant ideotype. The findings revealed that there was variation in agronomic traits and yield among the DH lines tested. The selection index model can be formulated as I (index value) = 3*0.75 yield + 0.85 total grain per panicle – 0.85 plant height. Based on this model, 85 lines had index value and yield higher than Inpari 41. The selected DH lines were included in the subsequent field evaluation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Breeding for high yielding, pest and disease resistance, and good quality Arabica coffee is the direction of the coffee breeding program in Indonesia. Threeway cross-breeding method becomes the alternative method to improve plant genetics to achieve those goals. This research was aimed to evaluate the agronomic performance and grouping of Arabica coffee genotypes from three-way cross progeny. This study was conducted in Andungsari Experimental Station, Bondowoso, East Java from July until September 2021. A randomized complete block design with three replications was used as an experimental design. It consisted of eight Arabica genotypes resulting from three-way cross method and one check variety (Andungsari 1) as treatments. The tested genotypes were resulted from crossing parents i.e. S 1934, AB 3, RC, YC, S 795, and Catimor that was planted in 1997. The results of the agronomic performance evaluation showed that TWC (Tree Way Cross) 2 ((S 1934/AB 3 x AB 3) x AB 3) and TWC 3 (RC/S 795 x Catimor) had good agronomic characteristics i.e. weight of 100 cherries and cherry weight per tree. While grouping using heatmap clustering method showed that there were three groups of genotypes. One of the groups which consisted of TWC 1 ((S 1934/AB 3 x AB 3) x S 1934), TWC 2 ((S 1934/AB 3 x AB 3) x AB 3), and TWC 5 (S 1934/YC x S 1934) were categorized as moderate yield group.

The purpose of this research is to discuss how the influence of several calculation techniques that exist both in the west and in the east, especially the Vedic Math, Maya, Chunking and Square Root Babylonian methods based on the use of path analysis. The approach in this research uses a descriptive approach, the method used is quantitative methods. The quantitative approach uses statistical tests with path analysis to answer the relationship and influence between the 4 variables. From the results of the path analysis, it is found that there is an effect of X1 (mastery of addition and subtraction with Vedic Math), X2 (mastery of multiplication by the Mayan tribe), X3 (mastery of division using the Chunking Method) on X3 (mastery of calculating square roots with Babylonian Middle Iteration). The total effect is 0.887, The total effect of 0.887 shows that the influence of Vedic Math's control of addition and control, mastery of the multiplication of the Maya method, and mastery of the division of the Chunking method based on path analysis have a joint effect on students' ability to calculate questions related to the square root of the Babylonian middle iteration technique.

With the changing era of the economy which was originally based on physical to non-physical, the company strives to maximize the management of its intellectual capital so that it can excel in competitive business competition. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of intellectual capital components with firm value and financial performance variables acting as intervening variables. Company value uses a Price to book Value (PBV) and financial performance using a proxy (ROA). The object of research used in this study is the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2018. the sampling method uses purposive sampling so as many as 23 companies from the manufacturing sector were collected as well as data analysis using panel data regression and path analysis. The results of the research on the intellectual capita component that directly influence the value of the company are HCE and RCE, and the intellectual capital component that influences financial performance is HCE and financial performance that can mediate the relationship between the intellectual capital component to the company's value is HCE. Seagrass has long been known to be very sensitive to environmental changes, especially caused by human activities (anthropogenic disturbance) and has been used as a bioindicator for environmental condition. This research aimed to study interaction of Thalassia hemprichii measured and derived variables (metrics), at two locations i.e., inhabited island (high anthropogenic location) and uninhabited island (low anthropogenic location). Confirmative approach was conducted using a developed conceptual model based on preliminary studies, the conceptual model was analyzed in multivariate context using data from field observation. The result showed that Thalassia hemprichii dominated and have higher above ground biomass value in inhabited area which indicated high nutrient input, meanwhile uninhabited area showed a higher below ground biomass value. Above ground of Thalassia hemprichii that have direct effect on its biomass and below ground metrics was leaf width, meanwhile leaf length of Thalassia hemprichii have indirect effect on its biomass and below ground metrics. The result also indicated some different metric covariations which were influenced by the degree of Thalassia hemprichii density. Leaf length, leaf width, density, and percent cover of Thalassia hemprichii potentially could be used as components in multimetric index and bioindicator for environmental quality.

Abstract One of the critical subjects in school that needs to be assessed is a science subject. Without a science subject, students cannot observe and understand a phenomenon on earth. However, results from an international study such as Trends International in Mathematics and Science (TIMSS), students in Indonesia performed poorly compared to students from another country. Furthermore, science is one of the essential education for children as it included in the STEM Education (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). From some empirical evidence, student’s attitude and self-efficacy (beliefs about their ability and skill) were found to be dominant predictors of student’s achievement, not excluded, science achievement. However, most of the research analyses the data under conventional regression analysis. Instead of under the structural modelling, and so the results can be considered carefully. This research will analyze a science achievement of Indonesian cohort, and the predictors would be self-efficacy, student’s attitudes toward science, school and teaching. Five hundred seventy-six data of students would be examined path analysis to answer the research questions. The results were found that both student’s attitude and self-efficacy had a significant direct role in determining student achievement in science. To be specific, attitude towards science had the most significant impact on science achievement, over self-efficacy. However, interestingly, the pattern of the effect from those predictors was different toward Science achievement. The practical aspects of the results of this study will be discussed in the discussion section. Abstrak Salah satu mata pelajaran penting di sekolah yang perlu dinilai adalah mata pelajaran sains. Tanpa mata pelajaran sains, siswa tidak dapat mengamati dan memahami fenomena di bumi. Namun, hasil dari studi internasional seperti Trends International in Mathematics and Science (TIMSS), prestasi sains siswa di Indonesia lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan siswa dari negara lain. Selanjutnya, sains adalah salah satu Pendidikan yang penting untuk anak-anak karena termasuk dalam Pendidikan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). Dari beberapa penelitian, sikap dan efikasi diri siswa (kepercayaan tentang kemampuan dan keterampilan mereka) ditemukan sebagai prediktor yang dominan terhadap prestasi siswa, tidak terkecuali, prestasi sains. Namun, sebagian besar penelitian menganalisis data dengan analisis regresi konvensional. Jika analisis dilakukan dengan model persamaan struktural, maka hasilnya dapat dipertimbangkan dengan hati-hati. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis prestasi sains dari siswa Indonesia, dan prediktornya adalah efikasi diri, sikap siswa terhadap sains, sekolah, dan guru. Lima ratus tujuh puluh enam data siswa akan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Hasilnya ditemukan bahwa sikap dan efikasi diri siswa memiliki peranan langsung yang signifikan dalam menentukan prestasi siswa dalam mata pelajaran sains. Secara lebih spesifik, sikap terhadap sains memiliki dampak paling signifikan terhadap pencapaian prestasi sains, pengaruh ini lebih besar dibandingkan pengaruh dari efikasi diri. Namun, yang menarik adalah pola pengaruh dari tiap prediktor tersebut berbeda – beda dampaknya terhadap prestasi sains. Aspek praktis dari hasil penelitian ini akan dibahas pada bagian diskusi.

Abstract: Several factors usually affect student’s Grade Point Average (GPA), including family support, associate friends and learning intensity. This study aims to determine whether there is an indirect effect of family and friends support associating with the cumulative achievement index of students through the excitement of learning as an intervening variable. This type of research is ex-post facto with a population of 278 students of the 2015-2017 Mathematics Tadris Study Program. We used a Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique to select a sample of 164 students. We obtained data through questionnaires and documentation and then analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that there was an indirect influence of family and friends support associating with student GPA through the intensity of learning as an intervening variable. Abstrak: Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) mahasiswa biasanya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya adalah dukungan keluarga, teman bergaul dan intensitas belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh tidak langsung dukungan keluarga dan teman bergaul terhadap indeks prestasi komulatif mahasiswa melalui intensitas belajar sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto dengan populasi sebanyak 278 mahasiswa Program Studi Tadris Matematika angkatan 2015-2017. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 164 mahasiswa dilakukan dengan teknik Probability Sampling tipe Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data diperoleh melalui kuisioner dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh tidak langsung dukungan keluarga dan teman bergaul terhadap IPK mahasiswa melalui intensitas belajar sebagai variabel interverning.

The increasing number of internet users in Indonesia has made business people competing to use internet media. Telkom University is one company that has implemented the website as a means of information in every academic activity. This study aims to determine the responses of visitors to the i-Gracias Telkom University website regarding the quality of the website (information quality, interaction, and usability) and its relationship with visitor satisfaction through the company’s performance on the i-Gracias Telkom University website. The population used in this study is Telkom University Students Bandung. The research sample was taken by a non-probability sampling method with the number of respondents are 100 respondents, then for analysis used path analysis. The research method used in this study is quantitative research with a causal approach, which are validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. Based on data analysis, the results of the study indicate that the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test of normally distributed data, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity do not occur. The results of the path analysis test are Website Quality which has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with a direct effect greater than the indirect influence of Website Quality on Customer Satisfaction through Company Performance. The suggestion from this research is the need to improve the quality of the interaction of the i-Gracias Telkom University website. The author suggests the next researcher replace the intervening variable (intermediary) which has a significant and linear relationship with other variables.

Sustainable growth must be maintained by maintaining an increase in investment returns, with the source of funds as a stimulant. The population of this study was all Islamic life insurance companies in Indonesia. The study used path analysis mediation with regression or two layers OLS (Ordinary Least Squares) and followed by Sobel test. The result showed that investment returns can mediate participant funds in influencing the growth of Islamic life insurance companies. Meanwhile, investment returns did not mediate the influence of company funds in influencing the growth of Islamic life insurance companies.

Breast cancer is the number one cancer as the cause of death in women in developed and developing countries. Breast cancer has the highest case in women in 161 countries. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of biological and social factors on breast cancer cases in the Public Hospital of Kediri, East Java. The research design was analytic with a retrospective cohort approach. The research sample of 105 respondents used simple random sampling. Data collection was with medical records in January-December, 2017. Data analysis used the path analysis test. The test results obtained breast cancer is influenced by a history of hereditary breast cancer (b=0.17, p=0.001); menopause age (b=0.17, p=0.001); family planning history (b=0.11, p=0.014); parity (b=0.08, p=0.031); age (b=0.21, p=0.001); income (b=0.21, p=0.001). Capital consists of human capital, social capital, natural capital, physical capital, and financial capital, but this study will only discuss human and social capital. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between human and social capital in achieving prosperity through the level of wages and income, especially for workers in the Small and Medium Enterprises sector in Palembang City. Respondents in this research were 400 workers in the Small and Medium Enterprises sector in Palembang, in the Sub-districts of Sukarami, Ilir Barat I, Kalidoni, Seberang Ulu I and Seberang Ulu II. The method used is descriptive qualitative in path analysis, with primary data in interview questionnaires. The results showed that workers’ drinking and maximum income ranged from Rp500,000 to Rp7,500,000, with an average of Rp1,903,041. The results of the path analysis found that human capital through wages affected the income of 76.4 percent, with a beta value of 0.137 indicating that if the length of schooling were increased by 10 percent, wages would increase by 1.4 times and income by 23.6 percent. In contrast, the relationship of social capital through wages to income is very small because other factors influence, such as the work environment, place of residence, and others.

Introduction: East Java is one of the provinces with good economic performance: high economic growth accompanied by increased employment, increased average length of schooling, and decreased poverty. However, the poverty rate in East Java is still relatively high. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the average length of schooling, economic growth, and labor absorption on the percentage of poor people in districts and cities in East Java in 2007-2011. Methods: This study uses the path analysis method. This method was chosen because it is able to explain the direct and indirect effects between the independent variables and between the independent variables and the dependent variable based on a model built from previous theory and research. Results: The results showed that the average length of schooling had a negative effect on labor absorption, labor absorption had a positive effect on the percentage of poor people, so that the average length of schooling had an indirect negative effect on the percentage of poor people through labor absorption. Economic growth has a direct positive effect on labor absorption and indirectly on the percentage of poor people, but has a direct negative effect on the percentage of poor people. Conclusion and suggestion: It is necessary to map the quality and specifications of education required by employment. The link and match program between the world of work and education needs to be reconsidered, not only in higher education but also at secondary level education.

Introduction: During 2009-2013, the percentage of poor people in East Java was always above the national level. Based on this background, this study aims to examine and analyze the effect of investment, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), and labor absorption on the number of poor people in districts and cities in East Java Methods: This study uses the path analysis method. This method was chosen because it is able to explain the direct and indirect effects between the independent variables and between the independent variables and the dependent variable based on a model built from previous theory and research. Results: The results showed that investment directly had a positive effect on GRDP and employment. Meanwhile, GDP has a direct negative effect on the number of poor people, and employment has a direct positive effect on the number of poor people. So that investment indirectly has a negative effect on the number of poor people through PDRB, and investment indirectly has a positive effect on the number of poor people through employment. Conclusion and suggestion: Regencies or cities whose economy is dominated by the industrial, service and trade sectors such as Sidoarjo regency, Gresik regency, Surabaya city, Malang city and the majority of other cities in East Java Province, which so far have low labor absorption, require labor intensive investment. so as to be able to absorb more labor which in turn will reduce the number of poor people.

The objectives of this research is to know the pattern of causal relationships inter-variables on the decision-making empirical model in Vocational High School (SMK). The decision-making empirical model in Vocational High School, consisting of variables: (a) the adequacy of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), (b) the benefits of using information systems, (c) the ethics in decision making, (d) the contribution of school and social environments, (e) the intentions of behaviour, and (f) the patterns of decision-making. Relation between variables was tested statistically using path analysis. The results of the research are as follows. The varian explained by each variable is mathematically formulated in: ZY = 0.134 A + 0.141 B + 0.102 C + 0.486 D + 0.193 E. The most dominant effect for direct effect is D to E has ρDE = 0,47 and the correlation coefficient = 0,709.

This research explores the influence of the debt policy, profitability, and size of asset toward company's dividend policy on oil palm plantation companies listed with the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2011-2015. The secondary data used in this research were obtained directly from the company website and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data collection was conducted by direct observation upon the research object. The data were analyzed using path analysis and logistical regression model. The result showed that profitability has a significant and negative effect on the debt ratio. Size of asset does not have a significant and positive effect on the debt ratio. Profitability and size of assets have significant and positive effects on dividend policy, which proves that the larger profitability and the size of assets, the greater the probabilty of paying dividends. Debt ratio does not have a significant and positive effect on dividend policy. Debt ratio has a significant positively partial mediating effect toward the influence of profitability on dividend policy. Otherwise, debt ratio does not have a significant negatively mediating effect toward the positive effect of size of asset on dividend policy. BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi engaruh kebijakan utang, kemampulabaan dan ukuran aktiva terhadap kebijakan dividen perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2011-2015. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh secara langsung dari website perusahaan dan Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi tidak langsung terhadap objek penelitian yaitu perusahaan kelapa sawit. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan path analysis dan model regresi logistik. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bukti bahwa kemampulabaan signifikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap rasio utang. Ukuran aktiva tidak signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap rasio utang. Kemampulabaan signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan dividen, yang menunjukkan bukti bahwa semakin besar kemampulabaan maka semakin besar probabilitas perusahaan membayarkan dividen. Ukuran aktiva signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan dividen yang berarti semakin besar ukuran aktiva maka semakin besar probabilitas perusahaan membayar dividen. Rasio utang tidak signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kebijakan dividen tidak dipengaruhi oleh leverage perusahaan. Rasio utang signifikan memediasi positif secara parsial pengaruh positif kemampulabaan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Namun, rasio utang tidak signifikan memediasi negatif pengaruh positif ukuran aktiva terhadap kebijakan dividen.

Since the crisis of employment in the industrial company / plant confined to absorb surplus labor. The increasing needs of family life and the head of the family income is not enough to make the involvement of women in order to increase revenue. The results showed that the characteristics of an average age of reproductive age 35-45 years (50%), has 2 children (41.18%) and have free time 6 hours (32.35%). The role of age, number of children, time spent working on women's labor income is jointly influenced significantly by 92.40%, meaning that its role is quite high, while partially the most dominant is the allocation of time and long work by 92.54%. Partial effect of age and number of children do not have a significant effect while the allocation of time to work a significant effect on women's earnings power. The role of age, number of children, time allocation and labor income women on family income have a significant effect jointly by 38.40% and amounted to 61.60% due to other factors. From the research results in this study suggested an increased skills for youth with less experience, increase working time, more inspiring for innovative product design, reproduce exhibitions for the introduction of products both within and outside the region.

This research is Library Research by using secondary data obtained and seeks to determine and analyze the factors that affect poverty in West Kutai regency, the analysis tool is use Path Analysis. Conclusion of the research results are as follows: (1) Economic Growth, Private Investment Growth (PMA), Labor, and the Growth of Government expenditure jointly direct and significant effect on the Human Development Index (HDI) in West Kutai regency, (2 ) Workforce dominant influence on the Human Development Index (HDI) in West Kutai regency, (3) Economic Growth, Private Investment Growth (PMA), Labor, and Output Growth Government jointly direct and significant effect on the amount of Poor Population in West Kutai regency, (4) Workforce dominant influence on the amount of Poor People in West Kutai regency, (5) Economic Growth, Private Investment Growth (PMA), Labor, and the Growth of Government influence indirectly through the Human Development Index (HDI) of the total poor population in West Kutai.

The objective of the research is to study the effects of critical thinking, reading comprehension, and self-regulation on scientific writing skill. The research was conducted at the Educational Program of General Competence, Bogor Agricultural University. The research method is path analysis using 4 variables. The sample is 100 students. They are semester I of academic year of 2015/2016, the researcher uses stratification sampling technique. The instruments of this research are paper of scientific writing skill, questionnaire of self-regulation, test of critical thinking skill and reading comprehension. The data analysis uses path analysis. The research findings are: 1) There is a direct influence of the critical thinking skills on scientific writing skills at 0,594, 2) there is a direct influence of reading comprehension on the ability to write a scientific tex at, 0,248, 3) there is significant indirect self-regulating ability of scientific writing through reading comprehension. However, there is an indirect effect on the ability of self regulation of scientific writing through reading comprehenship of 0,117 4) there is a direct effect of critical thinking skills on reading comprehension, at 0,389, 5) there is a self-regulating direct influence on reading comprehension at 0,471, and 6) there is a direct effect of critical thinking skills on self-regulation at 0,448.There is no direct effect on the ability of critical thinking skills of scientific writing through reading comprehension at 0,096 and by combining self regulation and reading comprehenshion of 0,052. ABSTRAK Objek penelitian ini adalah pengaruh kemampuan berpikir kritis, pemahaman bacaan, dan pengaturan diri terhadap kemampuan menulis ilmiah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Program Pendidikan Kompetensi Umum Institut Pertanian Bogor. Metode penelitian adalah analisis jalur. Jumlah responden 100 mahasiswa, tersebar pada 32 kelas responsi dengan jumlah populasi 1781 pada semester I tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik acak. Instrumen penelitian adalah makalah untuk variabel kemampuan menulis ilmiah, kuesioner untuk variabel pengaturan diri, tes objektif untuk variabel kemampuan berpikir kritis dan variabel pemahaman bacaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) ada pengaruh langsung positif kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap kemampuan menulis ilmiah sebesar 0,594, (2) ada pengaruh langsung positif pemahaman bacaan terhadap kemampuan menulis ilmiah sebesar 0,248, (3) pengaturan diri tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemampuan menulis ilmiah, namun ada pengaruh tidak langsung pengaturan diri terhadap kemampuan menulis ilmiah melalui pemahaman bacaan sebesar 0,117, (4) ada pengaruh langsung positif kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap pemahaman bacaan sebesar 0,389, (5) ada pengaruh langsung positif pengaturan diri terhadap pemahaman bacaan sebesar 0,471, dan (6) ada pengaruh langsung positif kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap pengaturan diri sebesar 0,448. Ada pengaruh tidak langsung kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap kemampuan menulis ilmiah melalui pemahaman bacaan sebesar 0,096 serta melalui kombinasi pengaturan diri dan pemahaman bacaan sebesar 0.052.

Increasing the quality of human resource via education investment is a sine qua non for welfare promotion as well as for poverty solution. Education, inflation, income per capita, consumption, regional gross domestic product, and economy growth are a number of variables that directly and indirectly affect the poverty. The research uses time series data of the last ten years (1999-2009) obtained from Central Agency on Statistics (BPS). The aim of this research is to identify the causal relationship of the influential variables mentioned. The path analysis is used to analyze the data based on the five models. The simultaneous testing of table summary shows that the Regression coefficient value of each model is significant, where F value is smaller than alpha 0,05. The similar conclusion is also shown in partial testing between the independent variables and dependent variables.

Budidaya dan penerapan metode SRI (System of Rice Intensification) sifatnya sangat kompleks, dengan adanya teknologi pertanian yang terkait dengan aspek sosial-budaya masyarakat petani dan pengemban kebijakan, lambat laun akan mendorong terjadinya perubahan pada manajemen irigasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meneliti seberapa besar pengaruh dari peran serta petani dalam upaya menyesuaikan manajemen irigasi untuk usaha tani padi metoda SRI di daerah irigasi Cirasea, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. Dengan responden 88 orang kelompok tani SRI dan 14 orang dari instansi, diperoleh hasil penelitian: variabel kelembagaan (X1), Irigasi(X2), dan Partisipasi Petani dan Sistem Pendukung(X3), secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Penyesuaian Manajemen Irigasi SRI (Y) nilai korelasi 0,672. (Hubungan kuat), dimana persamaan regresinya adalah Y= 6,957 + 0,239 X1 - 0,327 X2 + 0,604 X3. Partisipasi Petani dan Sistem Pendukung (X3) merupakan faktor dominan yang paling berperan dalam memprediksi tingkat penyesuaian manajemen irigasi SRI dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0,604. Dari sisi institusi didapatkan Pilihan untuk Berpartisipasi (X1), Tekanan Sosial Dalam Bertingkah Laku (X2) dan Kontrol dalam Tingkah Laku (X3) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Itensi (Y) dengan nilai korelasi 0,783 (Hubungan kuat), dimana persamaan regresinya adalah Y= 0,854 - 0,286 X1 + 0,558 X2 + 0,693 X3. Variabel Kontrol dalam Tingkah Laku (X3) merupakan faktor dominan yang paling berperan dalam memprediksi variabel Itensi (Y) dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0,693.

This study aims to examines the effect of firm size and institutional ownership on company performance with debt policy as intervening variable in consumer goods company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sample of this research amount 25 consumer goods company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2011 that were selected by using purposive sampling method. The data used are secondary data from financial statements published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used here is path analysis. The result of the research show firm size and institutional ownership simultaneously significant effect on debt policy. Partially, firm size has no significant effect on debt policy, while institutional ownership has a significant effect on debt policy. In addition, firm size, institutional ownership, and debt policy simultaneously significant effect on company performance. Partially, firm size and institutional ownership has a significant effect on company performance, whereas no significant effect on company performance is debt policy. There is not indirect effect between firm size and institutional ownership on company performance through debt policy as intervening variable.
