Background: Permendikbud No.2 of 2020 regulates student competency test in the health sector. The exit exam competency test is a requirement that must be met by students after completing all stages of education in order to get a certificate and Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR). The results of the preliminary study show that although there is a high chance of passing the exit exam competency test at the RMIK (Medical Records and Health Information) Study Program at Esa Unggul University (UEU), some of the students are not ready or not ready and feel negative in the form of anxiety, worry, fear. Purpose: To identify stress, anxiety, and depression levels of RMIK Esa Unggul University students in preparation for the exit exam competency test. 61 students who have met the requirements. Method: The measuring instrument used is the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS 42) which has been modified and adjusted. Result: Showed that more than half of the sample (50.8%) had normal stress, 10 students (16.4%) had severe stress, and 7 students (11.5%) had extremely severe stress. Almost half or about 25 (41%) students feel extremely severe anxiety in preparation for the exit exam competency test. On the other hand, about 14 (23%) students felt normal anxiety and 10 (16.4%) students felt moderate anxiety. More than half of the sample, namely 34 (55.7%) students felt depression at the normal level in preparation for the exit exam competency test. Conclusion: The highest level of stress felt by students in preparation for the exit exam competency test was normal stress, the highest level of anxiety was extremely severe anxiety, and the highest level of depression was normal depression.

This study aims to analyze the MUI fatwa no. 17 of 2020 concerning the guidelines for prayer for health workers who wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling and caring for COVID-19 patients. This study tries to describe the ijtihad method used by MUI in establishing a law. This study uses a type of library research with descriptive analysis. The results of this study state that health workers (PPE) must continue to pray even though it’s not possible to purify themselves (ablution or tayamum). With consideration, 1) if the body (lahiriyah) in hadas condition, it is not obligate his pray (I'adah), 2) if the PPE is unclean then it is necessary to repeat the prayer. The fatwa cannot be separated from the syar'i argument which is the basis for issuing the fatwa, particularly using the talfiq manhaji method. The fatwa can be used as an alternative to confusion over the law, and is intended to create benefits, especially for health workers who treat and handle Covid-19 patients.

Introduction: Industry is a place where many individuals work. In the industrial field, one can do work by utilizing. However, high-tech applications can cause noise in industrial areas. The discomfort of this sound may indirectly pose a risk of health problems, including hearing loss. Methods: The method used in this study was a literature review study with an in-depth review of the articles through an electronic article data base with the keywords noise, hearing loss, and industrial workers. Then, a screening was carried out based on articles that have been published in a period of five years, and the sorting of articles was conducted according to the inclusion criteria, namely primary data research with cross sectional design, not descriptive research. Results: The journal research phase resulted in up to 101 papers, with 51 papers screened under pre-determined conditions. Then, sorting based on inclusion criteria resulted in 28 items. Finally, as many as 11 relevant articles and the full text were obtained as a result. Based on the review of the article, it is known that hearing loss that occurs among industrial workers is influenced by several problems in the industry such as the absence of noise measurements, the absence of ear health checks for workers, and the unavailability of ear protection equipment. Conclusion: Based on the review of the articles, it is known that hearing loss is caused by high noise levels. COVID-19 has had a significant impact on human life, yet very limited studies have investigated the quality of life (QoL) of children and adolescents during the pandemic. This paper aims to present the reports of children and adolescents (N = 1,474; 10–18 years old) on their QoL during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Data were collected using Google Forms and convenience sampling. The instruments measured the five domains of QoL: material, physical, social, emotional, and productive well-being. The data were analyzed descriptively using mean scores, crosstab, frequency, and ANOVA. The results show that the children and adolescents maintained their level of subjective well-being (SWB) and adapted to adverse situations during the lockdown. Boys and younger children displayed significantly higher mean scores than girls and older children. Children and adolescents reported boredom due to a lack of various physical activities, dissatisfaction with school closures, the things they learned at home, and their contact with friends. This study has implications in terms of providing advice to parents, teachers, children, and adolescents for promoting the QoL of children and adolescents during the pandemic.

The Covid-19 pandemic that has caught the attention of not only Indonesia but the rest of the world. The 3M movement, namely using masks, washing hands and keeping a distance to minimize the transmission of tuberculosis, is very useful for the eradication of TB tuberculosis. However, this is a challenge in itself for microscopic officers at the Microscopic Reference Center (MRC) in education and handling of sputum for tuberculosis patients who are currently being treated. The purpose of this study was to test VisKomLAM 1, 2, 3 and 4 in bridging communication between officers in sputum management education for tuberculosis sufferers at each examination during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research locations took MRC Tuminting, Wawonasa and Tikala Baru in Manado City and MRC Telaga in Gorontalo District. Analysis with paired t test showed a significance below 5%, which means that VisKomLAM 1, 2, 3 and 4 can bridge education from officers to tuberculosis sufferers in the Covid-19 pandemic era. It is recommended that health workers always strive to promote tuberculosis health in achieving tuberculosis elimination by 2050.

Anxiety is an excessive anxiety disorder that is often found in psychology. Some people generally do not realize that they may have symptoms of this anxiety disorder. If ignored and continued continuously, it can interfere with one's activities, reduce academic achievement, and disrupt psychological conditions that affect their lives. This expert system for early detection of anxiety disorders is carried out using forward chaining tracing techniques to explore the knowledge base, and the inference motor is the Dempster Shafer algorithm. Dempster Shafer calculation is done by combining symptom pieces to calculate the possibility of the anxiety disorder. This anxiety disorder detection system is built on the web. Then the test is carried out by comparing the value generated by the system with the value generated by two experts. The test results prove that the value generated by the system has a similarity of 85% to the value produced by the two experts. It can be concluded that implementing the Dempster Shafer algorithm for this expert system in the early detection of anxiety disorders is feasible.

The Corona Virus has become a world health problem in early 2020. Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a disease that has never been previously identified in humans. Health workers who are at the forefront of handling Covid-19 have high psychological disorders, one of which is anxiety. The purpose is to identify the factors that influence anxiety in health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The databases used include Google Scholar, PubMed Central and ResearchGate. 528 articles were found based on selected keywords, the number of articles after duplication-checking was 164 articles. Then screening was carried out according to the inclusion criteria (n = 20) and a total of 144 articles were eliminated because they did not match the inclusion criteria. The number of articles following the due diligence test (n = 10) and 10 articles were eliminated because they did not meet the due diligence requirements. Then 10 articles were taken for review. The results showed that the factors that influence anxiety in health workers are gender, age, family status, availability of PPE, knowledge, contact with COVID-19 patients, chronic disease, a physical and psychological workload that threatens the health, cooperation between colleagues, working in an infectious isolation ward. Psychological disorders such as anxiety have long-term impacts and can affect the work efficiency of health workers. If this anxiety is not managed properly, it can affect the performance of health workers in dealing with Covid-19. Mathematics anxiety of high school students in learning mathematics in the network has a lot of influence on the ongoing learning until the results obtained. The influence of math anxiety has an effect ranging from understanding mathematical concepts to student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the level of anxiety experienced by students in undergoing online learning and determine the bias between respondents and statements on the questionnaire. This research was conducted through a combined approach of quantitative and qualitative using a survey method. The subjects of this research are students with a range of secondary education who are undergoing online learning and totaling 225 students with 155 female students and 70 male students. Data was collected through the distribution of an instrument in a questionnaire regarding students' mathematics anxiety. Furthermore, the data obtained is measured through the Rasch model and processed with the help of the Winsteps application. After the data was obtained, interviews were conducted to determine the causes that support students' mathematical anxiety in the online learning system. In this study, the results obtained that anxiety tends to be high in the implementation of learning in the network. There are three categories: high anxiety 17.33%, moderate anxiety 73.78 %, and low anxiety 8.89%. This study also found various triggers for the presence of mathematical anxiety that can be used to understand the condition of students. Through DIF (Differential Item Functioning), some differences/biases can be used as references for further research.

Background: Mosquito-borne parasites include the pathogenic protozoa and helminths that are transmitted by the insect vector which may co-infect with other organisms to elicit an immune response. Purpose: To determine the frequency of mosquito-borne parasites in patients newly infected with HIV in relationship with CD4 count and TNFα. Method: Thirty-one (31; aged 15-32 years; male-12; female-19) newly diagnosed HIV positive patients and fifty (50) age-matched HIV negative volunteers were recruited as a control subject for this study. All subjects were negative to anti-HCV/HBsAg ELISA, Plasmodium, Acid-Fast Bacilli (AFB) tests and the control subjects were also negative to HIVP24 Ag-Ab ELISA, Plasmodium spp. and Wuchereria bancrofti microscopy. Venous blood including Night blood samples and sputum samples were obtained from the participants for CD4 count by cyflowmetry, TNFα, HIVP24Ag-Ab, anti-HCV, HBsAg by ELISA and microscopic identification by Giemsa staining while Sputum sample was used for Ziehl Neelsen staining to demonstrate Acid Fast Bacilli (AFB). Result: A lower frequency of 25.8% (Rajan, 2008) Plasmodium spp. and 6.5% (James et al., 2015) W. bancrofti was obtained in newly infected HIV patients compared with 32% (Zeitlmann et al., 2001) Plasmodium spp. and 8% (WHO, 2019) W. bancrofti obtained in the non-HIV infected control subjects. Introduction: Indoor air quality greatly affects human health because almost 90% of human life is indoors. Some symptoms that are often felt by employees in a building with Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) are fatigue; headaches; symptoms of eye, nose and throat irritation; skin irritation; dry cough, increased irritability and difficulty in concentration; nausea; drowsiness; and hypersensitivity to odor. This research aims to determine the relationship of air quality in space to the incidence of Sick Building Syndrome. Methods: This research was an analytic survey research with cross sectional approach. The samples in this study were employees who were in the Building D of the Provincial Governor's Office, West Sulawesi totalling 82 people. This research was carried out by measuring indoor air quality and giving questionnaires to find out the SBS events. Results: The results of room temperature measurements ranged from 26.14 - 41.46°C, humidity measurement was ≥ 60%, light intensity was ≤ 100 lux, the chemical quality of CO in the air was ≤ 29 mg/m 3 , CO 2 levelin the air was ≤ 1000 ppm, and dust level was ≥ 0.15 mg/m 3 . Besides, there was a significant relationship between air temperature and dust levels on the incidence of Sick Building Syndrome (SBS), with p value of 0.006. A method to improve the physical quality of culled chicken meat is required due to the tough texture and faint color of culled chicken meat. High protein content in culled chicken meat makes it easy to experience quality degradation. One of the methods to maintain the quality of post-harvest chicken meat is using spices. Gelugur acid (Garnicia atroviridis) is a spice for cooking spice, sweets, herbs, deodorizing fresh fish, and even cleansing fish before it proceeds into the processing stage. This study aimed to determine the concentration of Garcinia atroviridis which is effective to improve the physical quality of culled chicken meat. This study used a randomized design with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments consisted of T0: without marination using Garcinia atroviridis (as control), T1: marination in 50 g of Garcinia atroviridis + 1000 mL aquadest, T2: marination in 50 g of Garcinia atroviridis + 750 mL aquadest, T3: marination in 50 g of Garcinia atroviridis + 500 mL aquadest. Background: Anxiety in pre-operative patients affects the success of lasik action and can cause problems such as psychosis and personality disorders. Non-pharmacological interventions that can overcome anxiety are juice drinks. Objective: Knowing the difference in the level of anxiety before and after drinking lettuce juice in patients with pre surgery at the Jogja Lasik Center Eye Hospital "Dr. YAP” Yogyakarta. Method: This type of research is a quasi-experimental with a pretest and posttest approach. The population in this study were all preoperative patients. The sampling technique used total sampling, the number of samples was 16 people, the data analysis used the independent t-test. Result: Results obtained an average difference in anxiety reduction after juice administration of 106.81. There was a difference in anxiety levels in pre-operative patients after being given Juice. Conclusion: Therapy is more effective compared to the juice against the anxiety level of pre-surgery patients at Jogja Lasik Center Rs Mata "Dr. YAP" Yogyakarta.

ASI merupakan makanan yang terbaik untuk kebutuhan bayi sejak awal kehidupan. Namun survei di Indonesia melaporkan bahwa 38% ibu berhenti memberikan ASI karena kurangnya produksi ASI yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor seperti faktor psikologi ibu dan gizi. Beberapa jenis tanaman secara tradisional telah digunakan ibu menyusui untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI, salah satunya Sauropus androgynus atau daun katuk yang memiliki kandungan nutrisi penting seperti protein, vitamin C, vitamin D, kalsium, hingga asam folat tanpa mengurangi kualitas ASI. Ekstrak daun katuk dapat meningkatkan produksi ASI ibu sampai dengan 50,47%. Tujuan umum dari peneIitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemberian daun katuk terhadap produksi ASI dan peningkatan berat badan bayi di Di Praktik Mandiri Bidan WiIayah Kabupaten Madiun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Eksperimen dengan pre-test dan post-test design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel 60 ibu menyusui yang akan di beri instrumen pengukuran voIume asi, kartu kendaIi pengukuran voIume asi yang diisi oIeh ibu nifas yang akan di pantau produksi ASI nya setiap hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rebusan daun katuk dan ekstrak daun katuk efektif dalam memenuhi kecukupan ASI dan terbukti dapat meningkatkan berat badan bayi. Kehamilan merupakan momen yang sangat membahagiakan. Agar kehamilan berjalan dengan baik diperlukan pelayanan maternal dan neonatal di fasilitas kesehatan untuk menjamin keselamatan ibu dan janin. Namun adanya wabah COVID-19 ini menyebabkan meningkatnya kecemasan dan ketidaknyamanan ibu hamil di Kabupaten Sleman. Berdasarkan survey pendahuluan yang dilakukan pada bulan juli 2020 di Kabupaten Sleman, dari 46 ibu hamil dan didapatkan 38 ibu hamil (82,6%) mengalami kekhawatiran berlebih yang disebabkan kurangnya informasi tentang pelayanan maternal dan neonatal di masa pandemi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi online terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap pelayanan maternal dan neonatal saat pandemi di Kabupaten Sleman Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperiment dengan sampel 60 ibu hamil yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok dengan teknik randomisasi sederhana (simple randomization) dan uji Mann-Whitney dengan p=0,000 < 0,05 sehingga ada pengaruh edukasi online terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil tentang pelayanan maternal dan neonatal di masa pandemi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan peningkatan pengetahuan melalui edukasi online sebesar 39,17 (post 1) dan 43,52 (post 2) tingkat sedangkan kelompok lefleat sebesar 21,83 (post 1) dan 17,46 (post 2) tingkat. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan perbedaan antara kelompok yang diberikan edukasi online dengan yang menggunakan lefleat terhadap peningkatan sikap pada pelayanan maternal dan neonatal sebesar 41,25 (post 1) dan 39,68 (post 2) di Kabupaten Sleman Tahun 2020. Diharapkan ibu hamil dapat menyikapi dan mengambil langkah terbaik dalam menjaga kesehatan dengan pengetahuan online yang telah diperoleh.

Meningkatnya data COVID-19 yang terus-menerus berlangsung dapat menyebabkan kecemasan masyarakat meningkat. Beredar berita di masyarakat saat ini, Covid-19 sangat mempengaruhi kehidupan mereka, hal itulah yang membuat masyarakat menjadi cemas. Penelitian ini mengetahui tentang pengetahuan dan kecemasan masyarakat tentang COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan crossectional, sampel diambil adalah perwakilan dari masyarakat Bangka Belitung yang mengisi link berjumlah 275 orang dan di analisis data menggunakan uji statistic chi-square. Didapatkan hasil dari penelitian ini 31,3% mengalami kecemasan, dan ada hubungannya pengetahuan dengan kecemasan dibuktikan dengan hasil pvalue 0,00. Kesimpulan kecemasan banyak factor penyebab terjadinya salah satunya adalah berita yang didengar dan dilihat oleh masyarakat. Saran agar dapat menyaring kembali berita tersebut dengan pengetahuan yang dimiliki sehingga kecemasan dapat diminimalkan.

Background of the study: As a unit in a University, library has a role to help users by providing library services, especially for the first-year students who are accepted in large numbers each year. The large number of admitted first-year students need attention from university, especially library, by conducting socialization activity to reduce library anxiety. There are still many first-year students feel anxiety in themselves. Purpose: This study aims to measure the first-year student’s anxiety level in and to compare anxiety level of students who participate and do not participate in library services socialization, between levels, factors, and between groups of external and internal factors that affect the anxiety level of first-year students. Method: This study used a quantitative approach by using survey research method. There were 336 respondents that involved in this study; 236 respondents from undergraduate program, 87 respondents from master program, and 13 respondents from doctoral program. Background: Chronic energy deficiency (CED) that occurs at risk preconception women during pregnancy increased low birth weight (LBW) in infants. Household food security and diet quality are factors that cause CED. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between household food security and diet quality with CED preconception women.Materials and Methods: We used a cross-sectional study design. The subject of 70 preconception women aged 16-35 years registered in the religious affairs office in Sumowono and Pringapus Subdistrict were selected by consecutive sampling method. Weight and height were measured to assess body mass index to determine CED. Household food security was measured using the Household Food Security Scale Module (HFSSM). Food intake data were obtained using the Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ) and DQI-I (Diet Quality Index-International) to measure diet quality. Bivariate analyses were tested using Rank Spearman and Pearson Product Moment.Results: The prevalence of subjects with CED risk was 48.6% and subjects with CED was 15.7%. 38.6% of subjects married at the age of 16-20 years, 75.1% of subjects had low household food security and 80% of subjects had low diet quality. There was no significant relationship between household food security and diet quality with CED, namely (p = 0.537) and (p = 0.711). The components of diet quality, namely variation, adequacy, moderation and balance also did not show a significant relationship with CED, respectively with p-value (p = 0.711), (p = 0.523), (p = 0.412), (p = 0.604 )Conclusions: There was no correlation between household food security and CED, also no correlation between diet quality and CED.

Background: Hemodialysis patients often experience hypoalbuminemia complications, which occur mainly due to decreased synthesis due to inflammation, lack of protein intake, the fluid status of patients, and losses from the dialysate. Another problem in hemodialysis is malnutrition, with a prevalence between 23–73% globally. Gastrointestinal disorders such as nausea, vomiting, and decreased appetite also often occur in hemodialysis. Therefore, hemodialysis patients need to get nutritional support, which can be given in the form of catfish abon, one of the local Indonesian food.Objective: To determine the effectiveness of the use of catfish as a source of animal protein to improve the albumin levels of hemodialysis patients.Materials and Methods: This was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-post test design. This study involved 34 hemodialysis patients as subjects, with inclusion criteria, were routinely two times a week, aged >18 years, willing to be the subject and follow the research procedures, have albumin levels ≥3.0 g/dL, and no catfish allergies. Patients with anasarca edema, experiencing complications of diabetes mellitus and malignancy were excluded. The dependent variable was albumin content, while the independent variable was catfish as an animal protein source. Data were analyzed univariate and bivariate by Fisher's Exact test.Results: Fisher's Exact test results on the effectiveness of using catfish as an animal protein source to improve albumin levels of hemodialysis patients showed p-value=0.048.Conclusion: The use of catfish as an effective animal protein source significantly affected on improving albumin levels in hemodialysis patients.

Diperkirakan kejadian diabetes dalam kehamilan ialah 0,7%, tetapi seringkali sukar ditemukan karena rendahnya kemampuan deteksi kasus (Nurrahmani, 2012). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui mengetahui Hubungan Faktor Resiko pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III dengan Kadar Gula Darah dan Berat Bayi Baru Lahir di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tempilang Tahun 2019 Jenis penelitian ini cross sectional, dengan menggunakan data primer. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat 5 responden (10,6%) ibu hamil dengan umur beresiko (35 tahun), 5 responden (10,6%) ibu hamil yang memiliki riwayat genetik Diabetes, 28 responden (59,6%) ibu hamil dengan berat badan lebih , 1 responden (2,1%) ibu hamil dengan riwayat melahirkan bayi besar, 1 responden (2,1%) ibu hamil dengan kadar gula darah > 140 mg/dl 2 jam setelah makan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bivariat dengan p-value >0,05, yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara umur ibu, genetik, berat badan, dan riwayat makrosomia dengan kadar gula darah ibu hamil trimester III di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tempilang tahun 2019. Untuk itu setiap ibu hamil yang memeriksakan kehamilannya Perlu dilakukan pemeriksaan kadar glukosa darah pada ibu hamil sejak trimester II sebagai upaya deteksi dini terhadap penyakit diabetes gestasional dan memberikan pengetahuan kepada ibu hamil mengenai bahaya terjadinya diabetes dalam kehamilan.

Suicide is a global epidemic phenomenon that is the third most common cause of death in the world. However, not many studies have focused on developing an intervention that specifically targets symptoms of suicidal ideation. Suicidal ideation is seen as part of a depressed condition. The purpose of this study was to validate a cognitive-based mindfulness program to reduce suicidal ideation in people with depression. The study was conducted through internal validity tests using expert judgment and external validity tests using the small-n AB design method, which involved three participants (n = 3). The visual inspection analysis was performed on the mean, trend, and level. Analysis of repeated measurements showed a decrease in suicidal ideation in all participants. This program has the potential to be developed as a companion to conventional interventions and can be an alternate activity to fill the waiting time for individuals to get the main intervention.

Background: During menstruation, there is an imbalance in the hormone progesterone which causes pain or is often called dysmenorrhea. A general percentage of 50–60% of women manage dysmenorrhea using analgetic drugs. Pilates exercise is aimed at producing natural, correct, and efficient motion. It is a stretching and strengthening exercise in the core area, namely the area between the pelvic, abdomen, and back which has the aim of increasing muscle strength, flexibility, muscle endurance so that body stability can be maintained through body control, posture and breathing. Objectives: The purpose of this basic research is to strengthen the theory of the relationship between pilates exercise and dysmenorrhea symptoms. Methods: The research design was an experimental pre-test post-test control group. Subjects were 52 students who experienced primary dysmenorrhea, divided into two groups. The first group received pilates exercise twice a week for four weeks. The second group only received information support. The variables measured include pain, anxiety, pulse frequency. Results: The results showed that there were differences in pain and anxiety scale scores with a mean of 4.15 and 27.7 (p> 0.05). Conclusions: The conclusion obtained by Pilates can be alternative complementary care for adolescent girls who experience anxiety.

Risk Factors diarrhea deaths associated to unsafe water and inadequate sanitation. Water supply is very important to decrease of diarrhea disease. Living around canal is a one of risk diarrhea incident. Improved water sanitation, water facilities, and hygiene water decrease of diarrhea disease. Study aims to know dominant factor related water sanitation which is more appropriate than diarrhea in volcano area disaster. Study design used cross sectional community-based survey. Population and sample size were required 1142 household. Data collected such as sufficient of water source, water colored, smelly water, taste water, water cooked, distance of absorption. Data were analyzed performed using SPSS. Data analysis performed a descriptive analysis, statistic test with chi square and logistic regression with confidence interval 95%. Study that sufficient of water 97.2%, no water colored 98.4%, no smelly water (95.3%), no taste water 95.4%, water cooked 98.2%, distance of absorption 11 meter 78%. Risk factor for diarrhea such as taste water OR = 7.3 (3.7-14.4), smelly water OR = 6.9 (3.5-13.6) and distance of absorption OR = 3.4 (2.0-5.7). Factor highest contribution for diarrhea is distance absorption (Exp β = 1.70 CI; 1.701-4.906). Distance absorption 11 meters is main factor contributing for diarrhea. Factor dominant contribution for diarrhea is distance of absorption 11 meter.

Nurses hold pivotal role during COVID-19 pandemic through providing care toward the infected patients. Various pressures experienced by the nurses while working with COVID-19 patients affected their mental health states. This systematic review attempted to describe the mental health state of nurses who specifically work with COVID-19 patients. Five journals published in 2020 by international publishers were assessed for the methodological rigorousness including the title and its abstract, introduction and research aims, method and data, sampling, data analysis, ethics and bias, results, transferability, as well as the implications and usefulness. Through rigorous review of five studies using PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses) protocol, the mental health state of the nurses caring for patients diagnosed with COVID-19 patients can be inferred from emotional, cognitive and behavior components, with mental health aspects such as anxiety, anger, fear, sadness, distress, happiness, optimism and germ aversion. Findings from this systematic review can be further developed as a more elaborate research using psychological variables found in nurses caring for COVID-19 patients

Background: Tooth loss can affect various factors in oral health. Some of these factors are functional, harmonization and aesthetics of oral health. Over time, the aesthetic factor has become an important concern in the manufacture of dentures. Apart from rehabilitating the function and harmonization of oral health, the field of dentistry must also pay attention to the aesthetics of dentures. Purpose: This article aims to discuss the use of acetyl thermoplastic ingredients in making Snap-On Smile. Review: Smile design evaluation of certain elements, namely facial analysis, analysis of relationship between the jaw and face, relationship between teeth and midline of the face, analysis of relationship between teeth and lips, relationship between teeth and gingiva and analysis of shape and color of teeth. All are related to one another. In an ideal smile, the maxillary teeth will show up in the area between the upper and lower lips. Conclusion: Aesthetic and functional improvement in tooth loss can be performed using the Snap-On Smile. Snap-On Smile is a restoration that can be used for aesthetic rehabilitation without requiring preparation or alteration of the tooth structure and cement attachment in its manufacture. The Snap-On Smile prosthesis is more comfortable and can be removed by the patient.

Psychological assistance is strongly needed in relation to the recovery of the psychological state of children who are in conflict with the law. Semarang City has developed a school-based restorative justice program as a response to such needs. This research aims to explore the factors which could potentially obstruct the psychological recovery process of these children during the implementation of the program. The study adopts a qualitative design through multiple case studies, with the participation of three children and those close to them. The case study data analysis was conducted based on Yin's (2015) techniques, consisting of pattern matching, explanation building, logic models, and cross-case synthesis. The results show that negative support from peers, drug abuse, negative role models, emotional detachment from close friends and relatives, and negative stigma were the factors obstructing the recovery process of the participants. These findings could be essential for practitioners’ design of psychological interventions which are more relevant to the children’s recovery needs.

Measurement instruments that have satisfactory psychometric properties are needed to improve mental health research and services, especially in the effort to measure, identify, and monitor the psychological problems experienced by individuals. The purpose of this study is to examine the psychometric properties of the Indonesian version of the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS). The study involved 1,922 participants from Surabaya aged between 16 and 26. The data were obtained using the convenience sampling method. Testing of the factor structure, reliability, and measurement invariance of the Indonesian DASS was performed using a confirmatory factor, composite reliability, and multi-group analysis. It was found that a bifactor model consisting of specific (depression, anxiety, and stress) and general (psychological distress) factors was the best structure for the DASS. Furthermore, the model also showed satisfactory composite reliability and measurement invariance across genders. The results indicated that the Indonesian version of the DASS was a valid and reliable instrument for measuring and comparing depression, anxiety, stress, and psychological distress between genders in the Indonesian sample.

Background: Salivary pH can rise or fall influenced by intrinsic and extrinsic factors. Sleep deprivation is one example of intrinsic factors. Sleep deprivation causes a reduction in sleep time at a certain time. Purpose: Analyze the effect of different types of sleep deprivations and sleep recovery on salivary pH. Method: This study was experimental research with a post-test only with a control group design. Thirty white Wistar strain rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: healthy control group (KI), partial sleep deprivation (PSD/KII), total sleep deprivation (TSD/KIII), partial sleep deprivation, and continued sleep recovery (PSD+SR/KIV) and total sleep deprivation and continued sleep recovery (TSD+SR/KV). The treatment is carried out on a single platform method. Salivary pH was measured with the help of color-coded pH strips that were given grading after the completion of sleep deprivation induction. Nausea vomiting can be treated with pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments, one of which is aromatherapy lemon which has an effect on the inhaler, such as calmness and freshness of the body so that it can reduce nausea and vomiting. In addition, ginger drinks also include non-pharmacological drugs, ginger has a fragrant aroma that can refresh the body ,and the oloresin can warm the body so that it can reduce nausea vomiting. The aim of this study is to find out the application of lemon aromatherapy and ginger drinks to reduce emesis gravidarum in pregnant women and to find out the frequency distribution before and after the application of aromatherpy lemon and ginger drinks to reduce emesis gravidarum trimester I. The method of this study was a one group pre-post-test pre-experiment research and used the Wilcooxon test statistic test. This study obtained interviews through direct observation sheets. The results of administration were given to 15 respondents of lemon aromatherapy and 15 respondents of ginger drinks done twice a day for 3 to 7 days. The amount of nausea and vomiting was taken through average value before and after administration of lemon aromatherapy and ginger drinks. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a chronic airway inflammation with resulting progressive airflow limitation that has a high incidence, morbidity, and mortality. Roflumilast is an oral phosphodiesterase-4 inhibitor as a therapy to decrease the risk of COPD exacerbations in patients with moderate-severe COPD with a history of chronic bronchitis. Roflumilast can be given orally once daily as a single or combination drug. It can be used as COPD moderate-severe but also more beneficial as COPD mild treatment. The efficacy of Roflumilast can prevent exacerbations of repetition and can fixed lung function both in terms of FEV1 and vital capacity to force. The incidence of side effects, which are diarrhea and digestive disorders. The cost-effectiveness showed that Quality of life patient with Roflumilast is better than the group without additional. The Government of Indonesia has started to implement a Large-Scale Social Limitation (PSBB) in cities and provinces in Indonesia to prevent the increasing of COVID-19 transmission. The Denpasar city as one of the cities that implemented a similar system. This study was aims to provide an overview of the levels of depression, anxiety, and stress in the Denpasar community during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study was an observational descriptive study with cross-sectional design. The data collection used Google forms that distributed online. There were 160 respondents participated in this study, dominated by women (56.9%), domiciled in South Denpasar (35.0%), living with family or relatives (85.6%), aged 18-25 years old (63.7%), had diploma or bachelor degree as their education background (55.0%), unmarried (66.3%), students (38.8%), and no income (44.4%). The results showed that respondents had 1-2 offspring (53.7%), did not experience layoffs (83.9%), and experienced a decrease in income (67.0%), dominant respondents experienced psychosocial disorders in the form of depression (51.2%) with a moderate degree (31.7%) and the anxiety (53.1%) with a mild degree (40.0%). Most respondents did not experience stress (53.1%). In conclusion, the characteristics of respondents' psychosocial disorders were moderate depression, mild anxiety, and did not stress.

Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome is a commonly undiagnosed cardiac rhythm anomaly in a previously healthy patient who may precipitate malignant arrhythmia under surgical stress. We report successful management of a reconstruction surgery patient who developed cardiac arrest under general anesthesia due to undiagnosed WPW syndrome and a malignant arrhythmia during subsequent emergency surgery. A male patient with no previous history of the co-existing disease, age 23 years old underwent 14 hours of leg reconstruction with a posterior back flap. At the end of the surgery, the patient developed malignant arrhythmia that worsens to pulseless ventricular tachycardia. High-quality resuscitation was conducted and resulted in the return of spontaneous circulation. The patient had to undergo emergency surgery the next day, and another episode of intraoperative malignant arrhythmia was treated with propafenone and diltiazem. The patient underwent ablation postoperatively and, on the 14th day, was discharged without any residual complications. In conclusion, WPW may appear asymptomatic in a healthy young patient. Good anesthesia management and monitoring, knowledge of selective antiarrhythmic drugs and high-quality resuscitation skills can provide an optimal outcome in an unpredicted intraoperative crisis. Laporan Kasus: Manajemen Pasien Sindrom Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) yang Menjalani Tindakan Pembedahan Sindrom Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) adalah kelainan irama jantung yang sering tidak terdiagnosis pada pasien usia muda dan sering tanpa gejala. Stres akibat pembedahan dapat memicu aritmia maligna pada kelainan ini. Kami melaporkan keberhasilan manajemen pada pasien bedah plastik rekonstruksi dalam anestesi umum yang mengalami henti jantung karena sindrom WPW yang tidak terdiagnosis sebelumnya dan terjadi aritmia maligna serupa pada operasi darurat berikutnya. Seorang laki-laki berusia 23 tahun tanpa riwayat penyakit penyerta sebelumnya, menjalani rekonstruksi kaki dengan flap posterior selama 14 jam. Pada akhir pembedahan, pasien mengalami aritimia maligna dan berkembang menjadi ventricular takikardia tanpa nadi. Tindakan resusitasi jantung paru berkualitas tinggi dilakukan dan sirkulasi spontan kembali muncul. Pasien harus menjalani operasi darurat keesokan harinya dan mengalami episode aritmia maligna ulangan intraoperatif yang telah berhasil diidentifikasi pada pemeriksaan pascaoperasi pertama sebagai sindrom Wolff-Parkinson-White. Aritmia maligna tersebut diatasi dengan pemberian propafenon dan diltiazem. Pasien menjalani tindakan ablasi pascaoperasi dan pulang pada hari keempat belas perawatan tanpa gejala sisa. Simpulan, sindrom WPW mungkin tampak asimtomatik pada pasien muda yang sehat. Manajemen anestesi yang baik, pengetahuan mengenai profil berbagai obat antiaritmia serta pelaksanaan tindakan resusitasi berkualitas tinggi dapat memberikan hasil keluaran yang optimal bila terjadi krisis intraoperatif yang tidak diperkirakan sebelumnya.

Aggression is a behavior that intent to hurt others. Despite collective researches about aggression, there is a dearth in fully established psychosocial programs for the Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) and evaluating program directed to aggressive behavior in the Philippines. Eight CICL housed in an institution under the supervision of the DSWD-Dasmariñas were the primary source of data. The study seeks to describe the pre-and-post mean scores of aggressions and determine the significant difference in aggression reduction before and after exposure to AMP. Employing the quasi-experimental design, the researchers administered the intervention and conducted repeated-measures to measure the effectiveness of AMP thru combined approaches of CBT-EFT in reducing their aggression level. Findings revealed that their aggression in the areas of physically aggressive responses, and verbally aggressive reactions were diminished after participating in the AMP, with the inclusion of counseling sessions in addressing problematic concerns related to aggressive behavior.

The aims of this study was to analyzed and reviewed the literatures about effectiveness mindfulness therapy to reduce anxiety. The method was Reviewing fourteen literature (international journal) and using Meta-analysis method to analyzed effectiveness mindfulness therapy for reduce anxiety. The result revealed that fourteen journals showed that mindfulness therapy effective to reduce anxiety. Effect size score from random effect is 1, 28 (95% CI=0,803 to 1,756, P=0,0) with I2 (inkonsistensi) 89.0%. These result show that mindfulness therapy effective (significant) to reduce anxiety.

Covid-19 affects every aspect of human life, especially psychological aspects. Furthermore, adolescents experience difficulties because of the pandemic and therefore require extra change due to the occurring situation. In this situation, adolescents felt stress from having to adjust to the unpredictable situation, as well as anxiety, from facing an uncertain situation. Meanwhile, from the previous year, the news has been updated daily, concerning the number of deaths and positive cases. Teens are able to access news through the internet by listening, watching or imagining the current situation. This study used Indonesian adolescent as the research subjects and was conducted online through survey Monkey platform. A total of 98 participants aged above 17 years were obtained from several provinces and region in Indonesia. In addition, the study used DASS as the instrument of research DASS, while the data was analyzed using JASP. According to the results, the stress and anxiety of adolescents during the covid-19 outbreak are in the heavy and very heavy categories, respectively, indicating tremendous pressure is experienced due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Covid-19 pandemic has not only threatened public physical health but also mental health. The mental health effects of this pandemic can include anxiety of contamination and death as well as feelings of isolation. Counseling has been proved as an effective method of supporting the physical and psychosocial needs of the individual affected. Technological advancement makes it possible for psychologists and clients to carry out counseling sessions without the needs of physical presence in one place by utilizing various modes of telecommunication. This form of counseling is known as telecounseling. As a relatively new form of counseling in Indonesia, numerous aspects need to be considered in implementing telecounseling. This article aims to explore the considerations taken in conducting telecounseling sessions in Indonesia. Their opportunities and challenges which might not be present in an offline face-to face counseling will also be discussed. Psychologists need to develop both practical and technical competencies to be able to provide adequate telecounseling services. Suggestions for development are also given to other relevant parties such as psychological service institutions, professional associations, and education providers.

Addiction to social media is an issue that many people, especially college students, experienced today and it is facilitated by technological advancements. There are several things that can predict social media addiction, which is loneliness and fear of missing out. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of loneliness and fear of missing out simultaneously on social media addiction among college students. This research was a quantitative study using the loneliness scale by Gierveld and Tilburg with a reliability score of 0,83, fear of missing out scale by Przybylski et al., with a reliability score of 0,79 and social media addiction scale by Al-Menayes with a reliability score of 0,77. The subject in this study was selected using purposive sampling with a total of 166 college students who were actively using social media. The hypothesis was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The result of this study showed that social media addiction among college students was significantly affected by loneliness and fear of missing out. Negative antecedents such as loneliness and fear of missing out can influence students to get involved in something that is also negative, which is social media addiction. Abstrak Kecanduan media sosial merupakan masalah yang saat ini dialami oleh banyak orang, khususnya mahasiswa, dan difasilitasi oleh kemajuan teknologi. Terdapat beberapa hal yang dapat mendorong terjadinya kecanduan media sosial, salah satunya adalah kesepian dan fear of missing out. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh kesepian dan fear of missing out secara simultan terhadap kecanduan media sosial di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan skala kesepian dari Gierveld dan Tilburg dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,83, skala fear of missing out dari Przybylski dkk., dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,79 dan skala kecanduan media sosial dari Al-Menayes dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,77. Subjek dalam penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 166 orang mahasiswa yang aktif menggunakan media sosial. Hipotesis dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecanduan media sosial di kalangan mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh kesepian dan fear of missing out. A nteseden yang bersifat negatif seperti kesepian dan fear of missing out dapat mempengaruhi individu untuk terlibat dalam hal yang juga bersifat negatif yaitu kecanduan media sosial. Introduction: Sensorineural hearing loss caused by loud noise exposure for a long time is known as the risk ofexperiencing Noise-Induced Hearing Loss. PT. Multi Karya Asia Pacific Raya (PT. MKAPR) is a company that provides products and services to the oil and gas industry in Indonesia. Based on its medical check-up, workshop workers at PT MKAPR have the risk of experiencing Noise-Induced Hearing Loss. The Lodan-9 Workshop area was known to have different noise levels, 88-91 dB in the fabrication, pump and engineering areas, and 90-102 dB in the function test area. The purpose of this study was to identify predicting factors of Noise-Induced Hearing Loss at PT. MKAPR. Method: This study used a case-control design. The population in this study were 26 cases and 48 control. Sample size in this study consisted of 26 cases and 26 control. We used a purposive technique sampling. Data were collected through questionnaire, and then were analyzed by using Chi-Square Test. Result: There were association between noise intensity (P-value: 0.035 OR: 4.714; 95% CI: 1.266-17.561), and work period (P-value: 0.029; OR 5.622; 95% CI: 1.342-23.55) with the incidence of Noise-Induced Hearing Loss. Meanwhile age of workers (P-value: 1; OR: 1.547; 95% CI: 0.336-2.976) and smoking habits (P-value: 0.465; OR: 0.435; 95% CI: 0.096-1.168) have no relationship with the incidence of Noise-Induced Hearing Loss. Conclusion: Noise intensity and work period were predictors of Noise-Induced Hearing Loss on PT.MKAPR’ workers. The longer the workers work in high noise intensity area, the more they are at risk of experiencing Noise-Induced Hearing Loss.Keywords: ear, noise-induced hearing loss, noise, noise intensity

Kecemasan menjelang menopause merupaka suatu bentuk kekhawatiran akibat adanya perubahan-perubahan, baik dari segi fisik maupun psikis, dimana ditandai dengan adanya gejala-gejala yang muncul dari segi kognitif, afektif, somatik, dan motorik. Kecemasan ibu saat menopause akan menimbulkan masalah dalam kehidupan seksual suami istri, gejala-gejala fisik dan psikologi seperti keringat berlebihan dan perasaan tidak berguna karena tidak bisa melahirkan anak lagi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran tenaga kesehatan, peran keluarga, kondisi lingkungan fisik dan motivasi terhadap kecemasan ibu menopause di Desa Pagarawan Tahun 2018. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional. Metode analisis menggunakan Smart PLS 2.0 dan dan SPSS 18. Populasi penelitianibu menopause sebanyak 68 orang. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan metode smartPLS menghasilkan temuan penelitian yaitu peran tenaga kesehatan (17,02%), peran keluarga (11,79%), kondisi kesehatan fisik (26,18%) dan motivasi (26,29%). Pengaruh langsung kecemasan ibu menopause sebesar 81,28% dan pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 1,44%. Total pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kecemasan ibu menopause sebesar 82,72%. Motivasi merupakan faktor dominan yang sangat mempengaruhi kecemasan ibu menopause. Peneliti menyarankan agar seluruh sektor bekerja sama untuk memotivasi ibu mulai dari persiapan premenopause hingga ibu bisa beradaptasi dengan masa menopause.

This research aims to determine the physical properties and the bacterial counts of chicken sausages that were given an edible coating made from a combination of bovine split hide gelatin and soy protein isolate with the addition of the enzyme transglutaminase during chilled storage. The parameters observed included, pH, moisture, protein content, weight loss, tenderness, and the bacterial counts. Data were analyzed with a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial pattern 4 x 4 with three replications. The first factor was the level of edible coating 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% w/vol. The s factor was the storage time at 10°C which was 0, 5, 10, and 15 d. The results showed the pH and moisture during storage decreased, while the protein content, weight loss, tenderness, and the bacterial count sausages increased. Increasing the level of edible coating to hold sausage weight loss, while the pH and bacterial count of chicken sausage decrease. Increase the level of edible coating adds to the water content, protein content, and sausage tenderness. The use of a combined edible coating of bovine split hide gelatin and soy protein isolate with the addition of the enzyme transglutaminase to 15% could maintain the quality of chicken sausage based on national standard during 15 dof chilled storage BSN-3820-2015.

Media panics is an expression of panic in using media, it is a study of media effects. In the era of the corona pandemic, news about developments in social conditions, especially related to the increasing number of people who have contracted Covid-19 in Indonesia, has triggered panic media use. This study used a descriptive quantitative method by analyzing one variable, namely media panics of housewives after consuming news related to Covid-19. Respondents involved a number of 244 housewives in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with descriptive analysis method. The results of this study prove that many housewives consume Covid-19 news, especially topics related to the increasing number of sufferers and the easy spread. Aggressive behavior in children has negative impacts on their social life. The various intervention programs were used to reduce aggressive behavior, one of them was by enhancing children's empathy. Group Play Therapy is used to enhance children's empathy ability so that their aggressiveness level can decrease. This study aimed to enhance empathy through Group Play Therapy in children who had aggressive behavior. Experimental research was used with pre-test and post-test design in two different groups, the experimental and control groups. The subjects were twenty school-aged children. The subject’s criteria for having a moderate-low level of empathy, also having moderate-high levels of aggressiveness. The instruments were The LA Aggression Scale for Elementary School and Upper Secondary School Students to measure the aggression levels with Cronbach’s Alpha value is 0,879. The instrument used to measure the children’s empathy was The Empathy Questionnaire for Children and Adolescents (EmQue-CA) with Cronbach’s Alpha value is 0,828. The Wilcoxon, Mann-Whitney, and Kendall's Tau tests were used to analyze data. The results showed that Group Play Therapy can enhance children's empathy so that it can reduce aggressive behavior.

Pressure ulcers are local tissue necrosis of the skin tissue and between bone protrusions, patients with stroke have a weakness in one or all limbs that causes patients to undergo treatment with bed rest so that a high risk of pressure ulcers. Treatment and recovery of pressure ulcers with bundle care are given as nursing actions to protect skin integrity. The aims of this study to identify and analyze scientific evidence for the use of bundle care with five key elements. The research method used in the review literature in international articles published in 2015-2019, obtained the results of 5 articles that fit the inclusion criteria. A series of five key bundle care elements should be given from the beginning of the patient being treated.

Schizophrenia is ranked 4th of the top 10 diseases that burden worldwide. If the population of Indonesia reaches 200 million, it estimates that around two million have Schizophrenia. Based on Data from the World Health Organization (WHO), it estimates that around 24 million people worldwide have schizophrenia.2 the American Psychiatric Association (APA) were reported the incidence of Schizophrenia in the United States is about 1% of the adult population with a total of more than 2 million people. Schizophrenic patients were treated by antipsychotic agents that act to inhibit dopamine receptors, especially D2, and also inhibit adrenergic acetylcholine receptors and serotonin 5-HT2A. It can manifest side effects like extrapyramidal syndrome, amenorrhea, drowsiness, and others. This research aims to the identification of antipsychotic side effects with Glasgow Antipsychotic Side-effect Scale (GASS). 100 schizophrenics in HB. Saanin Mental Hospital were participating in this descriptive study after fulfilling the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. This study used the GASS questionnaire to interview subjects who were signing informed consent and get an explanation about this study. In this study, 92% of subjects reported mild side effects. The frequent complaints were extrapyramidal effects, sedation and CNS effects, anticholinergic effects, and weight gain (93%,80%,70 0% and 70% respectively). We found women complained of the side effects more often (16.38 ± 5.275) than men (12.58 ± 5.484) significantly with the value P = 0.001. Gass instruments can use screening antipsychotic side effects. This study concludes the most side effects complaints being extrapyramidal and drowsiness, and women more commonly found side effects than men.

The measurement of MUAC is a way to identify the risk of chronic energy deficiency (CED). Pregnant women with CED are at risk of delivering Low Birth Weight Babies (LBW), short body length babies (stunting). The objective: to analyze the accuracy and estimation prediction of MUAC measurements on Newborn anthropometry. The Method: The design of this study is descriptive korelatiff, with a cross sectional approach. Quota sampling sampling techniques were 30 mothers and newborn babies. The data is secondary data taken from KIA book. Analysis using Spearman rank test and linear regression. Results: The accuracy measurement of MUAC for birth weight was 81.6% (r = 0.903, r2 = 0.816, p value = .0001). The accuracy measurement of MUAC for the birth length of a baby was 45.9% (r = 0.691, r2 = 0.459, p value = 0.0001). Estimation model for a baby’s birth wieght : -639,540+139,240* MUAC (cm), Estimation model for noewborn’s length : 37,566+0.409* MUAC (cm). The conclusions: Every 1 cm increase in MUAC there is a baby's birth weight gain of 139.240 grams. Each increase of 1 cm of MUAC there is addition of length of newborn baby 0.409 cm.

Background : Acne vulgaris is a chronic skin disease that occurs due to chronic inflammation of the pilosebaceous glands. Acne is clinically affected by an increase in sebum, Propionibacterium bacteria acne, hormones, genetic, stress, diet and the environment. In Chinese Medicine, acne vulgaris belongs to categories of Feng Ci, it is caused by wind-heat pathogens that attack the lungs and excessive consumption of spicy and oily foods resulting in accumulation of heat in the stomach and intestines. In Chinese Medicine, sebaceous glands are associated with the Lung and Spleen. Patients classified as acne with differentiation of accumulation of phlegm syndrome. Purpose: To know the effect of acupuncture therapy at LI-4 Hegu, ST-36 Zusanli , ST-40 Fenglong, SP-6 Sanyinjiao and herbal therapy using Jianghuang in patients Acne vulgaris with differentiation of accumulation of phlegm syndrome. Methods: Acupuncture therapy at LI-4 Hegu, ST-36 Zusanli , ST-40 Fenglong, SP-6 Sanyinjiao were given 12 times, 3 times a week, with the principle of therapy to reinforce phlegm, strengthen the spleen and raise the spleen. In herbal therapy the patient is given herbal Jianghuang (Curcuma longa.L) dose of 3 grams 12 times, 3 times a week. Results: Compound of curcumin which is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and wound healing affects acne. Acupuncture and herbal therapy given 12 times, 3 times a week can overcome acne vulgaris. Conclusion: Acupuncture and herbal therapy can overcome the growth of acne.

The objectives of this experiment were to evaluate the effect of using meat obtained from cull Bali cows differing in body condition score (BCS) on sensory property and benzo(a)pyrene (BaP) level on se’i (Rotenesse smoked beef). A completely randomized design 9x3 was used in this experiment. The nine treatments were BCS 2 with open smoking method (BCS2O), BCS 2 with close smoking method (BCS2C), BCS 2 given liquid smoke (BCS2LS), BCS 3 with open smoking method (BCS3O), BCS 3 with close smoking method (BCS3C), BCS 3 given liquid smoke (BCS3LS), BCS 4 with open smoking method (BCS4O), BCS 4 with close smoking method (BCS4C), and BCS 4 given liquid smoke (BCS4LS). Parameter measured were sensory property and benzo(a)pyrene (bap) content of se’i. The data of sensory property were analyzed using Kruskal-Wallis test followed by Mann-Whitney test. The data of benzo(a)pyrene (BaP) content was analysed using analysis of variance followed by Duncant test. Results showed that se’i produced from group BCS4LS possessed higher score on taste and tenderness, whereas the strongest aroma of se’i was found in se’i processed by both open and close smoking method in all BCS group. The highest benzo(a)pyrene content (0.0052 – 0.0055 ppm) was found in se’i processed by close smoking method in all BCS group, followed by se’i was added liquid smoke in all BCS group. It is suggested that meat of cull Bali cows with BCS4LS could be used to produce se’i with preferable taste,n tenderness and could lower the accumulation of BaP in se’i.

The quality of life in elderly hypertension with overweight and non-overweight B ackground: Indonesia will enter the period of aging and an increase in several elderlies with chronic diseases. The biggest health problems of the elderly are degenerative diseases, namely hypertension which significantly disrupts the quality of life both in terms of physical and mental health. One of the causal conditions associated with hypertension is overweight and obesity, which is known at this time the prevalence of obesity is growing progressively in old age. However, the results of research related to the influence of obesity on quality of life are still controversial. Objective: To determine differences in quality of life between hypertensive elderly who are overweight and non-overweight. Method: Cross-sectional study conducted in Yogyakarta City in Januari-April 2017 with a subject of 200 elderly people aged 60-74 years. Overweight was determined based on BMI measurements (>23 kg/m 2 ) with an estimation of elderly height using depa length, quality of life of the elderly was measured using WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire, and compared the quality of life by age, gender, education, occupation, income, marital status, comorbidity, and disease history. Data analysis used independent t-test and linear regression. Results: Mean of environmental domain score was significantly higher (p=0,012) in elderly hypertension with overweight (26,69±3,28) compared to elderly hypertension non-overweight (25,44±3,58). Overweight protective effect on the low quality of life of the environment domain because it is influenced by other factors such as marital status, income, and education. Multivariate analysis shows that income and marital status are external factors that consistently influence the quality of life of the elderly both in total scores and per domain. High-income elderly people with married status have a better quality of life score. Conclusions: The mean score of the environmental domain is higher in elderly hypertension with overweight. Quality of life scores will be better in high income elderly and married.

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is one of the most common benign tumors in men with prevalence ranging from 50% for men in their 60s to 90% for men in their 80s. The researcher sought to determine the relationship of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) and prostate volume in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. This study was based on 33 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia in the Department of Urology, RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya that diagnosed by histopathology examination. Cases with malignancy, acute urinary retention and prostatitis were excluded. The variables of prostate-specific antigen and prostate volume were examined. The results of this study found that 33 men were enrolled with mean PSA 16,04 ng/ml and a mean prostate volume of 49,13 ml. Overall, 84,8% had PSA level >4 ng/ml and 90,9% had prostate volume >25 ml. Prostate-specific antigen has significant correlation with prostate volume (p=0,019; r=0,362). This study concluded that prostate-specific antigen and prostate volume showed a significant correlation. This paper aims to know the implementation of distance learning during COVID-19 cases in Pacitan and to find out the obstacles in handling distance learning in Pacitan. This is phenomenological research. The data were collected by using an online interview with parents. There were 48 parents of kindergarten and elementary school students as the sample. The researcher selected the sample by using simple random sampling. The results showed that there were five implementations of distance learning: doing worksheets from school (15 students), joining online class/online sources from the internet (7 students), completing the task from school (18 students), doing free activities without guidance (4 students), doing free activities with guidance (7 students). However, there were eight obstacles faced by parents in implementing distance learning: the parents could not focus to guide children in learning (4 respondents), the children could not focus to their learning (10 respondents), the children got boredom (4 respondents), the children did not want to learn (10 respondents), the children wanted to watch the television or play games (4 respondents), the children asked to go to school (3 respondents), the children could not do online learning (7 respondents), and the children had limited understanding related to the material (3 respondents).

This study aims to describe the level of anxiety experienced by adolescents during the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The population in this study were adolescents aged 12 to 19 years, with a sample of 139 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire about anxiety. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis. Based on the analysis of research data, teenage anxiety during the covid-19 pandemic was in the high category at 54%.
