The high life satisfaction of volunteers is crucial for improving mental health, fostering supportive social relationships, and enabling personal development. This research aims to explore the relationship between self-esteem, friendship quality, and life satisfaction among volunteers. The study involved 210 volunteers in Surabaya and used the accidental sampling technique. The method employed was quantitative correlational research with multiple linear regression analysis. Three measurement tools were used, namely the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES), dan the McGill Friendship Questionnaire-Friend’s Functions (MFQ-FF). The research results indicate a positive correlation between self-esteem and life satisfaction. Friendship quality significantly contributes to the formation of life satisfaction. Both self-esteem and friendship quality together contribute significantly to life satisfaction. In conclusion, higher self-esteem and friendship quality enhance life satisfaction, while lower self-esteem and friendship quality diminish life satisfaction among volunteers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
