Productivity is a mental attitude that has the spirit to make improvements, while work productivity is aimed at getting as much work as possible including the quality of work. Turnover intention is an employee's plan to leave their current job and try to find another job in the near future. Nurses' work productivity is needed to create excellent service quality which has an impact on the quality of service in hospitals with good coping mechanisms, so that job satisfaction is high and turnover intention is low. Therefore, hospitals must have a professional commitment in managing nurse human resources. Quantitative research design with cross sectional study conducted on 145 nurses at Baptist Hospital Kediri. Sample determination using proportionate random sampling technique. The statistical test used is multiple linear regression.The results of multiple linear regression tests show the results that the effect of job satisfaction on nurse work productivity (p = 0.098), the effect of job satisfaction on nurse turnover intention (p = 0.007), the effect of coping mechanisms on nurse work productivity (p = 0.001), the effect of coping mechanisms on nurse turnover intention (p = 0, 012), the effect of job satisfaction and coping mechanisms simultaneously on nurses' work productivity (p=0.001) with an R square value = 0.090 (9%) and the effect of job satisfaction and coping mechanisms simultaneously on nurses' turnover intention (p=0.002) with an R square value = 0.082 (8.2%).Job satisfaction has no effect on nurse work productivity, job satisfaction affects nurse turnover intention, coping mechanisms affect nurse work productivity, coping mechanisms affect nurse turnover intention, job satisfaction and coping mechanisms simultaneously affect nurse work productivity, and job satisfaction and coping mechanisms simultaneously affect nurse turnover intention. Perceptions of ustadz/ustadzah in Islamic boarding schools tend to have a spiritual level and form good character. However, this stigma can cause feelings of being required to always be wise, precise in managing problems that have an impact on psychological well-being. The purpose of this community service activity was to provide hard and soft skills in the form of applying adaptive coping mechanism patterns in dealing with problems. The method used training that includes psycho education awareness, habituation and practice. The results showed that there was an increase in knowledge and a significant positive effect on the ability to choose adaptive coping with partners. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the ability to choose adaptive coping mechanisms is the right and effective way to deal with problems and can improve psychological well-being.

Background: Esophagogastroduodenoskopi procedure is an invasive procedure that can cause problems in patients who will undergo it. To overcome anxiety, a coping mechanism is needed. Purpose: This study aims to find out the relationship between coping mechanisms and anxiety levels of Pre Esophagogastroduodenoskopi (EGD) patients in the Endoscopy Unit of Hospital I Hospital I Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Method: The study used a correlation analytic design with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples obtained by 34 respondents with the sampling technique used is total sampling. Statistical analysis using the Spearman Rho test with SPSS version 26. Results: The results of this study showed there is a meaningful relationship between coping mechanisms and pre esophagogastroduodenoskopi (EGD) patient anxiety levels in the Endoscopy Unit of IRNA I RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang (p =0.001) at signification values of 0.05 and r =- 0.554, indicating that the direction of negative correlation with the strength of strong relationships, so that it can be concluded the more adaptive the coping mechanism then the lower the anxiety level. Conclusion: The use of proper coping mechanisms in pre esophagogastroduodenos copy patients can lower anxiety levels. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Maternity blues classified as mild psychological disorders that are sometimes experienced by postpartum mothers. To cope with maternity blues, the mother can adopt coping mechanisms. This study aims to determine coping mechanisms in mothers who experienced maternity blues in Elim Rantepao Hospital. Type this study is a qualitative study with descriptive approach. The participants consisted of five main informants that mothers who experienced maternity blues, 3 participants support (family), and one key participant (midwife who cared for). Research results obtained show that how mother cope with stress is also highly dependent on the resources available, such as family support mothers serve as the source of the greatest coping, besides spiritual beliefs, social support, balance of energy and material, also used as a source her coping. But things are different are obtained, is heir belief or trust in which the mother perform rituals or believe to get a peace, for that in the face of maternity blues, it needed the support of the coping resources that mothers do not continue in conditions more severe disorders.

Final year students whose individual maladaptive coping mechanisms would be very easy to get depressed. Less of knowledge about how to prevent and treat depression may result in fatal impact that is suicide. This inductive quantitative research with cross sectional design was aimed to know the relationship between mechanism koping with the level of depression in the last year student of the level of education ners study program college Alma Ata Yogyakarta. Samples were obtained by total sample technique which consisted of 47 respondents. Analysis test used Chi-Square test. The result of this research showed that there was a significant relationship between coping mechanisms at the level of depression (p0.05).
