Research on the analysis of the suitability of the durian agrotourism area will have a positive impact on the long-term plans of the local government and the community who are planning the Sarah Raya village area as the durian center of Aceh Jaya. This research was carried out in Sarah Raya Village, Pasie Raya District, Aceh Jaya Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive, aimed at describing findings and measurement data in the field systematically, factually and comprehensively. This research examines the feasibility and suitability of land in Sarah Raya Village for cultivating durian plants as well as the potential and support for developing durian agrotourism areas in Sarah Raya Village. Indicators and field observation results show an annual average temperature of 26.1 °C in 2021-2022, relative humidity of 80% in 2022, Andosol soil type, altitude of 200-600 m above sea level, and rainfall of 3175.9 mm in 2021-2022, while Ph is in a neutral position of 5-7, the results of these measurements show that Sarah Raya Village is very suitable as a durian agro-tourism area, apart from that the potential and community support for the development of agro-tourism in Sarah Raya Village is very positive. This can be seen from the average response of 71% of respondents who gave a positive response to the development of agro-tourism areas.

Village Owned Enterpreises (BUMDes) is important in improving the economy, related to proper management and development strategies to bring back existing social democracy efforts. BUMDes is built based on strengthening elements including cooperative, participatory, emancipatory, transparent, accountable and sustainable. The existence of BUMDes related to proper management and development strategies to revive existing social democracy efforts. This study aims to describe alternative strategies for developing appropriate BUMDes in the East Java region. This research is a case study on purposively selected BUMDes in Malang, Blitar and Probolinggo. This study uses SWOT analysis to determine strategies in optimizing potential using the Analytical Network Process method. It is carried out using a SWOT analysis with an Evaluation matrix of Internal Factors and External Factors to find out the factors that become opportunities and threats owned by BUMDes. The Analytical Network Process is used in processing supplier selection data to obtain weight values from the criteria or sub-criteria and BUMDes performance. The Result 36 criteria for internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and 34 criteria for external factors (opportunities and threats). The results of the analysis also show that the most important strategic alternative in the development of BUMDes in East Java is to reduce unproductive business activities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Cikidang Village is located in Cilongok Sub-district, Banyumas Regency, Central Java Province. Cikidang Village is the smallest village that attracts attention because it is located along the Purwokerto -Ajibarang provincial road and is dominated by agricultural land. The Cikidang Village Government has a short-term plan to explore the village's potential which includes natural resources, economic assets, social and cultural heritage, and human resources through the development of community-based agritourism. The medium-term plan for Cikidang Village is set out in the draft RPJMDES 2020-2025. This qualitative research involved field observations, interviews and documentation. Key informants in this research include the Village Head, Village Secretary, and General Affairs Officer of the Cikidang Village Government, as well as other stakeholders such as the Head of Bumdes, Head of Farmer Groups, Local Entrepreneurs, Community Leaders, and external parties including the Banyumas Regency Youth, Sports, Culture & Tourism Office, and Banyumas Regency small and medium business associations. The results revealed the potential of natural resources that can be developed as agro-tourism objects, while the development of the Cikidang Village rest area functions as a tourist centre that promotes local products and culture of the village. Based on stakeholder analysis shows that the participation of various parties in the agritourism development plan in Cikidang Village. Strategies to empower the community economy through agritourism in Cikidang Village are formulated in three stages, namely creating a conducive atmosphere, effective village government management, and maintaining long-term sustainability. Developing strategic land use issues into agrotourism is increasingly prevalent in Batu City. This condition raises various kinds of farmers' perceptions about who feels the benefits of the presence of tourism. Various backgrounds make these differences in perception even more visible. This study aims to analyze the influence of farmers' characteristics on their perceptions of developing "Bon Deso" agrotourism in Tulungrejo Village, Batu City. The location of the study was determined deliberately with consideration for agrotourism activities. "Bon Deso" is located in the village. This study used quantitative survey methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and instruments. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The population was 646, with a sample of 87 farmers obtained by calculating the Slovin formula. A simple random technique determined the sample. The results of this study show that characteristic variables simultaneously affect perception. The characteristic sub-variables that affect perception are age, length of formal education, farming experience, and land area. Characteristic sub-variables that do not influence perception are non-formal education and primary income. This finding could be used as a reference for agrotourism managers in determining programs that suit farmers. This research aims to measure the extent of inclusive green growth in Jambi Province by considering the components of the Inclusive Green Growth Index that contribute to the potential of agrotourism and sustainable growth. It seeks to identify and analyze tourism potentials that can be leveraged to support inclusive green growth in various districts of Jambi Province. Additionally, the study aims to formulate strategies applicable to tourism villages in Jambi Province to realize agrotourism areas focused on improving the well-being of communities and the environment. This research employs both quantitative and descriptive qualitative methodologies. Data sources include primary and secondary data collected through interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, covering three regencies in Jambi Province: mountainous areas in Merangin Regency, non-mountainous and non-marine areas in Muaro Jambi Regency, and marine areas in Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. The results indicate that Jambi Province has not yet achieved green inclusivity, with an Inclusive Green Growth Index value of 3.191. The study identifies several sample areas with green development potential, including Rantau Kermas Village in Merangin Regency, Tangkit Baru Village in Muaro Jambi Regency, and Kuala Simbur Village in Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. Key findings include the green potential of tourism and plantations, dance arts, micro-hydropower plants (PLTMH), electricity, awards, funding, fishermen, locations, culinary, mangrove forests, customary forests, and marine products. Strategies to realize agrotourism areas based on improving community well-being and the environment include strengthening organizations, enhancing the quality of human resources, developing infrastructure, funding programs, applying customary law sustainability, offering tour packages, forming customary forest management groups, conducting research and development, implementing disaster mitigation measures, promoting tourism, and initiating the adopt-a-tree program.

This research aims to reveal the development of the Kresek Monument historical tourism area for agrotourism based on Community Based Tourism. Qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection through observation, interviews, focus group discussions, and document study. Data validity through source triangulation. Analyze data with interactive analysis. The results of the research show that the Kresek Monument historical tourist area needs to be developed with a new perspective that the landscape of the Kresek Monument historical tourist area has the potential to become a beautiful natural tourist destination. For a long time, the community has been actively involved in developing the Kresek Monument historical tourist area through the "Mekar" Tourism Awareness Group. The community took the initiative and tried to integrate it with agrotourism around the monument area. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the management of the Kresek Monument historical tourist area has been completely taken over by the Madiun Regency Tourism, Youth and Sports Department, while day-to-day management is carried out by the Madiun Regency Environmental Service. The Kresek Village Government is also involved in management through the Kresek Village Village-Owned Enterprise. Residents are involved based on assignments from these parties, such as tour guides. There is no policy synergy between stakeholders, which is a challenge in developing the Kresek Monument historical tourism area which is integrated with the community's agro-tourism area. The community is also faced with technical obstacles in the field in the form of road infrastructure connecting the Kresek Monument historical tourist area with unsupported agro-tourism areas.

This research aims to identify internal and external factors, analyze what strategies can be implemented and what strategies are recommended in an effort to develop Yoyo Corn Garden as a tourist attraction. Research was conducted at the Yoyo Corn Garden natural tourist attraction in Tarumajaya District, Bekasi Regency. The problem that occurs is that the number of visitors continues to decline every week. The decrease in the number of visitors was caused by a lack of promotion, facilities and management knowledge to manage the business which was not yet optimal. The method used in this research is SWOT analysis using the IFAS, EFAS matrices and the grand strategy matrix. In every environmental analysis there are several factors in it, namely strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results of this research in the SWOT analysis obtained 9 alternative strategies that can be used. The results of calculating the total score on the IFAS matrix are 1.50 and the total score on the EFAS matrix is ​​1.29, this shows that the opportunities and strengths that are owned can overcome weaknesses and threats well. The position of Yoyo Corn Plantation in the grand strategy matrix is ​​in quadrant I (one), so the strategy that will be recommended to be implemented is an aggressive strategy using the SO (strength - opportunity) strategy by utilizing internal strengths to maximize existing opportunities in an effort to develop Yoyo Corn Plantation as an object. tour.

Rawa Gede Agrotourism is a tourist attraction located in Sirnajaya Tourism Village, Sukamakmur District, Bogor Regency. Coffee is one of the largest plantation products in Sirnajaya Tourism Village. But so far the results of coffee plantations have not been used as typical souvenirs. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide skills in making coffee product packaging designs to coffee farmer groups, communities and tourism driving groups in rural areas. This series of activities starts from March to July 2023 and there are 2 (two) stages of community service that have been carried out including varied lectures presented by resource persons with some material that touched on tourism products and workshops in the form of direct training on making coffee product packaging designs. The success of this activity was evaluated using a krikpatrick evaluation model in the form of reaction evaluation and learning evaluation by providing a pre-test before the training began to measure participants' understanding of the material to be delivered then post-test was carried out after the workshop was completed. The results of this activity showed that the participants were very enthusiastic and motivated to promote Rawa Gede coffee products by expanding their target market through tourism activities in Sirnajaya Village and this activity could also improve the economy of rural communities.

The purpose of this study was to apply and to evaluate four methods (Wischmeier-Smith, EPIC, M-USLE, and WEPP) for calculating erodibility factor (K) of soil. The field measurement was carried out in a village laid on Southern Mountains of Java, where cocoa-based agrotourism is growing fast in the area. The land use of study area was captured by using drone. The soil samples were taken from land use of shrub, moors, and garden. Then, the samples were analyzed physical and chemical properties. This study obtained the K factor was in the range 0.12 to 0.22 for Wischmeir-Smith, 0.29 to 0.33 for EPIC, 10–3 to 3×10–4 for M-USLE, and 2×10–4 to 0.1 for WEPP. Based on literature (similar study and site, or soil type approach), the K factor obtained from Wischmeier-Smith method was in the range of reference. While other methods, the K factor was higher or lower than benchmark value. The proposed method in this study could be applied to calculate K factors of soil. However, the M-USLE and WEPP methods still have shortcomings in the simulation process of erosion and surface run off rates to obtain the K factor.

The tourism sector is a source of income for a country. This is an opportunity that can be exploited by people who want to develop tourism, one type of tourism that is currently developing is agro-tourism. Agro-tourism is a type of tourism the presents the beauty of the agricultural sector in which it is taught how to manage the agricultural sector. One of the tourist destinations that wants to be developed is Gununsari Kopeng Agrotourism which is owned by Mr. Slamet Buang. The purpose of this study was to find out (1) know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that Gunungsari has and (2) to formulate and develop appropriate management strategies for Gunung Sari Kopeng agro-tourism. This research was conducted from September to October 2022. The respondents selected were Mr. Slamet Buang as key informant, Irfanianto as informant 1, and Mahmuda Alfitria as informant 2. This study used SWOT analysis. From the results of this study obtained an IFAS value of 0.34 and an EFAS of 1.05 indicating that the management development strategy for Gunungsari Kopeng agro-tourism is quadrant I, namely Progressive (Growing and Developing). Gunung Sari Agrotourism uses the SO (Strength-Opportunities) strategy, namely having a supportive and strategic location and good promotion. With this strategy, Gunung Sari Agrotourism must also pay attention to the lack of water availability and improve the financial and management management system and find out what makes Agrotourism customers disappointed, thus Gunung Sari Agrotourism will grow and develop. Pajagan village is a village with high agricultural potential. The hilly area in Pajagan can develop into agrotourism because it has a cool temperature and a good view. After seeing the potential of Pajagan Village, the community service program in Pajagan Village focused on developing the village into a tourist area. Activities using the method of training and mentoring activities. The initial steps taken were analyzing soil conditions to see soil fertility, then conducting training for composting as a potential fertilizer and providing fruit tree seeds to support the development of Pajagan Village into an agrotourism. The irrigation system is made easy by the installation of drip irrigation. This irrigation system is to maintain the availability of water for plants. Purpose: Development Model of Agrotourism Tourism Village, Ngebret Hamlet, Morowudi Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency. This further research aims to test and analyze the Development Model of Agrotourism Tourism Village, Ngebret Hamlet, Morowudi Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency The sample in the study was 15 correspondents related to agrotourism tourism villages. Design/methodology/approach: The sampling method used in this study is to take it to the concerned corespodent. The data collection method was carried out by distributing interviews to correspondents related to agrotourism tourism villages, namely respondents in Ngebret Hamlet, Morowudi Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency. The data analysis technique is SWOT strategy analysis. Findings: From this advanced research activity, it resulted in the contribution of the development of agrotourism tourism villages to the improvement of the regional economy in Morowudi Ngebret Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency through the development of agrotourism tourism villages that can increase profitability and business development well and can improve village economic development in Ngebret Hamlet, Morowudi Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of cooperation between villages based on agrotourism in the Kendeng Mountains, Somagede District, Banyumas Regency as a model for developing rural areas in Banyumas Regency. The research was conducted in three villages in Somagede District, i.e., Tanggeran, Klinting, and Kemawi, and served as a pilot project for rural area development. Qualitative method is conducted through meetings with informants from all village officials and tourism business actors in the three collaborating villages and members of the Rural Area Development Coordination Team. This study employs qualitative method utilizing in-depth interviews, observations, documentation, and focus group discussion (FGD), while the findings were analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The results showed that the cooperation between the villages of Kemawi, Klinting, and Tanggeran in developing agrotourism-based rural areas did not yield the expected results. The failure is due to the absence of cooperation norms among members, the identification of common needs that must be resolved through inter-village collaboration, and the low commitment of the village heads to prioritize and carry out all program plans. The cooperation also fails because of the lack of support from the local government during program implementation and the absence of monitoring and evaluation activities at each stage of the implementation of inter-village cooperation.

Kebun Belimbing Ngringinrejo is the leading agrotourism in Bojonegoro Regency. COVID-19 pandemic has decreased a numeral of tourist visits which caused agrotourism income to decline, business actors, to lose their jobs, and the livelihoods of starfruit farmers to be threatened. After the COVID-19 vaccination, the re-opening of agrotourism began with the application of health protocols. Agrotourism must carry out a recovery process to return to normality. The study aims to determine the condition of sustainable livelihoods for star fruit farmers and business actors and the effect of livelihood assets on disaster recovery. This research was conducted so that agrotourism can recover immediately by optimizing high assets and improving low assets. This study used the descriptive statistic and analysis of SEM-PLS. The outcome indicated that the condition of sustainable livelihoods for starfruit farmers and business actors has a high natural, social, and physical assets. At the same time, low assets are human and financial assets. Four sustainable livelihood assets are human, natural, social, and physical, significantly influencing disaster recovery. In contrast, financial assets have no significant impact on disaster recovery. The most significant indicators for the disaster recovery process in agrotourism are developing digital solutions, and the lowest indicator is designing risk communication.

This community service was carried out as an effort to revive the tourism sector by developing an agro-based tourism village in Benteng Village by identifying the perceptions of tourism village managers, constraints and impacts, and program sustainability. This activity seeks to construct perceptions of agro-tourism activities, media promotion, and the development of agro-based tourism. The readiness of managers to become part of the identified consists of long-time readiness to receive visitors, service ethics to visitors, aspects of security, comfort, and cleanliness as well as readiness for agro-tourism activities. Data collection was carried out through literature, participatory studies, interviews, and distributing questionnaires with a purposive sampling technique to 18 respondents managing the Benteng tourism village. Data analysis used descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative methods. Based on the assessment of the Benteng Village manager, harvesting activities, enjoying the landscape, photography, interpretation programs, and shopping for agricultural products are agro-based tourism activities that can be carried out in Benteng Village. Promotional videos are the highest choice for promoting village potential and managers say they are ready to receive visitors 1‒3 hours and a week. The manager also stated that he was ready regarding the ethics of service to visitors, security, comfort, and cleanliness including implementing health protocols (prokes) and being ready to develop agro-tourism activities. Implementation constraints are technical in nature and post-pandemic conditions that require adjustments in various aspects. Development of tourism potential through an integrated approach by collaborating involving various parties including universities as well as massive promotion using the right media so that agro-based tourism activities in Benteng Village can be sustainable. During the COVID-19 pandemic, herbal agro-tourism became very popular in Indonesia. Agrotourism is closely related to edu-tourism. To build an edu-tourism business, business actors must apply the concept of creativity so that tourists can gain more useful and educative knowledge. One of the herbal agro-tourism locations in Sleman is Merapi Farma Herbal Farm. Even though educational content, facilities, and completeness of resources in the implementation of agro-tourism packages are already available and well managed, managers still must know whether the implementation of the tour packages run at Merapi Farma Herbal Farm has been effective in delivering educational content to the tourist. This research aimed to determine the types of educational content contained in Merapi Farma Herbal Farm Sleman, and to determine the effectiveness of delivering agro-tourism educational content at Merapi Farma Herbal Farm Sleman to tourists' understanding. The research methods in this study are descriptive method and survey method, and direct observation, interviews with sources, literature studies, and documentation were conducted to find out the types of educational content provided by Merapi Farma Herbal Farm. Meanwhile, to determine the effectiveness of delivering agro-tourism educational content, this research conducted a hypothesis test to tourists/visitors at Merapi Farma Herbal Farm Sleman as the research sample. The tool used to collect data is questionnaires. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is the Wilcoxon Test. The results showed that the types of educational content contained at Merapi Farma Herbal Farm Sleman were education about types of herbal plants, how to cultivate herbal plants, the benefits of herbal plants, the history of herbal medicine in Indonesia, and how to mix herbs traditionally. The results of the analysis used the Wilcoxon Test also show that the delivery of agrotourism educational content at Merapi Farma Herbal Farm Sleman can provide tourists with an understanding of herbal plants.

Indonesia has a lot of natural wealth that can be used as a ecotourism or tourism village. One of the tourism village developments is in Bono Village, Boyolangu Sub district, Tulungagung Regency. The tourism is Agricultural Education Tourism Belimbing Artha Mandiri Farmer Group. Agricultural education tourism is very potentially visited by tourists because of the quality of products and knowledge given to visitors. Agricultural education tourism managers must raise agricultural education in their tourism, because educational tourism aims to educate visitors about agricultural sciences, so the renewal communication media is necessary to support the achievement of these goals. The purpose this study is to describe the characteristics visitors and analyze the influence of visitor characteristics and the integration of communication media on the knowledge of visitors. The research method used is Descriptive Quantitative. Determination respondents' samples using proportionate stratified random sampling techniques, as well as data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed the level knowledge of visitors is at the stage of understanding and the presence a significant influence between the variable characteristics of visitors and the integration of communication media to the level knowledge of visitors. Agrotourism is an activity that integrates the agricultural system and the tourism system so that it forms an attractive tourist attraction. In its development, an agrotourism needs to get support in the form of promotion to inform the public about agrotourism, to increase the number of visitors, to increase agricultural education to visitors and the income for agro-tourism managers. This research was conducted at Yogyakarta Bhumi Merapi Agrotourism and its aim is to identify the effectiveness of promotional medium for Bhumi Merapi Agrotourism by Instagram and the influencing factors. The method used was descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Sampling was done by systematic random sampling with a total of 61 respondents. The analysis used was the proportion test and multiple linear regression test. The results showed that effectiveness of promotion of Bhumi Merapi Agrotourism by Instagram was 95.08%. It means that in general visitors rate Bhumi Merapi Agrotourism as an effective media for promotion. The effectiveness of Instagram is significantly influenced by the perception of visitors and the attractiveness of photos or videos which are uploaded on the official Instagram account of Bhumi Merapi Agrotourism.

Agrotourism is a part of the tourist attraction that utilizes agricultural business as a tourist attraction. This study aims to compare financial feasibility studies on several agrotourism in Indonesia. The study about financial feasibility needs to be done as a material consideration in making a business decision. The method used a literature study for secondary data collection from several journals including NPV, IRR and Net B/C Ratio. This study reviews five agrotourism, that relates with cost-benefit analysis, including Kebun Buah Mangunan agrotourism, Kampung Budaya Sidangbarang agrotourism, Bukit Ganjau agrotourism, Bina Darma agrotourism, and Jamu Ramuan Madura agrotourism. The results of this study were obtained at Jamu Ramuan Madura agrotourism that was the most feasible with an NPV value of Rp. 13,979,701,973.49, - IRR of 30.52%, and Net B/C Ratio of 10.22 which indicated this agrotourism was feasible to run. This agrotourism is the most feasible because it has the highest value among the five other agrotourism. Kampung Budaya Sidangbarang agrotourism is the lowest feasibility level because it has an NPV value of Rp. 597,264,637.59, - with a Net B/C value of 1.60 and an IRR of 15.13%. Based on this, it is expected that the results of this study can become a reference for tourism developers to see the potential of agrotourism in areas that have the best financial viability.

Knowing the problems and circumstances in a company is needed in the face of business competition, it can be the basis of strategic decision making for the company. Sentulfresh Indonesia has agrotourism products that offer educational activities on the theme of education on animals, plants, and biotechnology. As a new educational tourist attraction, Sentulfresh has the potential of natural resources and market potential that can be developed. This research uses the Business Model Canvas method to identify its business elements and then a SWOT analysis is performed on all existing BMC elements to form the basis of the future BMC idea by using the four-step framework from Blue Ocean Strategy. The results of this study indicate that the business model being undertaken needs some improvement and changes to be able to face the existing competition. Starting from the development of Key activities, namely the manufacturing of hydroponic plants will create a new and attractive value proposition as well as a new educational tourism market with broader customer segments as well as more diverse of the revenue stream. While the development of a value proposition in the form of batik activities will expand the market reach to junior and senior high school levels, even the adult community and generate new revenue streams without adding to the promotion costs for the two innovations above. This research still has many limitations, in terms of research objects there are still many that can be examined such as standardization of educational tourism, service quality, customer satisfaction, cost analysis etc. In terms of methodology, researchers can then combine BMC with other business methods in the Blue Ocean Strategy Book.

The tourism mainly marine tourism in Pangandaran Regency is a major regional revenue. Body rafting tourism destinations in rural areas are not running optimally due to inconvenient for family. Agrotourism is proposed elsewhere as proper rural-based tourism. The purpose of this community service (CS) was to accommodate the community aspirations and build their commitment to support the Livestock-Banana Village pilot. The program in Parakanmanggu Village, Parigi District, Pangandaran Regency was carried out in a blended or a mixture of offline, online and virtual. This program enables to establish a 1,200 m2-banana garden in Parakanmaggu. After participating the program, the community has confidence that building an agro-tourism destination does not always require a large investment. In order to develop Livestock and banana Village, steps are needed; i.e (a) establish a forum to accommodate community aspirations, (b) design a tourist destinations, (c) organize tourism training for the communities, (d) establish a working group on environmental control, socio-culture, Search and Rescue, and (e) build the infrastructure for transportation, communication, water, electricity, health facility and security. Nonetheless, the government needs to increase its role, particularly in providing better road access to visit the site, as well as regulations that encourage and ensure the sustainable development of tourist destinations in study location. COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT TO CREATE ECOTOURISM VILLAGES IN WONOSALAM, JOMBANG REGENCY. Ecotourism in Wonosalam, precisely in the hamlet of Mendiro, Panglungan Village, which was developed through community service grants has the opportunity to be collaborated with agrotourism. Agro tourism consists of 5 tourist attractions: botanical gardens, plantations, food crops and horticulture, fisheries and livestock. This report is based on community service activities with the theme of creating an ecotourism village, in which the process has the opportunity to be integrated and strengthened by agrotourism destinations. In conclusion, Wonosalam can be developed into an ecotourism village destination and an agrotourism village.

Many villas in Ubud is located around agricultural land owned by farmers who are members of Subak. There is a deal that the villas are required to provide material contributions to local institutions, including Subak. Such contributions produce caritative framework which not in line towards the sustainability of tourism development. This paper addresses to offer the guidelines of sustainable tourism practice in Ubud, Bali. To fulfill this purpose, data has been collected from observations and interviews with selected informants and then analyzed descriptively. The analysis indicated that there is dualism perspective against agriculture, which has implications towards exclusivity in-group, especially farmers and villas. Each group attempts to maintain the dualism perspective by applying various tactics, which can lead to disharmonies relations between groups. It requires social guidance in order to reduce caritative framework by creating common tourism sphere through agrotourism.

Rural development one of them to do with the development of local potential. Bumiaji village is a village with a variety of potential agrotourism, ranging from travel picking apples, oranges, pink crystals, flower travel, etawa breeding, and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises result from the production of agro stretcher. This study examined the theory of sustainable development according to Von Stoker which includes three aspects: ecological, social and economic. The results showed that the process of development in the village Bumiaji has fulfilled the aspects of sustainable development, but in the process is still not able to walk up. Agriowisata potential is the main resource in conducting ecological development. From the social aspect, the potential for ecotourism has provided benefits and impacts to the land owner, the village government and local residents. Bumiaji economic development relies on natural resources and the production of paddy fields. This agro-tourism development can increase people's income and the expansion of the labor force, so that the welfare of the citizens can be increased. Rural development based on local potential agro-tourism should be developed. This can be done through human resource development, promotion and improvement of facilities and infrastructure.

Setiya Aji Flower Farm Agrotourism is a chrysanthemum flower farm agrotourism located in Jetis Village, Bandungan, Semarang regency, Central Java. This research aims to recommend improving attribute’s performance to give maximum satisfaction to visitors. The variable used in agrotourism service is the five dimensions of service quality: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, consisting of 32 attributes in entirety. The research was conducted on October-November 2018. Interviews and observations were used to collect the data. There were 100 visitors used as samples in this research, selected through quota sampling. IPA and Kano analyses were used to give a recommendation. It results in the management‘s prioritizing concentrate here and one dimensional category.
