Latar Belakang: Status gizi pada anak sangat dipengaruhi oleh asupan dan kecukupan gizi saat periode 1000 hari pertama kehidupan (1000 HPK). Pemberian Air Susu Ibu (ASI) secara eksklusif sangat berperan dalam mempertahankan status gizi normal bayi pada masa 1000 HPK. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh metode pemberian ASI eksklusif terhadap status gizi bayi terhadap pemilihan metode menyusui pada ibu bekerja Work From Home (WFH) Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi potong lintang (cross-sectional study). Subjek penelitian adalah ibu yang memberikan ASI eksklusif di masa pandemi covid-19 terpilih yaitu saat berlangsungnya PSBB dan/atau PPKM level 3-4 yaitu dari bulan April 2020 sampai dengan Oktober 2021. Subjek sebelum pandemi bekerja secara normal dan formal yaitu 8 jam/hari (office hour) dan saat pandemi terpilih Ibu bekerja dengan skema WFH. Subjek berjumlah 27 orang dan dibagi menjadi kelompok direct breasttfeeding (DBF) dan mixed feeding (MF) yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. penelitian berbasis temu online yaitu dengan menggunakan platform digital yaitu Whatsapp dan Zoom. Hasil: Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara metode menyusui dengan indeks pertumbuhan berat badan menurut tinggi atau panjang badan (BB/TB atau BB/PB) (P=0,031; R=-0,417) dan indeks massa tubuh menurut umur (IMT/U) (P=0,044; R=-0,391), selain itu, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara rata-rata kelompok DBF dengan MF pada indeks pertumbuhan BB/TB atau BB/PB (P=0,031) dan IMT/U (P=0,044) dengan rata-rata status gizi MF pada indeks BB/TB atau BB/PB 0,490±0,970 SD (berisiko gizi lebih) dan IMT/U 0,527±1,093 SD (berisiko gizi lebih). Kesimpulan: Metode pemberian ASI Eksklusif memiliki hubungan dengan peningkatan berat badan bayi dan terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara metode pemberian ASI DBF dan MF dengan MF cenderung berisiko gizi lebih. Ibu yang bekerja WFH disarankan untuk memaksimalkan pemberian ASI eksklusif khususnya dengan metode pemberian ASI DBF. Selain itu, peneliti berharap penelitian ini dapat menjadi advokasi terhadap rancangan peraturan pemerintah terkait cuti melahirkan selama 6 bulan untuk memaksimalkan pemberian ASI eksklusif terhadap bayi.

The University is one of the educational institutions affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Most of its activities, which are academic management, human resource management, information technology services, and so on were changed into WFH (Work from Home) supported by information technology. Utilization of information technology in supporting WFH can create various risks and needs to be controlled either preventive, detective, or corrective to minimize the impact. This research will focus on planning for university information technology risk control in working from home conditions by referring to the ISO 31000:2018 standard for risk management processes, COBIT 5 Generic Risk Scenario for defining risk scenarios, and DoD Instruction 8500.2 and NIST SP 800-53 in the identification of risk controls. The resulting solution is in the form of a risk treatment plan. This solution is expected to assist universities in identifying risks related to information technology and planning controls related to the implementation of work-from-home in their environment.

- Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic is a new phenomenon that has an impact on the entire world, including Indonesia. The rapid transmission of the virus prompted the government to issue regulations on physical activity restrictions. The restriction policy has an impact not only on the health sector but also on various other sectors such as the economy, education and transportation. Restrictions by the government and public concerns about the Covid-19 virus resulted in a decrease in daily routines. People switch to utilizing technology in meeting their daily needs, for example for work purposes. This study more specifically wants to see and measure the influence between work from home activities on travel behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic. The influence is measured using quantitative analysis of Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to see the impact of the influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables through variables between work from home activities composed of certain constructs as a whole. The results showed changes and influences between work from home activities and travel behavior after occurring during the Covid-19 pandemic. Conclusion, that the variables of socioeconomic conditions, demographics and technological conditions have an influence on people who carry out work from home activities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) is a global pandemic that affects the work systems of employees and influences the work-life balance employees. This empirical study was conducted on teachers and lecturers in Indonesia who had to implement a remote work system or work from home to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The objectives of this study were: 1) to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of working from home; 2) to analyze the differences in work-life balance between teachers and lecturers in Indonesia,before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The questionnaire distribution survey was done through the Google form application, which was distributed through social media such as Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp Group, and e-mail to the teacher and lecturer communities. Respondents willing to participate in filling out the questionnaire were 108 participants, consisting of 52 lecturers and 56 teachers from various educational organizations in several Indonesian provinces. The analysis showed that there were several advantages and disadvantages to working from home. Advantages that were generally felt by educators included flexible working time, closeness to family, increased technological mastery, and maintained health. Disadvantages that were generally felt wereirregular rhythms/patterns of work, which cause unclear work and non-work boundaries, and an increase in operational costs such as the internet and electricity. The results of the statistical analysis of the Paired Sample t-Test revealed that: 1) there was a significant difference in the work-life balance of educators before and during work from home; 2) from the teacher group, there was an increase in the aspect of work-life balance during work from home. However, statistically, the difference was not significant. While from the lecturer group, statistically, the increase in work-life balance was significant.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh work family conflict terhadap stres kerja karyawan yang menjalani work from home. Kriteria partisipan adalah karyawan dengan kondisi pernah atau sedang bekerja secara work from home akibat pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan cara survei yang melibatkan 80 partisipan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data didapatkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang positif antara work family conflict dengan stres kerja. Nilai R berada pada angka 0,892. Sedangkan R2 menunjukkan koefisien sebesar 0,795 menyatakan bahwa besaran pengaruh work family conflict terhadap stres kerja sebesar 79,5% sisanya 20,5% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Dari penelitian ini, didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara work family conflict terhadap stres kerja.

- Abstract
The establishment of a Work From Home policy that applies to workers in Surabaya during the COVID-19 pandemic can lead to an increase of Low Back Pain. This research aimed to determine the level of knowledge and prevention and management efforts of Low Back Pain (LBP) due to Work From Home (WFH) in workers in Surabaya. The research design is descriptive observational with an online survey method. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling and the research instrument was questionnaire. The instrument validity test was a face validity test. The inclusion criteria were workers aged 20-44 years, had or are working WFH in Surabaya, had or are experiencing LBP due to WFH. The research sample is 141 respondents. The variables studied were LBP knowledge and experience, LBP prevention efforts, and LBP management efforts. The results showed that 73 (51,8%) of respondents had a high level of LBP knowledge. There were 108 (76,6%) of respondents who had experienced shoulder or neck pain for several days and/or less than 4 weeks. It was found that more than 70 (50%) respondents have not done LBP prevention both pharmacological and nonpharmacological. Respondents have made several efforts to manage LBP both pharmacologically and nonpharmacologically, but 112 (79.4%) of respondents did not use office chairs. Based on the results of the study, it was found that efforts to prevent and manage LBP in workers in Surabaya were low, so there was a need for education regarding efforts to prevent and manage LBP. Based on the results of the study, the prevention and management of LBP in workers in Surabaya were low. Therefore, education regarding prevention and management of LBP are needed. - Abstract
The Minister of Health Regulation Number 9 of 2020 requires citizens to work remotely, as increasing COVID-19 cases in Indonesia. This policy has impacted towards higher gadget usage. Gadget screen exposure longer than 4 hours could cause Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) symptoms. The study aimed to observe understanding of CVS among undergraduate students at universities in Surabaya. The study was conducted using cross-sectional time approach. The research variables were knowledge, prevention, and treatment of CVS. Data was collected using questionnaire containing 23 multiple choice questions, validated using face validity method with minimum value (0) and maximum value (23). Total respondents were 226 people. The level of knowledge was categorized as low for correct answers 0-8 questions, medium 9-16 questions, and high 17-23 questions. The results showed that 1 respondent (0.4%) was in low-category, 113 respondents (50.0%) were in medium-category, and 112 respondents (49.6%) were in high-category. Comparison of the knowledge value of health and non-health students was carried out using biserial correlation analysis. There was a significant correlation (p=0.021) between major category variables and the total value of knowledge with r value -0.154. Most non-health students answered the questionnaire incorrectly, therefore health promotion must be held to increase CVS awareness. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

All forms of formal education were abruptly shifted into online-learning when Covid-19 hit globally. This unexpected change has forced education practitioners to adapt and conduct their work remotely in order to minimize the virus spread. However, sudden changes are seldom arduous and work from home came with its many challenges. This research seeks to examine the working conditions and job requirements, the time and task management, work related stress, performance at work lecturer’s experience during online-learning and their inclination towards work from home in the future. This research is an exploratory study and the data is analyzed with a statistic descriptive method to describe the phenomenon. Using online questionnaire, a total of 120 lecturers responded. The study discovers that lecturers find the conditions of work from home to be acceptable, they are able to organize their task and time to some extent, and it does not affect their work performance and does not have a negative impact on their stress level. In the future, the lecturers will feel neutral about work from home after the pandemic subsidence. More are leaning towards going back to work in office settings, but open to do hybrid-working, which is a combination of work from office and work from home.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh work flexibility terhadap job insecurity pada karyawan yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan salah satu tipe pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang sedang terdampak pandemi, dengan kriteria sedang work from home. Total jumlah subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 92 orang. Hasil dari pada penelitian work flexibility memiliki korelasi negatif dengan job insecurity. Nilai korelasi R berdasarkan tabel di atas berada pada angka 0,500. Setelah melakukan pengambilan data dan menguji hipotesis, maka kesimpulan yang dapat simpulkan dari penulis adalah, variabel work flexibility dapat memprediksi variabel job insecurity pada karyawan yang terjadi pada masa pandemi.

This research is a case study that analyzes the problem of the Faith-Learning Integration management process for the Korean Sunday School “Y” in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this research, data collection was carried out with 5 informants, 58 questionnaires from respondents consisting of students, parents and teachers as well as recordings of student activity results. From the results of this study, it can be seen that there are several obstacles experienced by students, teachers and parents in the Faith-Learning Integration management process. First, students are not satisfied with centering on video learning platforms because there is no interaction between teachers, students and their friends so it needs to be changed from a one-way platform, such as video to an interactive platform between students and teachers such as Zoom or Google Classroom, etc. In addition, students from parents of other religions do not get support and attention from their parents to carry out Faith-Learning Integration with Work From Home (WFH) so that Faith-Learning Integration activities stop. Second, teachers' technical skills are very limited, so interactive online classroom training is required. Third, parents feel burdened and stressed when they have to give examples of faith, morals and good discipline to children in Faith-Learning Integration during WFH. The last obstacle, the 5 dimensions of the Faith-Learning Integration are not tightly integrated with each other so they do not run in harmony. The dimensions of Leitourgia and Didache were implemented well, while Kerygma, Koinonia, and Diakonia were not carried out well due to social distancing obstacles. For this reason, it is recommended that "Y" management use an interactive platform and develop innovative and creative ways that can motivate students so that they do not feel the distance between teachers and students and the surrounding environment is getting farther away even though they participate in social distancing. BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus yang menganalisa masalah proses manajemen pengintegrasian pembelajaran iman Sekolah Minggu Korea “Y” di Indonesia pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan pengumpulan data dengan 5 orang narasumber, 58 hasil kuesioner dari responden yang terdiri dari siswa, orangtua dan guru serta rekaman hasil aktivitas siswa. Dari hasil penelitian ini terlihat adanya beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh siswa, guru dan orang tua dalam proses manajemen pengintegrasian pembelajaran iman. Pertama, siswa tidak puas dengan berpusat pada media pembelajaran video karena tidak terjadi interaksi antara guru, siswa dan teman-temannya sehingga perlu diubah dari media yang bersifat satu arah, seperti video ke berbagai media yang interaktif antara siswa dan guru seperti Zoom atau Google Classroom, dll. Selain itu, siswa dari orangtua yang beragama lain kurang mendapat dukungan dan perhatian dari orangtuanya untuk melakukan pengintegrasian pembelajaran iman dengan pembelajaran daring dari rumah sehingga aktivitas pengintegrasian pembelajaran iman jadi terhenti. Kedua, keterampilan teknis guru sangat terbatas sehingga diperlukan pelatihan kelas online secara interaktif. Ketiga, orangtua merasa terbebani dan stress ketika harus memberikan contoh iman, moral dan disiplin yang baik kepada anak-anak dalam pengintegrasian pembelajaran iman selama pembelajaran daring dari rumah. Kendala yang terakhir, 5 dimensi dari pengintegrasian pembelajaran iman tidak terintegrasi satu sama lain secara erat sehingga tidak berjalan selaras. Dimensi Leitourgia dan Didache dilaksanakan dengan baik, sedangkan Kerygma, Koinonia, dan Diakonia tidak terlaksana dengan baik karena adanya hambatan social distancing. Untuk itu disarankan manajemen “Y” menggunakan berbagai media yang interaktif dan mengembangkan cara yang inovatif dan kreatif yang dapat memotivasi siswa supaya tidak merasakan jarak antara guru dan siswa serta lingkungan sekitarnya semakin jauh walaupun mengikuti social distancing.

Abstract: The role of parents greatly assist children in the learning process. The Covid-19 pandemic has spread throughout the archipelago therefore it has had a considerable effect, including in the education sector.The government makes a policy to conduct online learning as an effective learning system to stop the spread of the virus. Online learning becomes a major factor to reimplement the role of family, mainly parents. The purpose of this study is to find out how parents work from home in providing learning assistance to children during the pandemic era, which is basically the responsibility of family, especially parents.This study used qualitative data presented in verbal form with data sources in the form of interviews and literature of constitution. The study shows that the role of parents working from home to meet the children’s education rights during Covid-19 pandemic was not yet fully implemented, because there are many challenges, such as children’s learning schedules which mismatche with their parents’ work schedule, thus parents work from home less participate in supervising and progrssively assisting their childrens’ learning process. Abstrak: Peran orang tua sangat membantu anak-anak dalam proses pendampingan belajar di era Covid-19 ini. Pandemi Covid-19 telah mewabah ke seluruh penjuru nusantara sehingga memberikan efek yang cukup besar, termasuk pada sektor pendidikan. Pemerintah memberi kebijakan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran daring guna memutus penyebaran virus. Pembelajaran secara daring menjadi faktor utama dilaksanakan ulang peran keluarga khususnya peran orang tua. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran orang tua work from home dalam melakukan pendampingan pada anak selama pandemi berlangsung yang pada dasarnya menjadi tanggung jawab elemen keluarga khususnya orang tua. Penelitian ini memakai data kualitatif dan berbentuk verbal dengan sumber data bberupa hasil wawancara dan literatur perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa peran aktif orang tua work from home dalam memenuhi hak pendidikan anak di era pandemi Covid-19 belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan, karena terdapat banyak hambatan yang mengiringinya seperti proses belajar anak berbenturan dengan jadwal pekerjaan orang tuanya, sehingga orang tua work from home kurang berpartisipasi dalam melakukan pengawasan serta pendampingan pada proses pembelajaran anak sedang berlangsung.

The work from home phenomenon due to the pandemic triggers doubts on the governance of employee talent, including efforts to maintain its attachment or called employee engagement. Reduced direct interaction between employees or between leaders and employees leads to doubts on attachment to the organization, especially if it is associated with employees in Generation Y. Generation Y is expected to show the same employee engagement between working in the office or when doing its work from home. This research aims to test the relationship of talent management to employee engagement generation Y with work from home as a moderation variable. The sampling technique was accidental sampling of 201 Generation Y employees in Indonesia who practice work from home were involved as research samples. Data analysis techniques used analysis based on SEM (Structural Equation Model) with an evaluation of measurement and structural models for hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that talent management has a significant and positive effect on generation Y employee engagement and work from home has no significant and positive effect on the relationship between talent management and generation Y employee engagement. Fenomena work from home akibat pandemi mendorong terjadinya perubahan pada tata kelola karyawan, termasuk mempertahankan keterikatannya atau disebut dengan employee engagement. Karyawan yang memiliki keterikatan dengan organisasinya dikenali dengan perilaku sadar, waspada yang secara emosi terhubung dengan organisasi dan berkomitmen melakukan perannya dengan kemampuan terbaiknya. Generasi Y diharapkan menunjukkan employee engagementnya ketika melakukan pekerjaannya dari rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan manajemen talenta terhadap employee engagement generasi Y dengan work from home sebagai variabel moderasi. Sebanyak 201 karyawan Generasi Y di Indonesia yang mempraktikkan work from home terlibat sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis berbasis SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan evaluasi model pengukuran dan struktural untuk uji hipotesis. Civil apparatus of the state should remain optimal in providing service to the community at the time of running work from home as a pandemic impact of Covid-19. Bureaucratic performance should also be maintained to ensure government programs can be directly perceived by the public. Governments are required to be able to apply flexible work patterns from two sides. That is flexible from the side of the work implementation, and flexible from the user side that in this case is the community. Despite working from home, the state civil apparatus is required to be able to provide optimal performance. This research seeks to see the motivation influence of state civil apparatus on their performance either directly or through disciplinary variables. Quantitative design has been adopted for this study using survey questionnaires prepared based on the Likert Scale (strongly disagree -1 and 5 to strongly agree). The sample size consists of 100 state civil apparatuses and is processed using PLS. The results of this study concluded that direct motivation does not affect performance, but indirectly through discipline, motivation can influence a significant effect at the overall performance of civil apparatus of the state

Work from home becomes a solution in Covid-19 pandemic condition. This research aims to explore work from home through U-Learning implementation which is done by lecturers from management and informatics in a private university in Malang. The method used was a qualitative case study with 11 participants who were reached by WhatsApp and returned completed answers of written interviews and photos. All participants implemented U-Learning using the Google Classroom application, while 2 participants added Zoom and Whatsapp applications. Some participants provided a room as a specific place for working from home. Meanwhile, others provided pleasant places in their home to do working although some disturbances from families still happened. Almost all participants felt the benefit of working from home, such as being closer to family and flexibility in time management between working and family, so as to achieve balance. Despite this, participants could not optimize the process of U-Learning caused by technical aspects and also family activities. The limitation of this study is using 11 participants only. For future research suggested using more participants and another method to a better results.

Physical distancing and stay-at-home instructions to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19 have led various organizations to change their work policy from work from the office to work from home. The specific objective of this study is to examine the link between the readiness of work-home resources in carrying out work from home, work motivation, and work-family conflict. The questionnaire is distributed to lecturers of public higher education institutes in Indonesia through online media by quantitative methods. Data from 131 respondents were then processed using SEM-SmartPLS. The results showed that work-home resource readiness negatively affected work-family conflict and significantly positively affected work motivation. Work motivation has no significant positive impact on work-family conflict. Thus, work motivation cannot mediate the relationship between work-home resource readiness and work-family conflict. Further research regarding work-home resources readiness in another job field would give a different perspective as lecturers have more independent working time than other employees.

The research aims to analyze how WFH influences corporate culture through the availability of work facilities, motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. It is quantitative research using structural equation modeling. Data were obtained from 32 respondents that spread across Jakarta, Bekasi, and West Java. The results of this research show that WFH significantly affects the employee’s motivation. On the other hand, WFH has a significant direct effect on work motivation. Work motivation significantly affects work behavior. Work behavior affects employee performance significantly, and performance has a significant effect on innovative corporate culture. The analysis on the specific indirect effect resulted in significantly influencing innovation corporate culture from home through employee motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. Further research could explore the WFH-implementing mechanism as part of a culture of innovation for sustainable human resource development in the new-normal era of Indonesian companies

Recent COVID-19 Pandemic has forced many institutions to adopt work from home (WFH) practice whether they’re ready or not. Conditions affecting knowledge worker productivity while adopting new WFH practices become increasingly relevant as compa- nies adapt to the new normal era. This study investigates the direct impact of WFH on productivity and the mediating impact of WFH on productivity through work life balance (WLB) and job satisfaction in the banking industry located in the Greater Jakarta Area. As such, questionnaires were conducted with 234 respondents who have experience of the WFH program due to COVID-19 pandemic and working in the banking industry located in the Greater Jakarta Area. Findings revealed how job satisfaction is a mediating variable between WFH and Productivity, and WFH positively impacts overall productivity. However, contrary to our predictions, results also showed that WFH has a negative impact on WLB. Further research can extend the proposed model of this study by considering adding several variables which might affect productivity in WFH arrangements or implement the already proposed model to other industries.

The COVID-19 pandemic is the first and foremost health crisis in the world. Coronavirus is a collection of viruses from the subfamily Orthocronavirinae in the Coronaviridae family and the order of Nidovirales. This group of viruses that can cause disease in birds and mammals, including humans. In humans, coronaviruses cause generally mild respiratory infections, such as colds, although some forms of disease such as; SARS, MERS, and COVID-19 are more deadly. Anticipating and reducing the number of corona virus sufferers in Indonesia has been carried out in all regions. Among them by providing policies to limit activities out of the house, school activities laid off, work from home (work from home), even worship activities were laid off. This has become a government policy based on considerations that have been analyzed to the maximum, of course. Therefore this research was carried out as an anticipation step towards the Covid-19 pandemic by predicting the spread of Covid-19, especially in Indonesia. The research method applied in this research is problem analysis and literature study, collecting data and implementation. The application of the naive bayes method is expected to be able to predict the spread rate of COVID-19 in Indonesia. The results of the Naive Bayes method classification show that 16 data from 33 data were tested in Covid-19 cases per province with an accuracy of 48.4848%, where of the 33 data tested in the Covid-19 case per province tested there were 16 data that were successfully classified correctly.

Working from home was an increasing phenomenon to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Although WFH has been expendable well documented, there are still limited studies related to the subject of life balance, happiness and organizational support. This study aimed to figure out; 1) The influence of work from home on work-life balance, 2) The influence of work-life balance on happiness, 3) The moderating role of organizational supports towards work from home and work-life balances. The respondents used in this research were the 94 lecturers who worked in Satya Wacana Christian University. The study was done in a quantitative method through cross-sectional data and non probability sampling method. The analysis model used was Path Analysis, Moderated Regression Analysis and Simple Regression test. The result of this research indicates that WFH has positive effects on WLB and WLB has positive effects on employee happiness. The testing done on moderating effect appeared that organizational support does not moderate the effects of WFH on WLB. Apart from that, theoretical and practical implications were also given in this research.
