The high number of people with disabilities is one of the problems faced by the Indonesian government, especially in Java Province. After West Java Province, East Java Province is in second place as the province with the highest rate of people with disabilities in Indonesia. Disabled people are people with physical disabilities such as not being able to walk, not being able to talk, not being able to see, and so on. The aim of this research is to group districts in East Java Province based on types of disabilities with the hope of facilitating activities in fulfilling the rights of people with disabilities in East Java Province. The grouping was carried out in order to determine the characteristics of each cluster using so that the optimal k-means method was used for clustering using the Euclidean distance method with cluster 1 in 29 districts and cluster 2 in 9 districts. The most optimal single linkage uses the Euclidean distance method with cluster 1 having 8 districts and cluster 2 having 30 districts. From the results of the validity index values, it was found that the single linkage method had the smallest validity value of the icdrate method compared to the k-means method.

This study aims to identify the main barriers in implementing business process innovation in government organizations using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The barriers were categorized into four aspects: people, technology, structure, and process, in accordance with the Socio-Technical Theory approach. The results show that a lack of knowledge and training related to innovation, limited funding, and inadequate technological infrastructure are the dominant barriers. In addition, complex bureaucracy and lack of structured processes are also significant barriers. The research recommends a holistic approach that includes improved communication, training, technology investment, as well as bureaucratic reform to foster more effective innovation. The findings provide a basis for better policy-making and emphasize the importance of further research to understand and address barriers to innovation in different countries.

The Government's policy on Large-Scale Social Restrictions Guidelines has resulted in many Online Motorcycle Taxi drivers being unable to operate optimally. This paper examines the impact of the Government Policy on Guidelines for Large-Scale Social Restrictions on the operations of Online Motorcycle Taxi drivers, especially in the context of a 68 percent decline in the online transportation sector's revenue in 2020, as reported in the e-Conomy SEA report. This research highlights President Joko Widodo's speech on March 24, 2020 which provides stimulus to MSMEs, including motorcycle taxi drivers and taxi drivers, with a credit restructuring policy as one of its implementations. Using the Top-Down Policy Implementation Theory approach (M.S. Grindle), this paper uses a qualitative descriptive analytical method to analyze the implementation of the policy. The findings of the paper show that although online motorcycle taxi drivers feel helped by the absence of installment payments during credit restructuring, there is still hope to eliminate additional costs such as insurance fees, fiduciary fees, and penalty fees to support the implementation of the policy more effectively.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk fokus pada pengembangan Alat Peraga Fire Alarm Berbasis PLC Dengan Dikoversi Arduino. Sistem ini akan dipasang di laboratorium dengan banyak komputer dan kabel, sehingga memungkinkan pemasangan yang mudah dan cepat. Sistem akan terhubung dengan buzzer untuk memicu alarm jika alarm kebakaran diaktifkan. Metodologi penelitian meliputi penggunaan Arduino sebagai sensor, penggunaan lampu LED sebagai sinyal, dan penggunaan sprinkler untuk mengendalikan alarm kebakaran. Subjek penelitian ini adalah taruna dan dosen Program Studi Teknika PIP Makassar. Prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development or Production, (4) Implementation, dan (5) Evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan, wawancara, tes, angket dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan instrumen pengamatan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, instrumen tes penilaian hasil belajar taruna, dan lembar validasi pengembangan Alat Peraga Fire Alarm Berbasis PLC Dengan Dikoversi Arduino. Adapun teknik analisis datanya dilakukan dengan cara (1) analisis tingkat validitas, (2) analisis tingkat kepraktisan, dan (4) analisis data respon taruna dan dosen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlunya Pengembangan Alat Peraga Fire Alarm Berbasis PLC Dengan Dikoversi Arduino. Hasil uji validasi menunjukkan bahwa, pengembangan Alat Peraga Fire Alarm Berbasis PLC Dengan Dikoversi Arduino dan beberapa angket penelitian dinyatakan sangat valid berdasarkan penilaian para pakar. Selanjutnya hasil uji kepraktisan juga menyatakan bahwa pengembangan Alat Peraga Fire Alarm Berbasis PLC Dengan Dikoversi Arduino ini terbukti sangat praktis berdasarkan hasil observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan angket respon dosen dant aruna.

Abstract. The conflict that occurred in Ambon in 1999 between Christians and Muslims still left deep trauma for the people in the city of Ambon, especially for members of the congregation at the Church X. This research aimed to examine the post conflict traumatic experience on the Church X conggregations and seeking remedial steps for them. The method used in this research was a case study with a trauma theology approach based on the culture of the Orang Basudara.The research result showed that the integration of trauma theology with local cultural philosophy can be an effective means for healing trauma resulting from communal conflict because it departs from a philosophy of life that has been lived together regardless of religious differences. Abstrak. Konflik yang terjadi di Ambon pada tahun 1999 antara umat Kristen dan Muslim masih meninggalkan trauma yang mendalam bagi masyarakat di kota Ambon, khususnya bagi warga jemaat di Gereja X. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengalaman traumatik di Gereja X pasca konflik sekaligus mengupayakan langkah-langkah pemulihan bagi korban di Gereja X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan teologi trauma berbasis budaya Orang Basudara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa integrasi antara teologi trauma dengan falsafah budaya lokal dapat menjadi sarana efektif bagi penyembuhan trauma akibat konflik komunal oleh karena berangkat dari falsafah hidup yang selama ini dihidupi bersama terlepas dari adanya perbedaan agama.

Digital transformation has recently created significant research interest due to its acceleration across industry sectors. However, the existing literature on digital transformation that addresses digital leadership characteristics is insufficient to provide a comprehensive understanding. This research explores the characteristics, traits, and skills of digital leadership. The research methodology used a systematic literature review summarizing 30 articles from Scopus-indexed journals. Characteristics are obtained from citations from previous research that discusses digital transformation leadership. The results of this study explain that digital leadership characteristics consist of twenty different traits, seven of which are characteristics of digital leaders that are important for the effective implementation of digital transformation. As such, these characteristics can reflect the significance of digital leaders in achieving digital transformation goals at the human and organizational levels.

Responsible consumption and production is the 12th of the seventeen SDGs which is difficult for developing countries to achieve due to high waste production. Indonesia is the second largest producer of food waste in the world. Garbage is solid waste generated from community activities. Population density is an indicator to estimate the amount of waste generated in an area. The choice of West Java Province as the research area is based on the fact that this Province has the second highest population density in Indonesia. This study aimed to determine the predictors/factors that influence waste production in the districts/cities of West Java Province. The data used in this study are total waste as a response variable and GRDP (gross domestic product), total spending per capita, average length of schooling, literacy rate, number of MSMEs (micro, small, and medium enterprises), and several recreational and tourism places, the number of people's markets, and the number of restaurants as predictors. The methods used in this research are spatial autoregressive regression/SAR, spatial Lag-X/SLX, and spatial Durbin/SDM. The results of this study show that the SAR is the best model with the lowest BIC (74.442) and pseudo-R-squared (0.7934). Factors that significantly affect total waste production are literacy levels, the number of MSMEs, the number of traditional markets, and the number of recreational and tourist places.

E-commerce has become common and important for businesses, but Jaya Sentosa Store has not implemented it. E-commerce commonly has only a search by keyword feature, but that cannot replicate Jaya Sentosa Store order process. An image-based search is needed to replicate the order process. Our research purpose is to develop a web-based sales application and an image search feature for Jaya Sentosa Store. We apply Scrum when developing this application. We use Javascript (JS) programming language. Back-end and front-end development employ Express JS and React JS framework, respectively. To get the right feature-matching algorithm, we conduct a test between the SIFT, KAZE, and ORB algorithms. We write Python scripts to implement ORB algorithm in image-based search feature. Our test shows that the ORB algorithm has the fastest average running time, i.e., 3.415 s, compared to SIFT and KAZE. Black box testing of the sales application shows that all cases are valid. It means that our application can replicate Jaya Sentosa Store order process and gain a competitive advantage.

According to Paku Buwana I, Radya Laksana is a form and core image of the culture of the Surakarta Palace. The literal meaning is physical and mental behavior to uphold the country. Its elements consist of the king, Sentana's son, courtiers, people, the physical building, government, and region. The Surakarta palace's culture is Islamic, but when it pertains to rituals and palace traditions, it has remained inextricably associated with Hindu culture. This is the belief in reciprocal relationships and parallels between the macrocosm and microcosm, where the king, as the center of the microcosm, gave rise to numerous traditional ceremonies that are practiced in the palace, including Grebeg, Kirab-Jamasan Pusaka, Labuan, Malem Selikuran, Mahesalawung, Tingalan Jumenengan Dalem, Tingalan Dalem, and Pasowanan Ngabekten. The Surakarta Palace region includes the Baluwarti village. Most of the individuals are courtiers for the king, who have the expertise required by the king and palace. The phases of the past and present are examined in this study method. Investigations into past lives are conducted through historical reading research. The data is collected through interviews with the public and observation. The results of the research show that the spatial structure of settlement forms a system of manunggaling Kawula lan Gusti.

Graph theory is one of the subjects in Discrete Mathematics that have long been known and are widely applied in various fields. The topics that are often discussed in graph theory include labeling, coloring, chromatic numbers, metric dimensions, and partition dimensions. Partition dimensions are obtained by grouping all the vertices on the graph into a number of partition classes, then determine the distance of all vertices to each partition class to get a representation. Partition class which representations have different coordinate vectors is called resolving partition. The minimum cardinality of resolving partition is called partition dimensions of the graph. The purpose of this study is to determine the partition dimensions of level corona operation graphs which are GʘkPm, GʘkCm and GʘkKm, where G, Pm, Cm and Km are connected non trivial graph, path graph, circle graph and complete graph respectively, and any integer k≥1.

Many studies have explored indigenous religious believers struggle against world religions domination. However, studies on the employment of virtual space to heighten indigenous believers' tactical solidarity from the Global South remain understudy. This paper explores indigenous religious followers' struggles through access to virtual space as a tactic of everyday solidarity against world religions spatial domination and the state politics of religion in North Sulawesi, Indonesia. It focuses on the efforts of Minahasa indigenous religious believers to advocate for their existence through virtual media collectively. Indigenous religious believers have experienced various forms of spatial domination, such as destroying ancestral sites and ritual places that they consider sacred to realize their beliefs. The single truth perspective has produced the domination of the world religions monotheistic paradigm and the state politics of religion. The single truth has resulted in hate speech, stigmatization, and physical destruction of indigenous religious sacred sites. Through click activism, indigenous religious believers employ virtual media to advocate Minahasa indigenous religions/beliefs. The concept of tactical media is used in this study to analyze how the tactics of indigenous religious believers collectively produce a discourse of resistance critique and discourse on the importance of their places of belief to the public. This study uses qualitative research: observation, in-depth interviews, and literature review to argue that indigenous religious believers have tactically used virtual media as a critical discourse of resistance to the spatial domination constructed by world religious relations and state religious policies.

In recent years, the use of high-penetrate cosmic-ray muons has been used in many applications to investigate the internal structure and composition of large material. The muon attenuation is based on multiple Coulomb scattering. This study was aimed to investigate the effect of massive shielding material composition in muon tomography. Muon with various energies between 1 MeV to 100 MeV was used as a source located directly above the shielding material with different density and composition. The output of scattered muon was scored in 2 and 5 km after the material. The simulation was performed using particle and heavy ion transport system (PHITS) software developed by Japan Atomic Energy Agency. The attenuation and scattering of the muon depends predominantly on the shielding material density. The muon energy and flux was decreased with increasing depth of the muon detector. This muon tomography can be applied in investigating the structure and internal composition of unknown materials such as volcanic structures in Indonesia.

Purpose – This research aimed to explore environmentally friendly behaviors toward organic food consumption among the young academicians dominant in the higher education environment. This study also aims to explore the obstacles in consuming organic food qualitatively. Design/methodology/approach – This research uses mix methods by combining two analytical methods. The population was academicians consuming organic food in Indonesia. This research employed the purposive sampling technique. The criteria used in this study determine the sample as young academicians who are still active in higher education, care about a health issue, and regularly buy products for daily consumption, or are called regular consumers. Primary data were collected through surveys using closed and open questionnaires. The study uses mix methods consisting of descriptive qualitative and factor analysis were used in the data analysis. Findings – The results show that the factors influencing academicians' organic food consumption are responsibility for the environment, subjective norms, information or knowledge, the impact of consumption, behavioral control, and the values oriented towards nature. However, still aspects may become obstacles in consuming organic food, namely organic product price, availability, information or knowledge, and trust. Originality/value – This research offers a study of consumption from young academics, which is not widely studied, even though young academics have an important role in environmentally-friendly behavior. This research also investigated several reasons that became obstacles to the young academician behavior of consuming organic food. Research limitation – This research has several limitations, such as the variation of the sample. Cultural differences bring consequences for differences in environmentally friendly behavior because of the values that are different. Future research can compare the consumption behavior of young academicians based on the country and cultural differences. Practical implication – Based on the findings, some practical recom­men­dations for increasing environmentally friendly consumption are made through promoting organic consumption behavior's benefits and environ­mental impacts. Environmentally friendly teaching material needs to be considered part of the learning process to improve academic knowledge. Young academician can become promotional agents to shape environ­mentally friendly consumption behavior, especially organic products. Another contribution as an agent of change in behavior in the world of education is also acting as a segmentation pattern for academic groups.

Secondary particles will always be generated in particle-to-matter interactions. The interaction of muons with matter produces various secondary particles. In this study, secondary particles produced by the interaction between muons with energies of 5, 50, 100, 200 and 500 MeV with water were analyzed using the PHITS Monte Carlo package. The muon source is placed on the surface of water that has a thickness of 1 km. The muography technique was applied by placed a detector at a depth of 1 km from the source. This detector records the secondary particles produced by the interaction. The results obtained show that this interaction produces secondary particles in the form of photons and neutrons in the detector. The number and energy of these photons and neutrons are strongly influenced by the initial energy of the muon. Muons with the lowest energy of 5 MeV produce more secondary particles than any other energy by a factor of 10. Low-energy muons travel slowly, allowing more interactions to occur and increasing the number of secondary particles in the detector. The energies of neutrons and photons in the detector are at most 3.76 MeV and 5.3 MeV, respectively.

Abstract. This paper intended to provide a critical analysis of the efforts to contextualise the Gospel through the practice of rumengkom by Minahasa Christians. Eating together or rumengkom for the Minahasa community has a special meaning and is indirectly interpreted as a form of theological expression typical of the Minahasa community. As time goes by, the church gives a different meaning to the practice by understanding it as a form of contextualisation of the Gospel. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach in Yobel Uluindano Church of Minahasa (GMIM). The results of the research were then analysed with the lens of the anthropological approach model of contextual theology. The results of this study showed that the effort to contextualise the gospel by the church has obscured the theological value that already exist in the practice of rumengkom. Abstrak. Tulisan ini bermaksud untuk memberikan analisis kritis terhadap upaya kontekstualisasi Injil melalui praktik rumengkom oleh umat Kristiani Minahasa. Makan bersama atau rumengkom bagi masyarakat Minahasa memiliki makna yang sangat berharga dan secara tidak langsung dimaknai sebagai bentuk ungkapan teologis khas masyarakat Minahasa. Seiring berjalannya waktu gereja memberikan pemaknaan yang berbeda terhadap praktik rumengkom dengan memahaminya sebagai bentuk kontekstualisasi Injil. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif di Gereja Masehi Injili di Minahasa (GMIM) Yobel Uluindano. Hasil penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis dengan lensa model pendekatan antropologis teologi kontekstual. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya kontekstualisasi Injil yang dilakukan gereja telah mengaburkan nilai teologis yang sebenarnya sudah ada dalam praktik rumengkom.

The Kebalai death dance originates from the island of Rote Ndao. This dance is performed en masse regardless of social status and religion. The process is carried out by forming a circle, holding hands, then followed by a collective foot and hand movements following the rhythm of the poem. The Kebalai death dance aims to give the family left behind patience and fortitude so as not to drag on in prolonged grief. The purpose of this study is to determine the process of forming social solidarity that occurs in Rote society through the values of the Kebalai death dance. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with an ethnographic research type. Data collection was carried out through interviews and observations conducted in Rote Ndao. This research found that the Kebalai death dance forms public spatial mechanical solidarity through the values of togetherness, equality, unity, and comfort represented in Kebalai death dance. This research concludes that the spatial formed in the Kebalai death dance is a shared spatial, joint footing, melting together, and collective morale of the entire Rote community to provide comfort to families who experience grief.

Black soils store a high amount of soil organic carbon (SOC) and play a crucial role in climate change, food security, and land degradation neutrality. However, data and information regarding black soils in tropical regions, including Indonesia, are limited. This study aimed to characterize and identify the utilization of black soils in Indonesia based on legacy soil survey data. We collated 142 soil pedon samples of Mollisols from articles, technical reports, and existing datasets. The site information (site position, elevation, land use type, parent material) and selected physicochemical properties were stored in a spreadsheet, from which exploratory data analysis was conducted. The result showed that the median SOC content was 1.53%, ranging from 0.6 to 8.2 %; cation exchange capacity was 30 cmol kg-1, ranging from 9 to 95 cmol kg-1; base saturation was 87%, ranging from 11 to 100 %; and bulk density was 1.21 g cm-3, ranging from 1.13 to 1.36 g cm-3. Other soil characteristics (particle size distribution, exchangeable bases, pH, pore, and water retention) varied with horizon type and land use/land cover. The black soils have been used for paddy fields, dryland farming, and gardens with low management intensity. Main cultivated crops include rice (Oryza sativa), corn (Zea mays), cassava (Manihot esculenta), sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas), and nutmeg (Myristica fragrans), clove (Syzygium aromaticum), coconut (Cocos nucifera), and cocoa (Theobroma cocoa). Threats to black soil functions include soil erosion, carbon loss, and nutrient imbalance. Soil and water conservation measures, integrated soil nutrient management, and agroforestry are among the best land management practices for black soils.

Background: One of the most important needs of today's population is housing. The increase in population has led to an increase in the supply of property, but the demand for property in Bogor Regency has actually decreased. This affects housing sales at Greenland Forest Hill and Greenland Kemang. The variables that influence purchasing decisions are marketing mix and service quality. Purpose: The research objectives are to identify consumer characteristics, analyze the effect of marketing mix and visit service quality, and formulate managerial implications for the company. Design/methodology/approach: The method of data processing and analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis and Structural Equatin Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis by utilizing SmartPLS tools. Findings/Result: The results of the study were 200 respondents in this study with a percentage of Greenland Kemang of 51% and Greenland Forest Hill of 49%. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that consumer decisions in Greenland housing are positively and significantly influenced by the variables of purchase intention and behavioral control. This shows that family plays a very big role in deciding to buy a house in Greenland Forest Hill and Kemang. In addition, location indicators and special services for consumers have a more significant influence on purchasing decisions than other variables. Originality/value (State of the art): This research enhances the literature on factors that influence home purchases. This research also shows that marketing mix and service quality can influence purchasing decisions through the theory of planned behavior model. Background: Earnings management practices are generally carried out by company management to give a good impression to shareholders or investors regarding the company's performance in one reporting period. Earnings management is carried out, generally by recording profits in the company's financial statements, based on the wishes of the parties interested in it, with the intention of showing that the company has posted good performance and has good performance prospects in the future. Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of corporate governance which consists of the proportion of independent commissioners, audit committees, and managerial ownership, leverage, and audit quality on earnings management in companies in the BUMN and private sectors in 2016-2020. Design/methodology/approach: The data analysis process in this study used panel data regression analysis. Findings/Result: The results of this study indicate that in the BUMN sector the audit committee and leverage variables have a significant effect on earnings management, while in the private sector the managerial ownership, audit committee and leverage variables have a significant effect on earnings management. Conclusion: The conclusion of this research is that the income minimization pattern often occurs in companies in the private sector with 22 distribution points whose motive is tax avoidance management, but the income maximization pattern often occurs in companies in the BUMN sector with 32 distribution points shown whose main motive is political agenda from the managerial level. Originality/value (State of the art): This research objectively examines companies in the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and Private sectors across various types of industries without focusing on a single specific field. Additionally, the research employs a more diverse sampling method compared to other studies, allowing it to address issues more comprehensively. The intercultural approach is effective in its application in the context of the Boti tribe because this tribe is exclusive and considers the Bible as a foreign culture that threatens the halaika culture. The exclusive attitude of the Boti tribe is carried out on the basis of maintaining the halaika culture so that it does not experience assimilation and is eroded with the times. The intercultural approach is a biblical missionary approach. This approach uses the Boti tribal concept of uis neno as a medium to communicate about God. The method used in this study is a qualitative research, the data obtained through interviews, documentation and observations are described with other reference sources related to this research. The results obtained in this study are, the intercultural approach is a biblical missional approach and its application is persuasive in the context of the Boti tribe. The culture they understand and practice is used as a medium of gospel communication.

The strong relationship between society and the Church is explained in sociology or sociological theory. We know that society is a group of individuals who give rise to social groups and institutions named the Church. So, we need to look at the bond between the community and the Church, in this case, the church leadership, which is very closely related to the processes and factors of social interaction. In this journal, it is hoped that a common thread can be found that the role of sociology is decisive in church practice in this context of Leadership in the Church.

In developing a tourism village, one of the absolute conditions that must exist is the existence of natural potential, socio-cultural potential, and the creativity of local communities as assets that can be explored and developed. Rawabogo Village is designated as a tourist village because it has natural potential in the form of Mount Nagara Padang and community agricultural and plantation activities. However, besides this potential, there is another potential owned by Rawabogo Village, but its existence has not been explored optimally. The purpose of conducting this research is to identify further related possibilities of Rawabogo Village, which can be explored through a set mapping, so that an effort can be formulated in the development of Rawabogo Tourism Village. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques from interviews and direct observation. The results of the asset mapping show that the village of Rawabogo has a diversity of assets, not only in nature but also socially and culturally, that can be explored and developed because of its values and character. The results of asset mapping in the development of Rawabogo Tourism Village propose to implement community-based tourism development.

Anthropometric measurements and physical condition of the ability to serve back sepaktakraw will be carried out on male sepaktakraw athletes in Central Java. Research objectives for analyzing Anthropometric factors and physical disorders that dominate the ability to serve the back in the game of sepaktakraw. This type of research is quantitative; the data obtained were analyzed using the confirmatory method using the SPSS 23 computerized statistical program. The sampling technique used purposive random sampling with a total of 15 athletes and data collection using test and measurement sheets. The results of this study indicate that the anthropometric factor of height has a dominant effect, and the physical condition of balance has a dominant impact on the back-serving skill of sepak takraw. The conclusion is that anthropometric factors have a dominant effect on the backs of sepaktakraw service skills. At the same time, physical condition factors also dominate the talents of the backs of sepaktakraw services. For Sepaktakraw, coaches in Central Java pay attention to the anthropometric components and physical conditions that influence increasing sports achievement.

This study aims to see the intention of cash waqf in the Muslim community in Bandung Raya during the Covid-19 Pandemic and to see how the influence of Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), namely subjective attitudes and norms with an additional level of religiosity and trust in institutions. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a causal descriptive design. The analytical tool used is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS v application. 3.2.9. The subject of this study is the Muslim community in Bandung Raya with a total sample of 210 respondents. The results showed that attitudes, subjective norms, levels of religiosity and trust in institutions were in the high category. There are four variables that have a significant positive effect on the intention of the Muslim community in Bandung Raya to donate money during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely attitudes, subjective norms, level of religiosity and trust in institutions. The results of this study also confirm that attitudes, subjective norms, religiosity and trust are very important in Encouraging the intention to donate during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Sanger community in North Sulawesi has one type of sacred food called Kue Adat Tamo. The food has become medium and symbol of Sanger community's religious worship. The sacredness of Tamo Traditional Cake is internalized and expressed in an annual Tulude ritual forming their inclusive social religious identity. Therefore, this paper aims to answer the ontological question about the understanding of Sanger community in Tuma towards the sacredness of Tamo Traditional Cake that becomes their collective expression and inclusiveness. To answer this question, the research was conducted using a qualitative approach and the type of ethnographic research as well as data collection techniques through interviews and observations carried out in Tuma Sanger Village. The result of the study indicates that the sacredness of Tamo Traditional Cake lies in the collective admiration and respect of Tuma community in Sanger for Ghenggonalangi which is symbolically expressed in the community's annual thanksgiving party known as Tulude. Based on these findings, the main argument of this paper is that the sacredness of Tamo Traditional Cake is rooted in the acculturation of religious culture and the social reality of Tuma Sanger community.

Tourism is one of the most effective tools for economic development. According to Haryana (2020), 4.5% of Indonesia's total GDP was significantly contributed to by tourism in 2018. The World Economic Forum ranked Indonesia 40th in the Travel and Tourism Competitiveness Index (TTCI) out of 140 countries in 2019. (ibid). Nonetheless, this contribution decreased significantly during the covid-19 pandemic outbreak in 2020. Mursalina, Masbar, and Suriani (2022) argued that the tourism industry was hardest hit by the pandemic's impact on economic growth. Understanding this phenomenon, it became intriguing to investigate the gradual tourism revival and livelihood assets of local tourism-based enterprise in Wisata Lembah Mbencirang by the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES). This study's objectives included identifying and analyzing the core problematization and livelihood assets of locally based entrepreneurship, as well as its community impact. This study was conducted in Kebontunggul Village, Mojokerto, East Java. This study employed a variety of methods. Several analytical tools, including pentagon assets and sustainable livelihood assets, were utilized. The results demonstrated that local entrepreneurship had both positive and negative effects on communities. The vulnerability context that shook people's livelihoods must be overcome by bolstering social and human capitals to maintain resilience, as well as the government's commitment to enhancing policies pertaining to locally-based entrepreneurship. In conceiving and ensuring sustainability, the community implemented a variety of livelihood strategies through adaptation. When feasible, livelihood adaptation would continue, and incomes would increase.

Since the enactment of Law Number 16 of 2011 concerning Legal Aid, the practice of legal aid services still has several problems including not being able to reach all districts/cities due to the limited number of Legal Aid Organizations that can provide services. This paper aims to describe the implementation of legal aid services and analyze optimal strategies in improving the quality of legal aid services. This study used two approaches, qualitative and quantitative or commonly referred to as the Mix Method. Data collection methods used in this study are surveys, interviews and document studies. The results of the study show that the quality of legal aid services as a manifestation of access to justice can be said to be very good by referring to the results of the assessment on the performance of legal aid organization units and the quality of litigation and non-litigation legal aid services. However, several aspects need attention, namely the information aspects in litigation services and the procedural aspects of non-litigation services. Guided by the results of the study, a strategy is needed to improve the quality of legal aid organization services by increasing access to information to service recipients. Legal Aid providers can use online surveys in evaluating the implementation of legal aid services throughout Indonesia. This strategy is the right step, effective, efficient and in accordance with the pandemic conditions and technological advances.

Research related to SARS-CoV-2 drugs is still ongoing. In this initial research, we perform a computational approach on SARS-CoV-2 inhibitors. RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) is one of the functional proteins in SARS-CoV-2 that can be a target for drug development, which has an essential function in the viral replication process synthesizing the RNA genome of the virus. This study used the RdRp-Remdesivir complex structure from RCSB with ID PDB 7BV2, with a resolution of 2.5 Å. Currently, Remdesivir is under the clinical trial phase as a Covid-19 drug. In this study, we tested a thousand natural Indonesian compounds used as SARS-CoV-2 RdRp inhibitors obtained from the Indonesian natural compounds database (HerbalDB). The first stage of this computational analysis was pharmacophore modeling structure-based drug design. The natural compounds were analyzed based on their steric and electronic similarities to Remdesivir. A molecular docking simulation was then performed to obtain binding energy and bond stability to produce natural compounds that can inhibit RdRp SARS-CoV-2. The final stage was the molecular dynamics simulation that explored the conformational space of natural compounds and proteins. The ADMET (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion, and Toxicity) test was carried out on the five best compounds to obtain these natural compounds' computational pharmacology and pharmacokinetics. The simulation identified Sotetsuflavone (CID: 5494868) from Cycas revoluta, Grossamide (CID: 5322012) from Cannabis sativa, and 6-Hydroxyluteolin-6,7-disulfate (CID: 13845917) from Lippia nodiflora are the best compounds that can inhibit RdRp SARS-CoV-2. These potential compounds can then be tested in-vitro and in-vivo in the future.

This research aimed to find the best rainfall probability model and planned rain intensity using the Mononobe formula for 11 rain stations in Serang Regency. Annual rainfall data is processed and evaluated as secondary data using the rain data consistency test method, the Gumbel probability distribution, the Normal probability distribution, the Log Normal probability distribution, and the Pearson Type III Log probability distribution. The consistency test results reveal that the rainfall data is consistent. The Gumbel probability distribution is used to examine the design rain intensity based on the analysis. This study is intended to guide estimating the design rainfall intensity to develop the design flood discharge and run-off calculations. Suggestions for future research include improving the accuracy of rain data processing and making longer-term data available to provide a more accurate frequency analysis

The global economic crisis that occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic causing credit contraction that negatively affected the banking industry. Previous studies have shown that diversifying the bank's income to non-interest sources able to rescue banks to overcome financial hardship in the crisis but very few studies have been conducted to measure the impact of crisis during COVID-19 pandemic on bank’s profitability and stability. This paper aims to investigates the dynamics and the impact of income diversification on banking profitability and stability in Indonesia uses statistic descriptive and panel data regression of 72 conventional banks grouped into business groups based on core capital during 2017-2021 period, along with bank-specific (cost to income, loan to deposit ratio, capital adequacy ratio, size) and macroeconomic (crisis dummy during COVID-19 pandemic) used as control variables. Based on statistic descriptive, BUKU 1 group's income diversification increased during the crisis but shown a low profitability and stability. BUKU 2 and BUKU 3 group’s stability increased during the crisis but income diversification and profitability decreased. BUKU 4 group has the finest income diversification approach for achieving great profitability and stability. Results of panel data regression show that income diversification have a positive impact on bank’s profitability and stability. This study aims to determine the application of the Disaster based Make a Match learning model regarding student interest and learning independence. The type of this study is quasi-experimental by designing a non-equivalent, post-test only control group. The research subjects were class XI IPS Islamic private high school students in Jember Regency. The analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and the Mann-Whitney test. As a result, the average learning interest score of the control class was 19.95, and the experimental class was 26.20. Hence, the average learning interest score of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class. Similarly, the average score of learning independence in the experimental class is more critical than in the control class. The control score is 17.35, and the experimental score is 34.20. The hypothesis test results showed a significant difference between the two groups using the Disaster based Make A Match learning model and the traditional learning model. The research concludes that students' interest and independence in learning using the disaster-based make a match learning model is more significant than in the conventional learning model.

Glucose oxidase (GOD) is an oxidoreductase enzyme that catalyzes the oxidation of glucose to gluconolactone and hydrogen peroxide. Then, gluconolactone will be hydrolyzed to gluconic acid. The wide application of gluconic acid in various industries has increased production demand. However, glucose concentrations higher than 40% (w/w) inhibited the conversion of glucose to gluconic acid due to a decrease in the oxygen solubility concentration at pH 6, 30℃, and 1 bar pressure. Therefore, decreasing the value of Km is predicted to reduce saturation and enhance gluconic acid production. This study aimed to analyze the interaction between the IPBCC.08.610 GOD mutant with β-D-Glucose in improving gluconic acid production by decreasing the Km value. Mutations were performed in silico using Chimera and then docked using AutoDock Vina. The mutations resulted in distinct ligand poses in the binding pocket, different -OH conformations of the ligands, and changes in the T554M/D578P mutant’s hydrophobicity index (554 mutated from threonine to methionine, and 578 mutated from aspartate to proline), and decreased ΔG and Km values in the H559D mutant (559 mutated from histidine to aspartate), D578P and T554M/D578P. This decrease might strengthen the ligand-receptor interaction, increasing gluconic acid production. The H559D was the best mutant to increase production based on the ΔG, Km value, and stability due to the addition of hydrogen bonds.

Program Tanam Jagung Panen Sapi (TJPS) di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) bertujuan mendongkrak ekonomi petani melalui integrasi jagung-ternak. Penelitian ini mengukur penyediaan bahan baku pakan, serta estimasi daya dukung pakan bagi pengembangan ternak sapi, babi, dan ayam pada priode tanam jagung 2019-2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah Kaji Tindak. Lokasi penelitian di semua kelompok tani (n=1.867) penerima program TJPS. Pengukuran produksi biomasa jagung dilakukan saat panen memakai teknik ubinan (2,5×2,5 m). Seluruh biomasa dipanen, dipisahkan biji dari limbah (biji, klobot, tongkol, daun, batang) lalu ditimbang. Sampel setiap komponen diambil, selanjutnya semua sampel digabung sesuai komponen tanaman. Sub-sampel diambil dan diproses untuk analisis kandungan nutrisi. Variabel yang diukur adalah produksi biomasa, persentase komponen tanaman, produktivitas, dan kandungan nutrisi. Kontribusi penyediaan bahan baku, produksi pakan komplit, dan ternak dikalkulasi dari produksi biomasa. Analisis data memakai statistik deskriptif. Hasil memperlihatkan bahwa total produksi biomasa jagung selama 3 tahun adalah 193.008,87 ton bahan kering dari 22.310,5 ha lahan. Proporsi biji sebesar 46,59% dan 53,63% limbah. Potensi pakan sebesar 386.017,7 ton. Estimasi jumlah ternak yang dapat pelihara per tahun adalah 197.367 babi, atau 49.341.896 ayam, dan 94.027 sapi. Disimpulkan bahwa Program TJPS mampu menyediakan biomasa bahan baku cukup besar untuk produksi pakan ternak di NTT. Kata kunci: jagung, limbah pangan, pakan, ternak

Numerous papers have examined the effect of national income on FDI using cross-country data, including in developing countries. However, few papers focus on one specific region, particularly in ASEAN developing countries. This study analyzes the effect of GDP growth on FDI in ASEAN-5 countries from 2004 to 2019. Panel data regression with fixed effect estimation was performed to document the relationship between GDP growth and FDI. Using some macroeconomic control variables, the findings demonstrated that GDP growth has a positive and significant impact on the FDI. Additionally, the effects of the currency rate, trade openness, and inflation on FDI are positive. Therefore, macroeconomic performances such as GDP growth, exchange rate, trade openness, and inflation are the main factors attracting FDI in ASEAN-5 countries.

Currently, smart tourism has been adopted by cities in many countries. But this concept has various meaning built on different point of view of the smart tourism initiatives. This paper aims to give contribution on conceptual model formulation for smart tourism in process approach, using heritage tourism as case study. A literature review using PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses) was carried out to achieve an understanding of the term smart tourism itself, with reference to various literature from qualified journals. From the literature review, various terms related to the definition, objectives, characteristics, inputs and outputs of smart tourism will be obtained. A semantic process with content analysis method to help determine the dominant factors/variables as important objects of Smart Tourism. The model to be built describes the components that influence the smart tourism process. This model also considers some local values that are used in general and particular in tourism policies that have been implemented in Indonesia. These values are believed to have an influence and characteristic of the smart tourism model in Indonesia. In the end, the model also describes the expected results of the smart tourism process.

Tulisan ini membahas prosesi ritual sakaiba di Minahasa yang dilakukan setiap tahun oleh komunitas Kristen dalam menyambut tahun baru. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Taratara, Tomohon, Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada esensi dan makna prosesi ritual sakaiba dalam hibridisasi budaya keagamaan kontemporer di Minahasa. Dengan menggunakan konsep teoretis ritual dan dramaturgi serta metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa prosesi ritual saikaiba merupakan engsel liminal yang memungkinkan perjumpaan secara damai antara tradisi tua Minahasa dan iman Kristen. Engsel inilah yang menggerakkan kultur keagamaan kontemporer Minahasa yang inklusif transformatif terhadap unsur-unsur budaya dan keagamaan lain yang hadir di dalam historisitas dan faktualitas mereka.

The process of ordering food and beverage menus at the Meatzilla restaurant still uses paper and stationery. Constraints that are often encountered are when restaurant visitors are crowded, but waiters are limited, often mistaken of orders and loss and order of paper orders and various other obstacles. This can cause feelings of disappointment and negative impressions which will certainly result in reduced customer satisfaction. This study aims to produce mobile device software that can support the running of food and beverage ordering systems at Meatzilla Restaurant self-service so that orders arrive quickly and right desires. This system is made using XML and java programming language with android studio tools version 3.5.3. Research in the form of case studies, software design methods using extreme programming models and system modeling tools using Unified Modeling Language (UML). This system is connected to the internet network where the admin, cashier, kitchen and customers are integrated with a restful web service. The final result of this study is a food and beverage ordering system consisting of 4 (four) parts, namely customer and admin software that is accessed by using a smartphone and the cashier and kitchen which is accessed by a PC / laptop. this system is very helpful in facilitating the management of customer orders.

Glucose oxidase (GOx) is an oxido-reductase enzyme that catalyzes glucose into hydrogen peroxide and glucono delta-lactone (GDL). GOx has the potential to be used in the medical field. Numerous research concerning the usage of GOx to create enzymatic biofuel cells have been done, nevertheless the results obtained have not been optimal. This research aims to increase the Km values of GOx in order to increase its potential as a material for an enzymatic fuel cell. The amino acid histidine in position 516 is a residue in the active site that plays an important part in the process of glucose oxidation. In this research we mutated H516 by in silico twice resulting in the mutants R516 and D516. The mutations resulted in a change of the docking area for both mutants and in the docking affinity for H516D resulting in higher Km values. This shows that the H516 residue plays an important part in the functions of glucose oxidase and mutation into aspartate could improve glucose oxidase based enzymatic fuel cells.

Abstract Old Testament readers tend to deselect or discredit texts that contain violent connotation. This creates a bad impression of the Old Testament. This article attempts to overcome the polemics about such texts within the Old Testament by offering a new theology of grace. The construction of grace is grounded on texts concerning love, justice, peace, and other words of positive values. As a conclusion, this article suggests violent-connotated texts as an unsettling grace. Abstrak Teks-teks yang berbicara tentang kekerasan dalam Perjanjian Lama cenderung disisihkan atau diabaikan oleh pembaca. Hal itu memberi kesan buruk tentang Perjanjian Lama. Tulisan ini mencoba mencari solusi atas polemik teks-teks kekerasan di dalam Perjanjian Lama dengan menawarkan teologi anugerah yang baru. Konstruksi anugerah dilandasi oleh teks-teks yang berbicara tentang kasih, keadilan, kedamaian, dan kata-kata bernilai positif lainnya. Tulisan ini ditutup dengan mengonstruksi teks-teks kekerasan sebagai anugerah yang meresahkan.

With the development of technology in software design, computer programming is now prevalent in almost every aspect of modern business and daily life. A renewed focus on programming education is attracting workers’ attention and converting skills. In previous research, researchers found difficulties encountered while learning programming languages. In this study, we conduct a case study on Teknokasi startup to develop a curriculum based on customer satisfaction. In this study, data was collected through surveys, which is a qualitative method. The methods used to collect data are interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicated three iterations, and further research is required to improve curriculum development. In this iteration, we will use the scrum framework and OBE as a theoretical base. Using input from mentors and students, this study was able to develop the next curriculum and improve programming skills, especially targeted Javascript expertise in a short time frame. Further studies need to be performed to assess this curriculum's effectiveness.

The COVID-19 virus has become a worldwide pandemic, and studies of its impact on insurance are needed. This paper aims to look at the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on insurance by using the number of claim cases from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in Indonesia, which covers 34 provinces. This study uses a time series spanning 2018-2021 and cross-sectional data from 11 regional offices of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. The analytical method used in this research is static panel method. The dependent variable in this study is the number of claims cases (Claim) while the independent variables used are Covid19, per capita GRDP, and per capita -savings. Empirical findings suggest that COVID-19 cases are associated with additional insurance claims. Compared to before the pandemic, COVID-19 caused an average increase in claim cases by 0.2587845 per cent. Although the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Program claims cases tend to increase every year, at the beginning of the pandemic, old-age security (JHT) and pension security (JP) programs were the most affected. Then in 2021, the death security (JKM), employment injury security (JKK), and pension security (JP) programs experienced the most significant increase in claim cases. Based on the results of the study, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan must prepare liquid funds to overcome the high number of claim cases during a pandemic such as the Covid-19 pandemic in the future. In addition, restrictions on community activities implemented by the government cause business processes to be developed digitally so that participants can carry out the claim process. Abstract Wastewater generated from hybrid grouper culture needs to be managed to improve water quality before being recirculated, or discharged in the aquatic environment. Seaweed biofilter has been proposed in wastewater treatment technology for marine fish farming. This study aimed at comparing which of these species i.e. Ulva sp., Sargassum sp., Gelidium sp., and Dictyota sp. work best to absorb nutrient wastewater hybrid grouper culture. This research utilized these seaweed as treatments and controls with three replications using Completely Randomized Design. A statistical analysis was conducted to investigate the significant differences in the nutrient absorptions among various seaweed species by using ANOVA and least significant difference. Non-parametric tests namely Kruskal-Walis, Mann-Whitney, and t-test were used with confidence interval of 95%. The results revealed that Ulva sp. has the best ability to reduce the Nitrogen 80%, while Dictyota able to reduce Phosphor 88% by Dictyota sp. generated from wastewater of hybrid grouper culture. While the highest absorbtion of Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen (104%) and phosphate (182%) that stored in thallus were performed by Ulva sp. Ulva sp. had the best performance and highest growth rate (1.9% d-1) as biofilter in hybrid grouper cultivation than other species.

Radikalisme yang masih berkembang di Indonesia mendapat tanggapan tersendiri oleh Pemerintah karena dinilai berpotensi mengancam keutuhan negara dan merusak proses demokrasi yang memiliki respon tersendiri. Oleh karena itu, Pemerintah berupaya mencari solusi preventif untuk meminimalisir pemahaman tersebut. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan masukan bagi pemangku kepentingan terkait dalam rangka reformasi sistem atau pola penanganan pencegahan radikalisme melalui perspektif HAM. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengungkap fakta, fenomena dan keadaan yang terjadi berdasarkan kajian literatur. Tulisan ini menggambarkan bahwa Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Republik Indonesia memiliki peran penting untuk mencegah penyebaran radikalisme di Indonesia melalui pemberian Pendidikan HAM kepada masyarakat. Substansi Pendidikan HAM yang dimaksud difokuskan pada penguatan toleransi kepada sesama dan nilai-nilai Pancasila sebagai ideologi bangsa. Hal ini penting karena dengan adanya pendidikan tersebut diharapkan dapat mengikis paham radikalisme melalui pendekatan yang tidak memiliki potensi ancaman dan kekerasan serta mengarah pada prinsip-prinsip ham.

Abstract. This article proposes a guideline of pedagogical theory for reading, understanding, and dealing with violent texts in the Old Testament. This guideline is a collaborative construction of readers being able to place themselves as friends of violent texts in the Old Testament. This study was conducted by elaborating Eric Seibert, Jerome Creach, Leo Perdue, and Matthew Schlimm thoughts in Deuteronomy 7:1-11 reading. The result was this guideline encouraged the readers to critically interpret the text with a sense of responsibility, interpret it constructively and ethically, and to reject the violent justification of the text that has the potential to inspire and motivate violence as well. Abstrak. Artikel ini menawarkan suatu pedoman teori pedagogis untuk membaca, memahami, dan menghadapi teks-teks kekerasan di dalam Perjanjian Lama. Pedoman ini merupakan sebuah rancang bangun kolaboratif dari para pembaca Alkitab yang mampu memposisikan diri mereka sebagai sahabat bagi teks-teks kekerasan di dalam Perjanjian Lama. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah dengan mengelaborasikan pemikiran-pemikiran Eric Seibert, Jerome Creach, Leo Perdue, dan Matthew Schlimm untuk membaca teks Ulangan 7:1-11. Hasilnya, pedoman ini memampukan pembaca untuk menginterpretasi teks secara kritis dan bertanggung jawab, secara konstruktif dan etis, sekaligus menolak pembenaran kekerasan dari teks-teks yang berpotensi untuk menginspirasi dan memotivasi kekerasan.

Tomato is a seasonal horticultural product that has beneficial effects on human health. It contains a high concentration of lycopene and vitamin C. However, tomato production, which continues to increase in Indonesia, is not balanced with its consumption. Due to its high moisture content, harvested tomato relatively has a short shelf-life. Resultantly, the unconsumed tomato will end up being wasted. One way to prolong tomato’s shelf-life is by converting it into powder form. In this research, the tomato was shifted into tomato powder using a foam mat drying method. The weight ratio of GMS to tomato juice was varied: (1) 4%-w/w, (2) 5%-w/w, and (3) 6%-w/w. Tomato powder was then stored in two types of materials (sealed brown glass bottle and laminated aluminium foil (LAF) resealable zipper) and three conditions (refrigerator ( ± 4 ℃), room temperature (± 25.2 ℃) and sun-exposed (± 30 ℃)). According to the results, foam mat drying could maintain the nutrients of the tomato powder. Increasing GMS larger than 5%-w/w had no big impact on reserving lycopene and vitamin C. At 5%-w/w GMS, tomato powder consisted of 1.09%/w/w moisture, 42.58 mg/100 g lycopene, and 123.28 mg/100 g vitamin C. It was found that moisture and vitamin C on tomato powder content was influenced by storage conditions, while lycopene content was influenced by storage material. Moisture content and vitamin C were best maintained at the sun-exposed condition and room temperature, respectively. While lycopene was best stored in the laminated aluminium foil (LAF) resealable zipper.

Affordable compared to the direct sale (cassave/singkong mentah) not production proccess with less results the economy of the residents of bulengan branta before the existence of covid19 was high quite, namely 50% after the covid19 decreased to 15%, this happened because of reduced in come and not maximal the use of cassava, with this there will be training in community economy development by making hell chips. Ekonomi masyarakat dibulangan branta sebelum covid 19 tergolong normal, namun semenjak keberadaan covid 19, ekonomi masyarakat semakin menurun, oleh karena itu dibuatlah pelatihan pembuatan kripik neraka dengan varian rasa kepada masyarakat sebagai salah satu solusi menambah pendapatan warga, dengan harga dan kemasan yang lebih terjangkau dibandingkan dengan dijual langsung (singkong mentah) tanpa proses produksi yang hasilnya lebih minim. , ekonomi warga bulangan branta sebelum adanya covid-19 terbilang cukup tinggi yaitu sebesar 50 %, setelah adanya covid menurun menjadi 15 %,hal tersebut terjadi karena berkurangnya pendapatan warga serta tidak bisa memaksimalkan pemanfaatan singkong, dengan adanya hal tersebut maka diadakan pelatihan pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat dengan pembuatan keripik neraka. Abstract. Food needs are the most important basic human needs in rural communities. Generally in rural communities whose income as farmers. With the development of the times, the land in the countryside has almost diminished and the settlements are starting to narrow. During this time Pondok Kecil Aba Ali Wafa planted several plants in his yard but the yard was narrow so could not grow more vegetables. So to solve the problem is made assistance related to the utilization of yard land using aquaponics, in the hope that the plants can be more even though the yard is narrow but can produce many plants. People can use the narrow land to be a very easy source of search. Vegetables will be more controlled from pest and vegetable disorders more naturally not mixed by inorganic fertilizers. Umumnya pada masyarakat pedesaan yang penghasilannya sebagai petani. Dengan berkembangnya zaman, tanah di pedesaan sudah hampir berkurang dan pemukiman yang mulai sempit. Selama ini Pondok Kecil Aba Ali Wafa menanam beberapa tanaman dipekarangannya namun pekarangannya lahannya sempit sehingga tidak bisa menanam sayur lebih banyak. Maka untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dibuat pendampingan terkait pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan menggunakan aquaponik, dengan harapan tanamannya bisa lebih banyak meskipun pekarangannya sempit tetapi bisa menghasilkan banyak tanaman.Masyarakat bisa memanfaatkan lahan yang sempit menjadi sumber pencarian yang sangat mudah. Sayuran akan lebih terkontrol dari gangguan hama dan sayur lebih alami tidak tercampur oleh pupuk anorganik. Hasil yang dicapai setelah dilakukan aquaponik mencapai 30%. E-Leadership sebagai proses pengaruh sosial yang dimediasi teknologi informasi canggih. Baik kepemimpinan dan teknologi memiliki hubungan rekursif, masing-masing mempengaruhi dan pada saat yang sama dipengaruhi oleh yang lain; masing-masing mentransformasikan dan diubah oleh yang lain. E- leadership memainkan peran penting untuk mempengaruhi dan menggerakkan sumber daya manusia untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Pemerintah harus menggunakan TIK untuk meningkatkan layanan publik melalui penerapan e-government. Fenomena kemunculan e-leadership menjadi tren setelah e-government. Namun, paparan terkait e-leadership dalam e-government kurang rinci tentang e-leadership. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka dengan mengumpulkan penelitian sebelumnya terkait dengan e-leadership yang diambil dari 4 basis data, kemudian ditemukan 4 tema yang menjelaskan penelitian tentang e-leadership di pemerintahan. Temanya adalah aspek, adopsi, efek dan pengembangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar penelitian terkait dengan e-leadership dasar untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kepemimpinan di pemerintahan. Kemudian simpulkan peta subjek dari masing-masing penelitian. Studi ini memberikan beberapa pedoman untuk penelitian lebih lanjut terkait dengan topik ini dan juga memberikan pengetahuan tentang trend e-leadership di sektor pemerintah.

Although the COVID-19 pandemic has gradually improved, people's activities have not recovered to normal due to various conditions. This period is a transition period known as the "New Normal". Besides its impact on peo-ple's health, COVID-19 also affects other aspects, including the economy, education, and law. The economic im-pact highly touches low-medium class people including SMEs as the business activities which need to be halted due to PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restriction). Triple Helix is a SMEs' development model that links Science (S), Government (G), and Business (B). This article aims to examine whether Triple Helix with SGB Balanced model is possibly utilized to revive the Hijab SMEs business activity. This study is descriptive-qualitative research and analyzed using the Miles and Hubberman techniques. Data were obtained through online questionnaires and in-terviews from hijab craftsmen associating with two SMEs. The results show that respondents have successfully adapted to the New Normal and resumed their business activity by implementing technology and information giv-en by the S (science) agent and the G (government) agent’s assistance. Therefore, it indicates that implementing Triple Helix provably revives the Hijab SMEs business activities.

Elements of settlement spatial layout (physical aspect) and community’s social-cultural life with any rites (non-physical aspect) are still performed by some people in Baluwarti Settlement until today, leading to a distinctive peculiarity. It is this peculiarity that makes Baluwarti Settlement environment located inside the court (palace) different from other settlements (outside the court) in Surakarta. Considering the qualitative research paradigm and historical reading method, this research could find out that the spatial layout concept of Baluwarti Settlement namely Tri Hanakara. In which the kings reigning after Paku Buwana III constructed this Baluwarti settlement to forward the previous King’s wish.
