Universities are forced to design and implement innovative learning processes so that students can achieve learning achievements that include aspects of attitudes, knowledge, and skills optimally and always relevant so that the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation no. 3 of 2020 concerning National Higher Education Standards to implement the Merdeka Campus Program policy with the aim of this program being able to develop the capacity of the nation's children in the world of education with 8 (eight) forms of activity in it so that the Secretariat General of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia organizes Internship activities at the People's House ( MDRR) The House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) as a partner of the internship/work practice of the Merdeka Campus Program. The research method used in the descriptive qualitative research method. The results of the study show that the implementation of the independent campus program in internship activities at people's homes at the Secretariat General of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia has not been carried out properly. This is based on the existing indicators, related to communication experiencing problems with the lack of maximum communication transmission carried out by the implementer. Resources have not run optimally where the facilities in the Secretariat General of the DPR RI cannot be used optimally, then the independent campus website sometimes experiences system errors. The disposition or attitude of the implementers has not gone well, this is evident in the attitude of the implementers who delay the disbursement of pocket money and incentives as well as the difficulty of converting credits in several university campuses in Indonesia. Then the Standard Operating Procedure, in its implementation there is no SOP that regulates the procedure, but there is an Apprenticeship Curriculum at the People's House of the DPR RI as a reference in its implementation

In this paper, Metallic Catalytic Converter (MCC) is installed in motorcycle exhausts to produce the minimum CO as well as to produce the optimum engine power. The results from previous research were collected and then used to predict the best MCC design using the Artificial Neural Network Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm (ANN-MOGA). In addition, the ANN parameter tuning process was also carried out using the Taguchi method to find the initial weighting and bias that is able to provide the best and the most stable performance to predict the best MCC design. The best two sets of design solutions out of 70 sets of Pareto solutions were obtained by ANN-MOGA. Those two MCC designs are the optimum emission design and the optimum multi-objective design. The verification results show that the optimum multi-objective design tends to be superior in terms of CO emissions and engine power. In terms of CO emissions, the optimum multi-objective design gets a larger S/N ratio of -10.98, while the optimum emission design only gets an S/N ratio of -11.21. Meanwhile, in terms of engine power, the optimum multi-objective design gets a larger S/N ratio of 16.13, while the optimum emission design only gets an S/N ratio of 15.86 S/N. It is in line with the ANOVA test results which show that the optimum multi-objective design is proven to be better than the optimum emission design.

This study aims to determine the effect of the employee engagement and the big five personality on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The object of this research is the lecturers of the Faculty of Economics, Surakarta City Private University. The research used the quantitative method, with SPSS 23.0, for analyzing the data. The data obtained by  distributing a list of questions to 36 lecturers of the Faculty of Economics, Surakarta City Private University, using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests. Prior to the hypothesis test using the multiple linear regression analysis tool, the classical assumption test was carried out, while the t test used to determine the significance of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. To find out whether the regression model can be used to predict the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable or the model accuracy test, the F test is used. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that employee engagement has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, while big five personality have positive but insignificant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior.

The agricultural sector is one of the contributors to greenhouse gas emissions in Indonesia. The inventory of greenhouse gases in the agricultural sector is not only carried out on land management, but also in the livestock sub sector. Tuban Regency, East Java Province has great potential to contribute to greenhouse gas emissions in the agricultural sector considering that the area of agricultural land and livestock population in this area is very high. This study aims to carry out an inventory of greenhouse gas emissions in the agricultural sector and potential mitigation actions in the same sector. The results of the research are expected to provide input for the Tuban Regency Government in designing mitigation actions that are feasible to implement. The greenhouse gas emission inventory is calculated using Tier-1 IPCC (International Panel on Climate Change) 2006 guidelines by multiplying activity data with emission factors according to IPCC standards. Activity data used for calculating GHG emission comes from secondary data. Meanwhile, the mitigation options obtained from interviews with representatives of farmer groups in Tuban Regency .The results show that the greenhouse gas emissions of the agricultural sector in Tuban Regency in 2019 is 1,665.67 Gg CO2-eq with details of the agricultural sub-sector of 1,092.50 Gg CO2-eq and the livestock sub-sector of 573.17 Gg CO2-eq. In the agricultural sub-sector, Plumpang Subdistrict occupies the top position as a contributor to greenhouse gas emissions and Tuban Subdistrict is the lowest position. Meanwhile, in the livestock sub-sector, Kerek subdistrict occupies the top position in contributing to GHG emissions and the lowest is in Tuban subdistrict. Through the implementation of balanced fertilization mitigation options and the use of low-emission rice varieties, the GHG emission in Tuban Regency can be reduced by up to 156,43 Gg CO2-eq. Both options are selected by farmers because it is easier and cheaper without relying on others.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan sejarah pertanian di Kabupaten Deli Serdang pada masa Orde Baru (1968-1998). Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah dengan empat langkah, yaitu: pengumpulan sumber, kritik sumber, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ada dua, yaitu: sumber primer, berupa arsip, laporan, dan catatan dari Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia, Departemen Pertanian Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan Kabupaten Deli Serdang; sumber sekunder, berupa buku, jurnal, dan terbitan berkala lainnya yang ada di Perpusatakaan Nasional, Perpustakan Pusat Universitas Sumatera Utara, Perpustakaan Daerah, dan sebagainya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum masa Orde Baru Deli Serdang sudah menjadi lumbung padi bagi Sumatera Utara. Hal ini disebabkan kondisi tanah dan geografis Deli Serdang yang sangat mendukung dengan sistem pertanian. Selain itu, lewat program Repelita 1-6 yang digagas Pemerintahan Orde Baru, menjadikan pertanian di Kabupaten Deli Serdang semakin berkembang. Pembangunan pusat pelatihan dan pembibitan pertanian di Kabupaten Deli Serdang juga ikut memberikan andil yang menyebabkan Deli Serdang sampai saat ini masih menjadi pusat lumbung padi di Sumatera Utara.

ABSTRAK. Space-attachment adalah konsep keterikatan ruang yang dikembangkan dari teori place- attachment atau keterikatan tempat yang menggambarkan keterikatan manusia dengan tempat hidupnya berdasar atribut sosial dan lingkungan. Konsep space-attachment pertama kali diungkap berdasar analisis pengembangan teori place-attachment berbasis bincar-bonom di salah satu lingkungan perumahan perdesaan pegunungan di Mandailing, yaitu Singengu. Menarik untuk diteliti apakah lingkungan perumahan/ permukiman lain di kawasan tersebut memiliki ciri yang sama sesuai dengan temuan riset sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memverifikasi hasil riset sebelumnya dan merumuskan karakter desain perumahan perdesaan pegunungan yang berbasis space-attachment khususnya dalam konteks adaptif dan responsif lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma rasionalistik dengan metode kombinasi (mixed-methods) antara deskriptif-kualitatif dan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter desain perumahan berbasis space-attachment yang adaptif dan responsif ditunjukkan pada: 1) aspek keterbacaan (kemudahan mengenali tempat), 2) unsur keragaman (variasi dan perbedaan tempat aktifitas), 3) aspek temporal (ruang-ruang temporal), dan 4) setting tempat (sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan/ kontur). Empat karakter tersebut menegaskan karakter lingkungan perumahan berbasis space-attachment, bahwa lingkungan perumahan perdesaan di Mandailing tidak hanya terikat dengan tempat (place) yang menitikberatkan pada ‘fisik tempat’ yang bersifat fisik, tetapi lebih terikat kepada space (ruang) yang menitikberatkan pada ‘non-fisik ruang’ dan bersifat tak teraga. The concept of space attachment is developed from place-attachment theory, which describes humans' attachment to their place of life-based on social and environmental attributes. The concept of space-attachment was first revealed based on an analysis of the development of a place-attachment theory based on bincar-bonom in one of the mountainous residential areas in Mandailing, namely Singengu. It is interesting to study whether other housing/settlement environments in the Mandailing area have the same characteristics as previous research findings. This study aims to verify previous research results and formulate the character of the mountainous housing environment based on space-attachment, especially in the context of adaptive and environmentally responsive. This study uses a rationalistic paradigm with a mixed-method between descriptive qualitative and case studies. The results showed the adaptive and responsive character of the housing environment based-on space-attachment in legibility aspects (ease of recognizing places), elements of diversity (variations and differences in places of activity), temporal aspects (temporal spaces), and setting of the place (according to environmental conditions/contours). These four characters emphasize the character of the housing environment based on space-attachment. The rural housing environment in Mandailing is tied to a place that focuses on 'physical place,' which is physical. Still, it is more tied to space focuses on 'non -physical space 'and intangible. Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai Revolusi di Tanah Alas dan Peranan Masyarakatnya dalam Mempertahankan Kemerdekaan Indonesia pada saat revolusi tersebut berlangsung. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah untuk merekonstruksinya, yang terdiri dari empat tahap, diantaranya heuristik, kritik, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa revolusi di Tanah Alas tidak hanya di pelopori oleh masyarakat yang ikut berperang secara fisik. Selain itu terdapat mayoritas masyarakat yang memiliki andil dalam persiapan perang tersebut, baik dari segi penyediaan peralatan sampai dengan kebutuhan pangan. Masa Revolusi Fisik di tanah Alas banyak melibatkan tokoh dan rakyat Tanah Alas. Selain ikut serta dalam perang fisik, mereka juga dengan gigih membantu memenuhi kebutuhan para pejuang perang. Sehingga, dapatlah dikatakan bahwa masyarakat ini mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam rangka mempertahankan kemerdekaan R.I pada masa revolusi.

This study aims to obtain an overview of the relationship between school principal leadership, school culture and teacher work motivation on the professionalism of physical education teachers. The study uses a quantitative approach with the Ext-Post Facto method. The population in this study amounted to 952 people from 34 Public and Private Vocational High Schools (SMK) registered in MGMP (Subject Teachers' Consultation) Physical Education Vocational School Physical Education Serdang Bedagai Regency in North Sumatra Province in 2017. Samples of 30 physical education teachers from 34 Schools using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results showed that the principal's leadership and work motivation of teachers directly affected teacher professionalism, while school culture would not affect teacher professionalism. The conclusion is that the principal's good leadership, healthy school culture, and high teacher motivation are factors of high and low teacher professionalism.

Medan Islamic Center dengan penekanan pada Arsitektur Modern adalah pusat pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan dakwah islam yang digunakan untuk aktifitas keagamaan. Perencanaan Islamic Center ditujukan untuk menampung beberapa kegiatan penunjang keislaman yang terdiri dari kegiatan mu’amalah,dakwah dan ta’lim keislaman yang mengikuti kemodrenan jaman meliputi pengetahuan teknologi yang berkembang saat ini. Pembangunan bidang agama yang telah dilaksanakan sejak Indonesia merdeka telah memberikan dampak seperti meningkatnya pemahaman keagamaan masyarakat, semaraknya kegiatan-kegiatan sosial keagamaan atau meningkatnya jumlah tempat-tempat ibadah serta meningkatnya jumlah jamaah haji. Keberadaan Medan Islamic Center ini dilatar belakangi adanya tuntutan terhadap pemenuhan sarana yang lebih baik seiring dengan perkembangan kegiatan keagamaan di Medan, sehingga dengan adanya fasilitas Islamic Center ini diharapkan dapat menjembatani kehidupan sosial masyarakat dengan kaidah-kaidah Islam dalam perubahan dinamika sosial budaya di era sekarang ini. Islamic Center yang merupakan tempat pemusatan aktifitas dan pengembangan Islam, maupun pengembangan masyarakat yang kreatif dan berakhlak mulia, selain itu diharapkan dapat meningkatkan aspirasi serta citra dan arsitektur di Indonesia, khususnya di Kota Medan.

Perancanaan Stasiun Kereta Api merupakan sarana pelayanan angkutan umum untuk memudahkan masyarakat khususnya kota Kisaran dalam melakukan perpindahan antar kota dengan transportasi dan mengakses sumber daya kota, Sehingga dapat menumbuhkan minat masyarakat untuk menggunakan sarana transportasi umum serta mengurangi kemacetan. Lokasi perencanaan berada di Jl. HOS Cokroaminoto, Kecamatan Kisaran Barat, Kabupaten Asahan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Lokasi berada di kawasan ramai penduduk yang menjadi jalur transportasi kendaraan umum. Pendekatan arsitektur metafora dapat di aplikasikan pada bentuk atap yang menyerupai gelombang air.

The aim of this research is to develop web-based learning media using the blog and the feature of information and communication technology which is combined with discovery learning model to teach English lecture in non-English class in STKIP PGRI Trenggalek. The research design used is research and development invented by Borg and Gall which is modified with ASSURE method. The instrument used are interview and questionnaire. The collected data then be analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The result of the development is a learning blog with 5 menus, they are Home, Site guide, Chapter, Forum dan Credit. Within the use of media, students will experience learning which utilizes discovery model namely 2W3L. The final product of this learning media has been validated by blog-basis media expert with the score of 83 which means the media is good and there is no revision, meanwhile, the expert of learning content gives 88.8 points which means the learning steps of discovery and the material are very good and no revision. This valid and proper media is also accepted by the students very well.

Abstract : Human resource management is one of the functions of the organization, and when the function is running well, the organization is expected to strive for employees to provide optimal performance in accordance with the expected. Factors that may affect employee performance are transformational leadership, organizational culture and organizational commitment. Transformational leadership is a state in which employees feel trust, admiration, loyalty, and respect for their leaders. Organizational culture is the norm, belief, attitude and philosophy that embraced someone in achieving organizational goals. Organizational commitment is a psychological state that characterizes the relationship of employees with the organization and that affects employees will remain in the organization or not. The object of this research is Secretariat Staff of DPRD Surakarta. Based on presurvey in Secretariat DPRD Surakarta has a phenomenon of human resources problems, namely: the leader can not be a good example for employees, there are leaders who often come late, not obey the rules set. Employees have difficulty completing tasks on time, so the job becomes ineffective. Employees are also less confident about the organization, because of the lack of rewards for employees who have good performance. Abstraksi : Manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu fungsi organisasi, dan ketika fungsinya berjalan dengan baik, organisasi diharapkan berusaha agar karyawan dapat memberikan kinerja yang optimal sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi. Kepemimpinan transformasional adalah keadaan di mana karyawan merasa percaya, mengagumi, kesetiaan, dan menghormati pemimpin mereka. Budaya organisasi adalah norma, keyakinan, sikap dan filosofi yang merangkul seseorang dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Komitmen organisasi adalah keadaan psikologis yang mencirikan hubungan karyawan dan organisasi yang mempengaruhi karyawan akan tetap berada di organisasi atau tidak. Objek penelitian ini adalah Staf Sekretariat DPRD Surakarta. Berdasarkan presurvey di Sekretariat DPRD Kota Surakarta, ada sejumlah masalah sumber daya manusia, yaitu: pemimpin yang tidak memiliki contoh yang baik untuk karyawan, ada pemimpin yang sering datang terlambat, tidak mematuhi aturan yang ditetapkan. Karyawan mengalami kesulitan menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu, sehingga pekerjaan menjadi tidak efektif. Karyawan juga kurang yakin tentang organisasi, karena kurangnya penghargaan untuk karyawan yang memiliki kinerja yang baik.

Penelitian menjelaskan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kenyamanan pada rumah panggung khususnya yang berkaitan dengan iklim tropis dan adaptasi bangunan terhadap lingkungan serta menemukan kriteria dan konsep tropis pada Rumah Panggung di daerah eks, Kesultanan Deli. Berdasarkan tujuan tersebut, direncanakan metode pengumpulan data dan analisa yang akan digunakan adalah metode tinjauan pustaka dari berbagai sumber yang dianggap relevan. Simulasi dilakukan pada elemen-elemen yang sangat berpengaruh pada bangunan utama seperti semua ruangan dan berikut komponen seperti orientasi massa bangunan, pola ruang, bukaan (jenis bukaan, posisi bukaan, luas bukaan), bentuk bangunan dan material bangunan. Simpulan yang didapat yaitu bahwa Rumah Panggung merupakan bangunan yang tanggap lingkungan tropis, meskipun adanya perubahan beberapa material. Kata Kunci : Iklim tropis, Rumah Panggung eks. Abstrak Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan penduduk yang ada di Indonesia maka secara langsung hal ini mempengaruhi permintaan masyarakat terhadap pendidikan yang semakin meningkat. Secara tidak langsung masyarakat menuntut berbagai Lembaga Pendidikan khususnya pada tingkat Perguruan Tinggi untuk memberikan pelayanan pendidikan yang terbaik disertai dengan sistem pelayanan pendidikan yang bermutu ideal. Pada proses perancangan suatu bangunan atau kawasan, pemberian tema oleh setiap perancang adalah wajib hukumnya. Kegunaan tema sendiri untuk membantu para perancang dalam merancang bangunannya. Pada perancangan gedung Perpustakaan ini akan diterapkan tema Arsitektur Tropis. Tema akan diterapkan pada bangunan dengan mengutamakan atau memaksimalkan pencahayaan alami. Rencana pembangunan Perpustakaan Universitas Medan Area beserta sarana dan prasarananya akan ditempatkan diatas tanah seluasa 675.84 m2. Secara umum perancangan Perpustakaan terdiri dari 5 ruang utama bagi umum yaitu ruang baca perpustakaan, perpustakaan elektronik, ruang auditorium, ruang penyimpanan skripsi, dan test room. 3 ruang pengelola yaitu ruang kepala perpustakaan, ruang staff pengelola, dan ruang rapat pengelola. Abstract Along with the rapid development of the existing population in Indonesia, this directly affects the demand of the public to the ever increasing education. Indirectly the community demanded various Education Institutions, especially at the level of Higher Education to provide the best education services accompanied by an ideal quality education service system. In the process of designing a building or area, the theme by each designer is obligatory. Usefulness own theme to help the designers in designing the building. In the design of this Library building will be applied the theme of Tropical Architecture. The theme will be applied to the building by prioritizing or maximizing natural lighting. The construction plan of University of Medan Area Library along with its facilities and infrastructure will be placed on the land of 675.84 m2. In general, the design of the Library consists of 5 main space for the public library reading room, electronic library, auditorium room, thesis storage space, and test room. 3 management rooms are library headroom, management staff room, and manager meeting room. Islamization in North Sumatra: A Study of Gravestone in Rantang and Barus Cities. When talking about the process of islamization in Indonesia, many an expert will focus on discussing Aceh. Where as in North Sumatra, especially around the city of Medan and Barus many ancient gravestones found that proves the Islamic religion has long foothold in this area. By analyzing the typology and chronology of Aceh tombstones and inscriptions found in gravestones in the cities of Rantang and Barus, North Sumatra Province is known that the process of islamization in North Sumatra have occurred since the 13th century AD. The process of islamization was eventually formed a political community of Islam in the design of the 13th century AD ie the emergence of the Kingdom of Haru in the Kota Rantang, Hamparan Perak.

This article using discourse theory, popularized by Foucault, is used to examine the production and use of knowledge and practices relevant to the discourse that applies to the film, television, and media studies study program curriculum. This research uses the interpretive phenomenology method (Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis), and the classification and framing of data are carried out through focused group discussions. The purposeful sampling technique was chosen through a maximum variation sampling strategy involving eight research subjects to understand the various experiences of campuses that already have similar programs and are considered the most "oriented" stakeholders. The result is that the curriculum discourse produces four themes: scientific vision and mission, graduate profile, learning outcomes, and curriculum structure. In the experience model, participants express discourse themes with actual social reality. In the end, how discourse speaks is expected to be a critical dimension in forming the Film, Television, and Media Studies program curriculum. Abstrak Artikel ini menggunakan teori Diskursus yang dipopulerkan oleh Foucault digunakan dengan tujuan untuk melihat produksi dan penggunaan pengetahuan dan praktiknya yang relevansinya dengan wacana yang berlaku untuk kurikulum prodi kajian film, televisi, dan media. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode fenomenologi interpretatif (Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis), klasifikasi dan pembingkaian data dilakukan melalui kegiatan diskusi terpumpun/Focus Group Discussion. Teknik purposeful sampling dipilih melalui strategi maximal variation sampling dengan melibatkan delapan subjek penelitian untuk memahami beragam pengalaman dari kampus-kampus yang sudah memiliki program serupa dan dianggap paling "berorientasi" sebagai pemangku kepentingan. Hasilnya bahwa diskursus kurikulum menghasilkan empat tema yaitu visi misi keilmuan, profil lulusan, capaian pembelajaran, dan struktur kurikulum. Model pengalaman, partisipan mengungkapkan tema wacana dengan realitas sosial yang sesungguhnya. Pada akhirnya cara diskursus berbicara diharapkan menjadi dimensi kunci dalam pembentukan kurikulum pada program studi Kajian Film, Televisi, dan Media. Pendidikan kewirausahaan berbasis keagamaan dilakukan sebagai upaya menanamkan kompetensi kewirausahaan dengan berbasiskan nilai-nilai keagamaan untuk membentuk kemandirian siswa, yaitu dengan melakukan integrasi antara pendidikan kewirausahaan dengan pendidikan agama islam mencakup nilai-nilai kewirausahaan yang terkandung dalam al-Qur’an, menjadikan Nabi Muhammad Saw dalam berwirausaha sebagai tauladan dan berwirausaha dengan mengikuti prinsip-prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana konsep, implementasi dan dampak pendidikan kewirausahaan berbasis keagamaan untuk membentuk kemandirian siswa di SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo Malang dan SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain: Konsep pendidikan kewirausahaan berbasis keagamaan untuk membentuk kemandirian siswa dilakukan melalui intrakurikuler, kokurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler, sedangkan implementasi dilakukan melalui pembelajaran di kelas dan praktik langsung untuk berwirausaha. Adapun dampak dari implementasi di atas adalah membentuk siswa yang mandiri dengan berwirausaha sejak di bangku sekolah. Kata kunci: Pendidikan Kewirausahaan Berbasis Keagamaan, Kemandirian Siswa.

Abstract One of the state's efforts to eradicate corruption is to draw up a Bill on Asset Write-off, in which there is the regulation regarding the concept of Non-Criminal-Based Asset Write-off, which this concept can be called "Writing Without Punishment". The purpose of this writing is to find out how the concept of Non-Conviction Based Asset Forfeiture "Forfeiture Without Criminalization" can overcome corruption cases. Then to know how the human rights of the perpetrators whose assets are seized all by the state, doesn't every human being have the right to defend what they are entitled to. The method used by the author is the normative juridical method. These things are the general description of In this study, it was concluded that "Non-Conviction Based Assets" Forfeiture (NCB)" in the case of confiscation of assets resulting from criminal acts of corruption intends to maximize efforts to restore / recover assets (asset recovery) for state treasury losses are for the benefit of justice with the whole community, and the mechanism does not violate Human rights are based on the barrier between the rights to property as defined regulated in "Article 28G of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Kemudian untuk mengetahui bagaimana hak asasi manusia dari pelaku yang asetnya disita seluruhnya oleh negara, bukankah setiap manusia berhak membela apa yang menjadi haknya. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode yuridis normatif. Hal-hal tersebut merupakan deskripsi umum dalam penelitian ini, dinyatakan bahwa "Penghapusan Aset Berbasis Non-Pidana" dalam kasus penghapusan aset yang dihasilkan dari tindakan kejahatan korupsi bermaksud memaksimalkan upaya untuk memulihkan / mengembalikan aset (pemulihan aset) untuk kerugian kas negara demi kepentingan keadilan bersama masyarakat, dan mekanisme tersebut tidak melanggar hak asasi manusia yang didasarkan pada penghalang antara hak atas properti yang diatur dalam "Pasal 28G Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945". Many cases occur in Indonesia that show children and women have become victims of violence, one of which is domestic violence. There are many cases in the community of children and women who experience physical, psychological, sexual violence and neglect in the family, especially in the household. This community services uses FGD method to strengthen the children's and women's forum. The findings of this community services found that change is a must, so that in this case the government needs to make efforts to educate the public to be more open and able to take care of themselves to avoid becoming victims of violence, especially in the household. This community services take place in Dadaprejo, Batu, Esat Java. As a result, the Women and Children Forum is an important tool to be carried out as a means of communication that is implemented to prevent women and women from becoming victims of violence.

In today's modern era technology is not foreign to the people of Indonesia. Almost all Indonesian people use information technology, especially in internet services. Fintech is one method of service in the financial sector that is popular in the digital era. This sector is a factor that is highly expected by the government and the community in increasing access to financial services. This study uses a partial least square (SEM-PLS) structure equation analysis with a tool in the form of SmartPls software and is supported by data from questionnaires distributed to students using fintech services in Malang City. The results obtained from this study are known that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial technology in Malang City Students. This is indicated by the original sample value of 0.028 and the t-statistical value of 13.613. The value of t statistic is greater than the value of t table which is 1.96. Then from this research it is also known that financial inclusion has a positive and insignificant effect on financial technology in Malang City Students. This is indicated by the original sample value of 0.832 and the t-statistical value of 0.454, besides that it is also known that the t-statistical value is smaller than the t-table value of 1.96.

Legal protection for children who are victims of sexual crimes is a manifestation of the obligations given by the State specifically. One of these protections is the protection of the confidentiality of the identity of children who are victims of sexual crimes. This embodiment aims to prevent children from negative treatment from any party that can adversely affect their growth and development of children. It has been explained in the provisions of law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System Articlen19 paragraph (1). However, there are still many identities of children in conflict with the law that are not kept secret in case decisions are published on the Supreme Court Decision Directory Site. Therefore, the researchers raised two problem formulations. First, how to protect the identity of child victims of sexual crimes according to the laws and regulations. Second, how to protect the identity of child victims of sexual crimes according to the Malang District Court Class IA. The research method used a sociological juridical approach to collect literature study materials and interviews. Conclusions and suggestions from writing this final project, namely Article 19 of Law Numbern11 ofn2012 concerning the Criminal Justice System regarding the identity of children who are victims of sexual crimes whose identities are published if there are parties who violate the law that has set them up. Strict sanctions.

Article 1 of Law no. 1 of 1974 states that "marriage is physically and mentally between a man and a woman as husband and wife to form a happy family and based on the Almighty God". However, many problems in the household result in divorce, which causes various problems. One of the problems that occur as a result of divorce is child custody. One example is case decision number 1618/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Smp. This study aims to determine the basic considerations related to child custody following case decision number 1618/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Smp. In addition, it also aims to determine the obstacles in executing child care (Hadhanah) in the decision of the Sumenep Religious Court Number 1618/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Smp. This research is sociological juridical research using a statute approach and a case approach. Results Based on research and discussion, it is known that the Panel of Judges, in deciding this case, used Article 105 of the Compilation of Islamic Law, namely regarding the maintenance of children who are still not mumayyiz and also used the basis of legal considerations that are theoretically appropriate in terms of the principles that are the main reference in providing in the decision, the rules of Islamic law, as well as the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.

Ketahanan pangan menjadi isu penting di masa pandemi Covid-19. Pemerintah mendorong ketahanan pangan petani melalui program Pekarangan Pangan Lestari. Berbagai faktor memengaruhi keberhasilan program. Penelitian bertujuan menghasilkan analisis faktor personal, dukungan sarana produksi pertanian, dan pola komunikasi penyuluh pendamping dan sesama petani berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan pangan petani. Penelitian didesain sebagai penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei cross-sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor personal petani, dukungan sarana produksi pertanian, dan pola komunikasi berpengaruh nyata dan positif terhadap ketahanan pangan petani.

The Covid-19 pandemic triggered fluctuations on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), particularly in 2020 and 2021. Using data from 720 institutional investors from Indonesia's four largest banks (known as KBMI 4), this study aims to (1) examine the rationality of institutional investors during the pandemic by focusing on investment changes and (2) identifying variables associated with macroeconomics, financial fundamentals, and stock performance that may influence their investment decision. This study employed the Kruskal-Wallis test followed by Dunnett's Multiple Comparison Test. The analysis of the entire sample of investors revealed no statistically significant differences in the value of their investments during the observation period. Further clustered based analysis reveals that investors with high investment value (>$98,700) exhibit investment dynamics, as investment values rose from pre-pandemic levels. The conclusion is that institutional investors have a distinct rationality than individual investors and are generally less susceptible to bias. Panel data modeling: inflation rate, Loan at Risk (LAR) ratio, LAR coverage and Return on Equity (ROE) have a statistically significant impact on the stock investments made by institutional investors in KBMI 4 banks. This identifies asset quality and profitability as two crucial considerations for investors during the pandemic-induced crisis. Abstrak Indonesia memiliki kekayaan lagu rakyat yang beragam sesuai keberadaan suku-suku yang tersebar dari Sabang sampai Merauke. Warisan budaya yang tak ternilai ini tidak hanya perlu dilestarikan, tapi juga diberi langkah strategis agar dapat berkembang dan dikenal lebih jauh. Dalam konteks ini, O Ina Ni Keke, sebuah lagu rakyat dari Sulawesi Utara, telah menjadi repertoar standar orkestra yang mendunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana komposisi struktur musikal yang diciptakan oleh Joko suprayitno untuk lagu sederhana khas lagu rakyat seperti O Ina Ni Keke mengubah lagu tersebut menjadi kelindan melodi, harmoni, tekstur, dan struktur elemen musikal lainnya dan pada akhirnya menjadi sebuah karya yang pernah dimainkan oleh Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan paparan deskriptif. Proses analisis menggunakan analisis teoretis musikologis atas bentukan struktur elemen musikal dalam aransemen lagu O Ina Ni Keke. Pendalaman proses analisis akan ditunjang oleh sumber-sumber tertulis seperti buku-buku komposisi musik dan juga notasi atau score hasil aransemen sebagai data pokok dalam proses analisis. Penelitian ini menemukan penggunaan variasi melodi kontrapungtal, penempatan melodi pokok di hampir semua instrumen musik yang memunculkan karakter bunyi yang berbeda-beda, dan penggunaan teknik pedal point. From a folk song from North Sulawesi to a global standard orchestra repertoire. This study aims to find out how to composed the musical structure of simple songs typical of folk songs such as the song O Ina Ni Keke by Joko Suprayitno into a combination of melodies, harmonies, textures and other musical elements into a masterpiece that was once played by the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra during a concert at the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra. Simfonia Hall Jakarta in the framework of the Fundraising Concert for Palu & Donggala Tsunami Victims. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive exposure. The analysis process uses musicological theoretical analysis of the formation of musical elements in the arrangement of the song O Ina Ni Keke. The deepening of the analysis process will be supported by written sources such as music composition books and of course the notation or score of the arrangement as the main data in the analysis process. The results of the study found that the use of contrapuntal melody variations, the placement of the main melody in almost all instruments gave rise to different characters, and the use of the pedal point technique

Menurut International Diabetes Federation (IDF) saat ini sudah ada sekitar 230 juta penderita diabetes dengan angka kejadian naik 3 % setiap tahun.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kecemasan dan stress pada penderita DM tipe II di wilayah yogyakarta bagian tengah. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskripsi analitik dengan purposive sampling, instrumen menggunakan kuesioner Depression Anxiety Stress Scales dan analisa data menggunakan chi square Hasil penelitian terhadap 30 orang responden dalam kondisi cemas berat 11 orang dipengaruhi usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan dan lama DM tipe II dengan p0,05 sedang stress dalam kondisi sedang dan berat 10 orang dipengaruhi oleh usia, jenis kelamin dan pendidikan dengan p 0,05.

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui sikap perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan paliatif. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif (FGD), pendekatan hermeneutic fenomenologi (n=7 perawat kemoterapi), instrument pedoman wawancara, analisis data menggunakan Interpretative Phenomenology Analysis dan telah mendapatkan layak etik dari KEP UNISA Yogyakarta: 1342/KEP-UNISA/IX/2020 dan KEP RSUD RS Kota Yogyakarta: 41/KEP/RSUD/X/2020. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 6 tema yaitu: kegiatan administratif, perbedaan teori dengan praktik, pemahaman perawatan paliatif, tugas perawat paliatif, memberikan rasa nyaman dan peningkatan keterampilan. Perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan paliatif senantiasa menjalankan tugas secara baik, melakukan komunikasi yang baik, memberikan motivasi kepada pasien dan keluarga.

The Superior Performance Assessment Criteria (KPKU) assessment is conducted annually by Perum Peruri in accordance with the Secretary of the Ministry of State Owned Entreprises (SOEs) number S-08 / S.MBU / 2013 concerning Submission of KPI Guidelines and Criteria for Superior Performance Assessment on SOEs. This research was conducted to analyze the KPKU’s assessment of Perum Peruri whether it had been effectively carried out at Perum Peruri and to see the influence between the categories of KPKU. KPKU assessment of Perum Peruri data was analyzed using a t-test (one sample), trend analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) partial least square (PLS) approach. Peruri KPKU value always increases every year, it indicates that the presence of Peruri KPKU can improve its performance. The results of the analysis with the T test that the Perum Peruri KPKU score has not been effective in achieving the Ministry of SOEs target, but if a trend analysis is carried out for the next 5 years the assessment score shows a positive upward trend, then for the SEM-PLS results it is known that all categories in the KPKU assessment are interrelated and influence. It is necessary to conduct further research related to the influence of KPKU categories to improve KPKU assessment scores.

Hip fracture increased due to the aging phenomenon. Hip fracture injuries are identified as one of the most serious healthcare problems affecting the elderly, including instrument and physical function and quality of life problem.This study aimed to evaluate quality of life between 1st and 3rd months older person with hip fracture who had received surgical treatment. A prospective study design with 66 older people who have hip surgical treatment. Face-to-face Quality of life assessment used SF36 instrument was conducted. In general, a significant difference between 1st and 3rd months post hospital discharge was found (p = 0.001). In addition, the role of disability due to emotional problems and role disability due to physical health problems has the highest in differences than another dimension (M ± SD; 55.0 ± 38.6 and M ± SD; 44.3 ± 38.7; respectively), However, there is no significant difference in fatigue subscale (p = 0.624) between 1st and 3rd months post hospital discharge. In general, there was an increase in the quality of life between 1st and 3rd months among hip elderly patients without concomitant disease. Comprehensive nursing care is needed in order to maintain and improve all dimensions of the quality of life for elderly with hip surgery. Longitudinal studies with a complexity of variables and a larger number of samples are highly recommended for future study.

Seiring perkembangan industri musik di Indonesia yang semakin maju persaingan dalam bermain musik semakin ketat. Dalam bermain musik banyak membutuhkan alat pembantu demi terciptanya suara yang merdu, selain itu juga untuk menunjang kreatifitas para musisi dalam menciptakan sebuah karya. Alat pembantu dalam bermusik bermacam-macam, salah satunya adalah alat preamplifier gitar bass elektrik. Preamplifier ini di pasaran harganya sangatlah mahal, yang belum tentu terjangkau oleh para musisi, selain itu cara penggunaanya juga terlalu rumit bagi para musisi pemula, dan dirasa cukup berat bobot dari alat preamp ini. Melihat permasalahan di atas maka perlunya dilakukan perancangan ulang alat preamplifier gitar bass elektrik ini dengan melakukan wawancara langsung kepada pengguna preamp yang notabenenya pernah memakai alat preamplifier gitar bass elektrik ini saat bermusik. Maka diharapkan alat preamplifier gitar bass elektrik hasil rancangan nanti akan sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen. Kemudian dilakukan perancangan alat menggunakan pendekatan model design Nigel Cross. Pengembangan desain ini diawali dengan mengklasifikasikan tujuan-tujuan dari perancangan dan menetapkan fungsi serta batasan sistem. Setelah itu menyusun kebutuhan konsumen untuk membuat spesifikasi alat pengaman yang baru, kemudian menetapkan karakteristik yang bertujuan untuk menentukan target apa yang akan dicapai sehingga sesuai kebutuhan konsumen. Selanjutnya pembangkitan alternatif dari alat preamplifier gitar bass elektrik desain baru, kemudian akan dievaluasi untuk dipilih yang mana yang terbaik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terbukti bahwa alat preamplifier gitar bass elektrik hasil rancangan ulang memiliki spesifikasi sebagai berikut, yaitu dari segi ukuran tidak memakan tempat, ringan, lebih memudahkan bagi pengguna dalam pengoprasianya dan harganya yang terjangkau. Sedangkan dari beberapa kombinasi alternatif, terdapat 3 alternatif yang terpilih dari perolehan hasil terbanyak dan alternatif 1 merupakan pilihan terbaik. Maka biaya pembelian bahan lebih murah dibandingkan pilihan alternatif yang lain. Setelah spesifikasi sudah sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen selanjutnya alat preamplifier gitar bass elektrik diuji coba, dan hasil uji coba dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai tujuan yang diinginkan.

Introduction: Mobile technology such as smartphones and laptops have been a potential learning tool in both academic and clinical facets of nursing education. However, potentials and challenges of m-technology vary depending on individual, social, technological, and pedagogical conditions. And, studies of this issue in developing countries are lacking. Objective: This study aims to explore the potentials and challenges of m-technology integration in Indonesian nursing education. Method: 25 nursing faculties from three different nursing schools in Yogyakarta participated through an online questionnaire. 8 of them were purposely taken for semi -structured interviews. The data were presented cross-sectionally through descriptive statistics and ascertained with participants voices. Results: The findings delineated how mobile technology leveraged in both academic and clinical of nursing instructions. Three main potentials identified were to promote ubiquitous learning, build autonomous learning, and enhance technological knowledge. Technology affordances, psychological aspects, and nursing students attitude emerged as challenges in the current nursing education context. Social, individual, technological, and pedagogical aspects were discussed. Conclusion: Mobile technology is potential to mediate and provide better learning for nursing students in academic and clinical settings. However, faculties’ pedagogical knowledge and learning regulation of online learning are required to be analysed further.

The public perception that the quality of public transport service is very bad cause the number of private vehicle users is very high compared with the number of users of public transport. Therefore, an initial identification of the Commuter Train influence area by feeder is required. The goal is to know how big the area of the Commuter Train influence area viewed from the use of public transport feeder on the way to and leave the station. The method used in this initial identification is the collection of primary data by conducting interview survey of SUSI Commuter Train and the SULAM Commuter Train. Survey is conducted from two different directions in the morning departure hours only. The result of initial identification is known that the city of Surabaya has the Commuter Train influence area of SUSI Commuter Train and the SULAM Commuter Train 2 different directions in the morning departure hour by using feeder to the origin station of 9000 meters (20%) and from the destination station of 6000 meter (63.64%).

Therefore, the strategy to apply the trust management needs to be done so that the management trust becomes the corporate culture of the company. Sistem ekonomi Islam merupakan sebuah sistem alternatif yang menjanjikan dan oleh karenanya layak dipertimbangkan secara seksama. Namun demikian, tidak sedikit pula yang mempertanyakan, apakah benar sistem ekonomi Islam merupakan sebuah alternatif yang menjanjikan, khususnya upaya menyelesaikan masalah ekonomi bangsa yang sangat menyesakan ini, walaupun pada saaat ini sudah mulai banyak yang menerapkan sistem ekonomi syariah ini dalan dunia perbankan. Aplikasi etika syariah sebagai konsekuensi dari tujuan perusahaan yang memaksimalkan rahmat melahirkan apa yang disebut dengan manajemen amanah. Seluruh proses dalam manajemen ini selalu dijiwai oleh, dan dipraktikan dengan, etika syariah untuk memaksimalkan rahmat. Oleh karena itu, ditekankan oleh manajemen amanah adalah bagaimana memaksimalkan rahrnat dapat dilakukan. Untuk itu strategi untuk mengaplikasikan manajemen amanah perlu dilakukan agar manajemen amanah menjadi corporate culture dari perusahaan.
