This evaluation study aims to determine the quality and output of the Private Program for Reading Al-Quran using the Iqra Method to eliminate illiteracy in Reading Al-Quran for Santri at Dayah Ummul Ayman Aceh. The method used in descriptive quantitative research. The data taken is primary data. The data source comes from questionnaires filled out by research subjects. This research is evaluation research using the Quality Evaluation Model and Learning Output, better known as the EKOP Model. This research was conducted at the Private Program for Reading Al-Quran using the Iqra Method at Dayah Ummul Ayman, Putoh Village, Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province in June 2023 with a sample of 45 santri (N = 45). Data collection using tests and questionnaires. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistical techniques using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The results of the study found that the quality of learning in the private program of reading Al-Quran with the Iqra method at Dayah Ummul Ayman had gone well. However, Learning Facilities are still in the Adequate category. The Learning Output in the Private Program Reading Al-Quran with the Iqra Method at Dayah Ummul Ayman in terms of Academic Proficiency has achieved a fairly high score. However, the Learning Output on the Personal and Social Proficiency indicators is still in the Adequate category. The recommendations for improvement given are to improve learning facilities better. In addition, learning output in the context of personal skills and social skills must also be improved.

This study aims to (1) determine the level of knowledge and understanding of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTsN) science teachers in constructing exam questions, (2) describe the knowledge and understanding of MTsN science teachers in writing questions based on the cognitive level of Bloom's taxonomy. This research is descriptive quantitative type. The data collection was carried out by a survey method using a developed questionnaire instrument. The population in this study were all MTsN (Islamic Junior High School) science teachers in Banda Aceh. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that: (1) most of the MTsN Banda Aceh science teachers already have very high knowledge and high understanding in constructing exam questions. (2) Knowledge and understanding of constructing questions are limited to levels C1, C2, C3 and C4. For questions on cognitive levels C5 and C6, some MTsN science teachers do not know and understand how to construct them. This research can be information for various parties who hold training or question writing workshops so that they can provide material that is right on target or is still not mastered by the teacher.

Arabic language learning purposes to encourage, guide, develop, and enhance Arabic languages.Skills included listening, speaking, reading and writing. In the fact, the Arabic language learning has some problems. The aim of this study is to analyze various problems in learning of Arabic language. The method used in this study is descriptive methode, which is a study that collects data in the form of words and picture without number. The results of this study indicate that two big problems in learning Arabic language, there are linguistic problems and non linguistic problems. The linguistic problems included sound, vocabularies, structure and writing. Non-linguistic problems included teachers, motivaties, fasilities, socio cultural, textbooks, characteristics, methods and times.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh semakin tingginya persaingan industri perbankan syariah dengan perusahaan fintech. Salah satu hal patut dipertimbangkan adalah inovasi fintech yang menganut inovasi disruptif yang mempengaruhi contestability dan kemampuan bersaing yang berimplikasi terhadap eksistensi perbankan syariah. Oleh sebab itu, perbankan syariah dituntut mempunyai strategi dalam mempertahankan loyalitas nasabah dan eksistensi perbankan. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian kepustakaan yang menggunakan data sekunder sebagai sumber data utama yang akan dikaji secara mendalam yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan pola deskriptif. Artikel ini akan merumuskan strategi-strategi yang dapat digunakan oleh praktisi perbankan syariah dalam menghadapi fintech untuk terus brsinergi memberikan layanan yang canggih, inovatif, mudah, cepat dan murah dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa strategi yang dapat diimplementasikan di antaranya (1) model collaborating strategy yang diusung dengan menggandeng fintech untuk menyalurkan pembiayaan UMKM dan merekrut nasabah untuk mengambil pembiayaan pada perbankan syariah. (2) Strategi selanjutnya berupa confotative strategy yang menempatkan perusahaan startup sebagai competitor bagi perbankan syariah. (3) Strategi lainnya meningkatkan kemampuan survive yang tinggi bagi stakeholder dalam Menghadapi Fintech. (4) Kemudian strategi internal yang dapat dilakukan oleh perbankan syariah dalam menghadapi fintech seperti think like fintech, embrace new technology dan fokus pada on engagement serta safety first. Perpaduan inovasi tersebut juga menjadi salah satu urgensi dari tujuan pemerataan kemakmuran bagi masyarakat yang selama ini tidak tersentuh oleh perbakan syariah dengan begitu, layanan fintech dapat menjadi perantara berkembangnya industri perbankan syariah di Indonesia dengan menyediakan layanan yang prima ditengah meningkatnya masyarakat yang menggunakan ponsel dan internet.

A library is a work unit in the form of a place to store collections of library materials that are systematically arranged in a certain way to be used continuously by the user as a source of information. Village library is an inseparable part of the world of education. Villages that have a complete library will be able to develop wider community knowledge. But in reality, the facilities in the village library are inadequate, for example, collection materials such as textbooks, religious books and general information that are only a few or incomplete. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the gampong library on the interest in reading religious books for the people in Aceh province. The research design used is a quantitative method, while for the sample in this study are in Aceh Province. The total number of residents to be studied is 300 people. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, the results of the Acehnese community on reading religious books available in the gampong library can be said to be very good, this can be seen from the percentage results where the percentage of people's learning interest averages above 60%. Then it can be concluded that there is an influence of the gampong library on the interest in reading religious books for the people in Aceh province.

Violence such as beatings, intimidation, sexual harassment, and other forms often occur in many Pesantren. Cases of violence in Pesantren tarnished the name of Pesantren collectively, received stigma from various groups, and diminished public trust in Pesantren regarding the safety of students. Violence and bullying in Pesantren imply the significance and urgency of preventing violence and creating a safe Pesantren environment. Prevention of violence in Pesantren needs to be done with an effective strategy and a comprehensive approach. This paper aims to describe strategies for preventing violence in Pesantren and their relevance to various forms of violence in Pesantren, including bullying and sexual harassment. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data in this study are primary data obtained by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found that the prevention strategies used at Dayah Ummul Ayman included strengthening the supervisory function at the layer closest to the santri, continuing counseling on anti-violence in Pesantren, teaching commendable moral values, and internalizing commendable moral values. This paper is weak in generalization due to the use of qualitative methods. The researcher recommends that future researchers may use mixed methods in research on violence in Pesantren to produce more thorough and comprehensive findings.

This study aims to determine the roles of Dayah as an Islamic educational institution in providing understanding and awareness for Acehnese regarding implementing Islamic law in Aceh. This study uses a qualitative research method with a multi-case study approach. The locus of research is three Islamic boarding schools (Dayah) in Aceh with three different models. Data was taken from documentation and in-depth interviews with students and teachers at related institutions. The sampling technique used a combination of purposive and snowball techniques. Data collection uses in-depth interviews and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model from Miles and Huberman. Triangulation techniques are used to ensure the validity of the data. The results of this study indicate that Dayah education has at least two main roles. First, the role of creating a society that can accept Islamic law properly. Second, the role of forming a government that can create Islamic Sharia regulations that follow the culture of the Acehnese. This can be channeled for public education by transferring understanding from Teungku Dayah to Teungku Imum through the Aceh government as an intermediary. Dayah alumni can also help in terms of the role of public education with da'wah via behavior, speech, and writing. Practically, the dayah teacher plays a role in implementing Islamic law in four roles: teacher, practitioner of sharia, observer, and mentor. In the conclusion, Islamic education in Aceh has two key roles: shaping society to follow Islamic law and adapting Sharia regulations to Acehnese culture. Recommendations include seeking guidance from qualified clerics, and stakeholders should prioritize their roles in achieving this. This study is driven by the inconsistent findings of previous research on assessing the determinants of banks' performance. In addition, financing risk has been indicated as a significant variable in mediating the related research but failed to incorporate in previous research. Therefore, this study aims to assess the role of liquidity and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on Islamic bank's performance in Indonesia using financing risk as a mediator. Data were collected from 14 samples operating in Indonesia in the period 2013-2019. They were then analyzed using Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with Warp PLS 7.0 as a tool of analysis. The results show that variable liquidity (FDR) significantly influences Bank Performance mediated by Financing Risk (NPF). Meanwhile, variable CAR shows no significant influence on Bank Performance even when it was mediated by the Financing Risk variable (NPF). This finding implies that providing short-term financing is more profitable for an Islamic bank than a longer one. This finding is in line with the Commercial Loan Theory, which states that it is better to provide loans in the short term to minimize the possibility of defaults that will impact the bank's performance. ================================================================================================== ABSTRAK – Apakah Likuiditas dan Rasio Kecukupan Modal mempengaruhi Kinerja Bank Syariah di Indonesia? Suatu Analisis menggunakan Risiko Pembiayaan sebagai Mediator. Penelitian ini didorong oleh tidak konsistennya temuan penelitian sebelumnya dalam menilai determinan kinerja bank. Selain itu, risiko pembiayaan telah terindikasi sebagai variabel yang signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh beberapa variabel penilaian kinerja bank syariah, tetapi tidak diakomodir dalam penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai peran variabel likuiditas dan CAR terhadap kinerja bank syariah di Indonesia dengan menggunakan risiko pembiayaan sebagai mediator. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari 14 bank syariah yang beroperasi di Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan WarpPLS 7.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja bank bank syariah dengan dimediasi oleh risiko pembiayaan (NPF). Sedangkan variabel CAR tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja bank syariah walaupun dimediasi oleh NPF. Penelitian mempunyai implikasi bahwa memberikan pembiayaan jangka pendek lebih menguntung bagi bank syariah dari pada pembiayaan jangka panjang. Hal ini sejalan dengan Commercial Loan Theory yang menyebutkan bahwa memberikan pinjaman dalam jangka pendek lebih menguntungkan karena dapat meminimalisir terjadinya wanprestasi yang berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja bank.

Based on theoretical studies, the variable arm muscle power is an important factor of physical condition in supporting badminton smash skills. This study aims to determine the correlation between arm muscle power and badminton smash skills. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational research type. The research sample consisted of 73 people who were selected from physical Serambi Mekkah University, Banda Aceh. The research instruments used for each varibale were: arm muscle power using the shot put test instrument, while for badminton smash skills using a process and result test developed by the author himself, the data analysis stages consisted of calculating the mean, standard deviation.. The stages of data analysis carried out were the calculation of the average, standard deviation, determination of the t score, calculation of the correlation and the t test to determine the significance of the correlation between variables. Based on the analysis of research data, The correlation between arm muscle power and badminton smash skills is (r = 0.88. which means that there is a significant correlation between arm muscle power and badminton smash skills. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it was also found that arm muscle power contributed 78.68% to badminton smash skills.

This study aims to determine the strategy of the pesantrenpreneur in Islamic boarding school Ummul Ayman Pidie Jaya Aceh in producing students to have a good entrepreneurial spirit. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This study's data were collected through in-depth interviews with informants and then matched the research results through interviews with documentary evidence that the authors had collected and processed it with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that it is necessary to develop an entrepreneurial interest in students to explore their potential, where apart from prayer is also accompanied by effort. With the increasing interest in entrepreneurship and getting to know market segmentation and also how to deal with consumers who have various behaviors, their creativity will emerge, which will have an impact on increasing the economic value of raw material products which may be developed in the form of semi-finished or even processed products. Ready for consumption, considering the high demand for this commodity will directly result in an increased trade surplus and a relatively good economic outlook. Besides, students also have businesses and become entrepreneurs so that they can become financially independent. Support from the local, regional government is also needed to run well and sustainably, which will impact the regional economy.

The teaching of English in Indonesia has been started from elementary school until university level because students are expected to have good knowledge of English as the international language. In order to compete with people all over the world, English learners should be able to use English both in written and spoken form. The teaching of English in SMAINUS has been conducted in a fun way supported by the innovative teacher and interactive technique. Consequently, students have positive perceptions toward English and are more motivated to improve their English. However, there is no any English club, especially on English Conversation Club (ECC) that can facilitate students to do speaking practice outside the class to improve their productive skill rapidly. Therefore, this program is the starting point of ECC in SMAINUS. This paper aims at exploiting students’ perceptions of ECC program to create English environment.

This article aims to study the triggering factors of financing problems in BMI Banda Aceh and the policies taken to resolve the issues. In particular, the article also examines the effectiveness of applying these policies in reducing financing problems in BMI Banda Aceh. This research is expected to be a framework or model for other Islamic banks that have similar problems. The data was collected using an in-depth interview and documentation study. In analyzing data, this article utilized descriptive analysis method with qualitative approach. The findings show that finacing problems at BMI were triggered by 1) customers, 2) internal bank, and 3) fictitious factors. BMI applied a comprehensive policy to solve the problems starting from prevention to the culmination. The resolving techniques consist of ‘on the spot’, summons, billing, restructuring, collateral selling and written off, and penalty charging. In addition, BMI has also applied internal policy to the case that was not regulated by the financial authority such as the establishment of Remedial Team that was specifically formed to handle financing problems. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah di Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) Banda Aceh dan kebijakan yang diambil untuk menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut. Secara khusus, artikel ini juga mengkaji keefektifan kebijakan tersebut dalam mereduksi pembiayaan bermasalah di BMI Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi framework atau model bagi bank syariah lain yang memiliki permasalahan yang sama. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab pembiayaan murabahah bermasalah berasal dari 1) nasabah, 2) internal bank dan 3) faktor fiktif. Kebijakan yang diterapkan sangat komprehensif mulai dari pencegahan sampai dengan penyelesaian. Teknis penyelesaian dilakukan dengan metode on the spot, somasi, penagihan, restrukturisasi, penjualan jaminan, dan melakukan write off serta adanya penetapan terhadap denda. Selain itu, BMI juga mempunyai pola-pola kebijakan internal yang secara langsung tidak diatur secara detail oleh otoritas keuangan seperti pembentukan tim remedial yang khusus menangani pembiayaan bermasalah.
