The community service program with the students focuses on Pulisan Village, which is in the Likupang KEK (Special Economic Zone) area and a super-priority tourism destination. Pulisan has many attractions, including beaches, islands, and sea. However, Pulisan also needs new tourist attractions, specifically terrestrial tourist attractions, to distribute tourist visits well. Therefore, a community service program with students is carried out in collaboration with partners, namely tourism care groups entitled Designing the Savana Hill Ecotourism Tracking Route in Pulisan Village, Likupang, North Minahasa Regency. The method used was direct assistance to the community, in this case, the Pulisan Village tourism awareness group responsible for developing the Pulisan Tourism Village. The design of the ecotourism tracking route used mapping technology to determine the direction and location points created, as well as stopping points along the Pulisan Savana Hill tracking route. With the Savana Hill tracking route, tourist visits are focused on the sea, islands, and beaches, and they are distributed to Savana Hill using the designed tracking route. Diabetes Mellitus merupakan penyakit dengan pengobatan sepanjang hidup, sedangkan obat antidiabetes yang dikonsumsi dapat menimbulkan efek samping dalam penggunaan jangka panjang sehingga membutuhkan alternatif terapi dengan tanaman obat tradisional seperti tanaman binahong (Anredera cordifolia (Ten) Steen.) yang mengandung flavonoid dan saponin. Senyawa tersebut mempunyai kemampuan menurunkan kadar gula darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya efek antidiabetes ekstrak etanol daun binahong pada mencit jantan galur swiss yang diinduksi aloksan. Jenis penelitian ini eksperimental dengan metode pre and post test with controlled group design, menggunakan mencit jantan galur swiss 15 ekor yang dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok. Kontrol negatif (CMC Na 0,5%), kontrol positif (Glibenklamid dosis 0,65 mg/KgBB), dan kelompok perlakuan ekstrak etanol daun binahong dosis 17,5 mg/KgBB. Data kadar gula darah yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 23 dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ekstrak etanol daun binahong dengan dosis 17,5 mg/KgBB dapat menurunkan kadar gula darah pada mencit jantan galur swiss ­­yang diinduksi aloksan. Data penurunan kadar gula darah yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan One Way ANOVA, dilanjutkan dengan LSD. Hasil uji menunjukkan penurunan kadar gula darah pada mencit yang diberikan ekstrak etanol daun binahong dengan dosis 17,5 mg/KgBB tidak berbeda bermakna dengan pemberian glibenklamid dosis 0,65 mg/KgBB (sig >0,05).

This research discusses the strength of the Constitutional Court's decision regarding judicial review in Indonesia. The Constitutional Court is an institution of judicial power tasked with exercising the authority of judicial review born from the 3rd Amendment to the 1945 Constitution. In this study, the philosophical and normative foundations that form the basis for the strength of the Constitutional Court's decision to conduct judicial review will be discussed. The method used is normative juridical, using secondary materials such as laws, decisions of the Constitutional Court, and related legal literature. This study's results confirm that the Constitutional Court's decision to conduct a judicial review has a powerful dimension of power. This power can be viewed from several angles, both philosophical and normative. In the philosophical aspect, the strength of the Constitutional Court's decision lies in the principles of popular sovereignty and constitutional supremacy. While in the normative aspect, the strength of the Constitutional Court's decision is based on the provisions of laws and regulations governing the authority and procedures of the Constitutional Court in conducting judicial reviews.

Indonesia is a constitutional state as stated in Article 1 Paragraph 3 of the 1945 Constitution and adheres to the concept of the rule of law. Indonesia is a democratic country that upholds the values of justice. Siak Regency is one of the districts in Riau Province which is synonymous with Malay culture. The values of local wisdom are still very thick in the life of the Malay people in Siak. The constitutional rights of citizens are regulated in the 1945 Constitution. In relation to fighting for constitutional rights, it cannot be denied that gender issues are an inhibiting factor for the development of society, especially for women. This is also an implication of the lack of system support that accommodates women in honing their potential and creativity, especially in rural areas. Therefore this paper is present as an emotional outpouring of questioning the role and involvement of women in the Merempan Hilir area to improve quality. family life through the agricultural sector built on the basis of rational arguments. The agricultural sector is the main sector that gets great attention and hope in rural communities and this agricultural sector is the main sector of livelihood for the people of the area. this is based on the characteristics of Indonesia as an archipelagic country which incidentally has an agrarian style, so that agricultural activities have become a tradition that is still well preserved today. However, the problem in the life of rural communities in general is the limited access to potential sources in an area. The type of research used is sociological legal research. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana tinjauan yuridis pergeseran batas wilayah Kota Pekanbaru dengan Kabupaten Kampar, dan mengapa terjadi penolakan terhadap Permendagri Nomor 18 Tahun 2015, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis sosiologis. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aspek hukum pergeseran batas wilayah Kota Pekanbaru dengan Kabupaten Kampar dan mengetahui faktor penyebab terjadinya penolakan terhadap Permendagri Nomor 18 Tahun 2015. Adapun hasil dari penelitian adalah, bahwa Permendagri Nomor 18 Tahun 2015 cacat secara yuridis karena bertentangan dengan asas lex superiori derogat lex inferiori, dan terjadinya penolakan dari masyarakat terhadap Permendagri Nomor 18 Tahun 2015, karena proses keluarnya Permendagri Nomor 18 Tahun 2015 tidak melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat serta pemberlakuannya berdampak terhadap pergeseran wilayah administratif, yang berimplikasi terhadap status hukum hak-hak keperdataan masyarakat.

Intellectual capital is an intangible resource owned by the organization that can be used to create value for the organization. Intellectual capital consists of the source of human capital, the organization itself and its relationship to the environment. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of intellectual capital on lecturer and organizational performance and the effect of lecturer performance on organizational performance. Lecturer performance was measured by Key Performance Indicator value. Organizational performance was measured by perspective of costumer, finance, internal business process, learning and growth. Respondents of this research were 106 lecturers in Sekolah Tinggi Perikanan. Data was analyzed by descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL. The results showed that intellectual capital has positive effect and significant on lecturer and organizational performance. Lecturer performance has positive effect on organizational performance, but insignificant. University is the organization which high intellectual capital, so organization could be able to manage them for improving performance.

The emergence of discourse reviving GBHN or in standard terms is known as the reformulation of the national development planning system with the GBHN model derived from the recommendations of the Republic of Indonesia MPR for the 2009-2014 period. The emergence of the discourse of reviving GBHN seen in the perspective of legal politics is a difficult choice because it will deal with a number of pre-existing MPR policies through the 1945 constitution amendments to the Republic of Indonesia. This writing method using this type of research is doctrinal (doctrinal) or normative, which examines law as the norm. The results of the discussion that if the desire to revive GBHN in the Indonesian constitutional system must have a consensus that must be carried out before the MPR steps in the process of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.

ABSTRACT Immunization is a program be done to protect a human body from diseases. In Tanjung Jabung Barat District, the completeness of mmunization has not reached in MDGs (> 93%). According to the health agency information, showed that the completeness of immunization in West Tanjung Tabung regency (89%) and Kuala Tungkal II health Center (78%). The purpose of this research is to analyze factors that related with the status of basic Immunization. The type of research is qualitative method through indepth interview. This research uses cross sectional design. The research was be located on Kuala Tungkal II PHC in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. The population is all mothers who have children aged 12-24 months. Sampling is done by random sampling. The result showed that were a significant relationship between maternal education level (p = 0.007; OR 3.15; 95% CI 1.33-7.49), mother’s knowledge (p = 0.000; OR = 45.25; 95% CI 13.23-154.72), mother's attitude (p = 0.000; OR = 94.55; 95% CI 22.13-403.87), and mother’s motivate (p = 0.000; OR= 37.00 ; 95% CI 11.40-119.99) related to the child immunization status. It can be concluded that three variables have related to incomplete immunization. It is suggested that the health agency should improve the knowledge of health personnel in training that involves the basic immunization., so as to provide education to the public about the importance of complete basic immunization. Background: The prevalence of malnutrition among toddler in Kotabaru district was still high at 20,86 %. The family implemented Kadarzi was 56,24 % while the family who implemented PHBS was 42,48 %, this prevalence was still low. Objective: The purpose was analyzed the relationship between Kadarzi and PHBS behavior of households with nutritional status of toddler of 24-59 months. Methods: The design was cross sectional study conducted in Puskesmas Dirgahayu. Subjects were children aged 24-59 months who lived in Puskesmas Dirgahayu area, who coverese with inclusion and exclusion criteria twose, subjects are 90 respondens. Sampling technical by simple random sampling. Analysis tests used chi square test and logistic regression with 95% confidence level. Questionnaire was used as tools research, energy and protein intake was measured by recall method. Results: The results showed 27,8 % children was categorized as malnutrition status, 72,2 % family implemented Kadarzi and 70,0 % Kadarzi behave uncategorised healthy home. Analysis of the data showed no significant relationship between Kadarzi behavior with nutritional status (p=0,000, OR=31,13). There was a significant relationship between clean and healthy behavior with nutritional status (p=0,000, OR=22,56). Analysis of multiple logistic regression test obtained dominant factor associated with nutritional status is Kadarzi behavior (p=0,000, OR=0,08). Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between Kadarzi and PHBS behavior of households with nutritional status of toddler 24-59 months.

Background : The percentage of overweight children in Bengkulu (16.4%) is higher than the national (11.9%). Factors causing overweight is a high energy intake and low physical activity. Objective : To analyze the impact of health education for mothers in changes of maternal behavior, energy intake, physical activity level and Body Mass Index (BMI) z-score among overweight children 3-6 years old. Methode : Quasi-Experiment with non-randomized pre-post test control group design. Subjects (48 mothers) were selected purposively and divided into 2 groups (treatment and control). Health education in the treatment group was conducted 6 times in 12 weeks. Analyses were conducted by Independent t-test, Mann Whitney, Paired t-test, Wilcoxon and Covariance. Results: There was an increased in attitude score (20.9 ± 3.52), carbohydrate intake percentage (3.7 ± 7.30%) and physical activity level (0.04 ± 0.01) in the treatment group. The energy adequacy level (-3.4 ± 13.26%) and BMI z-score (-0.57 ± 0.26) decreased in the treatment group. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Aplikasi kerangka tubuh manusia yang perancangannya dalam bentuk tiga dimensi (3D) dan pada penelitian ini menampilkan tulang – tulang manusia dari kepala, badan dan anggota gerak. Aplikasi ini digunakan untuk sarana pengenalan dalam bentuk virtual. Peneliti memanfaatkan teknologi komputer grafik yaitu Blender untuk membuat objek kerangka tubuh manusia serta Unity3D untuk menghasilkan aplikasi kerangka tubuh manusia yang dikemas dalam bentuk aplikasi secara 3D. Metode Throw-Away Prototyping merupakan metode yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi kerangka tubuh manusia sebagai media peraga terhadap 9 jenis tulang yang terdapat pada manusia yang berbasis Android menggunakan Animasi 3D yang menggunakan cardboard atau head mounted display.
