Corn is the second largest commodity in Tawangrejo Village, Gemarang District, Madiun Regency with a harvest reaching 3 tonnes in 2023. The large corn harvest is in line with the corn waste produced at the end of each harvest period. Until now, corn waste is still used as animal feed in small quantities and the rest is burned, resulting in air pollution around Tawangrejo Village. The work program of "KKN-BBK 2 Universitas Airlangga" aims to educate the public to optimize corn harvest waste while providing additional income from selling these handicraft products through digital marketing. The short-term result of this activity is that the people of Tawangrejo Village can make crafts from corn husk waste to become furniture decorations and brooches. Apart from that, the people of Tawangrejo Village are also able to create accounts on the marketplace and know marketing strategies that can be applied easily. The expected long-term result of this activity is that the income of the people of Tawangrejo Village can increase. For sustainability activities, training should be carried out regularly so that people can hone their creativity more deeply and become experts in making crafts. Apart from that, education regarding interesting marketing methods is also carried out regularly so that the public understands better and can be implemented in other products.

Tulisan ini akan mengkaji tentang sejauh mana pengaturan pelanggaran HAM berat dalam KUHP 2023 berdampak pada keberlakuan asas-asas yang diatur dalam UU No. 26 Tahun 2000 sebagai UU khusus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah hukum normatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dilihat dari Pasal 187 dan Pasal 620 KUHP 2023, maka dapat dikatakan jika pasal-pasal tersebut sejatinya telah memberikan ‘jaminan’ untuk memastikan apabila keberadaan KUHP 2023 tidak akan mengurangi atau memberikan dampak apapun terhadap keberlakuan asas-asas khusus yang termaktub pada Undang-Undang Nomor 26 Tahun 2000. Hal ini kemudian diperkuat dengan ketentuan Pasal 622 ayat 1 huruf m yang hanya mencabut beberapa pasal dari UU No. 26 Tahun 2000, yakni Pasal 8, 9,36-40 tentang rumusan tindak pidana dan sanksi pidana bagi pengaturan pelanggaran HAM berat. Sementara dengan menggunakan teori kodifikasi & perspektif perubahan perundang-undangan pada Pasal 3 KUHP 2023, terungkap sebuah temuan bahwa pengaturan pelanggaran HAM berat di dalam KUHP 2023 berpotensi membuka berbagai permasalahan baru, mulai dari isu pertentangan asas hingga isu multitafsir. Ditafsirkannya Pasal 187, Pasal 620, dan Pasal 3 KUHP 2023 secara berbeda sejatinya dapat menimbulkan potensi berupa tidak berlakunya asas-asas khusus yang diatur di dalam UU No. 26 Tahun 2000, sehingga kedepannya bagi pengaturan pelanggaran HAM berat sangat dimungkinan tunduk pada asas-asas hukum umum yang termaktub dalam Buku I KUHP 2023. Dalam pembangunan di Kalimantan Tengah, sektor konstruksi berperan cukup strategis menyediakan infrastruktur. Tercatat 2.082 perusahaan konstruksi di tahun 2022 dimana sebanyak 27,19% merupakan Perusahaan konstruksi yang berada di Kota Palangka Raya. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh melalui situ Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik (LPSE) Pemerintah Kota Palangkaraya, jumlah pengadaan jasa konstruksi periode tahun 2023 adalah sebanyak 155 paket tender. Dalam realisasi tingkat partisipasi penyedia pekerjaan konstruksi dan jasa konsultasi mengalami penurunan dibandingkan dengan Tahun 2022. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner dan melakukan studi literatur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode SEM-PLS untuk melakukan analisis data, dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Menurut hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan menunjukan bahwa faktor karakteristik perusahaan, karakteristik proyek, dokumen proyek, kondisi tender, dan kondisi ekonomi berpengaruh secara signifikan dan mampu memberikan kontribusi yang besar dalam mempengaruhi penyedia jasa untuk mengikuti tender pekerjaan konstruksi.

This quantitative study aims to determine and describe social media literacy in adolescents in Langkat regency. The study sample consisted of 88 teenagers. Data collection techniques were collected using online questionnaires prepared using individual competence indicators such as media use, critical thinking, and communication. The results showed that there still needs to be more social media literacy in the essential aspect of thought, namely repeated examination of information circulating on social media by adolescents. The recommendation of the results of this study is the importance of providing education by related parties such as the school environment and families so that it can help adolescent social media literacy

The Common European Framework of Reference for Language (CEFR), is a method and tool for measuring a person's language skills by using tests according to special procedures for classifying beginner, intermediate, and advanced-level abilities. Therefore, this measurement tool is one of the researchers' goals: to provide examples of various language tests of beginner's writing skills that are classified according to the CEFR measures at levels A1 and A2. This research will analyze examples of writing skill tests for beginners based on the CEFR method. This research was carried out using a desk study design with reading and writing data sources related to language testing forms based on the CEFR method and scoring techniques using desk research methods. The results of this research indicate that the CEFR method is effective for measuring students' abilities and that the writing skill test models can be classified for beginners.

Contamination in the in vitro culture is a critical problem causing the failure of seed production. Contamination in the oil palm plantlet is detrimental, considering that oil palm propagation is difficult and takes a long time. This research aimed to study the effect of sterilization during acclimatization of the contaminated oil palm plantlets by fungi on viability and to determine the optimum viability achieved from the contaminated materials. The materials used were contaminated plantlets of oil palm with roots, four leaves, and a height of about 17 cm. The plantlets were removed from the tube and cleaned with running tap water, then were sterilized, with treatments P1: soaking in benomyl-mancozeb-sodium hypochlorite and mannitol and rinsing with aquadest, P2: soaking in benomyl-mancozeb, P3: soaking in mancozeb. Cleaning plantlets under running tap water was carried out as a control treatment. The results showed that at 10 weeks after acclimatization, the survival rate of plantlets in each treatment (P1, P2, and P3) was significantly higher than that of the control. Sterilization methods affect the time new leaves emerge, leaf condition after sterilization treatment, and shoot height. The lowest fungal contamination after treatments was found in P2, followed by P3. After 3 months, plantlet survival rate decreased, with the highest survival rate in treatment P3 (32.3%) followed by treatment P2 (22.5%). In conclusion, acclimatization of contaminated oil palm plantlets can be carried out using a suitable sterilization treatment. Sterilization affects the survival rate and growth of in vitro-contaminated oil palm plantlets during acclimatization.

Garis pantai pada umumnya mengalami perubahan posisi dari waktu ke waktu akibat adanya abrasi dan sedimentasi. Perubahan garis pantai dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya akibat adanya bangunan pantai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perubahan garis pantai akibat adanya bangunan pantai breakwater di Pulau Pramuka, Kepulauan Seribu. Metode pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknologi penginderaan jauh. Dari hasil pengolahan dan analisis data citra satelit Landsat 7 dan 8 dari tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2017 terdapat endapan sedimen atau akresi di pantai Pulau Pramuka akibat adanya bangunan breakwater. Luas endapan sedimen yang terjadi pada tahun 2010 sebesar 7.731 ha, pada tahun 2015 sebesar 7.974 ha, sedangkan pada tahun 2016 sebesar 5.285 ha dan pada tahun 2017 sebesar 5.387 ha. Timbulnya endapan sedimen di pinggiran pantai akibat breakwater ini mengakibatkan terjadinya perubahan garis pantai di sekitar Pulau Pramuka.

Hyperlipidemia is a condition of high levels of lipids in the blood. Hyperlipidemia is a major factor causing non-communicable diseases such as DMT2 and stroke. Purslane is a plant that contains PUFA which is hypolipidemic. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of giving purslane plant fatty acid extracts in reducing triglyceride levels in obese rats induced by a high-fat and high-calorie diet. There were five treatments in this study, namely P1 negative control (no treatment), P2 positive control (by administering gemfibrozil), P3 (100 mg/kg BW of purslane fatty acid extract), P4 (200 mg/kg BW of purslane fatty acid extract), P5 (300 mg/kg BW of purslane fatty acid extract). The test animals used were male rats strain Ratus norvegitus, male, initial body weight ± 200 grams with final body weight ≥ 10% of initial weight. This research is True-Eksperimental Research using a Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design with the RAL experimental design. The data obtained were analyzed statistically using tests Quade's Rank Analysis of Covariance. The results showed that the purslane plant fatty acid extract could reduce triglyceride levels. In this study, a dose of 300 mg/kg BW was the best dose for reducing triglyceride levels in obese rats.

Background: Antibiotics are a treatment used to treat bacterial infections. However, the many antibiotic-resistant bacteria caused researchers to use plants as an alternative treatment, one of which is garlic (Allium sativum L.). Objective: Previous research stated that the diameter of the inhibition zone by garlic had a more excellent value than the antibiotics used. Hence, the researchers were interested in conducting an antibacterial test of the ethyl acetate fraction of garlic against the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Methods: This study was an experimental laboratory using the posttest-only control group design method in the Kruskal Wallis test data analysis. Results: the results of the inhibition analysis with p-value < 0.05 in each test group for both Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. With the Mann-Whitney test, the results obtained a p-value

loyalty programs in banking need to look at the dynamics of female consumers, especially when digital businesses dominate marketing transactions. In the literature, segmentation studies are mostly carried out on retail services, airlines, and hotels, which are rare in banking, especially related to loyalty program services. Therefore, this study is expected to close the gap without a segmentation study in a banking context. This study aims to identify the female customer segment by assessing the bank's loyalty program and relating it to its perceived convenience, security, and reliability. The study employed the two most prominent banks in Indonesia, with 208 female customers as respondents. The purposive sampling method was used as a method of selecting samples. Data were reduced using factor analysis and categorized using cluster analysis. The main result identifies four factors underlying the benefits of loyalty programs: quality of communication, policy, rewards, and website quality. Three segments of loyalty program female consumers were identified: apathetic (25%), active (31%), and passive segments (44%). In further analysis, three segments of females were analyzed regarding the bank saving account's convenience, reliability, and security. Results confirm that all three segments were unique and distinguished one from another. This study's implication guides managing the types of female customers at the bank, especially loyalty programs.

This study examines the effect of audit committees, industry specialization auditors, and audit tenure on audit report lag with debt to equity ratio and KAP reputation as control variables. The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of the company's annual report. The population in this study are companies listed on the IDX in the 2018-2020 LQ45 index. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and obtained as many as 33 companies. The study results stated that the audit committee had a significant negative effect on audit report lag, industry specialization auditors had a significant positive effect on audit report lag, and audit tenure had no significant negative effect on audit report lag. Limitations in this study are the limitations of the sample and the method used. Future research is expected to be able to examine audit report lag from other perspectives, for example, in terms of auditor or client behavior.

ABSTRACT This study investigates the influence of human intellectual capital and the age of directors on financial distress in service companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) year 2014-2021. We employ purposive sampling method to select the sample used in this study. Furthermore, we used a logistic regression model with STATA to test the hypotesis. We provide evidence that human intelectual capital negatively impact financial distress. On the other hand, the age of directors positively influence financial distress. In addition, the control variable net profit margin negatively influences financial distress, while other control variables proved to be no influence on financial distress. ABSTRAK Riset ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek modal intelektual dan usia direksi terhadap financial distress perusahaan jasa yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2021. Kami menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk menentukan sample yang digunakan dalam riset ini. Lebih lanjut, kami menggunakan model regresi logistik untuk menguji hipotesa dalam riset ini. Dengan bantuan software STATA, kami menemukan bahwa modal intelektual berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial distress perusahaan. Sebaliknya, usia direksi berpengaruh positif terhadap financial distress. Kami juga menemukan bahwa diantara variabel kontrol yang digunakan dalam riset ini, hanya net profit margin mempengaruhi financial distress dengan arah negatif.

ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Mental foramen dan mandibular canal merupakan struktur anatomi penting untuk melakukan tindakan perawatan gigi dan mulut seperti anestesi lokal, penempatan implan, fraktur mandibula, dan intervensi bedah di daerah mandible. Identifikasi tipe visibilitas mental foramen dapat membantu meminimalisir terjadinya resiko cedera saraf mentalis. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui tipe visibilitas mental foramen dengan mandibular canal pada radiograf panoramik berdasarkan usia dan perbedaan jenis kelamin. Metode: Jenis penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada rekam medis panoramik pasien RSGM Maranatha pada tahun 2019-2020 yang berusia 17-25 tahun, menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Tipe visibilitas mental foramen diamati berdasarkan hubungannya dengan mandibular canal pada kedua sisi mandible dari 216 radiograf panoramik. Tipe visibilitas mental foramen dan mandibular canal diklasifikasikan menjadi 4 tipe: 1. Continous type; 2. Separated type; 3. Diffuse type; 4. Unidentified type. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode distribusi frekuensi relatif dan tabulasi silang dengan perhitungan persentase baris. Hasil: Tipe visibilitas mental foramen dengan mandibular canal pada pasien usia 17-25 tahun adalah separated type dengan persentase tertinggi sebesar 44,4%. Pasien laki-laki dengan jumlah 87 responden menunjukkan tipe visibilitas mental foramen tertinggi yaitu continuous type (43,7%) dan pasien perempuan dengan jumlah 129 responden menunjukkan tipe visibilitas mental foramen tertinggi yaitu separated type (48,1%). Simpulan: Tipe visibilitas mental foramen dengan mandibular canal berdasarkan radiografi panoramic pada pasien dengan usia 17-25 tahun menunjukkan tipe visibilitas mental foramen yang paling sering ditemukan adalah separated type, dan terdapat perbedaan tipe visibilitas mental foramen dengan mandibular canal berdasarkan jenis kelamin pada pasien dengan usia 17-25 tahun. Kata kunci: tipe visibilitas; mental foramen; mandibular canal; radiograf panoramik; usia; jenis kelamin ABSTRACT Introduction: Mental foramen and mandibular canal are a clinically critical anatomical landmarks for clinicians when performing dental care, such as local anesthetics, implant placement, mandibular fractures, and surgical intervention in the mandible area. Determining the visibility type of the mental foramen can help to preclude iatrogenic complications such as mental nerve injury that can lead to lower lips paresthesia. This study aimed to determine the visibility type of mental foramen towards the mandibular canal in male and female patients using panoramic radiographs. Methods: The research method used in this study was descriptive observational with a cross sectional research design. Panoramic radiographs were randomly selected using simple random sampling from the dental records of RSGM Maranatha patients between the ages of 17-25 in 2019-2020. Visibility Mental foramen type was observed based on its relationship with the mandibular canal on both sides of the mandible from 216 panoramic radiographs. Visibility of the mental foramen and mandibular canal classified into four types of visibility: 1. Continous type; 2. Separated type; 3. Diffuse type; 4. Unidentified type. Results: The result showed that “separated type” (44.4%) was the highest percentage of the visibility of Mental foramen towards the Mandibular canal in patients aged 17-25 years old. There is a difference in the visibility type of Mental foramen between male and female patients. Out of 87 male patient respondents, the highest visibility of Mental foramen is “continuous type” (43.7%); meanwhile, out of 129 female patient respondents, the highest visibility of Mental foramen is “separated type” (48.1%). Conclusion: “Separated type” is the most common discovery of visibility type of Mental foramen towards the Mandibular canal in patients between the ages of 17-25. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) mengembangkan media PENAWAPI pada muatan IPA kelas V di SDN Wanaherang 05, 2) mengetahui kelayakan dari pengembangan media PENAWAPI berbasis kontekstual, dan 3) mengetahui respon dari siswa terhadap penggunaan media PENAWAPI. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian R&D dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Penelitian dilakukan langsung ke SDN Wanaherang 05 Kabupaten Bogor. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan pengisian angket untuk uji validasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi dan implementasi pada siswa kelas V SDN Wanaherang 05. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa media PENAWAPI sangat layak dengan hasil prosentase 93% oleh ahli media, 97% oleh ahli materi dan 88% dari hasil implementasi pada siswa kelas V. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media PENAWAPI sangat layak untuk digunakan pada muatan pelajaran IPA materi hewan ruminansia kelas V SDN Wanaherang 05.

Bali is one of the many provinces of Indonesia with the most preserved cultural heritage. One form of these heritages is the architectural heritage. The traditional architecture of the Balinese people is still widely used and sometimes repurposed by their own people, mostly the Puris. A Puri is a building that was once used to be the residence of the royal families during their prime. The architecture of these Puris has distinct characteristics on its location, function, and typology of the building. A unique example of these Puris is the Puri Agung Karangasem, which has three cultures infused to its architecture. Apart from the obvious Balinese characteristics, there are also European and Chinese influence which can be proven by the Gedong Maskerdam, Bale Kambang, making it a treasured heritage not only for the Balinese people, but also for Indonesian people in general. This research is meant to explain and to give more insight into the architecture of Puri Agung Karangasem, which in result would present as a piece of knowledge to encourage the community to be more appreciative towards maintaining the traditional architecture of the Balinese people as a piece of important heritage. The method used for this research is the qualitative descriptive method. Focusing on the visual analysis of the architectural elements that are influenced by the different cultures, supported with previous related research and article.

Confidence interval estimation of parameters determines the value interval, which is calculated based on statistical measurements and has specific estimates probability that contains the actual parameters. A method is needed to estimate the parameters' confidence interval, and the methods used are the Score method and the Bootstrap method. This study aims to estimate parameters by using the maximum likelihood estimation method and analyze the reliability of the aircraft engine cooling system's lifetime that follows the Gamma Distribution, and estimate the confidence interval of the parameters.

Abstrak: Penelitian membahas penggunaan media video dalam evaluasi pembelajaran praktik tari di era pandemi COVID-19. Praktik tari merupakan bagian dari aspek keterampilan dalam proses pembelajaran tari. Tujuan penelitian mengidentifikasi kendala evaluasi pembelajaran praktik tari yang biasanya dilaksanakan secara tatap muka. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan teknik trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunakan video dalam evaluasi praktik tari sangat tepat digunakan pada era pandemi COVID-19. Video mempunyai kelebihan bagi guru dan peserta didik yaitu:1) Tidak perlu ada tatap muka, 2) bisa diatur durasinya, 3) bisa diulang-ulang proses perekamannya, 4) bisa dinilai secara detail, 5) bisa dilakukan pengeditan, 6) Alat pengambilan gambar mudah dan sudah dimiliki peserta didik, 7) bisa dilakukan pengambilan gambar dengan berbeda tempat, dan 8) tidak dibatasi oleh waktu. Evaluasi pembelajaran praktik tari melalui video sangat membantu guru dan peserta didik di era pandemi. Penggunaan video sangat disarankan dalam proses evaluasi praktik tari bagi guru seni. Abstract: The study discusses the use of video media in evaluating dance practice learning in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. Dance practice is part of the skills aspect of the dance learning process. The aim of the study was to identify constraints in evaluating dance practice learning which is usually carried out face-to-face. Qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and document study. The data analysis used triangulation technique. The results show that the use of video in the evaluation of dance practices is very appropriate for the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. Video has advantages for teachers and students, namely: 1) No need to face to face, 2) the duration can be adjusted, 3) the recording process can be repeated, 4) can be assessed in detail, 5) can be edited, 6) Retrieval tools pictures are easy and already owned by students, 7) can take pictures in different places, and 8) are not limited by time. Evaluation of learning dance practice through videos is very helpful for teachers and students in the pandemic era. The use of video is highly recommended in the process of evaluating dance practice for art teachers.

The composition of organic waste reaches 59% of the total municipal solid waste in Indonesia. One way to process organic waste is composting by utilizing microorganisms to break down waste into compost. Naturally, the composting process took a long time but can be accelerated by adding microorganisms to the activator. This study analyzes the quality and quantity of compost using the Biopore Infiltration Hole (BIH) method with activator addition. Composting was duplicated in the yard area with clay soil type and water infiltration rate of 0,3 cm/hour. The BIH was made in a 10 cm diameter, a 100 cm depth, and the distance between the holes was 50 cm. Composting variations consist of variations in the composition of the raw materials and the activators' uses. Variations in the raw material composition consisted of 100% yard waste, 100% food waste, 50% yard waste and 50% food waste, and 70% food waste and 30% yard waste. In contrast, the activator variations consisted of no activator, EM4 activator, and Stardec activator. Compost analysis consists of maturity, quality of physical and macro elements, and quantity of compost. The results showed that all variations of composting had met the standard of maturity and quality of physical and macro elements according to SNI 19-7030-2004. The addition of activator affected composting time and compost quantity. The composting time in BIH with activator ranges from 41-60 days. In BIH without activator ranges from 65-75 days, there was a reduction in composting time by 15-25 days with the activator addition. However, the activator addition caused reducing the compost quantity by 10-20%. The selection of compost variations by scoring results in compost with a composition of 50% yard waste and 50% food waste and the addition of Stardec activators was the best variation in terms of compost maturity, quality, and quantity.

Drug repositioning adalah penggunaan senyawa obat yang sudah lolos uji sebelumnya untuk mengatasi penyakit baru selain penyakit awal obat tersebut ditujukan. Drug repositioning dapat dilakukan dengan memprediksi interaksi senyawa obat dengan protein penyakit yang bereaksi positif. Salah satu tantangan dalam prediksi interaksi senyawa dan protein adalah masalah ketidakseimbangan data. Deep semi-supervised learning dapat menjadi alternatif untuk menangani model prediksi dengan data yang tidak seimbang. Proses pre-training berbasis unsupervised learning pada deep semi-supervised learning dapat merepresentasikan input dari unlabeled data (data mayoritas) dengan baik dan mengoptimasi inisialisasi bobot pada classifier. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan Deep Belief Network (DBN) sebagai pre-training dan Deep Neural Network (DNN) sebagai classifier. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dataset ion channel, GPCR, dan nuclear receptor yang bersumber dari pangkalan data KEGG BRITE, BRENDA, SuperTarget, dan DrugBank. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada dataset tersebut, pre-training berupa ekstraksi fitur memberikan efek optimasi dilihat dari peningkatan performa model DNN pada akurasi (3-4.5%), AUC (4.5%), precision (5.9-6%), dan F-measure (3.8%). Abstract Drug repositioning is the reuse of an existing drug to treat a new disease other than its original medical indication. Drug repositioning can be done by predicting the interaction of drug compounds with disease proteins that react positively. One of the challenges in predicting the interaction of compounds and proteins is imbalanced data. Deep semi-supervised learning can be an alternative to handle prediction models with imbalanced data. The unsupervised learning based pre-training process in deep semi-supervised learning can represent input from unlabeled data (majority data) properly and optimize initialization of weights on the classifier. This study implements the Deep Belief Network (DBN) as a pre-training with Deep Neural Network (DNN) as a classifier. The data used in this study are ion channel, GPCR, and nuclear receptor dataset sourced from KEGG BRITE, BRENDA, SuperTarget, and DrugBank databases. The results of this study indicate that pre-training as feature extraction had an optimization effect. This can be seen from DNN performance improvement in accuracy (3-4.5%), AUC (4.5%), precision (5.9-6%), and F-measure (3.8%).

In recent years, there have been numerous slum settlements in Indonesia that were transformed into tourist villages established by creative movements with an artistic approach. As a prominent aspect of the Penta helix, online media is considered a fundamental role in publicizing creative campaigns. This research utilizes the content analysis method to know how a designated space surfaces from a creative movement - the urban design elements of a tourist village’s inauguration, visualized by the media. Analysis of three tourist villages reveals two distinct patterns of tourist village coverage by the media: attractive city design elements that encourage social activities (Kampung Dago Pojok) and the unique form and massing as its picturesque appeal (Kampung Warna-Warni & Kampung Pelangi). Observational data shows that the internet has influenced the fabrication of tourist villages supported by creative movements with various urban design approaches.

Turunnya minat generasi muda terhadap sektor pertanian menjadi salah satu masalah serius yang harus dihadapi dan diantisipasi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi siswa agar bercocok tanam dengan metode yang lebih mudah sehingga dapat membuka pandangan tentang bercocok tanam dan meningkatkan minat siswa untuk berkebun di SD Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta. Metode kajian yang digunakan adalah systematic review. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa edukasi pertanian terhadap siswa dapat dilakukan melalui bertanam dengan metode microgreen. Pemberian materi dilakukan secara daring dengan membagi video tutorial penanaman metode microgreen dan memonitor perkembangan proses edukasi pertanian di SD Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta. Dengan demikian, setelah pandemi COVID-19 berakhir, dan sekolah mulai dibuka, siswa dapat melanjutkan kegiatan bercocok tanam melalui kebun sekolah aktif. Kendala dalam program ini adalah keterbatasan proses edukasi karena hanya menggunakan metode pembelajaran secara daring (dalam jaringan).

Characterization of eggplant endophyte bacteria and rhizobacteria as well as their antagonistic ability against Ralstonia solanacearum. Bacterial wilt caused by Ralsonia solanacearum is one of important diseases causing severe loses in eggplant production. Various strategies were used to manage bacterial wilt, including planting resistant varieties, soil amandement, and soil solarization. However, management of R. solanacearum in eggplant by using endophytic bacteria and rhizobacteria were not been done that much. The objective of this study was to: (1) characterization of endophytic and rhizobacteria; (2) determines the inhibition ability of endophytic and rhizobacteria isolates against R. solanacearum pathogen on eggplant. The laboratory experiment was arranged in completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 5 replications. The double layer method using yeast peptone glucose agar (YPGA) medium was used in vitro test. Based on the morphological characteristics these isolates were suspected as a member of genus Bacillus. Among the isolates used in this study, TK isolate showed the best capability to inhibit growth of R. solanacearum.

Abstrak TNGM memiliki jenis ekologi yang unik, ekologi di wilayah sekitar gunung merapi seringkali mengalami perubahan ekosistem. Sejalan dengan kedinamisan ekosistem TNGM yang dipaparkan sebelumnya maka vegetasi yang berubah perlu diidentifikasi dan dianalisis untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman dan kondisi ekosistemnya pasca erupsi 2010. Metode pengambilan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi langsung menggunakan pembuatan petak kuadrat, analisis vegetasi, quadrat sampling techniques dan prinsip representative. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif hasil observasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah wilayah observasi memiliki 4 habitus utama yaitu lumut, herba, semak, dan tegakan. Dominansi dengan indeks nilai penting (INP) yang tertinggi pada setiap habitus meliputi Bryopsida sp. dengan INP 300% untuk lumut , Viburnum sp. dengan INP 87.43% untuk herba, Carex sp. dengan INP 132.63% untuk semak, dan Acacia sp. dengan INP 300% untuk tegakan. Sedangkan speies dengan dominasi paling rendah pada setiap habitus meliputi Euphorbia sp. dengan INP 8.97% untuk herba dan Ageratina sp. Dengan INP 37.31% untuk semak. In line with the dynamics of the TNGM ecosystem described before, changing vegetation needs to be identified and analyzed to find the diversity and condition of the ecosystem after the 2010 eruption. Data collection methods in this study were carried out by direct observation using quadratic plot making, vegetation analysis, quadrat sampling techniques and representative principles. Analysis of the data is descriptive analysis of observations. The results of this study are the observation area has 4 main habitus namely mosses, herbs, shrubs, and stands. Dominance with the highest importance value index (INP) in each habitus includes Bryopsida sp. with 300% INP for moss, Viburnum sp. with INP 87.43% for herbs, Carex sp. with INP 132.63% for shrubs, and Acacia sp. with a 300% INP for stands. While the species with the lowest dominance in each habitus include Euphorbia sp. with INP 8.97% for herbs and Ageratina sp. With INP 37.31% for shrubs. Data BPS untuk tiga tahun terakhir menunjukkan bahwa petani Indonesia sudah sejahtera dengan nilai tukar petani mencapai >100. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh peran gender dan interaksi suami-istri terhadap indeks kebahagiaan keluarga petani. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional study. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan teknik wawancara melalui kuesioner. Pada penelitian ini, sampel dipilih secara purposive di Kecamatan Pamijahan, Kabupaten Bogor, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Kriteria suami adalah bekerja sebagai petani padi sawah serta istri bekerja yang menghasilkan uang. Jumlah sampel 70 orang. Hasilnya, kategori untuk variabel peran gender, interaksi suami-istri, serta indeks kebahagiaan keluarga petani adalah sedang. Ada perbedaan peran gender serta interaksi suami-istri keluarga petani setiap masanya. Data uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh usia suami, pendapatan per kapita keluarga, serta interaksi suami-istri terhadap indeks kebahagiaan keluarga petani. Semakin tinggi usia suami, semakin besar pendapatan per kapita dan semakin intens interaksi suami-istri, semakin sejahtera keluarga petani. Implikasi penelitian adalah perlunya peningkatan indeks kebahagiaan petani melalui peningkatan pendapatan per kapita dan interaksi keluarga.

This study aims to find out how the role of the Family Planning Population Control Office, the determination of policies and programs in controlling the population growth rate in Medan City, besides that the author also wants to know the factors that prevent the Population and Family Planning Control Office from controlling growth residents in Medan City. The research technique used is a qualitative research method with interviews and observations. The research subject taking technique is using purposive and snowball techniques. From this technique, informants obtained, consisting of the Head of the Population and Family Planning Control Office, Head of the Family Planning Division, Head of Extension and Penggerak, Head of Resilience, Head of Population Control, Family Planning Field Extension, and the community who participated in the Family program. Planning or those who do not take part in the Family Planning program. Based on the research conducted, it was found several findings that the Office of Population and Family Planning Control has a role in suppressing population growth which includes coordination with government, community and private institutions in family planning activities, conducting family planning counseling, installing contraceptives and post-installation contraception. Obstacles in controlling population growth, namely the lack of skilled technical personnel, inadequate infrastructure, the influence of culture and the level of education of the community also become obstacles to DP2KB in carrying out their duties and functions.

Kasus penganiayaan tak henti-hentinya menjadi sorotan publik, tak hanya penganiayaan yang dilakukan secara spontan, namun juga yang direncanakan terlebih dahulu dan menimbulkan luka berat sebagaimana yang diatur di dalam Pasal 353 ayat 2 KUHP. Seperti yang kita ketahui, penganiayaan berencana sendiri merupakan salah satu tindak pidana. Di mana, terdapat dua unsur di dalamnya antara lain: Actus Reus yaitu suatu perbuatan yang menurut masyarakat tercela dan patut dihukum, dan Mens Rea atau niat jahat pelaku. Adapun keterkaitan keduanya dapat dilihat dalam bentuk ekspresi “actus non reus facit reum nisi mens sit rea”. Secara konseptual, tergambar secara jelas penentuan niat jahat (mens rea) di dalam suatu perbuatan (actus reus) khususnya tindak pidana penganiayaan berencana yang mengakibatkan luka berat, namun nyatanya dalam tatanan implementasi, hal ini masih menjadi menimbulkan perdebatan, yaitu terdapat perbedaan penafsiran serta penerapan unsur mens rea dalam tindak pidana penganiayaan berencana. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif melalui pendekatan perundang-undangan dengan menggunakan sumber data sekunder berupa bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Sedangkan spesifikasi penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis. Bahan hukum diperoleh melalui studi dokumen atau kepustakaan, yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif, komprehensif, dan lengkap. Di dalam penelitian ini akan dikaji mengenai penafsiran dan penerapan unsur mens rea pada tindak pidana penganiayaan berencana dari berbagai putusan, sehingga kesimpulan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan penjelasan mengenai penentuan mens rea yang diterapkan pada masing-masing kasus, serta memberikan pemahaman dan saran guna menentukan parameter untuk mengukur mens rea pada perkara penganiayaan berencana yang mengakibatkan luka berat sebagaimana Pasal 353 ayat 2 KUHP. Abstract Persecution cases, not just spontaneously but also planned and resulting in severe injury, regulated in Criminal Code (KUHP) Article 353 Paragraph 2, are continuously gaining public’s attention. As we have known, Actus Reus is an act that in society’s perspectives are disgraceful be punishable. Actus Reus heavily related to Mens Rea or malicious intent of the perpetrators. Both connections can be seen in the expression of “actus non reus facit reum nisi mens sit rea”. Conceptually, the malicious intent of perpetrators (mens rea) are clearly shown in an act (actus reus), especially a planned persecution crime that causing a heavy injury. But in real implementation, this case is still on debate. There are different interpretation and application of mens rea factor in planned persecution crimes. This research is normative study through law approach with secondary data in a form of primary, secondary and tertiary law and legal sources. However, the specification of this research is a descriptive analysis. Law and legal sources obtained from literature studies that are analyzed completely and comprehensively. This research would examine the interpretation and application of mens rea factors in planned persecution crime from different verdicts. So the conclusion of this research will give clearer explanation to determine mens rea in each cases and give deeper understanding and suggestion to define a parameter to mens rea in severe injury-planned persecution crime based on Article 353 Paragraph 2.

This study aims to describe and analyze the motivations of using internet banking with gender as the moderation to representation the consumer behavior which can provide design of marketing strategies based on customers’ desires and needs. The sampling techniques are a purposive and a snowball sampling with 250 respondents in Surabaya. The result shows that perceived of usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived of security and bank initiatives are motivations that encourage using the internet banking service. However, gender as the moderation does not influence to all these factors in using internet banking services.

Pengabdian ini berfokus pada pelatihan menulis blog bagi guru di kota Semarang. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah pelatihan terfokus beserta evaluasi. Dari progam ini dihasilkan bahwa guru antusias dan dapat membuat blog secara mandiri. Guru pun telah mampu membuat tulisan pada blog pribadinya. The legality of business permits is important in developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). NIB or Business Identification Number is an identity number used by business actors to obtain business permits and commercial or operational permits. Online Single Submission (OSS) is an Electronically Integrated Business Permit application issued by the OSS institution on behalf of the Minister, Agency Head, Governor, or Regent/Mayor to business actors via electronic means integrated by the system. IMAPRES, or the Association of Achievement Students in Wonogiri Regency, is a student organization that receives scholarships in Wonogiri Regency. The goal to be achieved in the Business Identification Number or NIB acceleration program is that the Wonogiri Regency is required to complete the NIB or Business Identification Number from 294 villages. The method used uses stages such as observation or survey, counseling regarding Business Identification Numbers or NIBs, and implementation of assistance and creation of NIBs or Business Identification Numbers. The Department of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) is collaborating with IMAPRES or the Association of Achievement Students in Wonogiri Regency to complete the NIB (Business Identification Number).

The tourism sector, particularly the development of tourist villages, can be an effective tool to promote gender equality. However, women often face disparities, especially in economic opportunities and decision-making. This issue highlights the importance of this research, which aims to analyze the implementation of gender mainstreaming in tourism development in Nongkosawit Tourism Village, Semarang City. The study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the gender analysis pathway technique, focusing on four aspects: access, participation, control, and benefits. The snowball technique was used to determine the informants, with the head of the local tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis) as the key informant. The results show that Nongkosawit has begun to implement gender mainstreaming principles, particularly in terms of access and benefits. However, participation and control remain suboptimal due to the limited understanding of gender-responsive concepts in the community. As a result, women's participation in decision-making and leadership is still low, and they face difficulties accessing capital to start tourism-related businesses. The study recommends increasing gender-related education and fostering partnerships between the government, local organizations, and communities to ensure inclusive and sustainable tourism development that benefits both women and the local community.

This article aims to determine the role of family communication in motivating higher education. Public education in Papua is not yet evenly distributed as a whole due to constraints on facilities, means, or understanding the importance of education itself. This research was conducted by conducting in-depth interviews with overseas students from Papua who were continuing their higher education (or studying) in Jakarta. Based on the Symbolic Interaction theory, an action will do something because there is an understanding of the meaning. This research shows that the five students interviewed have the same sense of the meaning of education, that education is important for a better future. So they consider college (thing) as something that must be done to achieve a good future. Therefore, they chose to study in Jakarta as a form of action (act). In the end, the meaning of the importance of education and what motivates them to study in Jakarta is the family, especially parents. Parents, as the smallest institution, who have been together since childhood, have been involved in providing education and giving them views on good education and the goals of education.

Soft tofu dessert is a traditional food made from soft tofu and ginger drink. The traditional ginger drinkcontains antioxidant compounds. There are many varieties of ginger in Indonesia which have different antioxidant activities. Partially subtitution of Zingiber officinale var. Rubrum by Zingiber officinale var. Amarum was expected to improve sensory characteristics and antioxidant activity of traditional ginger drink. The objective of this research was to improve the formula of ginger drink based on sensory characteristics and antioxidant activity in the development of soft tofu dessert as a functional food. Optimization was done by Response Surface Methodology (RSM) based on the value of lightness (L) and °Hue of ginger drink which measured by Chromameter and antioxidant activity determined by DPPH method. Independent variables using in this optimization were the concentration of ginger and brown sugar. The optimal formula of ginger drink and its application in soft tofu dessert were analyzed by the hedonic rating method. The result of optimal formula consisted of 10.00% Zingiber officinale var. Rubrum, 9.99% Zingiber officinale var. Amarum, and 10.00% brown sugar with a desirability value of 0.822. The antioxidant activity of the optimal formula of ginger drink was AEAC 553.40 ppm, lightness (L) value was 40.03, and oHue was 74.67. The result of sensory test showed that the panelist preference for optimal formula was higher than for the traditional formula of ginger drink, while the acceptance level of the optimal formula was also higher than the tradisional formula of soft tofu dessert.

Adolescents are faced with many problems related to reproductive health, so adolescents need to know to be able to face these challenges. However, the knowledge of adolescents in Indonesia is still low, especially in terms of ways to protect themselves against reproductive health risks, such as preventing unwanted pregnancies, sexually transmitted infections, and AIDS. The provision of education needs to be done to address adolescent reproductive health problems. Educational activities related to reproductive health at MTsS Pesantren Thawalib Padang have never been conducted. The students MTsS are the right target group to be able to provide information related to reproductive health. The objective of this service activity is to enhance students' understanding of reproductive health, enabling them to cultivate a positive and responsible approach when addressing the sexual and reproductive changes that transpire within them. The approach employed involves student outreach and the placement of informative posters in their dormitories. The augmentation in students' knowledge was assessed using a questionnaire consisting of 15 questions before and after the activity. Data analysis was conducted through a paired sample t-test, a statistical method that compares the means of two related groups to determine if there is a significant difference between them. After the activity was carried out, there was an increase in the average level of knowledge before (pre-test), 40.63 to 49.76 after (post-test), providing education with a p-value of 0.000. It can be concluded that there is an increase in knowledge after adolescent reproductive health education. It is hoped that students can access reproductive health information from the posters displayed on the dormitory walls.

Honey is one of the honeybee’s’ products which are often used as medicine since a long time ago. Honey has a high antioxidant activity, but studies to investigate its protective effect on ethanol-induced liver injury have not been carried out in Indonesia. The aim of this study was to investigate the protective effect of honey on ethanol-induced rat liver injury. This study done conducted in the Pharmacology and Pathology laboratory in November 2011. This experimental laboratory study used randomized complete design on 25 rats divided into five groups. Group 1: control; group 2: ethanol; group 3, 4 and 5: honey + ethanol. Ethanol 0.01 mL/g body weight was given orally to group 2, 3, 4 and 5 for 14 days. Honey + ethanol groups were given honey at a dose of 0.0018 mL/g body weight, 0.0054 mL/g body weight, and 0.016 mL/g body weight orally at 1.5 hours prior to ethanol administration. Liver samples were taken for histopathological examination. The parameter of liver injury was fatty degeneration. The results showed that ethanol induced fatty degeneration compared to control group. Masalah kesehatan mental menjadi isu global yang sangat umum terjadi, termasuk perubahan suasana hati, perbedaan kepribadian, ketidakmampuan mengatasi masalah, serta mengisolasi diri dari keramaian. Berdasarkan data dari World Health Organization (WHO), gangguan kecemasan dan stres menjadi gangguan mental yang paling sering terjadi dari 970 juta kasus yang dilaporkan sepanjang tahun 2019. Stres telah banyak dikaitkan dengan tidur. Penelitian ini akan mengungkap hubungan kondisi tidur pada manusia dengan tingkat stres yang sedang diderita dengan 5 tingkatan: normal, stres ringan, stres sedang, stres tinggi, stres sangat tinggi. Data yang digunakan merupakan data kontinyu dengan 8 fitur: ‘sr’ (snoring rate), ‘rr’ (respiration rate), ‘t’ (body temperature), ‘lm’ (limb movement), ‘bo’ (blood oxygen), ‘rem’ (rapid eye movement), ‘sh’ (sleeping hours), dan ‘hr’ (heart rate). Setiap fitur memiliki rentang nilai yang tidak sama, sehingga dilakukan normalisasi untuk menyeragamkan rentang tersebut. Hyperparameter tuning dilakukan dengan teknik k-fold cross validation dan model dirancang dengan algoritma klasifikasi Decision Tree serta Random Forest. Hasilnya, 5 fitur: tingkat mendengkur, laju respirasi, pergerakan anggota tubuh termasuk bola mata, serta detak jantung saat tidur berbanding lurus dengan tingkat stres. Semakin tinggi nilai kelima fitur tersebut mengindikasikan tingkat stres yang lebih tinggi. Sedangkan dengan 3 fitur lainnya: suhu tubuh, kadar oksigen, dan waktu tidur memberikan hasil sebaliknya. Dengan kata lain, ketiga nilai tersebut berbanding terbalik dengan tingkat stres yang diderita. Model Decision Tree memiliki akurasi 0,99 dan Random Forest memiliki akurasi 1,0. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan insight bagi peneliti lain pada bidang yang sama dan dapat menjadi acuan dalam mendeteksi stres yang sedang diderita. Abstract Stress is often associated with sleep. This research aims to uncover the relationship between human sleep conditions and the level of stress experienced, categorized into five levels: not stressed, very mildly stressed, mildly stressed, highly stressed, and very highly stressed. The data used consists of continuous data with eight features: 'snoring rate' (snoring rate), 'respiration rate' (respiration rate), 'body temperature' (body temperature), 'limb movement' (limb movement), 'blood oxygen' (blood oxygen), 'rapid eye movement' (rapid eye movement), 'sleep hours' (sleep hours), and 'heart rate' (heart rate). Each feature has a different value range, so normalization is performed to standardize these ranges. Hyperparameter tuning is done using k-fold cross-validation, and the model is designed using the Decision Tree and Random Forest classification algorithms. The results show that five features: snoring rate, respiration rate, limb movement including eye movement, and heart rate during sleep are directly proportional to the level of stress. Higher values for these five features indicate higher levels of stress. On the other hand, the other three features: body temperature, blood oxygen level, and sleep hours yield the opposite results. In other words, the values of these three features are inversely proportional to the level of stress experienced. The Decision Tree model has an accuracy of 0.99, and the Random Forest model has an accuracy of 1.0. The results of this research are expected to provide insights for other researchers in the same field and can serve as a reference for detecting ongoing stress.

Abstract Public speaking is the process of speaking to a group of people in a structured, deliberate manner intended to inform, influence, or entertain the listeners. Speaking in front of audience is not an easy task. It needs a good speaking skill. Fear and nervousness become major problem, especially for beginners who have not experienced in public speaking. This also occurs in members of the Muslim Youth Forum Gayamsari (Foksari). Their speaking competence is inadequate. That is why Public Speaking training activity is held. It is expexted to improve their skills. This activity is performed in two stages, namely the delivery of content and practice. Based on the evaluation, the results obtained are very significant. The existence of enthusiastic participants indicates that they are very interested. Besides, there is a seriousness of the participants who attend a series of events organized by the team from beginning to end. Ketakutan dan kegelisahan menjadi masalah besar, terutama bagi pemula yang belum berpengalaman dalam public speaking. Ini juga terjadi pada anggota Youth Forum Muslim Gayamsari (Foksari). Kompetensi berbahasa mereka tidak memadai. Itulah sebabnya kegiatan pelatihan Public Speaking diadakan. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mereka. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam dua tahap, yaitu pengiriman konten dan praktek. Berdasarkan evaluasi, hasil yang diperoleh sangat signifikan. This article aims to evaluate public opinion, specifically the followers of Instagram Volix Media, regarding the extent to which the information presented meets their needs. The issue under scrutiny pertains to Instagram Volix Media, which has been providing diverse information about Indonesian pop culture, music, film, artists, news, art, and little-known culture since 2021. To approach this issue, Cutlip & Center's theory on the characteristics of public opinion is employed, encompassing five dimensions: direction, intensity, stability, informational support, and social support. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are followers of Instagram Volix Media. The data were analyzed using a quantitative approach and descriptive methods.The results indicate that the dimension of informational support received the highest average score, suggesting that respondents have more information on the issues presented. However, the dimension of social support received the lowest average score, indicating a lack of perceived support from others regarding the opinions expressed. This article concludes that Instagram Volix Media exhibits a positive direction of opinion, with the majority of respondents agreeing that the information presented meets the needs of public information.

Pepaya merupakan buah yang memiliki banyak manfaat dengan nilai gizi yang tinggi. Setiap 100 gram pepaya mengandung 3,65 mg vitamin A dan 78 mg vitamin C. Salah satu keunggulan pepaya adalah kemampuannya untuk berbuah terus menerus, apapun musimnya. Kematangan buah pepaya dapat ditentukan oleh tekstur dan warna kulit buahnya. Deteksi tingkat kematangan buah pepaya memiliki signifikansi penting dalam industri pertanian dan pengelolaan persediaan makanan. Metode konvensional seringkali mengalami keterbatasan dalam akurasi dan efisiensi dalam pengidentifikasian kematangan buah pepaya. Dalam penelitian ini, diperkenalkan pendekatan inovatif dengan menggunakan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Dataset yang digunakan merupakan dataset gambar buah pepaya dalam berbagai tingkat kematangan. Dataset kemudian dilatih menggunakan model CNN untuk mengklasifikasikan buah pepaya berdasarkan warna kulit dan fitur visual lainnya. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa model CNN yang digunakan mampu mengidentifikasi tingkat kematangan buah pepaya dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi, yaitu sebesar 96,63% sehingga dapat menghasilkan solusi yang andal dan efisien.

Feed residues and fish waste from floating net cage activities in Kedung Ombo Reservoir are the main issues in decreasing water quality, impacting the abundance of phytoplankton as primary producers. This study aimed to evaluate the relationship of nutrients and turbidity with phytoplankton abundance. This study used a field survey method with a purposive sampling technique. Samples were collected 3 times at intervals of 1 month at 3 different stations. Samples of water and phytoplankton were taken on the surface. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the nitrate concentration was 0.2–0.7 mg/L; phosphate 0.1–0.87 mg/L; and turbidity of 3.52–20.18 NTU. The phytoplankton abundance was 17,882–90,280 cells/L with a low diversity index (1.127–1.849), a high uniformity index (0.406–0.701), and a low dominance index (0.243–0.557). There is a strong correlation between nutrients, turbidity, and phytoplankton abundance, with a value of r = 0.800. The coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.640 indicates that phytoplankton abundance is influenced by nutrients and turbidity by 64%, while other factors influence the remaining 36%. Penyebaran COVID-19 di Indonesia mengakibatkan penurunan transaksi pada pasar tradisional, hal ini dikarenakan adanya penurunan jumlah pengunjung dan minat beli serta minat beli masyarakat secara luas. Salah satu pasar tradisional yang terdampak adalah Pasar Oro-oro Dowo Kota Malang. Untuk tetap mempertahankan transaksi di pasar, pedagang Pasar Oro-oro Dowo menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp untuk menawarkan barangnya, selain itu ada pula solusi yang ditawarkan Pemerintah Kota yakni menyediakan sarana untuk jual beli secara online. Namun solusi tersebut belum mampu memberikan pengalaman penggunaan yang mudah serta adanya beberapa fungsi yang masih terpisah dari platform utama membuat solusi tersebut kurang efektif. Oleh karena itu, melalui penelitian ini diusulkan rancangan aplikasi e-business pasar berdasarkan penerapan elemen UX dengan menggunakan pendekatan Human-Centered Design. Hasil dari penelitian berupa tiga prototype yang diujikan kepada tiga kelompok pengguna yakni pembeli, pedagang, dan admin pasar. Pengujian rancangan prototype aplikasi tersebut dilakukan dengan pendekatan usability testing yang mengukur aspek efektivitas, efisiensi dan kepuasan pengguna. Skor efektivitas dari aplikasi pedagang, pembeli dan admin berturut-turut sebesar 100%, 98% dan 100%. Sedangkan skor efisiensi berturut-turut sebesar 100%, 97,03% dan 100%. Dalam pengujian aspek kepuasan pengguna, kuesioner yang digunakan adalah PSSUQ dengan hasil skor sebesar 2,0 pada aplikasi pedagang, 2,15 pada aplikasi pembeli dan 1,11 pada website admin. Abstract A covid-19 pandemic causes the decrease of transactions in the traditional market. This is due to the decrease in the number of visitors and public purchase intention extensively. One of the markets affected is Oro-Oro Dowo Market in Malang City. To maintain the transaction in the market, the sellers in Oro-Oro Dowo Market use the WhatsApp application to offer their items. Moreover, the solution offered by the City Government is by providing a platform for the online transaction. However, the solution has not been able to provide an easy user experience, and several functions that are still separated from the main platform make this solution less effective. Therefore, through this study, the user experience design of the conventional market e-business application using Human-Centered Design is proposed. The results of the study are in the form of three prototypes that are tested to three user groups, buyer, seller, and market admin. The testing for application prototype design is conducted by usability testing approach, which measures the effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction aspects. The effectiveness score of seller, buyer, and admin applications are 100%, 98%, and 100%, respectively. Meanwhile, the efficiency score is 100%, 97.03%, and 100%, respectively. In testing the user satisfaction aspect, the questionnaire used is PSSUQ with a score of 2.0 in seller application, 2.15 in buyer application, and 1.11 in admin website.

Waste management in Kupang City is still very poor. The waste will eventually reach the sea and will be degraded into microplastics. Microplastics, which are less than 5 millimetres in size, are made from plastic waste in marine waters through physical, mechanical, chemical and biological processes. This research was conducted to determine the characteristics (shape and colour) and abundance of microplastics found in digestive tract samples, and meat/muscle samples of lisong tuna (Auxis rochei) and mackerel tuna (Euthynnus affinis) obtained from PPI Oeba, Kupang City. Each organ was extracted using 10% KOH for 48-72 hours and microplastic characteristics were observed visually using a stereo microscope. The research results found microplastics in the digestive tract and meat of A. rochei and E. affinis. The forms found in digestive tract A. rochei include films and fragments, with transparent colours. Meanwhile in meat, fragments, films and fibres were found in red, blue, black, transparent and purple. The forms found in digestive tract E. affinis include fragments, pellets, fibers and films with blue, black, transparent and yellow colours. Meanwhile in meat, fragments and pellets were found with black and yellow colors. The abundance of microplastics detected in digestive tract A. rochei included 1.2 MP/individual, while in meat it was 0.2 MP/gr. Dalam konsep e-learning pelaksanaan ujian dilakukan secara online salah satunya ujian esai. Ujian esai online merupakan ujian yang menggunakan metode online dan mewajibkan siswa menjawab dengan kalimat mereka sendiri. Namun, dalam ujian esai online ini memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk mengoreksi jawaban jika dikerjakan secara manual. Agar tidak memakan banyak waktu untuk mengoreksi jawaban siswa maka dalam sistem terdapat penilaian kemiripan jawaban untuk penilaian. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pembuatan sistem ujian esai online dengan penilaian kemiripan jawaban menggunakan metode Cosine Similarity dan persamaan Term Frequency (TF) untuk menyamakan frekuensi setiap kata yang terdapat dalam kalimat. Suatu faktor yang menentukan bobot kata berdasarkan pada jumlah frekuensi kata dalam sebuah dokumen disebut dengan Term Frequency. Untuk pengujian akurasi metode dilakukan pengujian precision, recall, dan f-measure dan berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan metode yang telah dicoba diperoleh rata-rata 81%. Abstract In the e-learning concept, the implementation of exams is carried out online, one of which is an essay exam. The online essay exam is an exam that uses an online method and requires students to answer in their own sentences. However, in this online essay exam, it takes a long time to correct answers if done manually. In order not to take a lot of time to correct student answers, the system has an assessment of the similarity of answers for the assessment. In this study, an online essay exam system was made with the similarity of answers using the Cosine Similarity method and the Term Frequency (TF) equation to equalize the frequency of each word contained in a sentence. Term Frequency is a factor that determines word weight based on the number of word frequencies in a document. To test the accuracy of the method, precision, recall, and f-measure tests were carried out and based on the results of the analysis using the method that had been tried, an average of 81% was obtained.

The purpose of this research is to see the influence of psychological capital on job performance of medical personnel (nurses) at Hospital X which is a class C private hospital in West Java. The main finding in this research is that there is a significant relationship between psychological capital and job performance with a Pvalue of 0.989 < α (0.05). Other findings in this study show that there are differences in psychological capital among nurses in the age group over 29 years, this can be influenced by their experience in facing work challenges. Hospital nurse X has self-confidence, makes positive attributions, never gives up, and is able to survive and rise when there are difficulties at work.
