The development of community-based tourism has become an important issue in line with efforts to realize sustainable tourism. Keranggan Villa, a tourist village among 300 villages nominated for the 2021 Indonesian Tourism Village Award, is the only tourist village in the South Tangerang area. This village has various potential attractions, facilities, and communities that support active development. This village has applied the principle of community-based development, but it can still be improved with a better strategic approach. Using a qualitative method, this study aims to describe the community-based tourism development strategy in Keranggan Village. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The primary data sources came from interviews with the Keranggan Village authority, Pokdarwis representatives, and the local communities. Direct observations were also made to KampungKeranggan to learn about the activities and tourism products in KampungKeranggan. Based on the community's involvement in managing the tourism village, KampungKeranggan has the potential for community-based tourism. The development strategy can optimize the empowerment of community potential, the synergy between stakeholders, and integrated marketing support with other tourist destinations around the region.

Digital skills for the twenty-first century are comprise of four fundamental capabilities: cognition abilities; process capabilities; systems capabilities; and social skills. Using one's ability to think creatively to demonstrate cognitive abilities can be very effective. On the other hand, critical thinking is a skill that can be developed at the university level and is used to transform raw data into meaningful information. Furthermore, the study purpose is investigate the relationship the entrepreneurial skills in students in the world of education, both in terms of educational and economic issues. Researchers are looking into the relative importance of creative thinking (CRE), critical thinking (CRI), and entrepreneurial skills (ETS) as primary predictors of success when it comes to learning and mastering skills in the technologically advanced development society (TCDS). In this study, which takes a quantitative approach, a cross-sectional survey gathers data. In order to analyze the relationship formed by CRE, CRI, and ETS among university students in TCDS, we used the structural equation model (SEM) method. In this study, 85 students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, and 315 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto participated, for a total of 315 students. The following research procedures were used in this investigation: (3) The relationship between CRE, CRI, and ETS was determined using a Structural Equation Model (SEM). In addition, the findings of this study include the following points: The EFA and CFA analysis revealed that the CRE construct contained four valid sub-constructs, while the CRI and ETS constructs each contained five valid sub-constructs. The results of the SEM analysis revealed a statistically significant relationship between CRE, CRI, and ETS, with a moderately significant relationship between CRE and ETS ( = 0,291), as well as a statistically significant relationship between CRI and ETS ( = 0,143). The correlation between CRE and CRI, on the other hand, was found to be high ( = 0.894). Finally, demonstrate that the CRE, CRI, and ETS have played a role in improving the performance of university students during the TCDS era.

The purpose of this study is to dissect the ways in which institutional ownership, the number of years a board has been in operation, and the representation of women on the board each influence the strength of the association between risk disclosure and other parameters. Purposive sampling was utilized to collect data from commercial banks registered with OJK between 2017 and 2021. From 41 different locations, 205 samples were taken. To test their hypothesis, the researchers used a panel data regression model. Several different types of descriptive and inferential statistics tests were utilized in this investigation, including but not limited to likelihood, Breusch-Pagan, and Hausman tests, as well as tests for heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. We utilize the fixed effect model to analyze the correlation between the variables in Regression Models 1 and 2 based on the results of the aforementioned three preliminary tests for the panel data regression model. According to the data, the presence of female board members has no influence on risk disclosure, but the length of time a board has been in existence and institutional ownership both positively increase risk disclosure. Risk disclosure is linked to board tenure and gender parity, although it is unclear how much of an effect institutional ownership characteristics have on this correlation. The study's goal is to clarify the role that shareholders play on corporate boards. To better use shareholder responsibilities, especially institutional ownership, by companies.

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui penerimaan aroma, warna, tekstur, dan rasa wingko kelorina, serta mengetahui kandungan protein, lemak, karbohidrat dari produk wingko kelorina yang terpilih. Penelitian ini dilakukan di laboratorium program studi Seni Kuliner Akademi Kesejahteraan Sosial Ibu Kartini Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Formulasi wingko kelorina yang digunakan berupa substitusi tepung daun kelor dengan 3 perlakuan yaitu F1= 4 %, F2= 7 % dan F3= 10 %. Uji hedonik melibatkan 35 orang panelis tidak terlatih. Data hasil uji hedonik dianalisis menggunakan uji nonparametrik Kruskall-Wallis dan uji lanjut Mann-Whitney pada taraf kepercayaan 95% (α=0,05). Data hasil uji kandungan gizi kemudian dibandingkan dengan Acuan Label Gizi (ALG) untuk menentukan persentase Angka Kecukupan Gizi (AKG). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan substitusi tepung daun kelor memberikan pengaruh terhadap penerimaan aroma, warna dan rasa wingko kelorina, tetapi tidak memberikan pengaruh penerimaan tekstur wingko kelorina. Produk yang paling disukai dan dapat diterima yaitu wingko dengan substitusi tepung daun kelor sebanyak 4 %. Wingko kelorina dengan substitusi tepung daun kelor sebanyak 4 % memiliki kandungan protein sebesar 2,2 g, lemak sebesar 4,4 g dan karbohidrat sebesar 19,4 g.

Furthermore, it is able to lead humans to a monetary system reformation such as the existence of various cryptocurrencies. However, this progress must be able to be monitored, because we know that everything’s like two sides of a coin. Islam as a kaffah system has a responsibility to anticipate the various possibilities that exist. Through literature review in this paper, the author tries to provide various important matters in the dynamics of cryptocurrencies, and how the Islamic economy’s role in order to supervise, make a contribution to the existing dynamics.

Bank’s strength competitive advantage value in digital economic era is depend on its digital and online services quality. The higher usage of online service will enhanced the bank’s profit thus will be reflected in its financial performance. This is the main function of Good IT Governance (GITG) to assure the qualified and safe IT implementation in each bank. This research aimed to analyze the effect of competitive advantage toward financial performance by good IT governance as moderating variable. Competitive Advantage was represented by assets utilization capability and financial performance was represented by ROA (Return on Assets). This research studied on 13 listed banks in Indonesian Stock Exchange which annually published their financial reports during 2012-2016 period. 65 Samples obtained by purposive sampling method,and to strength these objectives, a questionnaire was also developed to measured the good IT governance value. Primary recovery is the stage of oil production by relying on the natural ability of the driving force of the reservoir. Kind of driving force that is water drive reservoir, depletion drive, segregation drive and a combination drive. The pressure drop occurred along its produced oil from the reservoir. Reservoir so that the driving force is the main parameter in maintaining reservoir pressure balance. Through the concept of material balance is the determination of the type of propulsion quifer reservoir and the power that generates driving force parameter analysis capability and aquifer in oil producing naturally. Then do the forecasting production to limit the ability of primary recovery production phase. Combination drive depletion of water drive and the drive is a driving force in the dominant reservoir Falipu Fields with a strongly water aquifer types of drives obtained through material balance equation. Calculations using the method of water influx Havlena & Odeh used as a correction factor for determining the type of propulsion reservoir and aquifer strength. Forecasting production in the Field Falipu generate recovery factor of 41% with a pressure boundary in 2050.

Salah satu upaya stimulasi sumur yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas sumur yang mengalami penurunan produksi karena menurunnya permeabilitas akibat kerusakan formasi adalah dengan pengasaman matriks. Pengasaman matriks dapat dilakukan pada formasi sandstone menggunakan fluida stimulasi berbahan dasar asam Hydrofloric (HF) yang dicampur dengan asam Hydrochlorid (HCl). Dalam pelaksanaannya perlu dilakukan perencanaan desain pengasaman matriks serta mengevaluasi hasil sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan stimulasi pengasaman matriks. Penggunaan Asam Hydrofloric pada batuan sandstone karena dapat melarutkan Silikat. Asam Hydrofloric bereaksi dengan Calsium (Ca) dan Mangan (Mg) membentuk endapan. Pencampuran asam Hydrofloric dan Hydrochlorid akan dapat menghilangkan scale karena sementasi sandstone terdiri dari Ca dan Mg. Evaluasi keberhasilan stimulasi dilakukan pada sumur #H dan #P yang didasarkan pada laju produksi harian sumur, productivity index, kurva IPR (Inflow Performance Relationship) Wiggins serta harga permeabilitas sumur. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada sumur #H mengalami peningkatan produksi dari 81.125 BOPD menjadi 121.365 BOPD dengan kenaikan harga productivity index dari 0.12 bbl/day/psi menjadi 0.2 bbl/day/psi dan kenaikan harga permeabilitas dari 11.65 mDarcy menjadi 17.79 mDarcy. Hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan pada sumur #P mengalami penurunan produksi dari 40.89 BOPD menjadi 34.94 BOPD dengan penurunan harga productivity index dari 0.10 bbl/day/psi menjadi 0.09 bbl/day/psi dan penurunan harga permeabilitas dari 10.76 mDarcy menjadi 9.42 mDarcy.

Pada proses injeksi air (secondary recovery) dimana air berfungsi mendorong minyak ke sumur produksi, distribusi air akan dipengaruhi oleh sifat heterogenitas suatu reservoir. Distribusi pendesakan air sulit untuk dideteksi karena air cenderung untuk mengalir di zona-zona yang berpermeabilitas tinggi. Oleh karena itu dalam rangka pengukuran heterogenitas reservoir pada tahap injeksi air, penting untuk mempertimbangkan pengaruh geometri aliran yang disebabkan oleh sifat dinamika batuan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melakukan karakterisasi heterogenitas reservoir dengan injeksi air di Lapangan X. Proses pengukuran derajat heterogenitas menggunakan metode Lorenz coefficient dinamis (dynamic Lorenz coefficient) yang merupakan pengembangan dari parameter Lorenz coefficient. Sifat dinamis injeksi air yang meliputi geometri aliran injeksi dianalisis dengan menggunakan streamline. Informasi yang didapat dari simulasi streamline berupa laju alir injeksi dan time of flight (TOF) streamline akan menjadi dasar perhitungan volume pori yang tersapu oleh air injeksi. Sehingga nilai flow capacity dan storage capacity (F – F) untuk masing-masing region dapat dihitung. Selanjutnya derajat heterogenitas reservoir dihitung dengan persamaan Lorenz.
