Covid-19 is a respiratory tract infection that can attack all ages. Until now, research on risk factors for severity in pediatric patients with covid-19, especially in developing countries, is still limited with varying results. This study aims to analyze age, gender, obesity, congenital heart disease, and asthma as risk factors of Covid-19 severity. Methods: This research uses descriptive methods with cross sectional, conducted in March-September 2023 at Dr. Moewardi Hospital with a total sample of 60 patient with secondary data and processed using SPSS chi square analysis and regression logistic test. Results: Of the 60 patients studied in this study, 40% experienced critical severity. Based on multivariate analysis, there is one risk factor that influence the severity of pediatric patients with Covid-19, namely congenital heart disease (OR = 6,000, 95% CI: 1,890-19,043, p = 0,002). Meanwhile, the age variable only had a significant result in the bivariate analysis. The variables gender, obesity, and asthma did not show significant results in bivariate analysis. Conclusion: Risk factors that influence the severity of pediatric patients with Covid-19 are patients with a history of congenital heart disease. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
