This research aims to determine the influence of love of money, Machiavellianism on the ethical behavior of BPK auditors and the moderation of religiosity in the relationship between love of money and Machiavellianism on ethical behavior. The author uses SEM-PLS to analyze the relationship between variables. The number of questionnaire answers from BPK-RI auditors that came in was 257 respondents. The research results show that love of money does not influence the ethical behavior of BPK auditors. Machiavellianism has been proven to have a negative and significant effect on ethical behavior. Love of money is proven to have a significant positive effect on the Machiavellianism of BPK employees, and through mediation Machiavellianism causes love of money to have a negative effect on ethical behavior. The religiosity of BPK auditors is able to weaken the influence of love of money on ethical behavior, but it is not proven to be able to weaken the influence of Machiavellianism on ethical behavior.

This study aims to determine individual perceptions of ethical behavior and whistleblowing on fraud detection through self-efficacy. Study on banking sector in Bali Province. This study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling method using simple random sampling method, with the number of samples that is 70 respondents. Whistleblowers are employees and or stakeholders who see some wrong actions can be independent and without published report the action to the company's management without fear of mutual action. The type of data in this study is primary data. The data were collected by using questionnaires. Measurement using Likert scale. Analysis of research data using hierarchical regression analysis model. The results showed: (1) individual perceptions about ethical behavior have no effect on fraud detection; (2) whistleblowing and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on fraud detection; (3) self-efficacy does not succeed in moderating the relationship between individual perceptions of ethical behavior toward fraud detection; and (4) self-efficacy does not moderate the relationship between whistleblowing to fraud detection.

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of spiritual leadership to ethical behavior, quality of work life, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance. The sample in this study was 160 employees working at the Bank of North Sillawesi. Structural Equation Modeling was used as a tool of analysis in this study. The results showed that spiritual leadership had significant influence directly to ethical behavior, but no significant effect on the quality of work life, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance. Ethical behavior has a direct significant effect on the quality of working life, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, and indirectly significant effect on employee performance. Quality of work life has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance. Job satisfaction has a direct significant effect on organizational commitment and indirectly has a significant effect on the perforrnance of employees. Organizational commitment has a direct significant effect on the performance of the employee. The findings in this study are the spiritual leadership affects the quality of work life, job satisfaction and organizational commitment through ethical behavior. Spiritual leadership affects the performance of employees through ethical behavior and organizational commitment. Ethical behavior influences employee performance through organizational commitment, and job satisfaction influence on employee performance through organizational commitment.

This study aimed to determine the relationship of principal leadership with teacher work motivation; Principal ethical behavioral relationship with teacher work motivation; Leadership relationships and principal ethical behavior with teacher work motivation; And the relationship of work motivation with teacher performance. Subjects of this study were 20 teachers. The implications are: 1) Principal is expected to lead and coordinate all activities in school thus results can be felt directly by teachers to improve their work motivation. 2) Principal’s ethical attitudes and actions make teachers feel cared for and respected, thus improving great passion to work. 3) Teacher’s work motivation cannot be used as a indicator to improve teacher’s performance, but work motivation can be directed to improve work productivity in school

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan internalisasi obyektivitas dan tanggung jawab profesional dalam menumbuhkan perilaku etis mahasiswa Akuntansi di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan pada 149 mahasiswa Akuntansi UNY. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan angket dimana angket terlebih dahulu diuji coba pada 45 mahasiswa Akuntansi UNY di luar sampel. Uji validitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis item, sedangkan uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan cronbach alfa. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menentukan kecenderungan tingkat keberhasilan internalisasi obyektivitas dan tanggung jawab profesional serta tingkat perilaku etis. Penelitian memberikan hasil bahwa internalisasi obyektivitas belum sepenuhnya berhasil karena baru 44% prinsip obyektivitas terinternalisasi dalam diri mahasiswa. Sedangkan, internalisasi tanggung jawab profesional telah berhasil dilaksanakan dengan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 66%. Perilaku etis yang berhasil ditumbuhkan dari hasil internalisasi kedua prinsip ini ternyata berada pada kategori tinggi dimana 86% prinsip perilaku etis berhasil diinternalisasi dalam diri mahasiswa. The objectives of this research are to have empirical knowledge about the level of internalization of objectivity and professional responsibility in building ethical behavior of the Accounting Students at Yogyakarta State University (YSU). To achieve these objectives, the research is done to 149 Accounting students at YSU. The data is collected by using questionnaire. Pilot test to determine validity and reliability of the questionnaire is conducted to 45 Accounting students. The validity of the questionnaire is determined by using item analysis, while the reliability of the questionnaire is tested by cronbach alfa. Data is analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results show that the internalization of objectivity is not entirely successful because it is only 56% the principle of objectivity has been internalized to students. The professional responsibility is successfully internalized since result shows that 66% of this principle has been internalized to students. The ethical behavior that are successfully created to students from these internalizations is high as it is shown by 86% of the principle of ethics has been internalized to students.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari bukti empiris pengaruh EQ terhadap sikap etis mahasiswa. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa UNNES, UNDIP UNISULA dan UNIMUS. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesiner untuk menanyakan tingkat pemahaman agama, EQ dan sikap etis yang dimilik mahasiswa. Jumlah sampel akan dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yang terdiri masing-masing 55 mahasiswa. Analisis data menggunakan linear regre-ssion. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa model non syariah mempunyai adjusted R lebih tinggi daripada model syariah. Selain itu, bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh tingkat pemahaman agama dan EQ terhadap sikap etis ditemukan disetiap model. Berdasarkan tes, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan akuntansi – syariah dan non-syariah dapat mempengaruhi sikap etis. Selain itu masing-masing kelompok memiliki tingkat pemahaman agama dan sikap etis yang berbeda. Abstract The objectives of the research are to find out empirical evidence of the influence Syariah Accounting Education and emotional quention (EQ) to etical Behavior at student in University. The population of this study are students of UNNES, UNDIP and UNISULA, UNIMUS. The sample are collected by distributing questionare to ask them about their religion understandingss, EQ and students’ ethical behavio. In this case, the samples are categorized as Syariah group and Non Syariah group. Each group consists of 55 students. Llinear regression was employed to analyze the data.The result of this research is that Non Syariah Model has higher adjusted R than Syariah Model. In short, syariah accounting education and non – syariah accounting education influence the students’ ethical behavior, and every group has different religion understanding.
