A deep understanding of the dynamics between performance pressures and ethical leadership becomes crucial in an era of stressful economic recovery. This research explores the complex relationship between organizational performance pressures and ethical leadership, focusing on how these pressures impact ethical decision-making and the challenges of maintaining ethical integrity in demanding environments. Employing a convenience sampling method and the rank-type Delphi method, the study engaged 40 experts from both academic and practical fields to identify and rank key performance pressures that compromise ethical leadership. Significant pressures identified include the imperative to generate positive financial reports, achieve greater efficiency, withstand competitive pressures, and pursue aggressive growth strategies, all eroding ethical leadership. These pressures lead to unethical practices, such as falsifying financial reports, exploiting working conditions, unfair competition, and aggressive merger and acquisition tactics. The findings underscore the critical need for leaders to recognize and manage these pressures effectively to foster an environment conducive to ethical leadership. This study contributes valuable insights into the mechanisms by which performance pressures undermine ethical leadership and highlights the importance of cultivating a culture that promotes normative behavior and addresses ethical challenges, thereby enriching the existing body of knowledge on organizational ethics and leadership.

The level of popularity of Korean music is in line with the increasing number of K-pop fans in Indonesia. Despite K-Pop's increasing popularity in Indonesia, K-beauty's reputation has declined. This study explores the influence of the Korean wave on consumer behavior in Indonesia, focusing on the K-Pop and K-Beauty industries. The research analyzes the effects of audience involvement, celebrity worship, brand awareness, and perceived product quality on purchase and visit intentions using survey data of 221 K-pop fans. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). Findings reveal that audience involvement positively influences celebrity worship, which, in turn, boosts brand awareness, and sigficantly impacts perceived product quality. This perceived product quality positively affects consumers' intentions to purchase and visit, highlighting the interconnectedness of these factors. These results underscore the substantial role of audience involvement and celebrity worship in enhancing brand awareness and perceived product quality, which are pivotal in shaping purchase and visit intentions. The study offers valuable insights for businesses and marketers in the K-Pop and K-Beauty industries, emphasizing the need to understand and leverage these dynamics within the Indonesian consumer market.

The rapid growth of social media users in Indonesia has prompted researchers to identify factors that impact consumer purchase intentions through advertising click activities, such as informativeness, entertainment, irritation, emotional appeal, credibility, and privacy concerns mediated by advertising attitude. This research examines how informativeness, entertainment, emotional appeal, and privacy concerns simultaneously influence attitudes toward advertising and purchase intentions. This study employed a quantitative approach through an online survey with a sample of 321 respondents residing in major cities in Indonesia. This study applied purposive sampling with individual criteria as Instagram users were exposed to ads within the last month, and the data were analyzed through structural equation modeling. The results of this study show that advertising attitude fully mediates informativeness, entertainment, emotional appeal, and credibility toward advertising clicks, which drive purchase intentions. Meanwhile, irritation and privacy concerns have a negative impact on advertising attitudes. This research proved that Incentives have a direct influence on purchase intention. Suggestions for future researchers need to consider the classification of ad product or service categories so that advertisers can better understand consumer behavior and provide ad impression effectiveness according to the target audience

Self-identity theory in social psychology highlights the importance of social groups, interactions, and context in shaping an individual's sense of self and how this self-identity influences thoughts, feelings, and behavior. This research seeks to review various literature on adventure tourism by providing a specific exploration of the role of self-identity in triggering participation in forms of adventure tourism using a mixed-method research design, 50 visitors were identified as informants for the qualitative research, and 329 respondents were surveyed as visitors to surfing tourist destinations at Menganti, Widarapayung, and Parangtritis beaches. All hypotheses proposed in this research were accepted. This shows that comparisons between regions show little difference among young consumers. The model presented and tested in this research provides a solid theoretical framework and can help understand self-identity as a driver of consumer participation. Managerial implications can provide understanding for surf destination managers so that they reflect the importance of creating a positive attitude towards the product before traveling.

The condition of the Indonesian economy, which is currently unstable due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, has had an impact on sub-sector companies, especially property and real estate sub-sector companies. The impact felt by companies in the property and real estate sub-sector is when people experience a change in attitude to restrain consumption of long-term asset needs. This research aims to know the effect of CR, TATO, DER, ROA, and operating cash flow on financial distress. The sample collection method uses the purposive sampling method, namely property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the IDX 2020-2021 and the category of financial distress with negative net profit for two consecutive years. Statistical analysis technique using logistic regression with the help of SPSS 25 with α 5%. The study's results prove that the ratios of CR, DER, and Operating Cash Flow do not affect financial distress. At the same time, TATO has a positive effect, and ROA has a negative effect on a company's financial distress. Companies can maximize their assets to increase sales and net profit so that it can be said to be effective, but companies need to manage the costs incurred for the process of their operational activities. Companies can use TATO and ROA to anticipate financial distress or difficulties.

International schools are educational institutions with foreign cooperation and different management from regular schools. Only certain people enroll since they are unique in the programs, management, society, and culture. Studies show that promotional efforts to increase the number of students are effectively strengthened by IMC, which is carried out to attract as many prospective students as possible. However, very few research is conducted in the context of international schools. This research is conducted to identify the effectiveness of IMC on enrolment decisions in international schools. The survei was conducted on parents whose child is studying at the 12 international schools in Semarang in elementary, junior, or high school. Questionnaires were given to parents selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data on five elements of IMC (advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, public relations, direct and digital marketing) as the independent variables and on enrollment decision as the dependent variable was processed using multiple linear regression. The results show that IMC simultaneously influences the decision, but only public relations is partially significant. Adjusted R square indicates that IMC is not the only factor contributing to enrolment decision; school management must consider other factors to increase the number of students.

systematic literature review ,toxic leadership ,nurse ,Business ,HF5001-6182 - Abstract
The toxic leadership literature has grown remarkably in recent years. Although the field has generated an impressive body of knowledge, we still have an incomplete understanding of toxic leadership. We conduct a systematic literature review of toxic leadership research so we can create a solid foundation for knowledge production and theory development within this literature. This project aimed to survey the literature on toxic leadership, identify all empirical evidence and extract attributes in the nurse workers of a useful list for early toxic leadership detection. A 14-article sample that focused on attributes with markers considered pivotal for the early detection of toxic leadership was used to ensure the selection of appropriate explicit articles that follows a transparent and reproducible search strategy. Ultimately, our study leverages and integrates the many insights from the destructive leadership literature to advance knowledge, facilitate nuanced theory development, generate useful directions for future research, and create evidence-based recommendations for policy and practice.

This research examines damage experienced by concrete recycling factories of construction concrete residuals. The study integrates three analytical methods: Pareto Charts, Ishikawa Diagrams, and FMEA Tables. Pareto charts are employed to identify dominant types of damage. Ishikawa diagrams pinpoint potential causal factors, including human, machine, method, and environmental elements. The FMEA Table assesses the impact, frequency, and ease of detection level for each causal factor. Data for analysis were gathered through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of the Pareto analysis reveal four dominant types of damage: damage to recycling screws, cyclone pumps, vibro screens, and WLC sensor components. Potential causal factors for each component are identified in the Ishikawa Diagram. These factors encompass human, machine, method, and environmental elements. Further, the FMEA Table analysis uncovers several factors contributing to a high-risk priority number. These factors include poor component quality, operational errors, overloading, and insufficient maintenance. The analysis results conclude that it is necessary to enhance quality control design by employing more reliable components and integrating sensors for overload detection. Additionally, the study emphasizes the need to improve the current quality control system by incorporating quality checkpoints and ensuring that users are adequately prepared to execute the operation and maintenance processes at the concrete recycling plant.

SMEs now conduct CSR. However, for food-processed SMEs, CSR has yet to be discovered how this will affect its Performance. This research aims to know the influence of CSR on the Performance through Green Products. The population in this study were all food processing SMEs in Pudak Payung, Banyumanik, and Semarang. The sample used was 43, whose business was over 5 years old (quota sampling). The primary data, CSR, Green Products, and Performance, was obtained through questionnaires distributed to the 43 SMEs. The data was analyzed using simple linear regression and the Sobel test. The analysis results reveal that using simple linear regression, CSR affects Green Products and their Performance, while Green Products do not affect their Performance. This shows that CSR has a direct effect on their Performance. The Sobel test strengthens these, which shows that Green Products do not mediate the relationship between CSR and their Performance. Research on certain types of food processing SMEs or all food processing SMEs in Banyumanik needs to be conducted to prove that Green Products mediate the relationship between the influence of CSR and Business Performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived enjoyment on the intention to continue using investment applications in Indonesia. This research uses the TAM model with the novelty of examining perceived enjoyment in investment applications. Survei was administered involving 328 respondents who had ever made transactions purchasing investment products on investment applications. Data were analyzed by SEM using the JASP application. This research was conducted by analyzing the results of questionnaires from 328 respondents who had made investment product purchase transactions in investment applications. This study uses JASP as a tool for conducting SEM analysis. This study shows that perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment have a positive and significant effect on intention to continue using. Meanwhile, perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. However, perceived ease of use has a negative and insignificant relationship to intention to continue using directly. The most significant effect on intention to continue using is perceived enjoyment. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to things that are directly related to perceived enjoyment to make consumers continue to use investment applications.

This research aim is to provide an extensive bibliometric literature review on transformational leadership as a term and concept using Publish and Perish (PoP) software, Mendeley software, and a database of the Scopus index. Articles were located through PoP software based on the Scopus index database. 171 articles were refined and analyzed from various qualifying journals from 1993 to September 2023 (36 years). Mendeley software was used to help manage references and a brief resume of each article. The grouping process is assisted by VOSviewer software by matching words that frequently appear in each group. The groups produced through VOSviewer software provide an overview and flow of research on transformational leadership, which still needs to focus on the antecedents of transformational leadership. Competencies that are essential in forming transformational leadership from VOSviewer results are minimal. This result will provide opportunities for future research. Researchers and practitioners must pay attention to trends and research areas in transformational leadership to enhance the development of transformational leadership theory.

The focus of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership, specifically related to green transformational leadership, and the characteristics of transformational leadership on the implementation of green human resources management. This study aims to deeply understand the impact of green transformational leadership and various characteristics of transformational leadership on the implementation of green human resources management in waste management organizations. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing online questionnaires to 41 respondents. This study can contribute to and enhance knowledge related to leadership with a focus on circular economy. The quantitative research was conducted in the Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) region, using online questionnaires. Hypothesis testing yielded results indicates a positive and significant influence of green transformational leadership on GHRM. Consequently, this suggests that an increase in green transformational leadership corresponds to an improvement in green human resources management. However, this study did not find evidence of the characteristics of transformational leadership affecting GHRM. Hence, it highlights the need to enhance green leadership skills for leaders and influencers in organizations implementing circular economy principles, to improve green HR management integration.

There are a lot of researches related to budgetary slack related to economic factors, but not a lot of research that uses psychological factors that are likely to greatly affect the ethical behavior of individuals. This research focuses on psychological factors that can trigger individual behavior. The method used in this research is the 2x2 experimental study between subjects. The subject of this research is undergraduate students who have taken courses in budget and management accounting. Analysis of the data in this study will be tested with Annova statistics. These results indicate that both obedience pressure and trust in superiors greatly affect the behavior/justification of subordinates in budgetary slack. Trust in superiors in this study was not proven to reduce budgetary slack, this proves that information asymmetry between superiors and subordinates cannot be reduced only by an informal relationship between the two. This research also supports Agency Theory, which is that each individual will always try to fulfill his own interests first than the interests of others. Practically, this research proves that the strength of an individual can influence the behavior of others, which is indicated by the pressure of obedience.

Fraud is a global phenomenon with detrimental consequences, especially in financial reporting. However, most research has narrowly focused on financial aspects. Detecting non-financial factors can stem from an individual's psychological side, as psychological factors significantly influence one's ethical or unethical behavior. The driving forces behind an individual's behavior can be seen in the darker aspects of their personality, such as Machiavellianism, narcissism, and psychopathy. This is a quantitative study that used questionnaires with 107 employees from various companies and institutions as respondents. The research highlights the importance of organizations not dismissing their employees' personalities as inconsequential. Instead, organizations should conduct thorough assessments of their employees' personalities to prevent fraud by having employees with strong character traits. The study demonstrates that individuals with Machiavellian and psychopathic personalities tend to have a propensity for fraud. Machiavellian individuals are manipulative and tend to deny wrongdoing, while psychopathic individuals lack empathy and disregard the organization's losses. Meanwhile, narcissistic personalities lack the strong motivation to engage in fraud.

The fraud cases have occurred frequently, causing significant financial losses to many parties. This behavior can arise due to internal and external factors within an individual. In order to assess its magnitude, this study will conduct a quantitative survei involving 212 employees and leaders from across Indonesia. The data will be processed through multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The findings indicate that internal factors, such as consciousness personality traits, play a role in enhancing individuals' decision-making awareness. Extraversion, depicting openness, and neuroticism can make individuals prone to anxiety, leading to fraudulent actions. However, individuals with openness to experience generally have high moral values, and agreeableness reflects concern for others, reducing the potential for fraudulent behavior. Moreover, strong internal control systems and whistleblowing policies do not deter individuals from committing fraud. Additionally, work pressure does not influence fraudulent actions. These findings provide insights for companies and organizations to evaluate and manage human resources, especially in finance departments prone to high fraud risks. The implications allow for more effective prevention measures and better policies to reduce the potential for fraudulent activities.

Intensifying consumers’ green lifestyle has created consumer intention to purchase a green product or a product from a green orientation company. Such green purchase intention has motivated companies also to be greenpreneurial orientation. This research aims to understand consumers’ perception of greenpreuneurial orientation and green purchase intention, as well as to confirm their relationship. The research addresses those who bought a green product from a company. Data was gathered using google forms distributed online at the predetermined time. The questionnaire comprising questions on greenpreneurial orientation and green purchase intention resulted in 114 complete questions. A structural equation model was applied to identify the perception of greenpreuneurial orientation and green purchase intention, and regression was used to test their relationship. The result shows that a company with a greenpreneurial orientation refers to a qualified organization that produces green products and communicates it’s green. Meanwhile, green purchase intention refers to the preference for green products, greenpreneurial orientation company, and participation in green actions. The research also confirms that greenpreneurial orientation significantly influences green purchase intention. To increase consumers’ intention to purchase green products, companies must communicate their green orientation and involve them in green actions.

Financial fraud is among the rarest forms, resulting in the greatest organizational losses. Financial and reputational crises are examples of the costs of financial manipulation. In detecting fraud, much research has been carried out regarding the factors driving fraud from the financial aspect. Therefore, this research fills the gap related to the lack of fraud detection by combining financial and non-financial aspects and the absence of a fraud detection model that effectively proves that fraud has occurred. This research uses a quantitative approach using company annual report data for 2018-2022. Analysis was carried out using multiple regression. The results of this research show that Return on Assets (ROA), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Organizational Ownership (OSHIP), reduction in receivables, earnings growth, and e-procurement are capable of being factors in detecting organizations committing fraud. Based on the results of this research, organizations are expected to be able to implement good systems and controls to prevent fraud, such as maintaining stability, reducing dependence on debt, ensuring appropriate share ownership by insiders, limiting the amount of income from receivables, and implementing a good e-procurement system for reducing the risk of fraud. The results of this research can also help companies develop strategies to detect and prevent financial statement fraud. However, this research is limited to the same industry, namely the pharmaceutical industry.

This research aims to analyze school critical success factors that influence the provision of educational services to win the competition in admitting new students. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling category using a judgment sampling approach. The data used is qualitative in the form of primary and secondary data. This research integrates two analytical methods, namely Porter's five forces, used to analyze the formal education industry, and the AHP paired comparison model method to determine CSF priority weights. The formal education industry analysis results obtained 16 school critical success factors, which were then grouped into four balanced scorecard perspectives and weighted using the AHP paired comparison model to obtain priority CSFs. The analysis results conclude that smooth cash flow, school security, comfort, quality of learning services, and quality of teachers are critical factors that schools must pay attention to in winning competition in the formal education industry. Meanwhile, from the BSC perspective, customers are the school's priority. Future research needs to discuss the significant correlation between CSF determination and the BSC perspective in the successful implementation of competitive strategies, retesting the CSF paired comparison using the expert choice application.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) drive the Indonesian economy. MSMEs in Indonesia are one of the main activities, because they are a fairly large provider of employment opportunities. The Covid-19 pandemic has almost destroyed MSMEs nationally and internationally and most MSMEs cannot run their businesses due to social restrictions. The sustainability of MSME players who sell online is stronger than the ability of MSME players offline. Utilization and understanding of digital technology will encourage increased access to financial services that will reach remote areas, low-income communities and MSMEs. After the Covid-19 Pandemic, MSMEs are slowly starting to revive and maintain their business. MSME players are starting to adapt to market conditions and are starting to become aware of technology. Increasing MSME actors with digital transformation is one of the foundations for optimizing the potential of Indonesia's digital economy and increasing financial inclusion for MSMEs so that they are well managed. The research method uses quantitative data with the SEM PLS model for the population of MSME business actors in Tasikmalaya City with a sample of 384 according to the Slovin formula calculation. The research results show that financial inclusion and digital transformation have a significant impact on the sustainability of MSMEs.

Hepi Circle products use reusable plastic packaging. Hepi Circle needs to know consumer behavior to develop an appropriate green marketing strategy. This study aims to map Hepi Circle consumers and design a holistic green marketing mix strategy to address this issue. This study used interviews and 102 purposive sampled data for descriptive, cluster, and crosstab analysis. Cluster analysis creates four clusters: Greenback Green, True-Blue Green, Grousers, and Sprout. Descriptive and crosstab analysis results describe each cluster’s characteristics. This study designs 8-Ps internal and 7-Ps external green marketing. Hepi Circle’s products should use fewer chemicals and be cheaper than those with single-use packaging. Besides online shopping, Hepi Circle can collaborate with small stores and local resellers. It should effectively maintain Instagram and upload consumer reviews to attract new consumers. It can also develop standard operating procedures and have the products certified. It can also cooperate with environmentally conscious groups to conduct green activities and collaborate with restaurants to wash dishes using Hepi Circle products. Hepi Circle supports government plastic waste reduction efforts by doing these activities. The findings of this study can provide a reference for how small and medium enterprises in developing countries design holistic and attractive green marketing strategies.

This study is conducted to discover the influence of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policy on company performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. Both the company principal and agent are expected to consider the impact of developing a policy during the pandemic, especially concerning ESG policy. The ESG disclosure study aims to verify whether the policy, which is proxied with standard Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) disclosure in the sustainability report, influences company performance, which is proxied with Tobin’s Q ratio as a measure to discover the market response. It is founded on the urgency that the pandemic alters investors’ views about the company. This research failed to verify H1 or the influence of ESG disclosure on company performance. On the other hand, H2 and H3, including control variables, significantly influence company performance, as well as the Independence of the board of directors (BoD) and board of commissioners (BoC), which also have a significant but negative influence. This study has practical implications in which disclosure of ESG policy does not significantly influence company performance due to the management mindset, which still focuses on short-term conditions. It is thus necessary to develop a long-term strategic plan while taking sustainability into account.
