There are significant differences between the methods used in Western and Eastern culture to discuss sex. Any topic related to sex in Eastern culture, specifically Indonesia, is often considered taboo compared to Western culture. This is due to the strong cultural and religious values prevalent in Eastern societies, making discussions about sex feel impolite and inappropriate. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the importance of sex education as a “sine qua non” in Indonesia and the consequences of treating sex education as a taboo. The exploration process would examine the role of parents, teachers, counselors, psychologists, and the community in sex education, new sex education policies, along with recommendations, implications, and directions for future investigations.

Abstract. Background: Data from KPAI indicates that there is a high number of perpetrators and victims of bullying. On the other hand, bullying impacts on physical and mental health risks. Especially in line with the development of communication systems, interaction and communication on digital platforms increasingly out of control. The research aims to examine the effectiveness of videography related to bullying material to increase the understanding of bullying. Methods: Data from participants (N = 4) involved in the study were processed qualitatively, including differences in the understanding of participants when before and after the provision of material through videography. Results: Qualitatively, there was an increase in understanding of bullying by using videography. Discussion: Videography based learning always connects to learning spaces and zones, reflection for action (before action), reflection in action (during an action), and reflection of action (after action) consist of the role of reflection and action in learning. Conclusion: The use of videography with Powtoon is effective in increasing understanding of bullying. Implication: For Educators, trainers, and presenters, the use of videography with Powtoon can be applied as a medium in learning and teaching. Abstrak. Latar belakang: Data dari KPAI mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat jumlah pelaku dan korban bullying yang cukup tinggi. Di sisi lain, bullying berdampak pada resiko kesehatan fisik dan kesehatan mental. Terlebih sejalan dengan berkembangnya sistem komunikasi, interaksi dan komunikasi pada platform digital semakin tidak terkendali. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas videography terkait materi bullying terhadap peningkatan pemahaman bullying. Metode: Data dari partisipan (N = 4) yang terlibat pada penelitian diolah secara kualitatif, meliputi perbedaan pemahaman partisipan ketika sebelum dan sesudah pemberian materi melalui videography. Hasil: Secara kualitatif, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman bullying dengan menggunakan videography. Diskusi: Pembelajaran berbasis videography selalu menghubungkan ke ruang dan zona belajar, refleksi untuk tindakan (sebelum tindakan), refleksi dalam tindakan (selama aksi), dan refleksi tindakan (setelah tindakan) terdiri dari peran refleksi dan tindakan dalam pembelajaran. Kesimpulan: Penggunaan videography dengan Powtoon efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman bullying. Implikasi: Bagi Pendidik, pelatih, dan pemateri, penggunaan videography dengan Powtoon bisa diterapkan sebagai media dalam belajar dan mengajar.

In Indonesia, undergraduate thesis is still a pretty scary end task for most students. Many of them do procrastination, keep away from supervisors, do non-productive things as a form of anxiety diversion, and the most extreme is to commit suicide as a result of excessive academic anxiety on undergraduate thesis. The education counselor as one of the college internal agents is expected to solve the problems that often occur every year. Based on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) counseling approach, the academic anxiety experienced by students is a cognitive distortion caused by maladaptive core beliefs. The process to change the student's core beliefs to be more adaptive can be done with a modern technique, that is through music. In its application, CBT counseling using integrative technique through music consists of two, passive and active music therapy. What we need to know more about how CBT views academic anxiety as a problem and how the way to use integrative technique through music, so that counselors in Indonesia can comprehend conceptually about CBT counseling intervention with music appropriately in the future, in order to help students free from academic anxiety towards undergraduate thesis.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, people used social media to communicate and entertain themselves. Yet, excessive social media use can cause anxiety and sadness. Hence, fresh social media addiction therapies are crucial. We suggest treating social media addiction with colorful Betta fish. This fish's brilliant colors and interesting behavior reduce stress and anxiety and promote well-being. Betta fish are low-maintenance pets that may be kept in a small tank at home or at work. Interacting with animals helps improve mental health. So, the "betta fish" treatment may be a low-cost and accessible way to improve mental health and minimize social media addiction amid the COVID-19 pandemic. This intervention's efficacy and best practices need further stud.

Thesis is a final project that is quite scary for most students in Indonesia. In the process of compilation, students often do things that are non-productive, such as procrastination and avoid supervisor. Sometimes, excessive academic anxiety of this thesis can lead students to do things beyond common sense, namely suicide. If examined in more depth based on counseling approach Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), academic anxiety to the thesis experienced by students is a cognitive distortion caused by maladaptive core beliefs. Therefore, students who experience it need to get help so that their core beliefs can be more adaptive again. Based on the latest research results, integration of CBT counseling with more modern techniques of music therapy has proved effective in reducing academic anxiety and improving self-efficacy of thesis students. Thus, through this conceptual study, it is hoped that counselors in Indonesia will be able to understand, practice and conduct further research on CBT counseling interventions integrated with music therapy.

The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of group counseling with cognitive behavior therapy approach using passive music therapy technique to improve the self-efficacy of millennials college students who is writing thesis. The research used quasi-experimental design (pretest, post-test,and follow-up). Group counseling was conducted for five meetings, and follow-up was performed two weeks after the treatment. Research subjects were seven millennials college students. Purposive sampling technique was used to select the subjects, that is based on inclusion criteria and level of self-efficacy which is obtained from self-efficacy scale (rxy=0.601-0.839,coefficient alpha=0.951).The results showed that group counseling with cognitive behavior therapy approach using passive music therapy technique was significantly effective to improve the millennials college students’ self-efficacy in pretest vs. post-test and pretest vs follow-up, but in post-test vs. follow-up there was a slight decrease in self-efficacy. Passive music therapy which is integrated into group counseling with cognitive behavior counseling approach, it is not only able to solve the individual problems but also able to help individuals to analyze their thoughts and behaviors through passive music activities with guidedimagery.

Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi-eksperimental (pretest, posttest, dan follow-up). Konseling kelompok dilaksanakan selama lima pertemuan, dan follow-up dilakukan dua minggu setelah treatment. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tujuh mahasiswa. Pemilihan subjek menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu didasarkan pada kriteria inklusi dan tingkat academic anxiety yang diperoleh dari academic anxiety scale (rxy = 0.536-0.823, coefficient alpha = 0.963). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling kelompok pendekatan CBT dengan teknik passive music therapy secara signifikan efektif untuk mereduksi academic anxiety mahasiswa pada saat pretest vs posttest dan pretest vs follow-up, namun pada saat posttest vs follow-up terjadi sedikit peningkatan academic anxiety. Passive music therapy yang diintegrasikan dalam konseling kelompok pendekatan CBT tidak hanya dapat mengatasi masalah individu, tetapi juga dapat membantu individu menganalisis pikiran dan perilaku mereka sendiri, melalui aktivitas musik pasif dengan guided imagery. Occupational contact dermatitis is a dermatitis that occurs due to contact with thematerials that exist in the workplace, and this is not the case if the person does not work.In the textile workers, the incidence of occupational contact dermatitis ranks fourth ofall occupational skin diseases annually in Finland. Contact dermatitis is of two kinds,namely contact dermatitis (DKI) arising through non-immunologic mechanisms andallergic contact dermatitis (DKA)as a result of specific immunologic mechanism (slowtype hypersensitivity reaction (type IV)). To assign a material cause of contactdermatitis required a careful history taking about, a complete medical history, physicalexamination and patch test and is also required investigation into the workplace toobserve the work and what materials are usually in contact with the patient when thepatient works. Some of the materials most commonly cause dermatitis due to work ingarment workers are resins, formaldehyde and dyes. Handling contact dermatitis can bedivided into non-pharmacological therapy and pharmacology. The best way toovercome work-related contact dermatitis is prevention by avoiding contact of thematerial causes. Long-term prognosis of occupational contact dermatitis is very bad,despite the best efforts of treatment and change the type of work has been done.
