Alternative tourism through the development and empowerment of village communities is one solution to address poverty in coastal areas. Jerowaru Tourism Village is one of the villages implementing this policy. A case study method and Woolcock’s social capital theory are used to assess the extent of the policy's success, particularly regarding community participation in tourism village development. Data were collected through observation, interviews with community informants and stakeholders, as well as field documentation. The analysis results, through reduction and conclusion drawing, indicate that the implementation of policies, particularly for tourism villages, refers to the Tourism Law, Regional Autonomy Law, Regulation No. 10 of 2020, the Long-Term Development Plan, local regulations, and the NTB Governor's Regulation of 2021. Several important aspects support the implementation of the tourism village policy. First, there is the aspect of tourism policy implementation in Jerowaru, which includes coordination, communication, and disposition. Second, there is the aspect of community awareness and involvement, particularly the role of tourism awareness groups, especially among the youth. Third, there is the aspect of initiation. The initiation of tourism village development is driven by the tourism awareness community as a manifestation of independence and awareness in developing potential and ensuring sustainable environmental protection.

This study explores the factors contributing to students' difficulties in achieving effective English learning at the Muslim University of Indonesia (UMI) and identifies strategies to overcome these challenges. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive research design, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation with five fifth-semester students from the English Department. The findings reveal six critical barriers: lack of practice, vocabulary deficiency, environmental factors, lack of interest, low self-confidence, and pronunciation challenges. These factors significantly hinder students' English language proficiency, which is essential for their academic and professional success. The study suggests targeted interventions, including increasing practice opportunities, enhancing vocabulary instruction, creating supportive learning environments, tailoring materials to students' interests, building confidence, and improving pronunciation practice. The implications of these findings highlight the need for comprehensive and context-specific strategies in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) education. Future research should further investigate these areas, considering alternative interpretations and the long-term impact of these factors on language proficiency. By addressing these challenges, educators and policymakers can enhance English language education and support students in achieving their full potential.

This research was conducted based on the urgency of Islamic education in the 5.0 era where all aspects of life are almost controlled by technology, so the role of Islamic education is needed in facing the challenges that may occur along with the times and technology. Therefore, this study aims to provide insights into how Islamic education should prepare everything to be ready to fight in this era. This research is library research which originates from various literature, both books and journals. The results of the study show that the human resources produced in education are decreasing because they prioritize technology, so Islamic education institutions and systems must be able to carry out various reforms that can maintain their existence in this 5.0 era.

The purpose of this research is to determine how much influence the capital structure and company size have on the earning response coefficient both size of the company on the earning response coefficient either partially or simultaneously on the Computer and Device Services Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2020-2022.The research methods used in this research are descriptive methods and associative methods. In this research, the unit of analysis is the Financial Statement Document at the Computer and Device Services Company Financial Report Documents on Computer and Device Services Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022. The samples in this study were 36 annual financial reports annual. The analysis method uses panel data regression analysis. Based on the results showed that partially there is a significant positive effect of capital structure on earning response coefficient, and partially there is a significant positive effect of capital structure on earnings re capital structure on earning response coefficient, and partially there is a significant positive effect on earning response coefficient. significant effect of company size on earning response coefficient, and simultaneously there is an effect of capital structure and company size on earning response coefficient.

Comfort and safety are one of the important aspects in supporting tourism development. However, this is also inversely proportional when visiting the KEK Mandalika which is a potential tourism destination on Lombok Island. This discomfort occurs because of hawkers who are considered too aggressive when peddling their wares. Through the phenomenon of hawkers in the KEK Mandalika, this study aims to see the process of interaction and relationships established between hawkers and tourists. With a qualitative phenomenological approach, the results showed that the social relations of traders are divided into two, namely between traders and traders and traders with tourists. It is this interaction between merchants and tourists that sometimes leads to negative interactions. So that in the process of interpreting meaning, it allows for negative labeling or perception given to hawkers. In fact, the interaction that is considered aggressive occurs because of several invisible factors such as the existence of certain needs or motives such as the need to spend merchandise to be deposited with distributors.

Insulting the President and/or Vice President has recently been reappeared in Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code (KUHP) precisely in article 218, the issue of vagueness arises because the explanation of article 218 paragraph (1) does not provide clear limits on what actions can make the President and/or Vice President feel his dignity is humiliated. The research method used is normative juridical, using a statutory approach and conceptual approach, and the analysis of legal materials in this research is grаmаticаl interpretation. The results obtained from this research are that the existence of normative vagueness of the criminal offence of insulting the President and/or Vice President is the first to cause multiple interpretations, theemergence of arbitrariness, and does not reflect the principle of clarity of formulation

Latar Belakang: Kesehatan lansia mempunyai pengaruh besar terhadap perkembangan Indonesia karena pertumbuhan penduduk Indonesia yang mempunyai struktur aging population. Salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjaga kesehatan lansia dengan tujuan menciptakan lansia yang produktif dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan penilaian beberapa parameter kesehatan yang mudah dipahami seperti IMT, lingkar perut dan kadar glukosa darah. Objektif: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara IMT dan lingkar perut dengan hasil skrining kadar glukosa darah sewaktu pada pra lansia dan lansia di Nagari Sumanik tahun 2021. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Januari – Desember 2022. Data penelitian ini berasal dari data sekunder hasil pengabdian masyarakat pada bulan Oktober 2021 dengan besar sampel 40 orang pra lansia dan lansia. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Spearman Rank. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan rerata IMT adalah 26,93±5,168 kg/m2. Rerata lingkar perut yaitu 97±12,3. Rerata hasil skrining kadar glukosa darah sewaktu adalah 140±78,775 mg/dl. Hasil uji statistik ditemukan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara IMT dengan hasil skrining kadar glukosa darah sewaktu (p = 0,738) dan r-correlation 0,054. Uji statistik lingkar perut dengan hasil skrining kadar glukosa darah sewaktu menunjukan tidak terdapat hubungan (p = 0,765) dan r-correlation 0,048. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara IMT dan lingkar perut dengan hasil skrining kadar glukosa darah sewaktu dengan korelasi sangat lemah. Background: Childhood and adolescent obesity is on the rise in Southeast Asia. Necessitating stronger actions from ASEAN governments to address this issue, because the significant financial and social welfare implications. Schools provide an effective platform for targeted interventions among children and adolescent groups. Objectives: This study provides an overview of school-based nutrition interventions implemented in ASEAN countries to address childhood and adolescent obesity. Methods: A literature review was conducted by searching multiple databases (Google Scholar, PubMed, ProQuest, ScienceDirect, and Web of Science) between April 1 and May 1, 2023. The search included computer-based searches and manual search in relevant journals. The articles considered were limited to publications from the past 10 years. Discussion: School-based nutrition interventions in ASEAN countries require further development, with attention to key factors such as intervention duration, sample size, and family involvement. Conclusions: Urgent large-scale research is needed to evaluate the effectiveness of existing school-based nutrition programs. Integrated and effective programs require support and collaboration from families, the private sector, and the government.

Cases of bullying in Indonesia, particularly within the educational sphere, are attracting increasingly intensive attention due to their detrimental impacts. This research aims to explore social transformation in the educational context, specifically focusing on the role of teachers in establishing an environment free from bullying behaviors. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study design. Data collection utilizes observational techniques and in-depth interviews, subsequently undergoing analysis through processes of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To ensure data validity, technical assessments are conducted through technical triangulation, source triangulation, and member checks. The primary findings of this research encompass several aspects. Firstly, physical forms of bullying involve behaviors such as shoulder grabbing, hitting, and foot stomping. Meanwhile, verbal bullying manifests through name-calling, forced borrowing, and the invocation of parental names. Secondly, the main causes of bullying behaviors stem from family factors, with the influence of media, including television broadcasts and mobile phones depicting violent scenes, also playing a contributing role. Thirdly, teachers' strategies in addressing bullying involve interventions between students, performing ablution, seeking explanations from both parties, and encouraging offenders to acknowledge their mistakes and apologize. The results of this study offer in-depth insights into the dynamics of bullying in the Indonesian educational environment, simultaneously serving as a foundation for the development of more effective and inclusive prevention strategies.

This study aims to determine the factors influencing Gen Z members in Indonesia using P2P lending applications. This study extended TAM by collaborating with important constructs, such as trust, perceived risk, and hedonic motivation, to explain Generation Z’s intention to use P2P lending applications. This study utilized an online survey to acquire data. The total sample size was 305 users of P2P lending applications from Generation Z. The obtained data were then analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results show that perceived usefulness has no effect on the intention to use P2P lending applications. Meanwhile, trust mediates the relationship between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on intention to use P2P lending applications. The results show that Generation Z's intention to use P2P lending applications is influenced by technological sophistication factors, the belief that P2P lending applications guarantee their privacy concerns and security risks, and the existence of pleasant experiences.

Educational methodologies have continually evolved to accommodate the diverse needs of learners. One such evolution has seen the rise of game-based learning, aiming to make education more interactive and engaging. This research focused on determining the efficacy of the Jeopardy game in enhancing the understanding of the simple present tense among seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 7 Sungai Ambawang during the Academic Year 2022/2023. Using a pre-experimental research design, this study delved into the potential advantages of game-based learning over traditional teaching methods. A sample size of 25 students from class VII A was meticulously chosen to ensure the results' consistency and accuracy. To measure the students' grasp of the simple present tense both before and after the Jeopardy game intervention, a multiple-choice test, consisting of 20 items, was administered. Each item in the test offered four options (a, b, c, and d) for students to choose from. Statistical analysis of the gathered data resulted in compelling outcomes. The null hypothesis (H0), which posited that the Jeopardy game would have no significant impact on the students' understanding of the simple present tense, was soundly rejected. In contrast, the alternative hypothesis (Ha), suggesting the game's effectiveness, was accepted. This conclusion was bolstered by a notable t-value of 9.62, surpassing the critical t-table value of 2.064 at 24 degrees of freedom with a 5% significance level. Furthermore, the study highlighted a strong effect size of 1.9, indicating the game's substantial impact on learning.

This study aims to determine the extent to which the influence of Accuracy (X1), Speed (X2), Security (X3) affects customer satisfaction at Bank BSI KCP S. Parman. This study uses a quantitative approach with sampling using the Non Probability Sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires filled out by respondents directly. And secondary data that comes from books, journals, research results, practical work reports and related to the author's research objects. In this study, the population that will be taken is all BSI KCP S. Parman customers in 2022 as many as 9,950 people. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the variables Accuracy (X1), Speed (X2), Security (X3) simultaneously affect customer satisfaction using digital banking BSI KCP S. Parman. The coefficient of determination value is 0.741. This means that 74.1% of bank existence is influenced by Accuracy (X1), Speed (X2), and Security (X3), while the remaining 25.9% of customer satisfaction is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This service aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Tempe small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) entrepreneurs in effectively managing their businesses and enhancing competitiveness. This service activity is carried out through a series of workshops, motivational training, and group mentoring. The community partners involved in this project were the Tempe SMEs located in the Pejuang neighborhood, Bekasi. The results of this service showed a significant improvement in the knowledge and skills of the Tempe SME entrepreneurs after participating in the training and mentoring sessions. They successfully enhanced their business performance, expanded market access through digital marketing, and formed a group or association of Tempe SMEs to share knowledge and support each other in addressing business challenges. This initiative positively contributed to the welfare and local economic growth by strengthening the Tempe sector as a key pillar of the economy in the Pejuang neighborhood, Bekasi.

The aim of this research is to investigate students’ attitudes in writing descriptive text using Internet memes as a writing medium and the reasons leading to the particular attitude that occurred. This qualitative descriptive research was conducted using purposive sampling to a class that consists of 13 fourth semester students of the English Language Education study program at Universitas Tanjungpura in Essay Writing course. There are two types of data collected in this research; they are primary and secondary data. The primary data were obtained from the semantic differential questionnaire and the semi-structured interview, which was conducted to five of the students, whereas the secondary data were acquired from students’ writing scores of the Internet memes descriptive writing task. The findings reported that students have a positive attitude towards the task of writing descriptive text using Internet memes. Factors that influenced their positive attitude are the sense of enjoyment and casual feeling from the task, the sense of freedom and relatedness from their chosen memes, and the visual aid from the pictures that helps illustrate better description and helps them understand how to describe better in words. From the result, it is clear that the Internet memes pictures are helpful to boost their attitudes in writing descriptive text. It is suggested that by using fun writing media, such as Internet memes, writing teachers can put students in a comfortable learning atmosphere, so that they can absorb other important learning materials better.

Dalam penelitian ini dibahas model matematis penyebaran penyakit kuning pada tanaman terong dengan protectant. Kami berasumsi bahwa protectant menggunkan ekstrak nabati daun pukul empat dapat meningkatkan sistem imun tanaman terong muda. Kami menunjukkan nilai Basic Reproduction Number (BRN) dari transmisi penyakit tanaman. BRN dihitung dari nilai eigen terbesar dari Next generatin Matriks (NGM). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa jika , maka titik kesetimbangan endemik stabil, namun jika , maka titik ekuilibrium endemik menjadi tidak stabil. Kami juga membahas pengendalian kontrol optimal dari tanaman terong dan kutu kebul yang terinfeksi dengan mempertimbangkan pengobatan pencegahan menggunakan A.aleyrodhis yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi tanaman dan vektor yang terinfeksi dengan metode Pontrygain.. Hasil kontrol optimal menunjukkan A.aleyrodhis dapat mengurangi jumlah tanaman dan vektor yang terinfeksi dibandingkan tanpa kontrol.

This study aimed to investigate the use of a decision support system called Fuzzy C-Means to group students based on their interests and aptitude. Fuzzy C-Means was used to group students into several alternative majors such as Catering (CT), Fashion Design (FD), Accounting and Institutional Finance (AIF), Online Business and Marketing (OBM), Multimedia (MM), Office Governance Automation (OGA), and Computer and Network Engineering (CNE). This study employed the quantitative approach with the pre-experimental research design. Data were collected through interest-aptitude tests and documentation. The participants of this study were 58 students of State Vocational High School Barabai 1. Fuzzy C-Means managed to group students into seven clusters. With the criteria of interests and talents, every student had the opportunity to be in all existing majors. The cluster validity value obtained using the Partition Coefficient Index is in the good category (0.6054). The system accuracy value is 89.7%. It means that there is an increase in the accuracy rate of 10.4% when compared to selecting majors manually. Based on cluster validation and the level of system accuracy, a decision support system using the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm is feasible to be an alternative for determining school majors.

This research explores the impact of globalization on the development of Sharia Financial Technology (FinTech) in Indonesia. The phenomenon of globalization has spurred the growth of FinTech, including Sharia FinTech, which combines sharia principles with digital technology. This study identifies the factors influencing the growth of Sharia FinTech globally, analyzes its impact on the Muslim community in Indonesia, and explores the challenges and opportunities faced by the industry and financial regulators. This study utilizes descriptive qualitative research method with secondary data sources. The results show that Sharia FinTech has increased the accessibility of financial services in Indonesia, especially for those who were previously unreachable. Innovations in Sharia FinTech products and services create broader financial inclusion and support the growth of the Islamic economy. However, unaligned regulations and licensing complexity are the main challenges. Nonetheless, regulatory harmonization and cooperation between the government, regulators and industry are key steps in optimizing the potential of Islamic FinTech. This research provides insights for policymakers, regulators, and financial industry players to effectively and sustainably manage the development of Islamic FinTech amidst the dynamics of globalization.

This Community Partnership Program (PKM) answers the problems faced by partner, SDN 2 Inclusion in Bengkala Buleleng Village, Bali. The first problem is the lack of literacy that meets the needs of the Inclusive Elementary School. The second problem there is no online learning system. Moreover, the third, teachers do not have facilities of the literacy and learning system for the inclusive elementary school. The solutions offered to answer the three problems are, first, literacy that supports learning needs. Second, the provision of an integrated website-based learning information system and library-based teaching materials library service. Third, literacy for teachers about the application of learning systems and the manufacture of teaching materials that facilitate the teaching and learning process. The method of implementing this PKM is community participation by developing into a number of activities such as: participatory mentoring, workshops, simulations and substitution of science and technology, creation of learning information systems and library services for integrated web-based teaching materials as well as literacy and socialization processes. The evaluation of this activity uses the CIPP method, namely context, input, process, and product tailored to the needs of literacy and teaching and learning processes. The target of this program is the availability of online learning support facilities, increasing the ability of teaching teachers in online teaching and creating digital learning media, as well as the availability of a Learning System and Teaching Material Library Service.

Abstract Dunaliella sp. is a potential natural source of carotenoid pigments such as astaxanthin, β-carotene, and lutein. Dunaliella sp. can also accumulate other valuable products such as glycerol and protein. Another species is Azospirillum sp., which is known as microalgal growth-promoting bacteria. These bacteria are often cultured with microalgae because they contain indole-3-acetic acid, which can significantly increase the growth of microalgae. This study aimed to examine the pigment content in mixed culture of Dunaliella sp. and Azospirillum sp. after being treated with different light intensity treatment. In this study, Dunaliella sp. were cultivated by mixing with Azospirillum sp. under light stress. Two treatments were performed at light stress intensity of 3000 and 6000 lx. Light intensity is widely used as an important parameter in cultivation, which can affect the growth and production of microalgal biomass. In addition, spectrophotometric UV-Vis based measurement was conducted to investigate every single pigment content in all treatments under light stress for eight days. The number of cells, carotenoid pigments, and astaxanthin had increased significantly. Pigments of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b also significantly increased at lower light treatments. Based on the results, the bacterium Azospirillum sp. and high light intensity significantly increased the growth and cell division of microalgae. Therefore, the combination of Azospirillum sp. and light stress intensity in microalgae cultivation could increase the growth and pigment of Dunaliella sp.

The public service activity was carried out as a workshop aimed at helping English Education students, especially semester 6, in writing citations and bibliographies using the Mendeley application. The activity was carried out for one day, starting at 07.30-17.00 WIB with five sessions, each held for 60 to 95 minutes. The activity participants were 43 English Education students from 3 different institutions. The method used in implementing the public service activity was Participatory Action Research (PAR) where the participants were the center of the activityThe results of the analysis showed that the training activities went smoothly and very well, the students participated enthusiastically during the activity. The indicators of the success are shown from the five (5) indicators including (1) significantly increasing participants' ability to write citations and bibliography; (2) the running of activities in accordance with the plan is effective and efficient; (3) the enthusiasm of participants that exceeds the target participants; (4) very positive responses from participants; and (5) there are suggestions to hold similar activities more often with more target participants. The authors expect that training activities like this can be carried out again and become an agenda considering the benefits to the target participants.

Caffeine is believed to improve a person's memory because a person can be awake and affect brain performance. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of caffeine on short-term memory. This study uses a posttest control group design where two groups will be given treatment, and one group will not be given treatment. The participants of this study were 30 college students (Mage equals 19.4; SD equals 1.27) in Jabodetabek who consumed caffeine at least three times a week. Data collection using a digit span test adapted from Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS). The results showed that caffeine positively affected short-term memory in college students. Decaffeine has more effect on short-term memory than caffeine and mineral water. This research implies that college students can consume decaffeine to improve their short-term memory.

Background: Dengue fever is a common disease in tropical countries. According to the data from the Indonesia Ministry of Health, there were 71.633 Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF) cases reported in Indonesia, with approximately 459 people dying from the disease. Thrombocytopenia is the most common clinical feature of DHF and often causes serious complications if not treatedproperly. Several studies have analyzed the potency of Carica papaya leaf which has been proven asan effective therapy for thrombocytopenia. Objectives: This systematic review aims to discover the potency of Carica papaya leaf extract as a therapy for thrombocytopenia. Method: Literature was searched by using keywords in accordance with the topic, then filtered according to the inclusion criteria that had been determined according to the PRISMA rules. Publication bias in this reviewwas conducted subjectively using the Revman 5.4 software. Results: From 138 studies, it wasfound that screening was carried out based on inclusion criteria, including a randomized controlled trial study in humans with a population of dengue fever patients and received the intervention of papaya leaf extract so that 6 studies were included in the inclusion study, which was then carried out by qualitative synthesis from the study. Based on the results of the qualitative analysis, it wasfound that there was a faster and more significant improvement in the platelet count between the intervention group compared to the control group in the 6 studies. Conclusion: Carica papaya leaf extract has potential as a thrombocytopenia therapy in dengue fever patients.

The globalitation era is an era that requires people to quickly adapt to the times that are increasingly advancing rapidly. Because if it is not adaptive it will be a human being left behind. While the era of globalization demands a tight contestation. Especially in the economic sector. Every global company has its own strategy in marketing its business. They don't think about the fate of their competitors. That's because they think that other companies are tough competitors. So that their competition prioritizes individual (company) profits and stops other companies that have the same business product. Of course, this global business competition is contrary to the principles of Islamic economics. Which, the principles of Islamic economics are not solely seeking individual gain. But also think about mutual benefits. Therefore, there are at least three Islamic economic principles that must exist even in the midst of global business competition, namely multiple ownership, freedom to act, and social justice. These three basic principles of Islamic economics must still exist in economic behavior and remain relevant even in the midst of global economic contestation.

This study aims to develop the competence of teachers in designing English learning materials through electronic English book design training. This study was action research. The training was given to 7 English teachers at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level (Islamic junior high school) with more than 5 years of teaching experience and proficiency in using computers. Data were collected by using product assessment, observation, and interviews. The data was analyzed by using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results show that teachers can create electronic books for English learning after receiving learning technology training with training materials including: (1) designing materials through PowerPoint, (2) changing materials in electronic form through I-spring, and (3) making electronic books with the android extension via APK builder. Indicators of the teacher’s competence in designing electronic books include: (1) being able to independently design the content in terms of explanation materials in the form of images, audio, and video and exercises in the form of quizzes equipped with assessments and (2) being able to independently design the appearance or layout of an electronic book consisting of cover, layout, and buttons.

Abstract: Falling is one thing that cannot be avoided by everyone, especially the elderly who are affected by a decrease in muscle strength which is one of the factors for falling. The purpose of this study is to early detect the risk of falling in the elderly using the BBS (Berg Balance Scale) questionnaire and find out the age group of the elderly who are prone to experiencing high falling risks. The method used in this study is descriptive research with sampling techniques using purposive. The risk of falling is measured using a BBS (Berg Balance Scale) observation sheet. The results showed that respondents aged 60-74 years with a total of 77 people included in the low fall risk category, there were 64 elderly (83.1%), medium fall risk 12 elderly (15.6%) and respondents with a high risk of falling 1 elderly (1.3%). The conclusion of this study is that as you get older, especially 66 years old and above, the risk of falling will also increase, so it takes awareness of yourself and your family to pay attention to each other to be able to avoid falling.

This study aimed to develop a Dayak Folk Storybook that can be used as supplementary material to teach the narrative text. This research is Design and Development Research. The respondents of this research were year-8 students of SMP Pelita Harapan Pontianak. This research was done by conducting three phases of the ADDIE approach: Analyze, Design, and Develop. The researchers analyzed the needs focusing on identifying the materials and tasks that should be created based on the result of students’ questionnaires, teacher’s interviews, and syllabus reviews in the analysis phase. Then, the phase continued to design the materials, creating the draft of the materials and tasks. Finally, it was finalized in the development phase of the product. The result of this research is a supplementary folk storybook for learning narrative text, namely Collection of Kalimantan Dayaknese Legends for Learning English Reading. From the result of internal evaluation of the product, it was indicated that the product was appropriate and relevant with the teacher’s and students’ background, needs, and preferences. Therefore, the supplementary storybook is recommended to be used by teachers to teach narrative text to 8th Grade students of junior high school.

This research was motivated by the revelation of cases of online trading applications which turned out to be gambling and illegal binary options. Worse yet, this case also involved a number of influencers who were alleged to have facilitated these applications by helping to promote and hold various trainings. The type of research chosen in this research is library research using qualitative methods. The data used is secondary data, namely data that is not obtained directly from the source. The results of this study indicate that in the case of binary options in Indonesia there are at least four aspects that are contrary to sharia economic law, namely; (1) the binary option is illegal, (2) contains elements of gambling, Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terungkapnya kasus aplikasi-aplikasi trading online yang ternyata merupakan binary option yang bersifat judi dan ilegal.Lebih parahnya lagi, kasus ini juga melibatkan sejumlah influencer yang diduga telah memfasilitasi aplikasi-aplikasi tersebut dengan membantu melakukan promosi serta mengadakan berbagai pelatihan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yaitu data yang tidak didapat langsung dari sumbernya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada kasus binary option di Indonesia setidaknya terdapat empat aspek yang bertentangan dengan hukum ekonomi syariah, yaitu; (1) binary option tersebut ilegal, (2)mengandung unsur perjudian, (3)terdapat banyak penipuandidalamnya, dan (4) dampaknya sangat merugikan.

Forming the student's right and correct concept in Biology science is necessary. Lack of understanding of concepts in students can lead to a discrepancy of concepts called misconceptions. This study aims to identify the profile of students' misconceptions in grade tenth on material biodiversity, interactions, and their roles in nature. The results showed that the average conception of students was more significant than those who experienced misconceptions. The average concept is 50.00%, while the average who experiences misconceptions is 29.41%, and 20.59% of students do not answer. If it is categorized in the assessment category, the percentage of misconceptions is in low category.

The influence of pH and ozone dose, as well as ascorbic acid addition during the ozonation process, on the properties of Rice Bran Oil (RBO), was examined. The spectroscopic characteristic of RBO before and after ozonation was analysis directly, while the physicochemical property was assessed by density, viscosity, pH, iodine number, peroxide number, and acid number. With an increase in ozone dose, the carbon double bond in the RBO reduced. The primary product of the ozonation process is ozonide, and one of its by-products is 1,2,4-trioxolane, which contains a carbon single bond as a result of the ozonation reaction. According to this study, the pH 4 and ozone dose of 440 mg O3/L are the optimum parameters utilized in the RBO ozonation process. RBO's density and viscosity were 0.918 g/mL and 0.042 cP, respectively, at these conditions. Its iodine number, acid number, and peroxide number were also 3.173 g/g RBO, 2.3 mg NaOH/g RBO, and 55 mgeq/kg, respectively. Analyses of gas chromatography and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy revealed the presence of 1,2,4-trioxolane. Ozone dosage is critical because greater ozone concentrations place RBO in a saturated state, making the 1,2,4-trioxolane unstable and readily destroyed, whereas lower temperatures can avoid this.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Jember periode tahun 2016-2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Kabupaten Jember tahun 2016-2019. Teknik analisis menggunakan rasio keuangan yaitu derajat desentralisasi, rasio ketergantungan keuangan daerah, rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah, rasio efektivitas pajak daerah, rasio keserasian, rasio efisiensi belanja, dan rasio pertumbuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Jember masih bergantung kepada dana pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah provinsi hal ini disebabkan derajat desentralisasi, rasio ketergantungan keuangan daerah dan rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah termasuk kategori yang belum baik, rasio efektivitas pajak daerah Pemerintah Jember tergolong baik, rasio belanja masih didominasi belanja operasional dibandingkan belanja modal dan rasio pertumbuhan Pemerintah Jember mengalami pertumbuhan positif, hal ini dapat dilihat dari rasio pertumbuhan pendapatan, rasio pertumbuhan pendapatan asli daerah, rasio pertumbuhan belanja operasional dan rasio pertumbuhan belanja modal.

Violence experienced by children can cause physical disorders, impairment in cognitive, emotional, and social development, and discrimination in the social environment. The government has set rules regarding the protection of children against violence. Still, not all people know the forms of child abuse, their impact on children, and how to report child abuse cases. Therefore, we held a webinar, "Knowing more about child abuse," to educate people. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Pressure, Opportunity, and Rationalization on Fraudulent Financial Statements were measured using the proxies of Financial Stability, Financial Target, External Pressure, Personal Financial Need, Ineffective Monitoring, Nature of Industry, and Rationalization. The unit of analysis in this study is the company's financial statements. The sample in this study as many as 23 companies during the research year period amounted to 3 years resulting in 69 respondents. This study tries to outline the principal's approach to helping immigrant kids in Malaysia develop a sentiment of love for their country of origin. A descriptive qualitative strategy is used in this research methodology. The Kampung Baru Malaysia Guidance Workshop is where the research is being conducted. Using interviews, observation, and documentation as data-collecting methods. Data reduction, display, and conclusion-making are all parts of the data analysis stage. The study's findings indicate that: (1) pupils do not fully possess a love of the motherland; (2) there are not many activities carried out to promote this attitude; and (3) cultural arts classes have not been integrated into the learning process. Conclusions: The school principal should encourage students to sing the national song regularly, observe Indonesian independence day with flag ceremonies and competitions, and introduce Indonesian culture through extracurricular activities to help students develop a love of their country.

Organizations and corporations cannot function without their human resources to ensure that a company's management and operations are effective. With religion serving as a moderator, this study aimed to investigate how leadership, work ethic, and motivation affect employee performance. A causal-correlational strategy was used in this quantitative study. Eighty-eight people were selected as the sample size. Information for this study comes from both primary and secondary sources. A survey using a Likert scale was used as the data collection tool. A multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results showed no correlation between leadership and employee performance that was either favorable or statistically significant. Employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by workplace discipline. Performance and employee motivation are positively and significantly correlated. Employee performance and moderate religion do not positively and significantly relate. Workplace discipline and employee performance are not completely connected considerably with religiosity. There is no significant correlation between employee performance influenced by religion and job discipline.

The purpose of this study is to describe the problems discussed, while the benefits of this research are expected to contribute to the development of oral literature research, especially folklore, can be used as teaching materials in schools, can be used as a reference for further researchers, and as an effort cultural preservation, especially Kp. Fishermen in Muara Village, Wanasalam Binuangen District. The theories used in this research are oral literature theory, structural theory, oral literature function, learning system planning, and literary learning. This study uses a descriptive method, the form of this research is qualitative and uses a structural approach and sociology of literature.

Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah pertama, untuk membantu Mitra dalam membuat branding dan label kemasan untuk produknya serta membantu Mitra dalam melakukan pemasaran dengan teknologi digital marketing dan kedua, komunikasi pemasaran produk. Providing balanced nutrition in the life cycle is important to improve the immune system for disease prevention, especially in the Covid-19 Era. The study showed that balanced nutrition has not been fully applied due to a lack of knowledge. As a promotive and preventive agent for preventing the transmission of Covid-19. Students majoring in public health and alumni of public health play an important role and should be supported with update information based on the recent health situation. This community service aims to increase the knowledge of students and alumni about fulfilling balanced nutrition in every life cycle in the Covid-19 era. This community service activity was carried out in the form of a Nutrition in Lifecycle Series webinar which was held three times with various theme including nutrition for pregnancy, breastfeeding, children and adolescents in the Covid-19 era. Evaluation of this activity was carried out through pre-test and post-test and participants' satisfaction. It showed that there is an increase in the pre-test and post-test scores in this webinar series and all participants are satisfied with this webinar series. It is hoped that this activity can continue with various other interesting themes as a means of upgrading knowledge for students and alumni of the public health department.

Kurangnya motivasi serta ketertarikan peserta didik dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran disebabkan karena minimnya variasi media pembelajaran yang di pakai oleh guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru dalam menginterpretasikan prangkat pembelajaran dan meningkatkan minat serta motivasi dalam mempelajari mata pelajaran PAI kelas IV materi Kepribadian Nabi Muhammad SAW. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design and Development (D&D), mepunyai tahapan : (1) identifikasi masalah, (2) mendeskripsikan tujuan, (3) desain dan pengembangan produk, (4) uji coba produk, (5) evaluasi hasil ujicoba, dan (6) mengomunikasikan hasil uji coba. Tempat penelitian dilakukan di SDN Karapyak 1 dengan sampel sebanyak 10 orang siswa Kelas IV. Hasil pengembangan produk merupakan E-Modul "Personality Of Nabi Muhammad SAW. Hasil validasi oleh Kepala Sekolah dan Guru PAI terkait produk E-Modul ini yaitu 88%, masuk dalam kategori sangat baik sehingga layak untuk digunakan. Selain itu didukung dengan hasil post-test yang diperoleh dari kuis dengan rata-rata nilai 80 termasuk pada kategori baik. Dapat disimpulkan dari hasil penilaian bahwa E-Modul "Personality Of Nabi Muhammad SAW Kelas IV sangat layak digunakan sebagai sarana pembelajaran

Penelitian yang dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Modern Muhammadiyah Al-Furqan Banjarmasin ini bertujuan mencari tahu besaran kontribusi yang disumbangkan oleh media audio visual terhadap motivasi semangat dan minat pelajar PJOK pada peserta didik ketika program pembelajatan jarak jauh dimasa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, sedangkan populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik yang ada di Pondok Pesantren Modern Muhammadiyah Al-Furqan Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 1.752, sedangkan sampel berjumlah 291 peserta didik, pengambilan jumlah sampel ini menggunakan teknik Sampling Insidental. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dengan hasil yang berupa angka dan dianalisis menggunakan metode statistika dengan bantuan program SPSS21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel audio visual berkontribusi terhadap motivasi belajar pendidikan jasmani sebesar 40,2%, kemudian audio visual berkontribusi terhadap semangat belajar pendidikan jasmani sebesar 35,3%, kemudian audio visual berkontribusi terhadap minat belajar pendidikan jasmani sebesar 38,9% dan audio visual berkontribusi terhadap motivasi semangat dan minat belajar pendidikan jasmani secara bersamaan sebesar 41,7%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji metode evaluasi koleksi yang bisa diterapkan dalam proses pengembangan koleksi di perpustakaan. Metode evaluasi koleksi yang dikemukakan dalam pembahasan ini, yaitu collection-centered yang diterapkan oleh Perpustakaan IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon dengan focus pada tiga jenis pekerjaan, yaitu pencocokan pada daftar (list checking), pendapat pakar serta berdasarkan standar koleksi. Kemudian Perpustakaan UPT BIT-LIP melewati proses pada koleksi yang berdasarkan pada jenis, tahun terbit, subyek, dan bahasa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur. Terdapat 3 tahapan dalam proses pengumpulan data yaitu editing, organizing, dan finding. Analisis data menggunakan teori atau pendapat Edwards. G. Evans mengenai pengembangan dan evaluasi koleksi perpustakaan. Perpustakaan IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon menggunakan evaluasi berdasarkan metode collection-contered yang terdapat tiga jenis yaitu pencocokan pada daftar yang sudah dibuat oleh pustakawan sebelumnya, meminta pendapat pakar baik kepada dosen setempat ataupun orang yang memiliki keahlian di bidang tertentu dan berdasarkan standar koleksi. Sedangkan perpustakaan UPT Balai Informasi Teknologi LIPI mengevaluasi koleksi dengan menerapkan cara pemetaan pada koleksi yang biasa digunakan perpustakaan UPT BIT-LIPI mengimplikasikan dua fitur yaitu berbasis dengan koleksi dan berbasis kepada pengguna. Masih belum ada metode evaluasi koleksi yang cukup, lalu pendekatan gabungan atau kombinasi dari berbagai macam metode adalah yang paling efektif sampai saat ini.

The problem of climate change is defined by continued sea-level rise, melting of the ice caps, and increasing global temperatures. However, despite increasing informational awareness towards these facts by government and grassroots advocacy in many countries, emissions as the leading determinant of climate change continue to rise, with the growing consumption and activities being major emitters. In behavioral studies, this gap between perceived concerns and reflected actions is called the ‘value-action gap’ (VAG). This research evaluates the existence of a VAG among the Indonesians as increasingly significant emitters. Therefore, this researchaims to determines whether relationships exist between climate change knowledge, reported concerns, and exhibited actions taken to mitigate climate change. The research proposes the hypotheses that concerns and awareness of climate change are high among the studied population, but do not influence high climate behavior. The research gathers three class variables through a quantitative sampling, namely climate change knowledge, climate change concerns, and climate change behaviors. The gap is then calculated as a subtraction score between the latter two variables. Moreover, discrepancies between the actions taken and reported concerns are assessed, showcasing policy implications going forward.The findings of this research based on the sample suggest that varying income groups of urbanite households hold significant knowledge of climate change and have reported concerns towards the issue, and that the two as variables are linked to each other.

The nutritional problem such as stunting will impact human resource quality. Various factors, including family economic problems, contributed to it, such as in Lambung Bukit Village, Pauh District in Padang City. Apart from financial issues, the mother's lack of illiteracy on child health and nurture also contributes to nutritional problems in this area. Health services that involve physical examinations, child development, nutritional problems and the mother's understanding of family health need to be carried out. Nutrition education was given together with maternal education about parenting and maternal health by the community service team from the Nutrition Science Section and Anatomical Pathology Section, Faculty of Medicine, Andalas University. Thirty mothers accompanied by their toddlers attended the activity. The service team provided five steps that participants must pass, including registration activities, anthropometric examinations, nutritional history, problem assessments, and nutritional consultations. It was hoped that both individual and group approaches would provide significant leverage for changing maternal behaviour. The mother benefited of the education provided. They requested that the team carry out this activity regularly at least once every three months, both to assess the growth and development of children and provide the knowledge about family health they need.

The effect of different manufacturing processes, such as arc melting, mechanical alloying, and baking, on the crystalline and magnetic behavior of Co2MnSi, Co2MnGa, and Co2MnGe compounds was investigated. Samples of Co2MnSi, Co2MnGe, and Co2MnGa compounds were produced using the arc melting method and the effect of mechanical alloying and annealing processes on the manufactured products was investigated. The results showed that the use of different processes during manufacturing leads to different crystalline and magnetic behaviors of the sample. One of these cases is the correlation of the crystal order with the lattice parameter size in the produced samples and its effect on reducing the saturation magnetization compared to Slater and Pauling's prediction. Also, the change of order induced by the mechanical alloying process in the production of Co2MnSi composition has led to a drop of about 14% in saturation magnetization. The coercivity in the sample produced by arc melting and mechanical alloying in Co2MnGe composition is lower than the expected value, which was attributed to the low magnetic anisotropy of the sample due to the small size of the crystals in this sample, which is compensated in the cooking process. For example, performing the grinding process before baking leads to a change in the crystal order and, consequently, to a decrease in the saturation magnetization of the sample. The final baking increases the size of the crystals and reduces the strain. The sample obtained from grinding after arc melting had more coercivity than the other two samples due to having smaller crystals.

EMERGENCY FIRST AID TRAINING FOR LAY PEOPLE AT SMA 14 MAROS, SOUTH SULAWESI. First aid for accidents is an important aspect of everyday life, be it at home, on the road, at school, or at the office, because emergency events need to be handled immediately at the scene. The principle of HELP is considered necessary for all levels of society, because it can help people or victims to receive professional medical care. First Aid can be done by either the general public or students, until professional medical help arrives to treat the victim. The methods used in this activity are lectures, question and answer discussions, and direct practice using phantoms as victims. Before carrying out the core activities, questionnaires were distributed for the pre-test and it was found that the community service participants were still in the low level of knowledge category. The conclusion is that there was a change in the level of knowledge before and after this training activity, and the enthusiasm of the participants was very high in practicing first aid for accident victims.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April-Juni 2021. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis data model Miles dan Huberman. Model Miles dan Huberman memiliki empat tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan sumber data yang telah dianalisis, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Word Square dapat digunakan sebagai metode alternatif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada muatan pelajaran IPS di Sekolah Dasar.

The SOJI project is one of activity dealing with community empowering and services with the topic "Training on Local Commodity-Based Hand Sanitizers and Natural Disinfectants". This activity is carried out virtually using online media because it is in a pandemic era and is required to carry out remote activities to reduce social contact. SOJI has three main activities in the form of a virtual campaign which is carried out by educating the public about hand sanitizers through social media, making hand sanitizers natural ingredients from local commodities in each student residence, and distributing hand sanitizers made from natural local commodities for free while also educating the importance of cleanliness hand to the street vendors (PKL). The purpose of this activity is to first increase the knowledge and awareness of street vendors and the community about the importance of using hand sanitizer as an alternative to maintaining hand hygiene, secondly to provide information to the community on how to make hand sanitizers made from natural local commodities. The benefit of this activity is to educate street vendors and the general public so that they are more aware of the use of hand sanitizers as an alternative to hand hygiene supervision and the community can make hand sanitizers made from natural local commodities. The achievement obtained from the virtual campaign was the total number of likes in the form of infographics (4 contents) were 912 likes, while two video contents reached 1171 total views over 1 month period.

Galam (Melaleuca cajuputi subsp. Cumingiana (Turcz.) Barlow) is a peat swamp forest plant. This plant is used to treat respiratory diseases, colitis, sore throat, itchy skin, diarrhea, and dizziness. This study aimed to analyze the antibacterial and antifungal activity of the methanol extract of M. cajuputi subsp. Cumingiana (Turcz.) Barlow flowers and fruit against Escherichia coli and Candida albicans bacteria. This research is a pretest-posttest research with control group design and consists of 3 stages of research. The first stage is the phytochemical screening test, the second stage determines the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the third determines the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC). The results showed that the methanol extract of M. cajuputi subsp. Cumingiana (Turcz.) Barlow flowers and fruit contained terpenoids, flavonoids, phenols, saponins, quinones, steroids, tannins, while alkaloid compounds only found in the methanol extract of M. cajuputi subsp. Cumingiana (Turcz.) Barlow fruit. The MIC and MBC values ​​of M. cajuputi subsp. Cumingiana (Turcz.) Barlow flower methanol extract against E. coli were 1.67 and 2.083 mg/mL, respectively, while the MIC and MBC values ​​of the methanol extract of M. cajuputi subsp. Cumingiana (Turcz.) Indonesia telah mengatur pembatasan tayangan asing di layar stasiun televisi dalam negeri. Regulasi tersebut tertuang dalam Undang-Undang Penyiaran Nomor 32 Tahun 2002 Pasal 36 ayat 2 yang mewajibkan setiap stasiun televisi untuk menayangkan sekurang-kurangnya 60% tayangan produksi domestik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan tayangan asing di televisi Indonesia dalam perspektif kritis industri budaya. Metode yang dilakukan adalah metode kualitatif studi kasus. Pengambilan data dari berbagai studi dokumen dan wawancara. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan teknik pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stasiun televisi swasta melanggar ketentuan mengenai muatan tayangan asing. Ada dua masalah utama tayangan asing di televisi Indonesia. Masalah pertama adalah lemahnya peran negara terhadap penyiaran di Indonesia. Kedua adalah masalah ekonomi media khususnya terkait dengan pekerja media. In Article 36, paragraph 2 of Law No. 32/2002 stated that every television station is obligated to broadcast domestic programs at least 60 percent of the total content. This research aimed to analyze foreign programs in Indonesia through a critical thinking perspective. This research adopted a study case, qualitative approach. Data collection was done through interviews, documents study. The collected data were analyzed by data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings showed that The results showed that private television stations violated the provisions regarding the proportion of foreign programs. There were two main problems that emerge from foreign programs in private TV stations. The first problem was the weak role of the state in broadcasting in Indonesia. The second was the problem of the media economy, especially related to media workers.
