This descriptive qualitative research is intended to obtain a description of the actualization of the continuous improvement principle in responsive leadership, the head of the Islamic Integrated Islamic Education Institute of Al-Ikhlas, Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency. The data in this study were collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The author uses the data source triangulation technique to obtain valid research data. Valid research data are then analyzed using inductive data analysis techniques. The results showed that the actualization of the principle of continuous improvement in responsive leadership of the head of the Islamic PAUD Integrated al-Ikhlas in the Bumiayu sub-district of Brebes district was carried out by implementing six steps. First, diagnose problems in the implementation of integrated PAUD programs. Second, formulate solutions to problems in the implementation of integrated PAUD programs. Third, develop an improvement plan to overcome problems in the implementation of integrated PAUD programs. Fourth, condition resources to overcome problems in the implementation of integrated PAUD programs. Fifth, implement an improvement plan to overcome problems in the implementation of integrated PAUD programs. Sixth, evaluate the results of improvements to overcome problems in the implementation of integrated PAUD programs.

Background: Consumption method is one of the standard methods which are used to plan the number of drugs need. This method provides good accuracy of the prediction toward the drug needs planning. However, this does not always provide satisfactory outcomes because this method cannot provide the outlook of the investment value toward each drug. To obtain a plan suitable to the need and purpose, drug planning can be analyzed using several methods; one of them is ABC analysis which is also known also as Pareto or Pareto Law 80/20, a method used in logistic management to classify goods into three based on the investment value, namely A with 75-80%, B with 15-20%, and C with 5-10%. Objective: To obtain the outlook about the process and the outcomes of the ABC analysis towards drug needs planning in Pharmacy Installation of RSUD Kota Yogyakarta in 2010. Methods: The data were collected by collecting and observing the secondary data in 2010, as well as carrying out some deep interviews to some related correspondences. Results: This research showed that the planning process is carried out by the Pharmacist in pharmacy supply sub-division and the correction carried out by the head of the hospital Pharmacy. Moreover, in the hospital there was no special planner team to plan the need of the drug, and there was no involvement from related parties. Drug item from group A has been prioritized. Conclusion: The planning that has been carried out so far was effective and efficient, as can be seen from the planning appropriateness with the highest occurring disease pattern in the hospital from each service unit.

Solar energy is energy which can be harnessed conveniently and free. However, its conversion result may not be easily obtained. Based on the previous research, solar power plant is a source of renewable energy, utilizing solar energy. Solar power plant converts solar energy into electricity using Photovoltaic (PV) or solar cells. Even though solar power plant is considered as better energy alternative, it presents problems and weaknesses. In this case, the problems are related to insufficient power generation with low power efficiency, high oscillation and very slow power tracking. Hence, in order to solve these problems, Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) has been utilized. Combination method of P&O-fuzzy and IC-fuzzy is employed to its design. Moreover, combined algorithm may result better power from conventional algorithm due to appropriate performance of duty cycle according to system design, with efficiency result of 79%-85.6%, tracking in searching output power of 0,0055s - 0,008s, low oscillation and maximum power generated by combined algorithm of 1028 watt.

This paper presents photovoltaic system as a stand-alone electric power plant in the renewable energy development. To maximize these stand-alone generators, it is necessary to design photovoltaic modeling to produce energy and maximum power. The problems that exist in the design of PV systems are PV configuration, battery size, and the maximum power system. Therefore, this research will be proposed modeling Matlab/Simulink based PV system. The contribution of this research can provide various characteristics of the photovoltaic system with a capacity of 100 Wp. This modeling is designed using Matlab/Simulink software. The data generated from this simulation will provide a good reference for designing the stand-alone generators in the future.

Human beings need feedback all the time so as to improve and (or) maintain certain behaviour. However, not every feedback can help one improve or maintain his/her behavior, unless they are appropriately given in a way they are constructive. Much of informal learning on different life aspects including feedback giving practices is done through media. As participants in media programs or viewers, we are much influenced by whatever goes on in the media. Consequently, there is high need to ensure media practices are appropriate so that they can influence the society in a very positive manner. This study analyses feedback giving practices among judges of Bongo Star search program using feedback giving principle. The data used in this study are video clips of BSS in 2015 episode 10. Results show that Bongo Star Search judges with regard to feedback giving principle did not observe the relevant principles to large extent and with regard to the feedback giving principle, they did not observe the principle description to a relatively large extent. Accordingly, the study calls for training among judges of Bongo Star Search on how to give effective feedback.

This paper aims to discover the basic concepts of evaluation and its implications on evaluating Islamic Religious Education learning in Schools. This paper employs a qualitative approach and literature study method. Based on the results of the discussion, the evaluation consisted of measurement and assessment. In the context of learning, evaluation has a very important and strategic position since it is included in the steps of learning. The aim is to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning system. The area of discussion includes evaluation in learning programs, learning processes, and learning outcomes. In general, the principle of evaluation consists of continuity, comprehensiveness, fairness, objectivity, cooperativeness, and practicality. In specific, the principle consists of integration, coherence, pedagogical, and accountability. In terms of type, learning evaluation consists of evaluation of planning, development, monitoring, impact, efficiency, and comprehensive programs. In terms of object, evaluation of learning includes input, transformation, and output. The subject includes the educator, the officer who has been trained, and the students that can evaluate themselves. In terms of the technique, it consists of tests and non-tests. The implication is that the evaluation of the learning of Islamic Religious Education in schools needs to be carried out in a continuous, comprehensive and integrated manner. Thus, Islamic Religious Education educators must be able to evaluate the development of students, including in the aspects of aqliyah, qolbiyah, and amāliyah.

This study aims to describe the dynamics of educational promotion activities, by utilizing creative content that is technically continuously developed, so that information can be disseminated through the Android-based smartphone media. Technological innovation is an unavoidable demand, and is further enhanced along passing with regulation of The Minister of Education an Culture Number: 3-7 of 2020 concerning the function of the internet, that creative content whose dissemination relies on technological innovation will always make any higher education information more easily accepted by the public. IBA (interactive bumper animation), which is a creative content product, with a process based on the principle of integration of animation and video products, can be ascertained to be the best alternative to increase the effectiveness of promotional media. This research uses descriptive and applied approaches, involving informants who understand digital technology and its development, and nine main informants from the internal environment and three external supporting informants have been selected. The results of the research have been able to formulate an ideal concept for producing content, and then create a prototype that can be accessed via Android-based smartphone. Creative content development can be done by utilizing applications that can support promotional performance effectively, including Adobe Flash CS3 Professional, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition 6, Fruity Loop Studio, Edius7 and Adobe Premiere Pro. Inverter has been used for a wide variety of applications in renewable energy system. The use of inverter in a solar power plant system can off-grid and on-grid. H-Bridge inverter is one of the commonly used inverter. One of its disadvantages is the requirement of high frequency in order to get a low defect level on the output current. The use of a five-level inverter with considering the amount of a power semiconductor switch in can be as an alternative. This study aims to use a five-level inverter with five power semiconductor switches to deliver power to the grid.The working principle uses two sinusoidal signals that are shifted by 1800 compared to two carrier signals to produce a sinusoidal pulse width modulation signal. A sinusoidal pulse width modulation signal is used as a controller on each power semiconductor switch. The transmitted power is in the form of a current that is injected into the single-phase grid. The transmission of a power using five-level inverter to a single-phase grid was validated by a Power Simulator software. The final stage was a hardware implementation in the laboratory. The result shows that the inverter could transmit a power as current with 4.01% THDi, transmitted power as 36.4 Watts, and transmitted current as 0.52 Amps.

The generator is the primary component in electricity generation and requires a protection system from internal and external interference that occurs. This study considers how to improve the performance of relays in power plants. A model of a generator that is executed in a fault condition to reset the protective equipment, namely Reverse Power Relay (RPR). The study is intended to model the state of internal and external fault on the generator by applying a working principle of RPR. The model is designed to anticipate the actual fault in the generator. The simulation results obtained output such as; active power, current and time delay relay. The RPR reset of the generator system is applied to the generator in Riau Power. The RPR is installed on the generator is -612 kW, equivalent to 30%, the relay delay time is 0.2 seconds. Based on standardization, the return of power reaches a maximum of -12.66 MW, which is captured 50% with a maximum replacement of 30 seconds. Results of the RPR simulation have been validated with the IEEE standard at a time delay that corresponds to the percentage of reverse power settings installed at 6% and a time delay of 0.6%. Finally, to maximize the protection system on the generator, adjust 50% to 95% of the installed settings. It can be said that the system is able to increase generator protection and minimize the impact of internal or external fault.

A Flooding is a disaster that often occurs in the Semarang area, especially on Jl. Raya Kaligawe. Flooding can occur due to the ineffectiveness of the pump work in a water impregnation pool. The impact of the floods is detrimental to students because with the flooding it can interfere with teaching and learning activities and studying student activities when on campus. At Sultan Agung Islamic University, Semarang has a water impregnation pool that is still manually controlled. By using Fuzzy Tsukamoto as artificial intelligence on Internet of Things technology, we can carry out intelligent control systems in water absorption pool pumps in realtime, so as to prevent and reduce human error that causes flooding. In principle, the Internet of Things works using a microcontroller, one of the microcontrollers that can be used, namely Wemos D1 mini. Wemos D1 mini is connected with an ultrasonic sensor to measure water level in a water infiltration pond, air temperature and air humidity sensor to detect rain.

Researches with early detection of caries using x-ray topic has been widely developed, generally before doing object detection, the early step is segmentation. Image segmentation is one of the digital image processing steps used to segregate an area or object observed with other areas or objects. Segmentation has an important role as the initial determination of the desired area or object so that it can be continued to the identification stage. FCM (fuzzy c-means) algorithm is one of object segmentation technique or object grouping in the field of digital image processing study. The basic concept of FCM is to determine the centroid and members of each group adaptively, in principle FCM uses a fuzzy grouping model so that a data or element becomes a member of all the clusters that are formed. Segmentation of the dental area using FCM with 4 clusters aims to segment the enamel, dentin, pulp, and backround areas. The result of segmentation using FCM is influenced by the condition of the dataset used. The background area of the entire dataset can be well segmented. FCM is also capable of segmenting the enamel area but in some datasets, the enamel segmentation results are still mixed with other teeth areas. For the dentin and pulp areas, the segmentation result of these two areas is not optimal yet; most of the dentin and or pulp areas are still segmented with the other teeth’s area.

The concept of education for children is important. The aspects that must be considered are methods and learning media. In this research innovative and alternative learning media are made to understand fruits for children with Augmented Reality (AR). Augmented Reality (AR) in principle is a technology that is able to combine two-dimensional or three-dimensional virtual objects into a real environment and then project it. This learning media combines picture cards and virtual reality. Markers contained on picture cards will be captured by the mobile device camera, processed and will 3D animated pieces appear on the mobile screen in realtime. By using the concept of combining real world, real images on cards and virtual, applications can stimulate imagination and sense of desire in children and motivation to learn more and more. 3D fruit estimation created using the 3D Blender application and the Augmented Rea process lity is made using Unity and the Vuforia SDK library. The application of fruit recognition has been applied to several child respondents and has been tested on several types and brands of Android-based mobile phones. Based on research trials, 86% of 30 respondents stated that the application which was developed very effectively as a medium for the introduction of fruits.

This research was conducted to design a bed shower and study the design and development of a bed shower for patient needs. The purpose of creating a bed shower is because of the lack for these tools to make it easier for nurses to bathe patients who are paralyzed or unable to move their limbs. The method used in this study uses the measurement parameters of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The results of the study obtained lightly designed tools that were the priority. The next variable that is considered is ergonomic, durable, comfortable to use and clean, and finally, the price is affordable. The design of the bed shower pays more attention to the principle of ergonomics by paying attention to the material used. Bed shower designed with three dimensions using Solid Work software with the translation of the concept that consumers want is realized by providing trolley wheels and bath pads that are easily dry and easily folded and carried. While the size of the tool with a length of 216 cm, width of 60 cm, trolley height of 107 cm, width of the trolley of 29 cm, display tools that are easy and practical, easy to clean allow tools to be separated, have durable durability with an estimate of more than 5 years , having a cheap price is around Rp. 5,000,000, - by making selected materials and maximizing the function of one pump.

Data transition is a transition of data until it becomes wisdom. Why the transition of data, information, knowledge and wisdom is interesting to study, because science can not only be understood as the result of static scientific and legal theory, but science is the process, activity and ability developed by scientists to finally become wisdom. The main problem that occurs is the public especially the world of education more presented with various results of science that is ready and ready to use, without seeing the process of work and science activities.On the basis of this, we must be able to build the character of a scientist, the person who is always dissatisfied and always restless questioning and questioning everything, is critical of the results of knowledge that has been developed by the previous people specialized in the field of library science. A knowledge or information that will be presented to users in the library, must first be verified in advance where the data source and how interpret it to be understood by the user so the information received is completely valid and does not cause anxiety and debate. The method used in data processing by looking at relations (relations), then designed with a pattern (pattern) particular, and eventually become principles (principles) to be done and implemented together. Thus it can be concluded that to make the data into a knowledge and ultimately a principle that can be implemented by many people has become a necessity for information managers have a soul as a true scientist who does not have partiality so that science really stands above truth.

The purpose of this study is a media creation for the deciding tool revealed that the position of the heavenly bodies can be created and used to determine the position of the heavenly bodies so that it can be used as a learning media in the Earth and space science course. The working principle of this tool is to use the coordinates of the horizon. Tools used i.e. compass, bows, tripod, and camera. To test the accuracy of the application use Stellarium mobile version 1.25. The results of this study are to test the accuracy of the altitude angle obtained its accuracy level results 100%. Whereas, in order to test the accuracy of the altitude reached the corner of 99.86%.

Swarm Intelligence is an artificial intelligence developed by adapting the social behavior of a group of animal. In the migratory birds community, it is known that the behavior of the birds during the flight forms a 'V' formation that plays a role in optimizing the bird's energy saving. The basic principle of a swarm intelligence is the existence of collective, decentralized and self-organizing behavior. This is the basis for the development of behavioral algorithms flocking birds called Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). In this research used three mobile robot as object to implement PSO algorithm. Three pieces of this robot is homogeneous, which is similar hardware and software. A group of these robots will complete the joint mission of defining the robot with the closest distance to the target TPr (robot handler). There are three TP r targets that have to be executed by the robot handler according to their position with the target point to be completed. The test is done by taking odometry data every 250 milisekon and data frame robot communication. At the end of this research, the result of modeling system result of PSO algorithm implementation on mobile robot group to determine the robot closest to the target. The robot system that meets the principles of PSO, namely the process of data sharing and learning process.

CMPS03 an electronic compass sensor navigation sensor that helps in determining the direction toward the robot and in tracing the wall or room that works according to the principle of the compass in general. This partnership or community service activity was implemented in "Bengkel Motor Nager" with the aim of assisting and realizing the knowledge and skills related to the construction of motorcycle engines, the working principle of motor machines, engine Fittings, electrical motorcycles, Unloading and tuning of machines, and on the motorcycle engines, which are specific focused on fuel measurements and compression ratios on the engine and camshaft; and the fulfillment of repair equipment to support the profession and business partners. The implementation method applied is to perform the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the partner; contact and elicit mechanical experts; Schedule of Trainings agreed together between the proposal, partners and trainers, the implementation of training, namely the introduction of theories and practices; procurement of repair equipment for partners. The results that have been achieved are the partners have the knowledge and skills needed by the partner, specifically everything related to motor machines and partners also have the repair equipment that supports the profession and business partners for the term long.

The National Education Standards Agency's (BSNP) curriculum requires in principle the active participation of students in collecting information from various media, including one on the Internet. The role of schools, especially teachers, in providing sources of materials is also very necessary. The Internet is one of the means of information essential to the learning process. Therefore, setting up a digital hardware service network can be an effective learning tool. Digital hardware services can be mutually integrated between schools to obtain a variety of physical resources. The existence of a web service can integrate subject data into each school and can provide distributed information to many providers and service users according to the needs of each user. The Web service is different from a search engine system that does not provide the necessary data integration on hardware service systems that connect data between schools to be distributed to users according to their needs. The web service technology that is built is able to integrate the subject's service material and can be distributed to many users with different needs.

Algoritma kriptografi AES merupakan algoritma yang sering digunakan dalam menjaga kerahasiaan data. Kerahasiaan data merupakan parameter utama pengamanan data di berbagai sistem. Keamanan data dapat dicapai dengan mengkolaborasikan algoritma AES dengan algoritma kriptosistem lainnya. Oleh karena itu,perangkat keras pengeksekusi algoritma AES dengan sumber daya terbatas menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini mengusulkan rancang bangun purwarupaperangkat keras untuk eksekusi algorima AES yang mengutamakan pemakaian sumber daya optimalmenggunakan FPGA tanpa mengorbankan kecepatan eksekusi. Pengoptimalan sumber daya ditempuh dengan merancang perangkat keras untuk enkripsi dengan dekripsi yang saling berbagi sumber daya, menggunakan arsitektur iteratif pada level putaran, arsitektur pipeline pada level transformasi, dan lebar data 32 bit.Purwarupa perangkat keras pada penelitian ini menggunakan FPGA Xilinx Spartan®-6 Seri (XC6LX16-CS324) hasil pemodelan telah berhasil melakukan proses enkripsi dan dekripsi. Efisiensi perangkat keras yang dicapai adalah 1,94Mbps/Slice, sedangkan lewatan yang diperoleh adalah 308,96Mbps. Dengan pemakaian sumber daya hanya 6% dari yang tersedia pada FPGA. Data security achieve by collaborated AES algorithm with another cryptosystem tools. Therefore, limited resource hardware to excecuteAES algorithm is very important. This research proposed hardware prototype for excecuting AES algorithm based on FPGA. Optimumresource utilizing become basic priority in this design. So that, we are using resource sharing between hardware for encryption and decryption, iteratif architecture on round level, pipeline architecture on transformation level with 32-bit architecture at design to attain optimum resource utilizing. Hardware prototype in this research use FPGA Xilinx Spartan®-6 (XC6LX16-CS324), encryption and decryption have been done in this hardware prototype. This prototype have 1,94Mbps/Slice hardware efficiency, 308,96Mbps throughput with only using 6% resource that available on this FPGA. Like the digital forensics in general, multimedia forensics requires an integrated and flexible framework that can guide the process of proof is procedurally in order to maintain the validity of a digital evidence so that it can be justified in court. But this time, the digital forensics investigation framework that develops more emphasis on computer forensic investigations in general and did not give a specific stage of multimedia forensics. Often in investigating multimedia forensics investigator uses a framework that vary depending on the type of multimedia content to be analyzed, of course it becomes inflexible and inefficient, whereas multimedia content share characteristics that allow it to be integrated into a single unit. This study develops a forensic multimedia framework by implementing the Composite Logic to collaborate on several multimedia framework and related documents. Logic Composite method is a method of modeling the distribution of structured logical modularization techniques with explicit interface in which a model consists of a set of components that are interconnected with the principle of decomposition. In other words, the application of this method will allow researchers to extract and merge several frameworks into a single unit does not eliminate the function and the basic structure of the frameworks.
