This study explores the characteristics of Quantum Learning in early childhood education institutions that are characterized by Islam. The main elements of Qurantum are oriented towards the growth and development of active and participatory learners. The role of early childhood teachers is more as a mentor or facilitator, and not a presenter of universal science, because in the qurantum, knowledge cannot be transferred from teacher to child without the child's own activity. Therefore, teachers need to know in advance how children think, develop and appreciate children's experiences and thinking patterns, by using a variety of learning methods that allow children to actively construct knowledge. Qualitatively descriptive, this research was conducted by taking the research location in RA Bait Qur'any at-Tafkir Tangerang Selatan. It can be concluded that his main character rests on the formation of the Islamic personality. Two patterns are used, namely aqliyah and nafsiyah. The Aqliyah approach is the process of linking facts to tsabiqoh edicts. The Nafsiyah approach is that the teacher acts as a mother, that is, giving sacrificial love, conveying the hopes and souls of the teacher with the students unifying. This research is motivated by the importance of a humanistic-religious approach that prioritizes the learning process rather than learning outcomes. While there are still many schools that do not understand the positive impact of this approach, so they still use the learning approach that focuses merely on students and learning outcomes. This study explains the humanistic-religious approach in Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh) learning. This research employed a qualitative approach in which data were collected through observations, documentations, and interviews. It was conducted at MAN 3 Pontianak, Indonesia, where teachers and students were research participants. This study found that Fiqh learning model with a humanist-religious approach is characterized by three main activities. First, fiqh learning is supported by learning implementation plan (RPP) documents that arranged systematically, describing the behavior of teachers and students who are full of responsibility, open, democratic, dynamic, and religious. Second, humanist class management is done by auditing the class and providing a broad collaboration space. Third, humanist religious approaches are also carried out by building reciprocal educational interactions through sharing learning methods or strategies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The research was distributed by low motivation citizens learn in following the process of learning, this is allegedly due to lack of skills gives reinforcement by tutors on equality program Package B in the SPNF SKB Padang Panjang City. This type of research using quantitative methods korelasional. The population in this research study program is a citizen equality Package B in the town of Padang Panjang SPNF SKB of 20 people. The number of samples is as many as 15 people. The technique of sampling using stratified random sampling. This research data analysis techniques using percentage and rank order. This research is motivated by the success of citizens learning in training to open their own businesses, such as receiving wages for orders from suppliers and neighbors. This study aims to see (1) the intrinsic motivation of the learning population in training (2) the extrinsic motivation of the learning population in the training. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative with the circulation of 20 people studying. The sample from this study is the total population of 20 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires (questionnaires) and data collection tools are a list of statements. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The background of this research is the low motivation of learning of students MDA Miftahul Jannah. It is suspected that one of the causes is the use of limited learning media. This research aims to: (1) describes the use of learning medium according to students, (2) describe student’s learning motivation, (3) describe whether there is a relationship between learning medium according to students with learning motivation. The type of this research is quantitative research with a correlational type. The number of population in this study is 70 people. In the sampling technique used stratified random sampling, the sample amounted to 35 people. In collecting data, the techniques used are interviews, and in collecting data used tools such as interview guides. In analyzing the data used the percentage formula and product moment. From the results of the research, it can be seen that in the Miftahul Jannah Jorong Tiakar MDA, Sub-District Guguak District Lima Puluh Kota, (1) the use of instructional media is classified as less and limited, (2) learners' learning motivation is low, (3) between the use of learning media according to students with learning motivation there is a significant relationship., {"references":["Annas, M.
