Introduction: The way doctors and other health care providers are compensated is an issue that is of great interest to governments. Purpose: The purpose of this paper was to highlight the compensation systems of family doctors and general practitioners compared to Europe and Greece. Material & Method: The methodology of the work includes the collection of information on the subject from articles and books of the last decade in the PubMed database and the association of Greek Academic Libraries (HEAL-Link), as well as research articles, books, scientific journals and websites. Results: Over time, various systems have been developed that are combined with restrictive measures or reward measures so that all citizens can have access to health and at the same time doctors are satisfied with their pay without wasting resources. the side of the state and the insurance funds. For Greece, the implementation of the per capita remuneration system is proposed in conjunction with the provision of financial incentives. However, in order for this transition to take place, there must be proper information and the best use of technological applications in the context of ensuring the transparency of physicians' actions and evaluating their performance. Conclusions: The governments of the countries must find the right combination of remuneration systems so that the access of patients without restrictions is finally ensured, the needs of the doctors are met and finally the health expenses are withheld.

The consideration that mucosubstances act as sites of nucleation and salivary calculi growth prompted to this investigation. Nine calculi of the main excretory duct of the submandibular gland were decalcified and routinely embedded in paraffin. From the blocks serial sections were cut and stained with haematoxylin and eosin and the subsequent histochemical methods for mucosubstances. 1) Alcian Blue-PAS. 2) High Iron Diamine-Alcian Blue. 3) Alcian Blue with critical electrolyte concentration. 4) Alcian Blue before and after testicular hyaluronidase digestion. 5) Acrolein-Thionin-Shiff-PAS 6) Toluidine Blue. Neutral and acid glycoproteins originated from the submandibular gland were predominated in the organic matrix. Glycosaminoglycans probably originated from the connective tissue were detected in the outer areas of the organic matrix. In the central and peripheral parts of 3 salivary calculi spheroid bodies, 1-30 in diameter, were present. The spheroid bodies were unstained with all the histochemical methods for mucosubstances. It is possible the glycoproteins of the submandibular gland to act as nucleating sites in the formation of calculi or, to be passive constituents which are bound by the already formed crystals of the calculi.

Through Greek Law 4513/2018 and Government Gazette Issue No. 3154/��/31.07.2020 on Energy Communities, the integration process of energy communities in the existing energy market is accelerated. In this study, a first operation assessment of student residences��� thermal energy production system in the energy community of Polytechnic School of Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH) is presented. The energy community utilizes solar thermal collectors, heat exchangers, thermal energy storage tanks, a biomass boiler and an absorption chiller, in order to meet the energy demand of DUTH Polytechnic School students��� residencies. DUTh���s campus, consists of eight (8) residential buildings, one (1) restaurant and one (1) amphitheater. The operation of the thermal energy production system is assessed through comparative analysis between field measured data and simulation results undertaken in selected software.
