The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that modern industrial policy becomes a coordinating, central component of various types of public policies. It forms the platform; on its basis the economic policy of the state as a whole is based. The purpose of the work is to justify the new role which industrial policy plays in modern society. Results. We have shown that the industrial policy in Russia should be focused not only on the purposeful change in the structure of economic activity. The analyzed new trends of the modern technical and economic paradigm of the social development, such as inclusive development, impact investment (socially responsible investment), determine the need to adjust the priorities of industrial policy from the perspective of environmental and social factors. The results of research in the field of forming theoretical foundations of modern industrial policy are presented. We have found that the level of socio-economic development of the country largely determines the priorities of industrial policy. It was proved that modern industrial policy tools should be focused on achieving significant environmental and social results. It is shown that a special role in achieving these results is played by the development of a new scientific concept called “ecology of technologies”. This ensures the formation of environmentally friendly space together with the ideas laid down in the strategic priorities of interaction between humans, nature and technology. The evolution of social responsibility of business is revealed. This allows to develop a new model of corporate social activity, which has a positive impact on the formation of a friendlier social space. Applying the results. The results obtained are applicable in the development of new or adjustment of existing strategies of socio-economic development of the country, its regions or economic entities.

Zur Steuerung von zeitkritischen technischen Prozessen werden vermehrt PC-basierte Systeme eingesetzt und mit realzeitfähigen Soft- und Hardwareerweiterungen ergänzt. Die Arbeit analysiert PC-Komponenten, Architekturen und Erweiterungen hinsichtlich ihrer Realzeit-Eigenschaften und Grenzen. Eine Klassifizierung in sieben Systemarchitekturen wird entwickelt und erlaubt die Auswahl eines optimalen Systems für einen gegebenen Anwendungsfall. Der erfolgreiche Einsatz für die Realisierung von zwei industriellen Steuerungssystemen beweist die Praxistauglichkeit. Zusätzlich werden neue Architekturkonzepte vorgestellt. PC-based systems are more and more used for the control of time-critical technical processes, especially in conjunction with real-time soft- and hardware extensions. This thesis analyzes PC components, architectures and real-time extensions regarding their real-time properties and boundaries. A classification in seven different system architectures is introduced and allows the selection of an optimal system for a given application. The successful use for the realization of two industrial control systems demonstrates the suitability in practice. Additionally concepts for new system architectures are presented.

The dissertation describes in detail the contractual content of the English factoring agreement. Subsequently, the works explains forms of assignment under English law (Legal & Equitable Assignment) as well as the English "Subject to Equities" principle. The English factoring agreement is then examined for its legal nature and effects of the English Stamp Duty on the contractual drafting is taken into consideration. The main part deals with priority conflicts of assignments under factoring agreements with third parties such as multiple assignment, charges, and reservation of title. As last point of discussion this dissertation explains the consequences of prohibitions of assignment on assignments under factoring agreements. Finally, the the results found are summed up and analysed from a German perspective.
